Nokia — lost Nokia N73 Music Ed

I have lost my Nokia N73 on 29/11/08, tried to trace it with Nokia but they said, they are helpless. If so then why have they made IMEI number? They only need it for billing purpose. It is all because lack of intention to help users. They need to do business by any ways, have no problem i[censored]sers are not happy, it's Ridiculous!!!
We actually need to go a good time to get this problem off our world... May be one day, they understand that today mobile is not just a tool to call but actually now becomes an important part of our moments of our life (sms, phone numbers, pictures & videos).

Nokia N-73 music eddition — Block this Handset

My Self Sagar, I was tavelling from Vashi to Mahape (Navi Mumbai) by B.E.S.T. on Dtd.14/07/2009.

      Please help me out in this serious issue.
      Someone stole my Nokia n8. i have installed Ovi mail in it.
      Every 12 hours the mails get updated in the ovi mail box of my stolen mobile phone.

      Since I am a network guy in hcl, I think we can trace the route of my n8 through this, so that we can track the location of my stolen phone.

      Please help me as soon as possible.
      Please give me a reply so that i can share my phone details with you and also provide you essential details required.

      Also please tell me whether it is possible. if not, what are the other security and phone tracing methods to track my mobile phone.

        This is to inform you; I had a very bad experience with the product (N8) along with
        service provided by the company.

        Earlier on[protected] I had made the request for replacement of N8 Handset via my
        letter (with enclosures).

        I got the call from nokia care that my Handset will be swap with another one. The cell
        was deposited to nokia care on[protected] and got swapped one on[protected]new
        EMI [protected]).

        It was very disappointing that, swapped handset was not able to perform for 24 hrs. I
        had rushed to Nokia Care Rajapark on[protected] to get it Switched ON. I was told that
        handset is not able to boot & again all contacts & other data saved by me on yesterday
        will again get loss, and same will be sending to Gurgaon for further investigation &
        service.

        From 22Oct to till now I m not having the New mobile phone; It has been keep with the
        customer care only (jaipur or Gurgaon).

        This is the fifth time I had moved to Nokia Care.

        What is the sense of handset which is not coming in use? I m mentally suffered due
        to continuous problem with New phone which is not even a month old. This is causing
        inconvenience in my routine work.
        I have purchased new series of Nokia model N8 on 22-
        Oct-2010. EMEI: [protected]. Purchased from Nokia priority, Dealer
        Patodia Talking Center, 63 Vishva Nagar, Opp Shiv Kunj Lawn, New Sanganer
        Road, Sodala, Jaipur-302019. From the time of purchase of cell was there
        problem in SIM Lock which I told . I was told to go to Nokia Care.

        I contacted Twice Nokia Care at Sodala on 28 and 30-Oct-10 (New Sanganer
        Road) my problem was resolved at that time.

        On 09-Nov-10 my phone stopped working and become dead which I showed
        to Nokia care Rajapark. Now again it is dead on 15-Nov-10 with same problem.

        I want replacement of this cell, as I m mentally suffered due to continuous
        problem with New phone which is not even a month old. This is causing
        inconvenience in my routine work.

        Please replace the instrument as soon as possible or Refund my money.

        nokia n8 has a huge problem…almost all the nokia n8 users are facing the same problem…..nokia company is still not finding any solution for this…i bought this phone at 24k..but i feel its waste of money i am not at all satisfied with this phone its hanging and restarting …and its processor is very very slow………i think i have taken 1st wrong desicion in my life buying nokia n8…i should have bought samsung galaxy-s ….nokia’s 12 m.p and samsung galaxy’s 5 m.p quality is same….if anyone asks hows n8 i request them not to buy because of its hanging problem…..so please fing any solution for this problem ..the features r too good .but it lacks in market because of this problem otherwise it would have stopped selling iphone 3g and 4g and galaxy…………

        the n8 is crap. got the handset from the uk and i have been using it in nigeria for less than a week. it freezes, powers on and off. I feel i wasted my money on this . I dont know if I can turn to nokia care in nigeria for a solution

