Dear Sir(s),

I here wish to express my concern about the lack of expertise in handling software problems at Nokia care and Nokia Priority center in Bhopal and the complacency of service provider resulting in severe inconvenience and extreme dissatisfaction even to a Customer how owned all generation Nokia phones right from 3310 (Oct 2003), 3210 (July 2005), Express Music (2008 Nov), E68 (Feb 2010) and now C7 (3.11.2010).

Had always been a proud owner and immense faith in Nokia sets and was planning for E7 till the poor handling of the Software problem by Nokia Care Bhopal (Kamdhenu Tower 7 No. Stop Bhopal M.P.) center caused extreme dissatisfaction and personal loss.
Was literally amae to shuttling between the Nokia Priority dealer and Nokia Care Center since 12 the Jan.

Problem : Net not working
Priority dealer checked and found that there were many no of access points got stored and the scanning was not possible in ‘ destinations’ in Connectivity Menu they suggested to get it formatted and Software Upgraded at Nokia Care and I followed the same .
After 43 hrs marathon tries the formatting, updating was done but all OI files were lost in that .
Still happily convinced by the Proprietor’s confirmation that he has loaded all Ovi features n they will get installed. As it was late at 8
:30 pm happily left with the services and time given to me and attended to very seriously.

No respite : The Net started working but neither the ‘ ovi installer ‘ nor any other ovi files were getting installed with a msg “ Unable to Instaal “ was on display.

Next Visit: I went to the Nokia Priority again on 19.011 but as there was no software personnel available they again directed me to Nokia Care.
At Nokia care they tried cover up the incapability and after trying for an hour the people there told that “ the set is to be required to be sent to ‘ Nokia Head Office ‘ and will take a weak.
I Gave a serious thought but by then already had lost faith in them and asked them where to launch a complaint about this in Nokia? “ Go ahead “ was the reply I got and here I’m sharing it with Nokia.
And I wish to ask you if this small software problems of Ovi Store Installation doesn’t get solved within 3 days, why shouldn’t I be deciding to go to The Consumer Forum of India ?
Yes my dear Sir (s), this has hurt me so badly and cost serious personal loss and inconvenience which is impossible to be compensated.
Request your immediate attention at highest priority to extend al the needful help getting this problem solved as soon as possible.

    bought a Nokia mobile October 2010 then it became dead Jan 2012 when i went to the agent (Raya shop city stars Cairo Egypt) they told me will be changed from other branch ,went to it they told me no change they will try to fix it my be within 24 hours if not fixed i have to wait for about 10 days! so i felt angry new product i have to repaired just after 3 months is that accepted from int'l company now i have to stay without a mobile when i need it all the time.

    27/02/2011 the mobile is not working with the hand-free remote-control and it works with anther mobile
    28/02/2011 The Mobile is Not Working At all
    i give it to nokia Care Mohandseen branch and they send it to Central Nokia Care Egypt and they refused to change this mobile

THE PROBLEM WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF DEALER (ANMOL WATCES & ELECTORONICS (P) LTD., ON[protected], BUT NO INTEREST WAS SHOWN BY THE DEALER & WE WERE ASKED TO MOVE TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AT SEC-22C, CHANDIGARH. tHE SET WAS TAKEN TO THE SERVICE CENTRE & WE ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT OF SET. bUT WE WERE NOT ENTERTAINED NOR WE HAVE RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE.

            dear sir i naman jain cell phone use of you nokia company my problem is corcerned with my nokia hand set n79 . I had complent once but there is no satisfactory reply from your side.
            i am so fedup with your cell phone that i counld not able to trust ur company any more so with a deep thinking about company if you are not going to sort out my problem with in a weak i hardly want to say that i will file a case against your company in consumer company .

              I had recieved a message from nokiacare/uk on the 05th July 2009, 7:00pm
              Telling me that I won 365, 000.00 pounds .

              I just want to confirm that I am the right reciepient of the award and if yes then why the account is inactive.

