MYSELF YASHU KAME. ON 7-12-10 I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW NOKIA C6 FROM UJJWAL ASSOCIATES WHO ARE THE AUTHORISED DEALER OF NOKIA PRODUCTS. WITHIN TWO DAYS IT STARTS HANG, HALF BLACK HALF WHITE SCREEN STARTS APPEARING, APPLICATIONS WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY, SPEED WAS SO SLOW, WHEN IT GET SWITCH OFF THEN I HAVE TO TAKE THE BATTERY OUT AND HAVE TO INSERT IT AGAIN IN ORDER TO SWITCH IT ON. I INFORM UJJWAL ASSOCIATES ABOUT MY PROBLEM RELATED TO HANDSET. THEY FORMATTED BOTH CELL AND MEMORY CARE THREE TIMES BUT PROBLEM REMAINS THE SAME. I NEED MOBILE PHONE FOR OFFICIAL PURPOSE SO ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE A CELL WHICH FUNCTION PROPERLY. I REQUESTED THEM TO REPLACE OR REFUND ME BACK FOR THE MOBILE I PURCHASED. IN STARTING THEY WERE AGREE BUT NOW THEY ARE NOT LISTINING. THEY ARE REFUSING TO TAKE IT BACK AND ALSO TO REFUND IT.
AS A CONSUMER I NEED YOUR HELP SO I REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME.

Please regard this draft as a complain letter to NOKIA due to its POOR
service and DEFECTED product.

I had purchased NOKIA 6303i classic on September 2010 which started
heating problem and it was a dead mobile at the month of April 2011. I
submitted my mobile to Nokia Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.)
Mulund, Mumbai. After 4 days it was informed to me that my mobile has
been sent to Delhi for servicing and it will take another 8 to 10 days,
so after two weeks I got my mobile back which after using two days it
had the same heating problem so I had to return it back again to Nokia
Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.) Mulund, Mumbai. It was
returned to me after a week and now its working, but the battery
performance is not so good. So it was a bad experience from your
service.

Meanwhile I purchased Nokia C6 on May 7 from the same store Nokia
Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.). Within two weeks it had
touch screen problem which used to get hanged. I submitted Nokia C6 to
the same store and they took one and a half week to do the servicing.
When they returned my mobile back, I checked my mobile in the store
itself and it had the same touch screen problem. It was really very
frustrating. Again I returned it back to store which took another five
days. I also complained to Nokia Bangalore call centre. And after five
days I got my mobile back and I checked the touch screen which was
working fine but I found the alignment of the sliding panel was bit
dislocated. Next day I wanted to click some snap so I pressed the side
camera button which didn’t respond, this was the end of my patience.

Now I had submitted my Nokia C6 to the same store, after two days I was
informed that my mobile will be sent to Delhi for servicing. So this
time I am not going to tolerate anymore and I will not take that mobile
(IMEI No[protected]--) back even if it is in working condition. I
need a REPLACEMENT or MONEY BACK. I hope this complain letter will be
considered and right action will be taken.

IN FUTURE I AM NOT GOING TO BUY ANY NOKIA. AND I WILL SUGGEST THIS TO EVERYONE.

THIS IS VERY BAD FROM NOKIA AND THEIR TEAM. I AM REALLY VERY ANGRY. I JUST FEEL LIKE TO POST MY COMPLAIN IN EACH AND EVERY SITE SO THAT EVERYONE WILL BE AWARE WATZ GOING ON WITH NOKIA - THE CHEATERS. NOKIA SUCKS

      Nokia — fraud services

      Hello
      I am using Nokia 5130 cellphone last few months but suddenly it showing hanging problem and after a few days it completely dead then i visit to nokia care Gurgaon center at Sector 14, they charged me Rs. 150 and said that phone's get moscher inside the phone and there is no warranty for this and you need to pay Rs 2600 for its new IC and other software which are totally damaged. After that i refused to take this service because of lack of money. But after 2 days when i try to switch on the phone it works smoothly. i surprised i made a complaint i customer care for the same but no body give me positive response.
      Now again my phone has same condition. It automatically start and dead after a few time. Please help me i am very tried up with this poor services of nokia. they are fraud.

