Today morning, My mobile was stolen on BMTC bus 356C (going towards Electronics City).
I boarded the bus around 9:00 to 9:30 am at Bommanahalli stop. I am sure that I had mobile with me before boarding bus as I checked time in it. In Bommanahalli along with me 4-5 others (18-20 years age) got into bus and started creating a crowd near the door. Doubting the pick pocketing situation, I waschecking if my mobile is present in my pocket firmly. And then as conductor approached towards me, I took ticket and the group which boarded at Bommanahalli immediately got down in next stop at Garebhavipalya without even buying ticket. When I checked my mobile for calling my friend I found it missing.
I am sure that it is this gang which boarded at Bommanahalli who did pick pocketing. Please track my mobile as it contains some of my important personal and official information.

Two months ago my mobile phone(Samsung) has been theft from my house and by luck there was a mobile tracker on my phone.On 4th October 2009 my husband got a massage from my that stolen mobile via mobile tracker.The massage was with one mobile no([protected]) and IMEI No of my stolen no.The mobile no is that person's no who is now used my stolen no.

    Dear All, I am using nokia 6303 classic handset more than one year but suddenly i am facing the problem CONTACT SERVICE, and in market, i did not found any solution every one says there is no solution of this problem. NOKIA CARE (LAJPAT NAGAR NEW DELHI), is saying we cant repair of this problem... just think when NOKIA CARE is saying like this than decide we should go for NOKIA handset or not... when nokia care engineer don't have any solution than outside shopkeepers what can do...? If there is any solution of this problem just reply me... I don't have money to buy new handset....!

        dear sir,
        i bought my set nokia 5233 on 4/12/2010 and there is lot of problem oh hanging the set . i blindly beleive the service of nokia but it is not as i beleive. i gave my mobile to nokia care centre bhadohi but there service is very poor . They avoid me , they did not want to make my mobile , they said that their computer is not working , sometime they said net is not working , sometime they said light is not working .. WHAT IS THIS? is this joke with me or cheated with your company.
        i always use nokia but now i think it is useless set of nokia because to open anything in mobile set wiill be hang.
        sir i want if the any nokia mobile is luanch make good otherwise is affect your company name .
        i request you to take hardly and immediate action to bhadohi service of nokia so that they give good customer satisfaction.

        nokia 5233 — reaper

        Dear
        i am Rajender Kumar HN 3348 Sec 38 (D) Chd MY Job Sheet num. is 10943352/110101/30 .I face many problem in my nokia 5233 set after this i left my mobile in nokia service center at Chandigarh on sco2433-34,sector 22c chd.on1 jan 2011. And they told me we return your cell with in 7 days but yet i have not recive no call by nokia care after 15teen days past.This problem face me also in october month that time they also do this type of behave. So kindly please give me feedback of this complaint as soon as possible .

        actually whenever i hear songs the mobile automatically gets switched off n automatically switch on after sometimes (maximum 1 song can be heard after that it automatically switch off with a crisping sound) pls do advice me whats the thing should be done in order to rectify my problem ...

          I purchased Nokia E5 from Planet M in Korum mall in Thane. After a few days, I realized that the phone hangs/resets several times during the day. This happens even when I am on a call with someone.

          I have read about similar problems by different persons. I have also submitted a review on this phone on mouthshut.com (see http://www.mouthshut.com/review/Nokia-E5-lnmrmromln).

          I did expect a reputed company like to Nokia to sell a product that is so below par. Especially since it is a fairly expensive phone (Rs 11,500 odd) marketed as a replacement for BlackBerry.

          I think Nokia should take back this handset and give a full refund.

          Nokia — Terrible company!

          I took out an N73 about 3 months ago from vizag(A.P.)and just after purchasing the cell, i'd problems with my speakers, when someone calls I can hear them very slowly on loudspeakers and while playing FM on loudspeaker the voice was very slow also in the headset(HS-16) only one side was working.i cant imagine that this can happen to the new cell phones also.what kind of quality control nokia is using and who is the bastered issued them this quality certificates.
          sir i live in Alwar(Raj) so i went nokia care centre there.they told me that it will take long time(atleast 2months), which means I'm going to be without a phone for 2 month.This is unacceptable because i am paying for a phone that I won't be able to use.so instead of giving them i went jaipur nokiacare centre(near laxmi mandir) on my own expanses. there they took my cell as well as my headset also and told me to come after 2week.i went there after two week.they gave my cell back to me and told that its working ok but i checked, it wasnt.so i went to jaipur again and gave them my cell for repairing.again i went there after two week and i checked my cell there in front of the staff and i showed them the problem wasnt sloved.i asked them to give me their senior managers phone no. but they didnt give me.so i argued them for two hours and duing this one of their worker took my cell ph in workshop and did something with software and my cell was working ok.

          now sir two months already passed but i didnt recevied there any calls regarding my headset and if i call them they hardly pick the phone and if by mistake they pick the phone they always tells me that it will take atleast 6months.


