        Dear Team,

        I am facing acute problem in my handset Nokia 6303 classic. My handset is showing some booting problem again and again. I got repaired the set thrice within last 30-45 days but today the same problem happened. I've already scanned the memory card. Everytime when I go to Nokia Care, I got charged about Rs 500 each time. Expense and harrasenment, I am suffering with both.

        I want a complete assistance from Nokia Care manufacturers and a revert.

        Please help!

            I have given my phone to Nokia customer Service center on 23/02/2011, RT Nagar,Bnagalore becauase of my phone was strcuked. They told to me as my phone Nokia 6303 Clasic LCD Display is not working for that they mentioned cost towords LCD display is Rs. 1750 but my Display displys NOKIA name whenever my phone swiched on/off and they are not agreeing to give it back also to go some other places for repair. why they cheating even though my phone Display displying Nokia anme.
            Kindly justify for the above problem

              Respected Sir,
              This is praveen kumar from Nellore. I am your nokia customer and also nokia seller.
              My brother has a cellephonesop in Nellore. I and my brother maintain the shop. Every month i sell many nokia phones. But there is no problem form any nokia phone. Nokia is a very good company.
              But i purchase nokia 3110 clasic [ {item no:[protected]}, product code:0581437, warranty reference number:GLBINYA72817440] I purchasing next day problem as been started will be second day, to rectify problem i give many times in your nokia show room. but the current problem is not solved. The main problems is i)Trouble in Music player ii) Charging trouble iii) phone ear heating , this is main reapeted many time and also iv) automatic switch off.
              The problems all solved excelpt phone ear heating. please check the details i went many times to rectify this problem is not solved.

              So please replace another nokia 3110c.

                Feb 07, 2011 Noticed that handset showing power failure: auto power-off even after full charge
                Feb 09, 2011 Taken to MOBILE STORE for possible charger test. Referred to NOKIA CARE
                Feb 11, 2011 Taken to NOKIA CARE, 173 SP Mukherjee Rd Job#[protected]/110211/24
                Diagnosed as software problem.
                Feb 12, 2011 Delivered after software upgrading
                Feb 14, 2011 Taken back to NOKIA CARE, 173 SP Mukherjee Rd Job#[protected]/110214/39
                Original Problem persists. Auto Power-off, even after full charge.
                Diagnosed as hardware problem. Suggested delivery time 7 - 10 days
                Contacted several times NOKIA CARE, 173 SP Mukherjee Rd. No consistent feedback till date.

                        i m very sorry to inform that i brought a nokia n8 3 months back and for the last i and 1/2 month i m facing problems as the phone hangs a lot and when i switch it off it dosent start ,i even tried to charge it but still it wouldn't start .so i gave it to a nokia care centre and got my n8 15 days back , it worked properly for few days and i faced again the same problem so again gave it to the nokia care centre in guwahati.but truly speaking i m frustated with the response i m getting.the nokia care centre people are not responding nicely and i m in a fix .so,what should i do ?should i approach the consumer forum or?????? i m in a true fix.....
                        well even i m facing the same problem but when n8 doesn't switch on than i used to leave it for say 1/2 an hour after than i put on charging dan it starts easily...as it is multimedia set so i u must switch off once or twice in a week, for itz better performance..

                            I (Vijay Kumar) bought Nokia C7 on 23.1.11 from Spice retail Ltd, O-92/5, Canara Bank Street, Munirka, New Delhi.
                            After couple of days, my new nokia C-7 start troubling ( Switch off, hang etc.), initially i thought its not a major problem and reported to the Spice retail, they assured me it could be due to virus only, but on 7.2.11 my Nokia C7 did't on then i again went to the Spice retail, they reset the settings and advise me to visit Nokia Care ,if the problem persists.
                            On 15.02.11, my mobile again switch off, then i went to the Nokia Care at Vasant Vihar. there they checked my mobile Nokia C7 and returned after 25 minutes and convinced me that every thing is ok now, there was a minor problem.But a day later the problen is still honting me and this time mobile is not working at all, now again i will go to the Nokia Care tomarrow.
                            I am not able to understand what is the use of spending this much money, i thought i bought a troubleing device for ourselves.Pl spare me, i do't have this much time, therefore kindly change my handset or give me other better model.