      Nokia N8 — No response from the company

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I had bought Nokia N8 bearing IMEI number- [protected] on 20th November 2010 from Samarth Lifestyle Retailing Pvt. Ltd. at Upper Ground Floor, F-19, West Gate Mall, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110024. However, unfortunately the phone stopped working after 3 days only for which I went back to Samarth Lifestyle. They sent me to Nokia Care at Benz India Pvt. Ltd. at C-126, Naraina Indus. Area Pn-I New Delhi. They collected my phone for repair with the job card number[protected]/101125/41 and promised me the target delivery within 2 days.
      Since then there has been no positive reply from their side. It’s been 3weeks that I am suffering from this torture. Both Samarth Lifestyle and Nokia Care centre are making fool of me that my phone is coming today or tomorrow. They are sending me here and then to each other like a ‘shuttle cock’.
      It’s been a great mental torture for me. Kindly make an early arrangement for my grievances otherwise I’m been compelled for RTI act and Consumer forum proceedings because I cannot tolerate this anymore.

      Hi gaurav,

      i can understand you concern. can i suggest you one thing Nokia has a customer care and i think they are doing a good job on their part by hadling such requests. if you have not spoken to them i would recommend you to talk to them and for people you and me who put their hard earn money and a lot of time is invested here by going to care centers and priority shops i would suggest you to call nokia care line and these people will be able to get you a status on your device so that you dont have to invest a lot of time travelling to other centers.

      DONT GO TO NOKIA CARE -SALIGRAMAM, VADAPALANI( CHOLA TECHNOKOGY), 1st thing about them is poor service, I have gone there to repair my n8 which has antenna problem, they solved it but next day I got sensor problem. Again i went there they gave me back with the same problem. Again I gave my mobile to them ( coz nokia is having a stupid rule i[censored] have given ur mobile to a nokia care u can't give it to any other nokia care upto 1 month so I don't have other option) Senthil is the manager there he promised me to replace the handset so I waited patiently, After few days they gave me a n8 with other IMIE number and told me it has been replaced with new board, when I checked the mobile with *#92702689# it was showing 73hrs o[censored]sage so I got a doubt, and went to other nokia care to check the warranty. I was shocked there it shows the warranty ends in Dec 2011 whereas I bought on July 2011 and I found out that they had replaced with the OLD BOARD and said that it a was a new board from the company. Again I called the customer care, they said to go back to nokia care to solve. So i went there and asked them, they said it is called SWAPPING and all the nokia care will do this kind of thing (cheating) there. Again they promised me to replace a new mobile . So I waited another 20 days. Yesterday they have given back my mobile and said "it was gone to the company H.O they have tested & it has no problem and the company will not replace" . Finally I have the same antenna and mic problem again, , , DONT BUY NOKIA ITS NOT WORTH A PENNY AND NOKIA CARE