              I was asked to call +[protected] to contact Jerry Smith or email : [protected]@live.in
              I have received a sms from a TA-GCN that I have won the sum of 365000.00 British Pounds a and 2 nokia phones in the ONGOING NOKIA UK PROMO
              I have received a sms from TA-GCN that I have won the sum of 365000.00 British Pounds and 2 nokia phones in the ONGOING NOKIA UK PROMO I would like communicate on my email ID [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no.which you have sent.

                My Name is V. Prabhakara Rao from Chennai. On 18.01.11, i have bought Nokia X2 Mobile Handset which has appearantely 5MP Camera on all advertisements. On 19.01.11 after taking snaps, i found that the quality is not even equal to VGA camera. After hearing my problem the seller is ready to give another mobile on exchange but Rs. 1000/- will be deducted from the payment i have already made.

                This is not fair on part of Nokia. They are selling X2 handsets saying that it has 5MP Camera, but whereas in realistic it is not. Many customers unknowingly buying these handsets and suffering from it.

                Kindly do the needful.

                  I purchased my nokia c6 on first day ( october 1 , 2010) of launch n ever since i purchase it , there have been numerous problems :-
                  * the phone gets switched off automatically on its own and then restarts
                  * the phone gets hang several times a day while i am using it , keys stop working and the only option i have left is to remove d battery n restart the phone .
                  * while using the slider to use the qwerty keypad , the screen gets black n freezes fr a few seconds n then returns to normal.
                  * while typing the numbers sometimes the display output is slow ..

                  is it not cheating on the part of such a reputed company like nokia to give me such a bad deal in the name of a new product? , i m really irritated ,,pls tell me what to do...kindly advise me how cn i get a better deal?

                  Please regard this draft as a complain letter to NOKIA due to its POOR
                  service and DEFECTED product.

                  I had purchased NOKIA 6303i classic on September 2010 which started
                  heating problem and it was a dead mobile at the month of April 2011. I
                  submitted my mobile to Nokia Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.)
                  Mulund, Mumbai. After 4 days it was informed to me that my mobile has
                  been sent to Delhi for servicing and it will take another 8 to 10 days,
                  so after two weeks I got my mobile back which after using two days it
                  had the same heating problem so I had to return it back again to Nokia
                  Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.) Mulund, Mumbai. It was
                  returned to me after a week and now its working, but the battery
                  performance is not so good. So it was a bad experience from your
                  service.

                  Meanwhile I purchased Nokia C6 on May 7 from the same store Nokia
                  Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.). Within two weeks it had
                  touch screen problem which used to get hanged. I submitted Nokia C6 to
                  the same store and they took one and a half week to do the servicing.
                  When they returned my mobile back, I checked my mobile in the store
                  itself and it had the same touch screen problem. It was really very
                  frustrating. Again I returned it back to store which took another five
                  days. I also complained to Nokia Bangalore call centre. And after five
                  days I got my mobile back and I checked the touch screen which was
                  working fine but I found the alignment of the sliding panel was bit
                  dislocated. Next day I wanted to click some snap so I pressed the side
                  camera button which didn’t respond, this was the end of my patience.

                  Now I had submitted my Nokia C6 to the same store, after two days I was
                  informed that my mobile will be sent to Delhi for servicing. So this
                  time I am not going to tolerate anymore and I will not take that mobile
                  (IMEI No[protected]--) back even if it is in working condition. I
                  need a REPLACEMENT or MONEY BACK. I hope this complain letter will be
                  considered and right action will be taken.