                            Spice — hang problem & reset the setting for the many time

                            jab sai mane phone liya hai jaab sai hi usme problem hai. mujhe phone liye abhe 15 din hi hue hai or vo kam sai kam 30 baar reset ho chuka hai. mare sare no. khatam ho jate hai har bar. chalte chalte haang ho jata hai apne aap mujhe spice sai bacho
                            mai kabhe jindge mai spice ka pone nahi lunga.
                            I purchased Spice M6262.mobile from Hariom Electronics.Delhi on[protected]. But very sorry to say that above mobile functions are not working properly and And Use BluTooth after All Setting are Change. Phone's ON/OFF switch not Spice is a very big company, but his mobile is not good.

                            I have the same problem.. MY C7 does not switch on at all and thats after the phone was replaced for errors in March.. IS that the kind of quality we should expect from Nokia now?
                            i bought noki c7 before three months from saudi arabia and till now i repaired from nokia centre due to the same problem. i dont know why it getting off while using.if any body know the solution please reply

                              i purchase my mobile on 20 jan 2010, but i face so many problems regarding that mobile

                              first-i face problem regarding memory card.

                              second-i face problem regarding technical verification.

                              third-so many problem regarding software.

                              fourth-problem regarding headset.

                              i requested to change the mobile,they have changed the mobile by taking the period of 2 months. i recieved changed mobile on 9 oct 2010.But then also i face the problem regarding bluetooth connection.At that time also i reached to nokia care center, but they told it will take 1-2 week time to change the mobile. i recived the new mobile again after the period of 2weeks. now also i am facing problem with it .ones i have faced the software problem,second vibrating problem regarding handset.


                              at last i want to say that i am not happy with the mobile of nokia 2700classic.

                              i am requesting to take a strict action against it because with the purchase of this mobile i had face so many problems with in the year.

                                  STOLEN CELL NOT BLOCKED BY NOKIA
                                  I have been using Nokia mobile phones since last 8 yrs.On 11-Feb-11 I lost my Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic[IMEI#[protected]],which I bought from Telephone Shoppee(Invoice No.34323) from Pune on 07-Nov-07.I have also lodged an FIR with the Ramwadi Police Chowky Reg. No.17711;FIR#199

                                  I wanted to block my mobile phone as it contains some confidential information,but Nokia customer Care is not ready to co-operate with me for blocking the mobile handset .As per them they have stopped blocking Nokia cell phones since last 1 month.Without informing the customers & without any public circular they have stopped this provision to block the handsets,this is actually unethical.
                                  Now after spending thousands of money on buying mobile phones,if some one wants to block his/her cell phone will not be left with anyother option than to wait till the time his/her data gets misused.

                                  Hello,

                                  This email is being drafted out of frustration and inconvenience caused by you to me. I am highly frustrated by the service provided by you in response of my grievances regarding the non-performance of my mobile Nokia Lumia 720 which I purchased 3 months ago. I am tired of visiting Nokia care 7-8 times during this period as my mobile is not functioning in proper way. Every time I have been assured by you that I will be satisfied by its functioning. Last time I received my phone from the service centre only after repeated assurance from your executives that next time my mobile Nokia Lumia 720 will be replaced if agian any problem will be seen in my phone. But as usual again I had to submit my phone within 2 days as several problems erupted in it. This is 8th time when I had to submit it again.

                                  Therefore, I request you to abide by the words given by you regarding the replacement of my mobile. If my request is not taken seriously you (NOKIA CARE) will be solely responsible for any unwanted steps taken by me as I am mentally and physically so harassed that next time I will be not in a condition to accept your false assurance. Now I will not accept my mobile until it is replaced.

                                  Would like to share my horrible experience with Nokia XL.


                                  June 19th 2014 me and my sister bought Nokia XL from
                                  Nokia Priority Store - Cellular World, Rameshwar Tower, Shimpoli Road, Boriveli
                                  West, Mumbai.


                                  Our requirement was very simple as in we wanted a handset with
                                  dual SIM and which can connect to social media applications like whatsapp,
                                  facebook etc…


                                  We specifically asked the sales representatives at store about accessibility to whatsapp since
                                  today it’s the most preferred chat application.