      I purchased this device being a fan of Nokia and love for the specification of the Nokia N8 and had used a lot of Nokia devices in the past and still have the older version of it the Nokia N82 which is still functioning good better than Nokia N8.
      This Nokia N8 was a very good device when I got it, looked good and great camera. I loved the device. But then I tried some functions on the phone and came to know that the phone is a complete mess and lots of trouble.
      Problems:
      1. The phone cannot stay connected to the internet via Bluetooth to give internet to my Computer. It connects to the internet for a while say 2 to 5 minutes after which the phone gets hung and restarts or freezes and I had to restart the phone to connect again and again the same issue. Sometimes it doesn’t restart instead it shows it is connected to both PC and Internet and I am not able to go online. So tried switching to 3g services with Airtel still the same issue and tried to change ISP like Docomo and Bsnl as per the troubleshooting provided by Nokia care and Help line.
      2. Sometimes my phone forgets that it is on a network and tells my friends who try to call me that my phone is either switched off or out of coverage when I am right under the Airtel Tower when I come to know this and look at my phone it shows that it has full coverage and then it doesn’t let me to dial outbound or receive any call but at the same time I can connect to the internet. But to let the phone come back live I must restart it or it will never come back. So in day I have to restart the phone at least once to check if the phone is online or rejecting calls. This is very frustrating since a phone that costs that much is never supposed to fall under this category. I am sure that a china phone that costs Rs 500 will be able to function better.
      3. When I am watching a movie or going through some songs on the phone restarts by itself and comes right back. This is very irritating when I am composing an email since all that I typed is lost. I sometimes feel like throwing the device but hold my calm thinking that the issue will be fixed by September when the Anna Update will happen.
      I noticed all these problems in the month of April itself so walked to the Nokia care Silk Tele services Bangalore Marathahalli and informed them about the issues they asked me to format the phone and the memory and then try since they were sure it was just a software issue. I informed them that I was a software Engineer and had tried all the steps that clicked in my mind regarding the software issues. So they said that they will have to open the device to check for fault. I said that my device is not even a month old and I will not give it to them for opening it since I was sure that once the device is open it will never give me the same performance. So I said that I needed a replacement since the phone had some hardware damage and the phone was not even a month old. So to send me away they told me to wait until the Anna Software Update in the month of September. So since I didn’t get any fix from them I called up the Nokia Care Help line number: 30303838 and told them about the issue they walked me through a hell lot of troubleshooting for 40 minutes and I had to pay for the call and the number said that it was a toll free number but those fix they said erased my data on phone but nothing really helped and called them again and another 30 minutes to tell them what happened on the last call and again into some other troubleshooting that never had an end. I felt pity on the technicians that tried to helped me he was not understanding I am a better troubleshooter than him and I am calling him since I was sure that it was a hardware fault which I cannot fix myself I didn’t want to sue him for the useless troubleshooting that he did so planned to wait till the month of September since speaking to these guys were of no use and waste of time for me and them.
      Now During September I got the Anna Update and I formatted the device and including my memory card and built in memory. Started the all new way and was shocked to see that the phone was performing the same manner except that the look of the application and the camera. I did not put any of my data on the phone and walked to the Nokia care Silk Tele services Bangalore Marathahalli and told them that the Anna Update did not fix my issue. So they said that it could be again some software issue and said that they will need to open the handset otherwise. Didn’t know what to tell the customer care lady at desk asked for some manager. So asked me to wait and waited for hours and got a manager by the name Kumar his cell phone number is: [protected] and I told him my complete issue he had also the same thing to say to open my handset. So I told them that I will only give my handset on one condition. And my condition was open the handset only if it is required and I wanted the handset without any scratches on it the same way it was. Since I carried it in a pouch the time since I took it out of the box and had protective cover on display as well worth Rs1000. Instead of me pleading them to not open the handset and to have no scratches on it, they said that they even do it for new handsets that not even a day old to check for hardware damage. So they smiled and said that I can surely get it back the way it is.
      But after hours I got the handset back after almost wasting one whole day there. Then I almost cried to see my handset in a very bad condition with lots of visible scratches and the plastic case pulled out and bent and with engravings of the force applied and on top of that they told me that my phone didn’t have any hardware defect. I spoke the manager Kumar about the broken promise and the damage done on my handset he said it was a part of the service and that is not a problem, I told him that this was a very poor service done on the handset and want the body and the display case of my handset back with a new one. He said he can do nothing about it and I informed him that I would complain about the issue and he walked off saying that I can go ahead and complain and he can do nothing about it. I almost cried that day for giving my handset for its destruction and for its slaughter.
      As a last resort I called up Nokia Help line on 30303838. Told them about the issue and the present status of the phone and the problem still persists so they asked me to submit the phone to Silk Tele Services to send to Nokia. So I submitted the phone to Silk Tele services again on 7th and since did not hear anything from them after the due date that is 15th called them up and they said it was under quality control check and told me to collect it at Silk Tele services on 17th September 2011.Got the handset and found that the problems that I told still remains and on top of it they presented me with scratches on display and paint on the removed at parts that were very much visible. Showed manager Kumar the condition of the phone now and told that it is getting worse now he looked at it and said that Nokia guys just changed the top plastic cover and the IMEI number that was on the plastic cover was also scratched out. I look now like a handset that is handled very roughly and parts inside it jerking. I thought of walking to Police station for the damage but did not know Telengu to speak to them.
      So since I am out of hope and will have to buy a new some other handset anyway not a Nokia Brand any more. Walked into a local place shop to sell away the Nokia N8 for at least Rs15, 000 the shopkeeper had a look at the handset and told me that I will not even get Rs5, 000 for the device since it is open several times I told him that it is still under warranty till[protected] and I told him that if he wanted I will even pay Rs 1, 412 to increase the warranty of the handset to[protected]. He is still not willing to accept the device even after telling him that I will buy another Samsung Handset from him worth Rs 29, 999.He told me son I understand the problem and I cannot take it for that price since nobody will buy a spoilt handset that is in this condition and the one without the IMEI label. Even I felt so and that is the reason why I writing to you. Please help me get justice for this. At least for the tax I pay and the rights of a customer. Question why Nokia is turning out to be selling fake products with no quality at all and poor service centers that spoil the handset and change it from good to worse.
      Ban Defective brand like Nokia N8 to Sell in India. Why make a fool of Indians by selling toys to them that is not capable of lasting even the Manufacture period. For people who are reading this please don’t buy expensive Nokia devices as you will have the same end and experience. Nokia was once good but no more. My old Nokia N82 is 100 times better than Nokia N8-00.Felt like having bought an Expensive snake that bites me and kills me. Bye Nokia forever.
      Sir Please help me with regards to this at least to get a replacement at least. If you need any finance to fight my case I don’t mind paying since I already had spend almost Rs 25, 000 for the phone and its accessories. Please contact me by Email or phone if you can help me.       The Complaint has still not been processed and Nokia had asked me to mail this to [protected]@ovi.com for fast solution.So i had send the mail as per their request.They called me on this number [protected] and again asked me to repeat the complaint and asked me to submit the phone again to Nokia for repair so that they can give it to some useless illiterate fellow who doesn't even know how to hold the tools properly to play with someones money and destroy it more.I still value the device since I paid for it.Seriously the service desk technical fellows are too care less about their work and indirectly they are the one to be held responsible for this.
      I disagreed towards the repair again since i don't have any time to waste running back and forth when i know that Nokia can do no fix on my handset and their support representatives are not capable of fixing it.
      1.I am not willing for any compromise less than replacement with a complete fresh box piece one that doesn't have any problems that i mentioned.
      If it is still going to have the same issue then i don't need it.
      2.I would request Nokia for money back since they are not able to keep up their promises as shown on the adds and since they show fraud specification that are never true.If Nokia had been true then they should have mentioned that their Nokia N8 device should at least be restarted 10 times daily for proper functioning along side its specification.If you want to to see some criticism regarding latest Nokia devices please do visit www.gsmarena.com then you will understand that Nokia is still in dark age.Nokia is sleeping when all the other brands are introducing Killer gadgets to the market Nokia is still sitting gaining distrust form its fan like me.Sorry i am no longer a fan.