                      i purchased nokia C7 on 21st DECEMBER,2010,from REALMS(NOKIA PRIORITY PARTNER) N-41,CANNAUGHT PLACE, NEW DELHI-1,PHONE NO.-[protected].. MY OLD PHONE EMI NO. WAS [protected] AND THE RELACED ONE PHONE EMI NO. IS [protected]. My phone started creating hang problem on the same day..the very next day when i complainted all that to nokia priority they said some softwares take time to start you may use it if again problem will come then we will see.. on the next day on 23rd dec, 2010..when i again complaint rather then replacement they send phone to nokia care.. on 24th dec they gave phone back to me but when i start the phone it never started.. only then after shouting and not getting agree for again sending the phone to nokia care they agree to replace the set but the new bill issued to me on the back date...the new phone again start giving the switch and touch problem..but nokia priority again said the same line use it your first set was not ok but its not possible to have problem in all set.. after insisting alot they take my phone on 4th dec, n gave it back to me on 7th dec by saying that its working properly but i am using it.. its giving problem in touch of receiving call.. i am really very upset.. i spend 18600rs. and phone is not working properly even after replacement now tell wat can i do..please help me out i really need ypur help..

                      Nokia C7 — lost in transit through india post

                      i have posted mine brand new nokia c7(400gms.) through indian post services.but due to some reasons i havent received it.but i received just its box whose weight is 137gms.please see into the matter.

                      Nokia C7 — GIVEN USED MOBILE

                      I Purchase Nokia C-7 Mobile Handset on 22nd March , due to hardware problem in handset i visited 3rd day of purchase to outlet and they sent me to Nokia Care to update Software but still same problem happened. Then again on 6th day i visited your outlet for solution after a long discussion with store manager and i requested him to exchnage with new one & tey even tested my mobile what problems i said was correct or worng but excatly right . anyhow after discussing with their boss they finally exchanged with new one at 1:20pm on 28th March. I am very regarding this but what happened here is they showed me one mobile and packed another mobile in the time when i am lokking to other products to buy for difference amount. I asked to sales person also its opend pack ( why i asked is i purchased nearly 10 mobiles all higher handsets only from the same sales person he will open the seal in that way i usually seen previously its completely different) but he simply said no sir i opened when u went other side , so i trusted him and they packed it. I took it. Today moring i opened it surprised to see messages dated 28/10/2010 in inbox / outbox / drafts & even internet browsing history plus downloads. Next moment i called to sales person and asked regarding this at first he adidn't aggreed but later he said that its opened pack only sir its a display piece & arguing that he informed me regarding that. so i need solution for this what happened in your store. It's also a very old piece ( Oct 2010 ) full or scratches on screen guard i haven't observed in store due to over lighting in store.

                      So , please do the needful and resolve it. I need new one. orelse i will go to consumer forum. I want the reason from the sales person why he did like this to me. did i took mobile freely or what is he thinking.

                      NOKIA / C7 — Non Working of PHONE

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have purchased NOKIA - Model- C7 on dated.5th Jan, 2011 from Nokia priority Dealer. The said Phone started hanging after just 1 month of operation and I have given it to Nokia Care and they updated the software and in the course erased my all Data ? Again on 2/4/2011, after 1 month of Software update of new phone, it starts again hanging and this time not working even and again since I have left no option except to send it to your same Nokia care for checking and I was surprised to know that they have asked me to wait for at least 1 week for rectification of the same.
                      Now I want to know,
                      1. what is my fault,if I have chosen Nokia ahead of other manufacturers ?
                      2. Why should I wait for 7 days (2 days previously during the software up gradation), when I buy this phone by paying hard cash ( without loan or emi).
                      3. Why should I suffer and loose my business because of their manufacturing defects or any other reason?
                      4. Every-time, they are erasing my date without taking any backup, who will get back my Data ?
                      I have taken This cell phone for my pleasure not for burden.
                      Under the above circumstances, they should either refund my entire amount without 1 day delay or immediately replace with new Handset. As in any case, I will not suffer for your fault resulting my
                      business loss. So I hope that being the No.1 brand in India and excellent

                      Even i've bought a Nokia C7. The paint of the phone has started peeling off in the sides within 15 days o[censored]se. Jus wanted to know if it the same with u. Nokia says that panels aren't on warranty. Am shocked to see their behavior!!!