        I am quite surprised, I am a Zimbabwean living in Harare, I bought a nokia N8 in Cape Town on December 27 2010 and on 5 January the day I was flying back to Harare the phone was just blank. I got to Johenesburg and went to Voda com customer service at Sandton City. I was told to leave the hand set for repairs, they could not give me a replacement since 7 days had passed. I was so frustrated because it meant I had to make another trip to Johenesburg to collect the phone. After so much begging they took the handset to the technicians and I waited for more than an hour and this almost cost me my flight to Harare. I got the phone back working and was told that there was something wrong with the battery. Today the 10th of January, the phone just went blank again and I am stuck with phone. I paid over USD800 for this useless handset, unbelievable especially for Nokia!!! I decided to look up if there are any complaints about this N8, walla, to my surprise there is nothing good said about the N8!!!
        my n8 switches of very often it gets restarted when the climate becomes cold

        Nokia / N8 — Nokia N8 -Phone is dead

        I had purchased Nokia N-8 phone about a month back. It worked for about 15 days but then got switched off automatically. Since then its dead and not getting switched on. I had given it to Nokia care centre M/s Balaji Telecom, Abohar on 08th April 2011 for repairs, who sent it to N. Delhi for repairs. The phone has been received back after so called "repairs" from N. Delhi. When I went to collect it, the phone didn't switch on. The same old problem continues and the phone not repaired. I have spent almost Rs. 25000/- on N8 and have not been able to use it.

        Nokia has to do something seriously about it as people are losing faith on product and services.

              This is Chetan Chouhan. I purchased a Nokia handset model - N97mini from Spice Hotspot which is near Jwala Heri Market, Paschim Vihar, Delhi.
              I purchased it in August 2010 at the end of Month.
              And till now, I have given my handset 4 times for repair at the Nokia Care at Manav Communications, Pashim Vihar, Delhi.
              During my 1st visit they repaired it at their center, but same day I called them and they told me I have to submit my phone. I did that and they sent it to their technical department for repair.
              After 8-10 days, I got my cell back, but again after few days it started to create problem, and again I visited their and they repaired it by their own.
              And again it started to create problem and they again told me I have to submit my cell and again I did that. I submitted my phone on 1st Dec.
              Then to get the status of my complaint, I am calling them but no body is giving me exact status of my complaint.
              I registered my comlaint on Nokia website on 2nd Dec and they sent me a mail that their team will respond to my query with 24hrs, and today is 4th Dec and no call no information.

              I called up at 30303838 and registered so many complaints and spoke with many people but no answer.
              When I told them that I want the replacement of my phone as it has been repaired for 4 times. Even after spending 18,000 Rs why should I use that phone which is repaired for 4 times within 3-4 months.

              Nokia N97 — Poor service

              I would like to bring my displeasure to your kind notice being the owner of Nokia N97 IMEI NUMBER [protected], PRODUCT CODE 0587487.
              I purchased the said set on 23rd june 2009 vide invoice no. MLDWARKARI11598-09 from Nokia priority dealer Multiline, Manish Location Plaza, Plot No. 1, Dwarka, Sec -12, G-2, New Delhi 110075.
              My joy of being proud owner of Nokia's latest phone didn't last long and my handset started malfunctioning ( frequent software hang ups) with in 48 hrs.I took it to Nokia Care(Om Ujala Communication, F 101/102, Sector 4 dwarka ND 75) where they reloaded the software and assured me for good service. But I found that most of the pre loaded applications were not running because of license issue. I tried to configure my handset for GPRS and MMS but the phone again started hanging up. I approached the Nokia care with the same problem and license issue on 29th june 2009.
              They kept the set for software update and other service.
              I received the set after 3 days with software redone ( same version) but with none of the licenses, The applications were still not working and they told that it will take time to get the licenses. Which I never received.
              As I put the set in use the same problem started resurfacing, frequent hang ups and blank screen. It was not supporting multiple applications viz radio or music while messaging or mailing or recieving calls) I took it again to Nokia Care service centre on 2nd July, they took the set vide job sheet no.[protected]/090702/17 and said they will send the set to the company for swapping. I maintained constant contact with the Nokia care centre but I was never given a satisfactory reply and was repeatedly told that company is not responding.
              After almost a month, I am at verge of losing faith and patience
              poor you!!
              Don't buy anything when it comes out you should always wait for a while so that they can fix the problem.
              My N97 was not getting charged properly due to some loose contact I gave
              it to your authorized service center at BANERJEE road cochin on 16th March 2010 (Ref[protected]/100316/112)
              They told me to take delivery on 17th.

