I purchased nokia 5235 handset in august 2010. I found that it was continuously hanging. I showed it to Nokia care center(NCC), karve road pune where they took it for sw upgrade. After two days when I recd the handset I noticed that all the colors of menu changed and unreadable. there was no proper answer for this from the NCC. The phone continued to hang. I again gave it to the same NCC. This time after sw was upgraded again. After few days I noticed that my GPS is not working so I again showed the handset to them (NCC). They said that the sw again needs to be reloaded.(3rd time). When I got it back magically the screen colors were same as original and OK but he GPS problem was not solved. It was as it is. I showed them immed. They said that the OS needs to be reloaded again. (4th time). I called Nokia cust care and as suggested I dropped the handset in another NCC at FC road. After 15 days I got the handset repaired from Nokia Banglore but again with the same problem o[censored]nreadable menu with lost memory card (added problem). I did not accept the handset and wrote mails to nokia CC three times. There was no response for the same in 5 days. When I called Nokia customer care they assured me that I will get a call giving me solution within 48 hrs. Now 4 days have passed, still there is no mail or telephonic communication from them. I am calling them daily but still unable to give the solution for the same. Now I have wrote them that I don't want your handset and am asking for my money back. I purchased the handset in August and from then it is more with NCC than with me.

Its a really poor and disgusting treatment from Nokia and its so called customer care centers. Now I have to submit all the communication to consumer court for final solution.

I had given my mobile (IMEI No.-[protected]) to repair at Nokia Care-center near Roadways Azamgarh on 10.12.2010. They told me that there is a hardware problem in it & asked to take the mobile on 13.10.2010. But when I went to take the mobile, I was surprised to see that all the important part of hardware had been changed & mobile was dead while it was working at the time when it was given for repair. So pls help.

Dear Sir,
Since day 1 of purchase of Nokia SuperNova 7210 from Transcell Solutions and Services Jayanagar 3rd block on 29th jan 2010 we are having battery backup losage and we complained them and we made a exchange of that set and got a new set. But with the new set also we were having the same problem and Transcell Solutions asked us to contact Nokia Care which is in Hosur Main road . They told that it was a Software problem and reloaded the Software . But since then we are having the same problem and this is the Fourth time we are reloading the software. So i kindly request you to take action against this problem and if possible we want an exchange of the set with a new one .

I purchased a Nokia E71 set, ESN/IMEI Number [protected] from Mobile Store located at M.I. Road, Jaipur (Rajasthan) on 25/04/2010 which is in warranty period. The phone worked fine till 21/11/2010 and after which it made me rue the day when I thought that buying a Nokia phone was a smart move, I bought it for my business purpose…to receive and send email when I am travel as I am a Tour Operator, I deal with only International Tourist.

I have now spent a lot of time from my peak business days in going to and fro to the Nokia care centre: CARE CENTRE, A-17, KRISHANA NAGAR 1ST, NEAR GANDHI NAGAR SPEED POST OFFICE, TONK ROAD, JAIPUR. The problem with my phone is that it doesn’t switch on in other words its dead; which is in warranty period. (Xeroxes copy of Bill is attached).

I have gone to the centre on 22/11/2010 and they said; it has software problem and it till will take 1 hrs to install software, you please wait and they gave my Service Job Sheet, where mentioned the about Target Delivery Date is 22/11/2010. (Xeroxes copy of Job sheet is attached).

After 30 minutes they said its look like hardware problem, you have to submit it for at least 08-10 days because we have to send it to company, Gurgaon.

I called at Nokia Care after 10 days on 02/12/2010 and given the my Job sheet number[protected]/101122/72 to figure out my mobile status and after 3-4 time calling and holding for long time I was informed that my mobile still in Nokia Care Centre (Jaipur) in un-repaired condition. Then I call of the manager/concern person of that particular Nokia Care Centre Mr. Deepak at [protected] and after lots of attempts he came on the phone and told me that they are tying to repairing my mobile here itself but your mobile didn’t work.

I don’t know why they did experiments with my mobile?? I think, they don’t have a single professionlists and everything was suspicious over there.

Then I call to Nokia Care Head, Rajasthan Mr. Rahul Malhotra at [protected] and I put all things in front of him. Then he called to Mr. Deepak and Mr. Deepak call me back and apologized for that mistake and my inconvenience and said ‘you give us just one week and we send your mobile set to Gurgaon centre and handover it to you in working condition.

I call Nokia Care after one week they just said, your mobile didn’t back from Gurgaon center and you wait for more 2-3 days. After 18th day of submitting the mobile, Mr. Deepak call me and said, your mobile has been repaired, you can collect it.

I rushed back to the Nokia care centre next day where what I encountered was an utter debacle of the word Customer Care. When I checked my mobile the keys/button is not working properly, when I typed FULL STOP (.) it was showing ‘BRACKET’, when I typed BRACKET it was COMMA…everything was massed with many keys.