          Nokia has been named as an excellent brand, when it comes to cellphones, thats why i took it out but guys really... sorry tosay that i am not happy about the craftsmanship of both phones and nokiacare centres. It's becoming a liability more than an asset.

          If this is what Nokia's are about then why buy the product.

                The nokia customer care worst.

                I had given my NOKIA X-6 on November 1st 2010 for flickering on the display. On repeated phone calls and enquiries I was asked to come and collect the handset on 1st December 2010 which I did so. I noticed that the touch pad was not working which was working well when I had given the handset for repair. I waited and they said they have replaced the touch pad and asked me to check and come back. I again visited your nokia center four times with the same fault continuously for four days. On the fourth day they asked me to leave it with them so that they can check and repair the handset, and I did so.
                On 16th December I personally visited your Nokia center to collect the handset after receiving a phone call that it is working. When I collected it they promised that it was working perfectly, though the outer cover of the handset was in a bad condition which they said would happen when it is opened for repair. After coming home, and inserting the sim card again the handset was malfunctioning, the touch pad not working. Again we went to the center the next day the 17th December to enquire what to do. They have promised to replace the touch pad, on receipt of new ones within ten days.

                I would like to bring to their notice that
                1. Its been over 45 days since we have been visiting your care center with no avail
                2. The handset is new (purchased abroad in May 2010), but on repeated use by your technicians the handset looks damaged
                3. The handset is very expensive one, and your inefficient technicians have damaged its value to ZERO.
                4. I had handed over the handset for flickering of the display and a new problem was created by your technicians for which they do not have any solutions and the handset is not usable.

                The problems created by your center is beyond the terms and conditions laid out on their invoice.

                  Nokia don’t do lotteries – beware the scam!

                  GLOBAL – There have been a ton of reports recently that scam artists are once more sending out hoax SMS and emails, purportedly from Nokia, that offer some sort of money if one were to respond, faux lottery style. Sorry folks, those are not coming from us. We don’t do money lotteries, so beware the scam. If you see the message, then know Nokia Lottery is a scam.

                  I’ve been seeing comments coming in asking if they are true, but have to delete them from our system since they look very much like the real thing, and hence look like comment spam.

                  If you do receive something fishy like these, do NOT reply to these messages or pass them on. The thing to do is to delete the message without responding. You might also consider contacting your local authorities to report such hoax messages.

                  I have listed the more common forms of these hoaxes after the jump. Click through to make sure you don’t get hoaxed.

                  Examples of hoax emails and SMS circulating:

                  Hoax claim: Free Nokia mobiles
                  “Nokia Is Giving Away Phones For “FREE”!! Nokia is trying word-of-mouth advertising to introduce its products. And the reward you receive for advertising for them is a phone free of cost!”

                  Hoax claim: Nokia mobile promo
                  “In line with the commemorating event marking our 142nd anniversary we rolled out over £nnnnn (n Million Great Britain Pounds) for our 142nd Anniversary Draws. All participants were selected through a computer ballot system drawn form 25, 000 company mobile numbers, and 30, 000, 000 individual mobile numbers from the 45 mobile networks from Australia, New Zealand, North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa as part of International Promotions Program, which is conducted annually in Britain, London.

                  This promo is approved by the British Gaming Board and also licensed by the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR). This promo is the 1st of its kind and we intend to sensitize the public. To begin the verification process of your prize, you are required to fill and send the claims form below.”

                      Dear Team,

                      I bought my Nokia C5 around one month back. I am facing following problem in this set.
                      3 times I visited Nokia care and last time my set sent to back office for repair but all problems continued and also facing more problems.

                      Old problems

                      a) Ringer Volume low, missed many calls (Since 2003 I am using Nokia phones but never faced such problem in any Nokia set, in my family using 6-7 Nokia phones)
                      b) Incoming/Outgoing Audio Volume low, even on speaker, very difficult to hear without hands free
                      c) Call time phone heating
                      d)*** During Call, too much stress in ear just after connecting and very difficult to talk even 1-2 minutes. Checked with other Nokia phone no such Problem, even asked my friend to use set and they also complained about same problem.


                      New Problems in last 4-5 of days

                      * Set is not properly assembled after last repair it is having loose connection.
                      * Whenever I am setting time after 10-15 minutes its coming back 5:35 A.M., I removed all my alarms even after that problem continued
                      * Today morning I tried hands free but is also not working, while connecting hands free with set no action and I am not able to listen anything.