              17th evening I called up and I was shocked to find that it has been sent to some other state,without informing me
              and it will take 10 days.They gave me a stand by phone,which was not working.next day they gave me another stand by phone
              for which I could not find a charger.They said my data has been backed up

              I never received any calls from Nokia.When I contacted them on 25th,they said the handset is ready.I took delivery but
              could not believe that the service given by Nokia care is much worser than local repair centre.

              1.The hologram of my company,sticked on the phone is lost
              2.No IMEI number.I am unable to connect to network
              3.Handset paint gone on the sides.
              4.All my data (notes,videos,music and important photographs taken for records of my company) lostexcept contacts
              5.Inside of the handset changed.It look like cheap quality and has some tray for sim card.My original
              hand set IMEI label is peeled and pasted on this changed component which looks like cheap quality


              I have paid Rs 32000 for this handset.I have faced lot of difficulties during the last 10 days.I had to travel 4 times
              to your service centre.Is this the vaklue you are giving for a premium customer.The crowd at your service center has shaken my faith in Nokias quality

                I recently purchased Nokia N8,IMEI:[protected]. It was working fine for 15 days.But after that refused to start.As the Nokia people mentioned that was their fault because of assembly problem some customers faced this problem.So they said it can't be repaired but replaced anyhow.I gave it to a authorized nokia care.SLANS COMMUNICATION,here in tumkur.[job sheet Number : 101110/53] 10/nov/2010,It was replaced by a new one on 22/nov/2010.But they replaced it with a damaged one.That was again sent for replacement.That was replaced on 03/dec/2010. This time they gave me an orange handset,originally i had a Black version of N8.
                When i asked about that they say that NO STOCK for the black one.So what should i do now.I want N8 to be replaced by a black one.But they refuse that,or else they need lots of time as there is no stock.Please help me out giving a proper solution for this.

                Someone should start some kind of insurance for consumers..

                Like if they pay the premium during the purchase, and anything happens to the device within 30 days, they would get replacement from this insurance company..

                The original manufactureres have become shamelessly shameless

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I have a problem with my Nokia 5320. It is my mobile gets switched off automatically and I will have to switch it on again. I have given it to the Nokia priority, kodambakkam. I have given my mobile for the 7th time now regarding the same problem. It has also been sent to the higher authorities(L3) for 3 times. But, after all this my mobile hasn't been repaired yet. I have given them my mobile 2 days back regarding same problem. I also started facing new problems due to this. They are, my mobile gets hang up and gets switched off and my output voice cant be heard on the other side at all. Its been 11 months since I bought my mobile, in which I used it for only 5months and It was handed to the Nokia priority for 6 months. This is totally horrible. please take the necessary action as soon as possible so that I can have my mobile again.

                    Unsubscribe this game service urgently from today because since 20 days customer care gime me promices & refund my Rs.50/- asap otherwise i will complaint about this matter.

                    NOKIA N95 — about download

                    I am using nokia N95 model handset,iam using Opera min web browser,i cannot download 2mb from my mobile,so pls help to do that more than2 mb, my built in browser also dont allow to download more than 2mb, so pls help me to get ridout that problem

                      I had ordered for front cover of my handset nokia 3600 slide in the nokia care authorized service center on 23/10/2010. bill no-041.at konark communications,shop no-12,arhant complex,kranti chowk,aurangabad,maharashtra.But still now i had not received it,I get the same answer its not in stock in the nokia company for so many times,I am shoked to know that nokia being a big telecom co in world wide has such poor service.in future i will suggest all costumers not to opt for nokia.

                        Nokia Care — Damaged my Phone

                        Dear Mam/Sir

                        I have purchased a NOKIA 5800 XM five months ago. I am getting many problem in it. I visited NOKIA CARE six times. But every time I am unsatisfied by there service. In latest I visited Nokia Care on 14/08/2010. The problem was that I was unable to sync to ovi, cant make backup, network signal problem, and major problem was when I plug charger it shows charging and then charger unplugged.