                                  Sales person at the store confirmed us that Nokia XL being a
                                  multimedia handset whatsapp is for sure accessible, after we billed both the
                                  handsets the sales exec downloaded whatsapp application in our handsets however
                                  it failed to login. The executive then took help of his colleagues and after
                                  many trials the reason given to us was due to weak network connectivity whatsapp
                                  is not allowing us to login. Since poor network connectivity was beyond their
                                  control we left the store thinking we’ll try it after some time from home.


                                  Soon in a day or 2 we realized how we were fooled and what
                                  scrap we have bought. I’ve tried to list down a few frustrating facts about
                                  Nokia XL -


                                  No access to whatsapp (cheapest of handset available
                                  today in the market has whatsapp and other social media connectivity).
                                  During long phone calls when the screen goes to
                                  energy saving mode (becomes dark), the phone doesn’t comes to its normal
                                  functional mode no matter how much you try, the only option left is to force
                                  shutdown and restart the instrument.
                                  During an active call if you want to switch over
                                  any other option like phonebook or message to refer anything, this handset does
                                  not allows you to come back to the main screen even when your call is over and
                                  you want to end the call the only option left is reboot the instrument.
                                  Poor FM reception - the FM/Radio connectivity is
                                  so poor that you cannot listen to a song clearly without interruption/voice
                                  break even when you are in the mid of a city like Mumbai.
                                  Poor internet connectivity – internet
                                  connectivity in this handset is so poor that you have to literally struggle to
                                  open a simple website like google search, we are using Vodafone, Docomo, Airtel
                                  and Aircel connections when same sim cards
                                  are used in our old handsets ( Samsung ) internet connection is perfectly fine.

                                  The handset is heavy almost as if you are
                                  holding a 1 kilogram weight in your palm.


                                  After such a disappointing experience we feel being cheated
                                  by a company like Nokia which was till recent past almost synonymous to mobile
                                  handset. We have lost all faith from the brand Nokia and now urge the Nokia
                                  grievance redressal board to arrange for
                                  a full refund of the price we paid for these 2 handsets.

                                  I would like to inform that I had purchased a Nokia Lumia 720 Handset from M/s.Jai Ambe Electronics Dombivli – East. District – Thane, State- Maharashtra vide Invoice no.23960 dated 5/12/2013. The handset was not working properly after six months of purchase and since been given on various occassions to Nokia service centre for repairs/resolving the problem. Each time the handset is kept by your service centre for nearly 25 to 30 days for repairs. Recently the handset is given on 17/10/2014 for resolving the problem but till date the same is not received back. Out of the total nearly 10 months of purchase, my mobile handset is being in your custody for more than 3 months for resolving/repairing the problem. To me it seems as if you are my 1/4th partner in use of the handset.

                                  Apart from the above, also producing the handset at your Service Centre is a tedious and time comsuming exercise. Just imagine producing the handset in your Service centre for 10 to 12 times since july 2014.I sometimes feel been punished by purchasing a Nokia Handset and being a long customer of your devices since its inception.

                                  Recently after placing a complaint with your company, i have spoke to your Nokia care representative on 29/10/2014, who assured me to look in the problem and resolve the same at the earliest and also would get back to me within next 24 hours. Till date I have not received any call or any communication from your side.This is simply an irresponsible behaviour from your company representatives and officials which I would strongly like to protest.

                                  Hence I request you to look in the mattar and resolve the matter once and for all. I find the handset to be defective/faulty and request you to replace the defective/faulty handset at the earliest. I look upon a positive approach from your end. I hope you will understand my problem and resolve the same at the earliest.

                                    I purchased a nokia x3 mobile on 2572010.after some days it giving problem with the camera and phone hang. so we given it to the nokia service center at UJALA COMMUNICATION PVT. LTD. iIn the job sheet they commented that Network problem, camera photo not show for phone memory and MMC memory.
                                    software update done by them. My jobsheet no. is[protected]/100901/27. i collect it from the service center as they said that it is ok. but the issue is remain same. then i given it again in same service center. again they done somthing and given back to me my 2nd jobsheet no is.[protected]/100809/46. for some time it is working ok but then after few days the problem is occured again. now the service center person saying that any chip on the mother board is damaged and they asking for Rs. 2000 to repaire it, since my mobile is in under warrenty. i am realy wonder that what type of warrenty is this. i thougt that Nokia is the best phone and service is very good too. but this evet changed my thought and may be like wise more other people. please help us how can we got repaire my mobile.