                      I am totally pitched off, invested INR 8K in this set and visited Nokia care 3 times and every time I informed that problem is fixed and problem remain same.
                      * I need permanent solution of all above problem, for me it seems that this set is defective and it should be REPLACED immediately.

                      Please help me in getting resolved above probelms in my set or get it replaced.

                      i totally disagree with this complaint because nokia c5 is one of the best mobiles launched by nokia under the range of 10, 000. your mishandling and using the phone too roughly like a pet is the problem . one of the problem of c5 is its volume. i agree with that .its back speakers are not so clear. but c5 is a great phone overall. please forgive me if i hurt u thanks.
                      I am facing the same kind of issues with my c5, please call me and we wil discuss this. We must put a consumer court complaint for nokia. I shall tell u the procedure. [protected]
                      i agree with this complaint. I have purchased nokia c5 just a week ago and already I just cant receive any calls. Whenever I get or makes a call the other party can't hear my voice but I can hear them. I have used Nokia phone for the last 8 years even my family members use nokia phones but this type of problem none o[censored]s have faced earlier.Only when I put a headset I can speak.
                      I have purchased Nokia C5 after 2 months its touch screen not working.
                      I have purchased a nokia C2 2 months ago but I have not satisfied with battery backup.
                      My nokia c5 tells me I have 4 incoming texts when there is only 1. It turned off all incoming sound for notifications. It no longer puts capitals at the beginning of sentences when using predictive text. Spooky.

                        I have a Nokia 5800 Express music bought last year. I had some problems with the display of it in the beginning of November 2010. I went to Nokia care in my city (Tirunelveli). I checked with the lady out there and found out that the mobile has warranty on it. She took it to another person named Sundaram I believe who called himself the owner of the franchisee. He informed me that the mobile is out of service warranty and he needs the bill in order to service it. I checked in my house and I couldn't find the bill. I misplaced it some where. So, I went to the shop where I bought the mobile and got a duplicate bill and was shocked to see the warranty has expired recently. I went to Nokia Care again and asked the person there to fix my mobile phone with the bill. He refused saying that he can't fix it as the warranty has expired already, I told him that I came to the service center when the warranty was there but they didn't service it even after knowing there is warranty on the mobile. The guy didn't care anything and just ignored my request. I need my phone to be fixed as I went to the Nokia care center while the mobile is under warranty! Could you plz help me on this issue. The person is quite rude as well! :-(

                          I bought one new nokia N8 phone on 12/10/2010 by paying Rs.24000. It was dead on 28/11/2010. It got switched off automatically and it did not respond after that. I give the phone Nokia Customer Care in Koramangala Bangalore on 30/11/2010. They were not able to figue out the issue there and informed me that they will send it to some other higher service centers and will get back to me. After a couple of days, they called me and told that my phone will be replaced as the original device is not repairable.They told I will get my new mobile in 3 days. But I had to wait for two weeks to get a call from the service center. Finally they called me to inform that my phone is ready and can collect it on 17/12/2010. When I reached customer carre offiice, they showed me phone which is having full of scratched and thee stickers torn which was completely against what had been told to me as the phone which will be replaced is a new one.

                          I prefer you guys not to buy any nokia phones. Very poor service, customer care and you could see what happened to My 24000 rupees

                            I had purchased Battery Model No: Nokia BP-5MT (IMEI NO:[protected],06700509 from M/s.Meet Telecom Nokia Mobile Shop Dadar (E) Bill No: 1831 dtd 9/07/2010. As the battery was under warranty I had give for replacement to Nokia Care RS Telecom (Dadar E) under job sheet no:[protected]//101115/18 dtd 15/11/10 . Almost it is above 1 MONTH I have still not received the replacement. I had called several times but no proper reply/they keep on hold for long time. Apart from that i might have visited 4 times to the center but still the battery is not come. On 15/12/2010 I again visited the center but i did'nt get proper reply on top of that Center Manager ( Ms. Manisha Kudalkar) was very rude her reply was "JAB AAYEGA TAB MELEGA" What kind of reply is this? This is the way custmer care has to reply? it means the person has to Loose his business (MY BUSINESS IS SUFFERING) or the other options is to buy another mobile for non of my fault. Your company name is NO (KIA) Care center that means in hindi "KUCH NAHIN KIYA" . I had not expected this type of service for your customer care. I really had a very bad experience am i going to get the replacement and when want an immediate reply. This is the first time i had this experience am using nokia mobile since 10 yrs.