                        They solved my ovi sync problem but not backup, signal and charging problem after keeping it for two days. When I was receiving my phone I asked for a charger to test it.They refused to give by saying we don't have charger. When I switched on my mobile I found that my Touch panel was cracked. I ran to the executive from whom I received my phone. I told him about the crack. He refuse to accept there mistake. He says we haven't crack it.

                        When I argued with him that I always keep my phone in front of my eyes and I know whats the problem in it, where it is damaged but I didn't found Touch panel cracked before.

                        If it was already cracked when I was delivering my phone to executive for repair on14/08 she and the Engineer tested it, they also turns it off and on. They must have seen if it was cracked. she must told me that your Touch panel is cracked.

                        Then he stop responding to me. He went inside leaving his chair and didn't came back for a long time. I just came back home with sad face.

                        When I plugged my charger at home it gives the same massage again. I was taken aback. After one day I received a feedback call from Nokia. I tell her the whole story that was happens to me. She said you will receive a call tomorrow. Next day I get a call again from Nokia. She told me that you go to Nokia care your problem will be resolved.

                        On 21/08/2010 I visited Nokia care again. When I talked about signal, charging problem and to change the touch panel and also told them that I got a call from Nokia they told me that your problem will be solved. But they refused again to change the touch panel. When I opposed an officer came in civil dress. I don't know who was he may manager. He returned my mobile and said we will not repaire your mobile. He miss behaved with me and I was told to get out. I said I am not going any where until my problem will not be solved. There executive move out of his seat. I waited for 38min but no one came. Then again I complained after a few minutes executive came and take my mobile for repaire. They returned my mobile after 30min.

                        But they have not changed my Touch panel. Now I am still getting the signal problem. Is there any who can listen to me. will I get Justice.

                        May be they do Injustice with me because I am 15 years old. They thought that what he can do if we refuse.


                        Please help me to get justice. I want my Justice.

                            all nokia dealers should replace the phone if the complaint is logged within 48 hrs of purchase, please talk with your dealer.

                            I would also like to share that when i went to purchase my N8 the phone was not at all starting up, finally my dealer replaced it with another new one (on the same day), which is running fine as of now.

                              Dear Concern,

                              I am Prince Chauhan from Delhi, India. Being a regular user of Nokia products, I have purchased a Nokia 5235 Come with music handset on 14th June 2010.

                              One month ago, my headphone has stopped working. I was not able to use my headphone. So I show it to Nokia Care (N.R.I Communication, O-9, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, India) on dated 01.Nov.2010. They told me that you should mention all accessories serial no. on your bill. And they didn’t submit my headphone.

                              Again on 03 Nov. 2010, I show my headphone with revised bill to Nokia Care (N.R.I Communication, O-9, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, India) and submitted to Ms. Sheetal Sharma.

                              On 4 Nov. 2010, they has call me and said, your bill is not proper and your bill dated is not visible on your bill. So please correct it and resubmit your bill.

                              I understand that it was a valid reason, So that Again I re-submitted my corrected bill on dated 08 Nov. 2010 with all required device information.

                              But they didn’t call me that what’s the process of my headphone. So after 2 week, I called in Nokia Care for my headphone progress. But I shocked to see irresponsibility and behavior from Nokia Care. They told me that your bill not submitted yet so we not able to send it for replacement. When I informed them, I already submitted my bill in your Nokia Care on Dated 08 Nov. 2010, Monday. Then they found out my revised bill. Again give me same reason for the same that your bill is incorrect.

                              I am attaching both the revised bills copy and service job sheet scan photo copy.

                              I will be happy if you respond early. Hope to see that NOKIA maintains its worldwide reputation.

