      My phone nokia x3 had stopped working. Contact service was displayed on the screen. I was told that even though the phone was within the warranty period the warranty has expired due to certain reasons stated by them. The nokia set was handed over to the nokia care executive at the tilak nagar branch on 08/02/11. I was informed that the nokia set would be repaired and i could collect it anytime on or after 10/02/11. In the hope of recieving my phone properly repaired i came to the tilak nagar branch to collect the set on 12/02/11. They charged Rs 1400 and the payment was duely made and the signed cash memo is in my possession. However even then the phone showed sim card registration failed repeatedly. It was showed to the customer care executive sitting there. I was asked to deposit the set once again and was told that the handset will be delivered at my house that very evening. However no delivery was made that day i.e on 12/02/11. Three days have passed and i still haven't recieved my phone. On contacting the nokia care no clear response is given and no details specified that whether the cell has been repaired or not or if at all it'll be delivered.

      This is to inform you that I Avijit Roy Chowdhury, bought a Nokia x6 8gb mobile phone on 29/1/2011, after which I am facing various problems in the phone.problems such as poor imcoming audio quality, ringtone issue, software & auto restart. I took the phone to Suri Nokia Care Center(West Bengal, dist-Birbhum) on the very next day 30/1/2011.there they informed me that it will be sorted out within the next 7 working days. I went back to Suri on 11/2/2011 and I found out the phone in the same condition as I had left. They informed me that your Delhi unite has sent it back without repairing and sharing no valid reason.
      Now I have again deposited it to your Burdwan Nokia Care (ncc no 297_504886, job sheet no 110228/13)(West Bengal, dist-Burdwan) on 28/2/2011.
      I would love to know how this problem is going to be sorted out. My phone was troublesome from the very first day and I feel like cheated by your Nokia care unit. I want it to be replaced and not repaired. I paid for a new phone and I was provided with a faulty one. If I don’t receive a new one soon in exchange I would file a case in the consumer forum against Nokia.please do the needful.

              I have purchased Nokia X5-01 on 29th Nov.2010. From the date of purchase I am facing problem of re-starting of the phone at any time. Even I have given this phone to nokia care for 5 times but the are not able to solve the problem even after keeping my phone for around 8-10 days.

              Now I want to change my from Company.

              Please help me out.

              Nokia — NokiaX5-01 Not working

              I purchased a Nokia X5-01 handset at GD Cellcom Pvt.Ltd a Nokia Priority Dealer on 02/11/10. After one month the phone started constantly showing low battery and switching off even when it was on charger. I went back to GD Cellcom where I was told that it was a bettery problem and that I needed to go to the Nokia service center to get a new battery. When I went to the service center I was told to come back in a few days as no batteries were available even as temporary replacement. When I went back a week later I was issued a new battery on the 7/1/11.
              The very next day the phone now with the new battery continued giving me the same problem. I once again went to GD Cellcom where I asked for a replacement, I was once again told to go to the Nokia service center as they refused to give me a new piece. I went to the Service Center where they took my phone gave me a job sheet and told me that I would be called when the phone was ready. On the 14th of Jan I recieved a call from the service center that my phone was ready and should be collected however today on 17/1/11 when I went to collect it I was told that it was still being repared and that I would be called when it was ready but as of now there was no replacement decision from the companys end. If a handset fails due to a manufacturing problem withing the first 3 months of buying shouldnt I be given a replacement immediately. Why should I accept a repared piece???? If i wanted a tampered piece I would have purchased a second hand handset. As of now for the last 20 days I am without a handset. Both GD Cellcom and Nokia have cheated me!!!
              SIR I HAVE PURCHASE NOKIA X5.I HAVE LOST MY BILL.WHEN I GO TO PURCHASING SHOP FOR MY BILL.THEY TOLD US TO TELL EXACT DATE FOR SELLING OF MOBILE TO GIVE US BILL.. BY BATTERY NUMBER WHY THEY NOT GIVE US MY BILL.
              I REQUIRED BILL BECAUSE WHEN MY MOBIL GET FAULTY DUE TO SOME LITTLE BIT WATER GO INSIDE IT.AT THIS STAGE THE INCOMING OF PHONE IS OK .ONLY DIFFICULTY COMES IN OUTGOING OF CALL BECAUSE THE PRESS BUTTON IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
              WHEN I GIVE MY MOBIL TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE NEAR OLYMPIC TOWER IN JOHPUR( RAJASTHAN).
              1) FIRST THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL REPAIR IT.BUT AFTER NEARLY ONE MONTH THEY TOLD ME THAT
              COMPANY STOP MAKING PARTS OF NOKIA X5. SO MY MOBILE IS NOT ABLE TO REPAIR.
              2) ALSO THEY DAMAGE MY MOBIL.NOW THERE IS NOT ANY INCOMING IN MY MOBIL.
              3)THEY ALSO NOT GIVING MY COMPLAINT LETTER.
              I SHALL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED, IF TAKE ANY ACTION.

                I purchased a Nokia E 72 eight months back. The mobile phone is still under warranty.

                The phone's display has suddenly stopped working though I can still make calls and receive calls.

                I took it to a Nokia care center and they refused to cover it under warranty saying this is a case physical damage.

                The phone has no sign of physical damaged. Only the display circuit is broken. Nokia should treat is as a manufacturing issue rather than treating it as a physical damage.

                The Nokia care manager in the Gurgaon center (near signature tower) is rude and was not ready to listen.
                I called customer call center and they were also not ready to cooperate.

                I feel cheated by Nokia since the phone is just 8 months old. Request you to look into it.