      If Nokia Cant do any of the above mentioned i would demonstrate a video regarding the issue to public and make Nokia N8 users aware of what exactly their device is capable of doing.
      I had contacted my advocate uncle at calicut regarding the same. If in case no one is able to help me i shall proceed with a case not only for selling defective devices and also about bad workmanship.
      I have all the documents and the complete N8 Kit with me untouched as a proof and Silk Tele Service papers to prove the cheating done by Nokia on the customer.

      SUB:(Continuation of the Story.Submitting the N8 to Nokia Care for the 3rd time since they insisted on it)
      I at last planned to submit the handset to the Nokia Care for the 3rd and the last time since they insisted on submitting the handset to fix it.
      So what I did was before I held over the handset to the Nokia Care demonstrated the issues with the handset to the Manager at Nokia Care at Marathahalli, Silk Tele services.
      I had demonstrated:
      1.Bluetooth Connectivity issues that disconnects itself after 2 to 3 minutes of its use and the frequant restart of the phone.
      2.The damage on the handset when they took it from me for the past two repairs that indirectly spoilt it. Showed him the scratched out IMEI Label on the phone that clearly indicates that a repair was carried on the phone.
      3.I was not able to demonstrate the loss of network since it doesnot happen often and if he insisted I will have brought the handset to him some other day when it actually happened.
      I want all these issues fixed on the handset only then I will accept the handset since the above mentioned 1st and 3rd issues was there on the phone from the time since I got the handset and seems to be like a manufacturing defect for the Nokia N8.
      But the 2nd was generated by the Nokia Care agent due to their careless handeling of the handset and useless service carried on the handset without trying to identify the fault in the handset or the model.
      So I want all these issues with the handset fixed or provide me with some other Model for exchange that doesnot have any manufacturing defect or a new Nokia N8 that doesnot have any defects like these.