                                Dear Madam/Sir,
                                I wanted to lodge a compliant against Nokia Care, Secunderabad for giving me false promise that they will replace my phone in a weeks time, but later when I went there they gave me my phone back saying that it has been repaired.
                                I would like to know how do I give a compliant in consumer court? Hoping that justice will be done in my case.
                                Here is the description of the whole incident…..
                                I bought a Nokia N 97 mini form Univercell showroom,Mehadipatam on 16th April 2010 for 20,500/- and the phone started giving up problem very next day and after a lot of arguments they gave me another Handset on 18th April at Univercell showroom.
                                The mobile started giving problems after a months time, but I did not have time to go and fight with them again, so days passed and finally I got fed up with the handset and gave it to Nokia Care(Mehadipatnam) on 6th August and they repaired the set and gave it back on 11th August. I started using the handset it started giving troubles within a weeks time and as I was busy with my office schedules could only give it to Nokia Care(Ameerpet) on 15th Sept and they informed me that they have to send the handset to Nokia manufacturer and will take 10 days and I waited for 10 days and took the mobile back . After coming from the manufacturer I could see some physical changes in the handset and was in an impression that they have changed the board and now everything is ok, but things again came to square 1 and it started giving me problem from 10 days of delivery. Fed up with these things I went personally to Nokia care(Secunderabad) on and finally i met the manager and told her everything what had happened till date and she promised me that considering all the facts she will replace the handset and asked me to give the mobile to Mr.Vishnu(Nokia Care, Secunderabad) and asked me to collect the new handset in a weeks time. With that assurance I felt very happy and was an impression that at last my problem has solved and I could get rid of the harrasment . Now to my surprise they are asking me to take the handset back stating that it is repaired.
                                I wanted to know that how many times should I go around the Nokia service centre’s and is there any end to it? Who will be held responsible for loss of my time and the mental agony occurred due to my Handset and will they give assurance that it will not give any compliant till a year. Will Nokia bear the loss which was caused due the handset .
                                This is to inform you that I am a Production manager for television programs and my whole works goes on contacting people through mobile only, so you might know that how much do I need a mobile to co-ordinate with actors/director/cameraman/Art Director/Music Director/Crew etc. I coordinate with 100 different people(on mobile) to make the shooting happen without any hassles and you can imagine the agony faced by me due to the mobile.

                                So please suggest me how do I register a compliant and will I get a new handset as promised.

                                    Nokia — Nokia 6303 classic Display problem

                                    t's the problem with Nokia6303i classic.Just purchased 14th April 2010.Sparingly used,all of a sudden when i was going through the Gallery. The home page “ON SCREEN” display has some sort of thin digital noisy strip at the base. It persisted in subsequent applications also, even after changing the theme. Because of that I am unable to visualize the options displayed at the very bottom of screen.Since it is under warranty period i took it to the Nokia dealer but said that since it's the display issue they recommended to approah to the Nokia service centre.Took it there and they said that though it is under warranty the display should be changed and it would be chargable of Rs1900
                                    I've checked on net and saw many people have come across the same issue with this model Nokia6303i classic.Nokia has a good name, and after spending lot of money on mobile this kind of issue if it is not sort it out,it is something like Expoiting the customers and on the other hand it's a bad image for the company.
                                    I hope necessary action would be taken.Our satisfaction would be considered.
                                    Please do reply as early as possiable to my mail.If not i would go to the Consumer Court

                                        There is this Showroom in south delhi Aum Solutions (Nokia showroom G-26 South ex part1) who Sells already Used/repaired Nokia Phone with Seal...
                                        Recently i brought N8 Nokia phone which turn out to be use and repaired Phone which later then exchange with the original thankfully..One of the guy in the store was over acting to impress the customers with the phones...I'm sure a Good professional Nokia dialer won't act oversmart/over convincing to sell their products after all Nokia is a trusted brand every knows..
                                        I trusted the shop because its a Nokia showroom but it seem even showrooms are not safe this days...A few greedy people can really spoiled the name of Good brand....

                                        I would i like to warn such fraud dealers so that it doesn't happen with another people again.....

                                        Note:- whenever you buy a new mobile Go to any software expert to see i[censored] are not fooled by the Dealers....

                                        Don't ever try to purchase from this store, I'm the victim of sending $ but receive nothing from this horrible store...

                                        At first I was so convinced & wanted to try for the first time, $300 for a samsung mobile with 1 year warranty. Unfortunately end up with no goods at all, they said it was caught at the china custom and I need to pay extra $ to claim it back.

                                        I told them no way unless I receive my goods and I'll pay them whatever extra $ they incurred. They stop reply my email since then...

                                        So sad, hope there won't be anyone out there to be conned this way, beware...

                                        I wanted to find the AUTHENTICITY of the above mentioned website as it sells Nokia products at very cheaper rate than the manufacturer itself & even gives One Year Warranty. I hope this is not a hoax company otherwise many people can be robbed off their money.