                    I have a nokia mobile set no. 6275 some time before my set was switch off due to some problems then i saw my handset neariest nokia care (UTKARSH TECHNOLOGIES) Kishan pur Tiraha, Aligarh I meet mr. sagar there he told me that your set goes to company for repairing and the charges will be rs. 1575 for repairing i am agree with mr. sagar then after 3 or 4 days my set return back from company after repairing when i take my set and try to open it.
                    it is not properly repair. i found that it will be auto switch off after 2-3 minutes. then i ask service engineers about the problems he told me the set is dead and it can't repair.

                    I requested to you sir eigher my handset repair eariler or my cash return back

                      I am indian working in Kuwait and assuming that i would get better quality nokia x2 in kuwait, instead of buying in india, i bought here in kuwait in Jan 2011 but not even one month in use, the screen hangs and the phone switches itself off. i have to restart by removing the battery. This is absolute nuisance for me to do now and then. I cannot insert memory card also because the phone switches off once the card is inserted. Can Nokia atleast inform its customer what is the issue in their website and how the same can be resolved. Posted by Shahul Hameed, Kuwait.

                          Very bad service/ mishandling/ provided by nokia care,Lajpat nagar,New Delhi

                          My Nokia mobile C-3 had some visual problem I have gone to Nokia Care Centre in 0-9 first floor, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi . In the process they updated my software , and return the handset to me after 2 hrs.
                          when i checked the data there was no photos and songs in my phone, after confieming they said that thy are formated the data in result in that all data will be deleted. I was satisfied with the answer. But only yesterday when i was taking the pictures it shows that no no memory is left. I found that my memory care was missing. i called Nokia Care on 09 feb 2011 at 1030 hrs. and had the work with Ms Aruna. she simply said that it is not our problem u have to check it before signing the receipt...
                          Will be very grateful if you look into the matter.

                            I ma an owner of a new Nokia N900 phone, which i bought 8th Oct' 2010. On the 21st of Jan'2011 i took my phone to the nokia care centre (Durga Communication, Kingsway Camp) for a simple software updation with no problem at all, as i was sent few prompts to update it. I got my phone same day after an hour, but the phone was then not in a proper condition few softwares were not responding properly. I was asked to submit the phone as the problem needs to be rectified and resolved onto the expert level and i can collect my phone after a weeks time. After my few intervention i received my phone that too not onthe given time. Again the problem remained the same no rectification and again they asked me to submit the phone for the next weeks time, i am not even able to track my phone status, no response on either side (Customer Care / website)

                            Nokia — ignorance

                            i have submitted nokia n79 on 25 march. but still they are just ignoring me and hvnt repaired beside my phone is in warranty period. even i hv to give my phone 5 th time in service centre but they are refusing to change the handset, as i think the handset must be having some manufacturing defect so it is lyk that.

                              The phone was having a display problem.
                              After checking the phone, they said have to send it to Delhi for the service and will take 10 days. I agreed and gave the phone and they returned the battery,SIM and memory card. When I asked about the sylus, they said, it is entered in the form which is duly filled that sylus is recieved. When I got the phone back after 14 days, back panel of the phone was replaced by a 5233 or a 5230 back panel and also the stylus, which we can identify by color change. When I asked for my sylus and panel,the Manager of this Care Center (Punith Kumar B.A) told we don't have the Nokia 5800 stylus and panel. After checking other phone's which were given for service, they said we checked here and didn't find. Punith was arguing with me when I am asking for my phone's Stylus and back panel not a new one.
                              And what these people are doing is just replacing the other phone's accessories.
                              Please do take necessary actions against this and we are buying things not to just be satisfied with a duplicate one.

                                I have purchase NokiaN97 in April 2010 ( IMEI-[protected]) & started facing problem in December 2010. As a warranty claim I have submitted to Vadodara base Nokia Care centre on 1oth January, 2011 (Jobsheet 66550486/110110/16).

                                Since last 25 days I have contactd more than 30 times but ever time either false commitment OR No Answer by Nokia people.

                                Due to Phone memory book my whole schedule is distrubed.

                                    Ever since 3 weeks I picked up that my N8 just some times goes blank then I must press the Menu button to get it on again and last week Saturday for the very first time I used my headset, i plugged it in but then I must turn the plug on top around to get to hear some thing I can't even use it when receiving calls. I have the 2 months now and I got it in Bloemfontein on my top up contract.

                                    Nokia N8 — Phone going blank

                                    I bought a Nokia N8 by placing an advance order with Phone shop, authorized outlet for Nokia. The set went just blank and could not be powered on. The Nokia care center in Thane, Prudent Telecom Services sent the set to Delhi for repairs. The set was returned after nearly three weeks. However, the set went again blank just after making a call. The screen was not receptive nor I could switch it off. The menu button was only indication, however the button was glowing on off repeatedly.
                                    I complained to Delhi, the Nokia care centre and really was frustated that they again asked me to deposit the set for repairs at the same Nokai care centre in Thane.
                                    I feel cheated. Nokia must replace the set. The fact that they are avoiding its replacement proves that they are not at all confident that a new set will behave.                                         Please help me.........I have purchased NOKIA 5233 from Sankat Mochan, Sri Ram Tower, Hazratganj, Lucknow. I have purchase in september month 2010 .but after 2 month thats touch function des`t working properly.so that why i have complain in NOKIA CARE alambagh lucknow. i have complain in month of december.after 10 days they told me that your handset is not in warranty.then I told them i have warranty proof.so they told me that you have to drop your handset to more time.......15 dec to still now......I don`t get any response......please help me....if you can.....I hope you will help me........please help .......fast as you can..b`coz i am very sad to this matter........thanks to regard