It shows the huge unprofessional system of Nokia Care and they have completely careless team. The Gurgoan Center must be checked my mobile before dispatched to Jaipur centre and Jaipur center must be checked it before call me. The Nokia Care has been wasted my valuable 18 days of my peak business time till 09/12/2010.

When I show the problem and insisted that they acknowledge the fact that it was incompetence on their part that they could not repair the phone or that the phone was defective in the 1st place, I was asked to wait for 1 hrs which is a routine. So after waiting I was passed on to a sweet talking customer care official who thought that my problem was a joke and was busy laughing with his colleagues instead of listening to my problem. He had no solution for my problem and was almost like a parrot with a few well rehearsed lines on top of that he was ill informed.

I then called to Mr. Deepak and explained about this problem then he talked to a colleague and said, we can’t repair it and we have to send it once again Gurgoan Centre and it will take more 10 days. When I tried to explained my problems, he told me ‘you can go to consumer court, we can’t help it…it will take more time’

I am forced to give negative reviews about it and in fact go out of my way to tell one and all that Nokia Phones are not as good they used to be a couple of years back and the after sale service that they provide is a joke. Now I am at wits end about what to do as soon the warranty period of my phone will be over after which I will be charged for any repair, in fact now I am of the opinion that the Nokia people want to waste my time so that they can wash their hands by claiming that the 1 year warranty period is over and there is nothing they can do now, or will ask me to cough off some amount to repair my phone.

The last resort left before me is to go to the consumer court and ask for justice.

please replace my handset. i suffered alot just becoz of this nokia 6303 classic.
i purchased that in the sept.2009. at the cost of 6800/-
but from last february2010 upto december it as repaired at nokia care for 6 to 7times..but still facing same problem. the nokia care people also parceled that handset to new delhi nokia office but no change.facing same probleem.
not using internet no songs no bluetooth,,but still..

i[censored] simulate the cell u can get that cell phone is only used for calls....please tomarrow i'll again goin for nokia office at berhampur becoz from last 15days cell is dead but due to exam i couldnt go..
pls thie time replace back that one with a new one.. nad take that cell in your office and try to encounter exact problem, and also try to satisfy nokia users, so that further same problem will not arise in any handet and no one will suffer like me...

Earlier I, Vipin Trehan posted my comlaint to you rgarding Ace Communicaton 151, kapil vihar delhi, Nokia care center My hand set EMI No.[protected] purchased Nokia E 71 on 21/09/10.My contact No. is [protected], [protected], I bacame fedup now with their services and going there again and again. Job sheet no. [protected]/10 dt. 30/11/10 and same job sheet No. on 04/12/10 on the date of I collect my set from there after 1/2 hour. Now they call me on 07/12/10 to collect my set and after very next day It becomes hang. From the last two month i have been regular visiting their Nokia care center. I don't have more pations to bear with their manufacturing defect. It vaste my time and money also.Either you repace tisset or I will go to consumer court

A complaint against Nokia Care R.S. Puram. I/We are very irritated on the behaviour and no support by the staffs at Nokia Care R.S.puram. I had visited the care centre for repairs of a Nokia 2760 model, although the model is old and spares not available atleast let their staff answer correctly/properly/responsibly??? Nokia Service Center Naudra Bridge Jyoti Takies Jabalpur is confuse the customers and misguiding for every one person. our mobile has problum sim not accepted for that reason i was go there. but servece enginger rajesh arya says to me it is damged. my phone was in warranty. he says to me it will be charged complient. and the cherge is 2000-00 rs. i request him to it is so more pls consider it. he says it is not repaired here we have to sent it delhi Nokia Service Center for repairing.so it cost is 2000-00 rs. i was not agreed with that and without repaired take out our phone from service center. and just near about local mobile service center i was chek him out so than engineer say sim lock pin is band and he is repaired it immedietly only in 50.00 Rs. Only. so that i think engineer rajesh acharya is not good engineer and he takes unnecessory money from the customers. so i think this service center to be closed by the company.

I bought my new Nokia N8 on 29-11-10. As early as 02-12-10, I started facing boot up problem after trying to switch ON after a flight journey. My persistence in re-booting finally paid off as I could not even call my family to inform about safe arrival as the handset was not switching ON. But, on 06-12-10, the handset suddenly slipped to restart mode by itself (but never succeed to do so). Yesterday[protected], I've given the handset in Trivandrum Nokia Care, the care centre people, much to my dismay told that, it may call for reloading of the software and all the data, contacts and settings would vanish. Such a pathetic experience within one week after purchasing the new N8. Will the Nokia company look into this and replace the handset?

I have purchased Nokia E5-00 on 10/10/10 and since that day i am facing problem that handset gets hanged lot of time and restarts automatically. Last time on 24/11/10 it got dead and did not even restart. I took to Nokia Care at Vile Parle West where they formatted the handset and returned back my handset. But the problem persisted. Now again today it got hanged and then went dead. I have again given it to Nokia Care. They say they will send it to their Main Centre and diagonise if it is repairable. I am not satisfied with this and what is guarantee that after repairs again it will not behave same way???? I want my handset to be replaced.