      I had submitted my handset on 24th september 2011 at Nokia care for the last and final time since they assured me that they would fix the handset or do what ever is required and since I did not hear anything from them till now ie. Today the 27th of September 2011.I shall try calling them to just know if they have started to fix the issue or started to kill it more.Any way I am sure that the Rs 23, 824.0 that I paid for that useless device is gone for a toss.Well I don’t plan to leave them alone if they don’t provide me a fix or a solution to the issue. I would sue them and also make my friends and as many people I can to boycot their products due to their poor quality and poor service.NEVER EVER BUY A NOKIA FOR MORE THAN Rs1000.       I am Hani.The one who had posted this" Defective Nokia N8-00 - Total Dissatisfaction on Purchase of Nokia N8 and the Service carried on it by the Nokia Care Centre that actually killed it each time" regarding my issue.
      My issue is still not fixed and i would like to know your status is it fixed or not.
      I guess what we will have to do is file a case at consumer court since that is the only way out since Nokia seems to be teasing us and providing defective handsets like Nokia N8.
      I had proved and demonstrated to Nokia that even after fixing my handset for the second time it still really didn't fix the handset rather than spoil the handset.
      I am just waiting to get my handset back from Nokia so that i can walk into consumer court and have them deal the case on a higher level and take compensation from Nokia for taking the customers to such dissatisfaction by giving them fake promises and non functional handsets.
      So I will keep posting my updates but during the mean time it would be great if you could collect friends with similar issues so that we can unite and fight to ban such expensive useless and defective handset model like Nokia N8.

        I have the exact problem as stated above. I was calling up my mobile operator company and firing them.. poor chaps. Just a few hours back I realized that the problem is with my handset and not with the network. I am unable to send SMS. it just stays in my outbox and i keeps asking to resend. I dunno what is to be done but I am very upset with Nokia 5233
        even i have the same problem.

          This time Nokia has manufactured a disaster. Nokia C-7 is a disaster. I had received a replacement for my faulty C - 7 handset ( first handset got dead after 4 days of buying it). The new replaced handset also got dead within a month & is again being sent to delhi for repair. I dont even know what is the issue with this handset. Never expected from Nokia. Now i dont feel like having this mobile. I have lost my data due to the inefficiency of this handset, not once but twice. I just need my money back as it is clear this model of Nokia is 100% disaster. Even if you give me a new replacement i wont accept it as I have lost my faith in Nokia. I am fully dissatisfied & have suffered enough mental agony due to this deficiency in your service as well as in your handset & inconvenience faced due to the non availability of my phone.

          This is really really disgusting. Again 4th replacement is getting. Never expected from Nokia. Really I have lost my faith in Nokia & even i had requested to Ms Bijal (Nokia India P Ltd) to look into my matter. I had called her lots of time but she has no time & interest to attend the customer call.
          Awaiting for the quick & positive reply from Nokia...
          I agree with Yogita Devagida.nokia c7 is a disastrous.I bought my mobile from dubai on 30 jan.it stoped working after 2 hours o[censored]se.they repaired it two times.but the phone is still dead.i was the fan of nokia, but now i lost my trust in it.never i will buy nokia in future, will go for blackberry or samsung.
          nokia is hell, my c7 goes mad all the time, it is shocked that nokia got only 9 hd games for c7 that costs RS 18000, , , , , , , hell is nokia, , , i need replacement soon to nokia 701.

