here is the complain today I launched!

This is to inform you that, I Dr. Anindya Chatterjee is a user of Nokia-E-51 mobile phone. I have submitted my mobile phone in your service center dated 4 th Jan, 2011 due to solve the problem of inconsistency of availability of network in the same phone. On 5th Jan,2011 evening I went there to collect my handset as I have been informed that my handset is OK and I can collect it> My Token No was H43. But after going there, when I told your person to check in front of mine to show me the fitness of the handset, it was failed. Then they informed me that they want to intervene it again with my battery, though it was working with their one. I accepted it and left it to them. Now today evening I received a call from your center that my phone has some unsolvable hardware problem and I have to collect it without solving that (though it was working yesterday).
Now my question is unsolvable if the problem is , then how it was working on the previous day ( as I have been informed, Token no-H43, 5th Jan,2011) . If it is working on 5th Jan,2011, then I believe there must be some serious mistake for your technical person which causes the unsolvable problem of my phone. Today when I received my phone (Token No-H43), I asked the same question to your employee, but unfortunately he told "I don't know, how it happens" and also informed that he has written " not repaired and returned". I asked regarding the reason of problem caused, but the other side was unreplied. Any way, I have sign it and collect it, as I don't want to create seen over there(several customer were present, which could create a different situation there), I had pen through the the other line and collected it ( You can check the Job sheet). I could not remember the full Job Sheet no. but last no is 4/10.
As a bonafied Nokia hand set holder for ~ last 7 years, I am taking this opportunity to request you to intervene into this matter and rectify my phone, so that I can restrict myself to go further.

service and DEFECTED product.
I had purchased NOKIA 6303i classic on September 2010 which started
heating problem and it was a dead mobile at the month of April 2011. I
submitted my mobile to Nokia Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.)
Mulund, Mumbai. After 4 days it was informed to me that my mobile has
been sent to Delhi for servicing and it will take another 8 to 10 days,
so after two weeks I got my mobile back which after using two days it
had the same heating problem so I had to return it back again to Nokia
Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.) Mulund, Mumbai. It was
returned to me after a week and now its working, but the battery
performance is not so good. So it was a bad experience from your
service.
Meanwhile I purchased Nokia C6 on May 7 from the same store Nokia
Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.). Within two weeks it had
touch screen problem which used to get hanged. I submitted Nokia C6 to
the same store and they took one and a half week to do the servicing.
When they returned my mobile back, I checked my mobile in the store
itself and it had the same touch screen problem. It was really very
frustrating. Again I returned it back to store which took another five
days. I also complained to Nokia Bangalore call centre. And after five
days I got my mobile back and I checked the touch screen which was
working fine but I found the alignment of the sliding panel was bit
dislocated. Next day I wanted to click some snap so I pressed the side
camera button which didn’t respond, this was the end of my patience.
Now I had submitted my Nokia C6 to the same store, after two days I was
informed that my mobile will be sent to Delhi for servicing. So this
time I am not going to tolerate anymore and I will not take that mobile
(IMEI No[protected]--) back even if it is in working condition. I
need a REPLACEMENT or MONEY BACK. I hope this complain letter will be
considered and right action will be taken.

IN FUTURE I AM NOT GOING TO BUY ANY NOKIA. AND I WILL SUGGEST THIS TO EVERYONE.
THIS IS VERY BAD FROM NOKIA AND THEIR TEAM. I AM REALLY VERY ANGRY. I JUST FEEL LIKE TO POST MY COMPLAIN IN EACH AND EVERY SITE SO THAT EVERYONE WILL BE AWARE WATZ GOING ON WITH NOKIA - THE CHEATERS. NOKIA SUCKS