After some hours use it started getting problems like flash light was not working (While I checked at the time o[censored]npacking the model), It was swithching off automatically while doing work on that and finally after 6 days it could not be started as it failed to start......Not switching on the device....What I did, I had given for replacement and when I got my piece back I found the internal portion was changed but the body remained same....In body there were few dots which was at the time of handing over for the replacement were not there.....What is service centre doing?They told me that you have tried to open the piece and done wrong with led flash light.....Actually I cared for that device like I did not even put my handset on surface I was using the paper or cloth and I was putting it on that.Now I want my piece replaced or I want my money back othterwise I will have to go to the customer forum and will complanint against nokia india.....I had purchased nokia because I have faith in nokia but if
                      they will continue doing the same it will not be good for them.

                          I pyrchased Nokia 6700s with IMEI:[protected] on 15.05.10 from Matrix technologies Dwarka New delhi. The phone deveolped no chareging problem 15 days back and then all of a sudden stopped working.. The nokia care centre at TILAK NAGAR ,New Delhi diagonised it to be a problem developed due to wetness. I perspire more, so thought it is due to that. I agreed to pay the reparing amount though phone was was in warranrty. I regireterd with coplaint card No 32 on 11.1.2011 at Tlak Nagar. The delivery Dategiven to me too was 11.01.2011, but I was called after two days. after two days I confirmed on phone that my phone was repaired and ready ,but when I reached to collect it I found it was still under Repair, agin on 7.01.11. they confirmed that the delivery shall be made but on my arrival I was sent back again as phone was still under repair.on tuesday i.e, 18.01.11 again when the care center caller confirmed that the phone was ready I asked her to confirm again ,so that I may not waste unneccessary time. after confirmation on reaching iwas handed over the phone which was not checked by them for correctness, and again kept it with them with my job slip and battery too. when I tried to meet the center incharge Mr BALJEET, he didnot hve time to listen as he was busy gossipping his friend. will Nokia take care of such callousness and punish the staff for wasting important time of customers

                              i purchased a Nokia 5235 touch screen mobile and its has a problem when i purchased but am not cared about that problem that is phone is restarting automatically when i observed than i taken to the nokia care customer and he will updated the nokia software and given and next day the phone will be restarted like that i repated 4times in that 4times one time the nokia care will putted new touch screen because when i touch the phone the application will not opening that's why he will replace the touch and next time also the phone will restarting and we strictly asked that what is the problem than nokia care said that in the phone where is a problem and we will sent the phone to head office and we will solve the problem after 16days phone returned but the problem was not solved and i don't have time that's why i will not given to the nokia care and the problem was not solved i don't no what to do and i searched the customer care number in internet and talked and once again i will send to the nokia care and next time i will put the case in a consumer court if the problem was not solved than we will put the case in consumer court
                              i agreed that complaint because i seen that phone so many times

                                        DEAR SIR
                                        ON 20th december 2010 i have handed over N 76 Nokia phone which costed me about Rs. 22,000 when i bought for repair. The dealer----a nokia care company established service centre at B 100 A South CITY 1, Near Signature Tower, OPP HUDA Gymkhana Club, Gurgaon 122 001, phone[protected] and[protected] with email id [protected]@nokiacareindia.com------- examined the phone thoroughly, charged Rs. 100 for such service and told me to come after 3 days and estimated the service charges to be Rs. 2850 vide receipt No,.947.
                                        On 13.1.2011 i went to collect the Phone after my recent trip to Bangkok
                                        1. They could not lacate the phone
                                        2. They were also categorically telling me that i have not submitted the phone for repair
                                        3. They are also very sceptical whether the phone could be repairable or not
                                        4. They are shockingly rude and discourteous
                                        5. They went to the extent of telling me that i have nver visited their store.

                                        i have the printed receipt issued by Nokia care centre; will you please take up the matter and get my phone back after proper repair work please?