              I had bought a new nokia C6-00 and on the next day I found that there were a couple of issues as below

              (1) a tearing disturbance from the speaker and

              (2)the software was hanging and on a couple of times

              (3)the phone got switched off and had a problem switching back on.

              I had contacted the dealer immediately the next day and informed me about the problem, as I was not in a position to take it to the dealer on the same Day I had taken it to them the weekend.

              The dealer had taken the unit to the Nokia care center and have detected the below issues and told that they will repair the unit.

              (1) Quality of the Speaker

              (2)Charging/Battery backup issue

              (3) Software issue

              Can someone advise me with what I need to be doing as this is a manufacturing defect and I DO NOT WANT A REPAIRED PHONE.

              I would not like to be using a New phone with lot of hardware and software issues, and which is getting a lot of replacement/repaired before being used properly. I am definitely concerned about the quality of the Product sold to me.

              INTRODUCTION:
              I purchased a Nokia mobile Model code - C6 with IMEI No. XXXX[protected], Color – White, Rate – 13,999.99 and an additional cost of Rs. 800 (For protective Screen and white cover) on 16th October 2010 with Bill No. 5132.
              However, I am not able to use it. The screen went blank numerous times a day. The only way out is to disconnect the battery and plug it again.
              The problem was communicated by me to Shop owner immediately in next 3 days. However, they run some restore factory settings with no improvement.
              As a last resort, it was taken for repair on 3rd of November 2010 by the shop owner. On repeated follow ups with the shop manager, on 23rd of November 2010, it was told to me to collect the repaired handset vide job sheet no.[protected]/101111/7 dated 11th November, 2010. However, in front of shop owner only, a call came and the phone went blank with no response.
              On this occasion, the shop owner promised to get the replaced (new) handset. And again after more than a month and repeated followups on 31st December 2010, I was told to collect the new handset.
              I was shocked and surprised to see that the handset they were giving to me was a used one and having a lot of scratches upon it with the same jobsheet number dated 29th November 2010. There was a Nokia Care Centre representative present there and told to me that it was always a replaced handset (Swapped and used by one or more users including test handsets in use by nokia engineers) and you will never be given the new handset again even if you purchased a new one.
              Promises and warranty not fulfilled:
              1. The Shop owner promised the replacement, however not fulfilled the promise made.
              2. Failure on part of Nokia Warranty regarding the repair of defect and replacing the product as per warranty.
              TRANSACTION DETAILS :
              Bill No. 5132, Date – 16th October 2010
              Item – Nokia C6, IMEI XXXX[protected], Amount – 13,999.99
              Other items part of handset like – Protective cover for which an amount of Rs. 400 was paid and Rs. 400 against cover in white color.
              NATURE OF COMPLAINT:
              1. False representation.
              2. Cheating by giving false promises.
              3. Deficiency in after sales service and not abiding by warranty clause.
              4. Harassment, (Making trips to get what is legally mine)
              5. Not delivering the goods and services for which payment is made.
              I made at least 5 trips to shop at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. Each time I needed to take a half day leave against which my work/ salary will get affected.
              Each trip costs Rs 50 parking charge. (5 x 50 = Rs. 250)
              Since the battery and memory card were being kept with me, due to multiple trips to shop I lost the memory card (2GB) due to its small size and no card holder provided to me with the product as the same was available in case of other mobile products. (A card holder is provided normally)
              Multiple letters were already submitted to Nokia Shop Owner when submitting the mobile detailing all the above aspects.
              PRAYER:
              I therefore prays :-
              i) Relief be granted to the me in form of replaced handset (A boxed one/ packed). I am not sure whether the nokia care centres were keeping the new handsets submitted for repairs with them and giving away their own handsets in disguise. (A similar case is already described above)
              ii) I seek compensation for the agony that I am undergoing and take up the matter urgently and am yet to receive the new handset with no commitment so far on it or my money back with interest @PLR of a public sector bank at monthly rests. (Including the cost of cover and protective screen Rs. 800)
              iv) A letter of apology from Nokia and a sum of Rs. 5000 towards compensation for the agony and mental harassment that I am going through. (On New YEAR EVE, CALLED FOR REPLACEMENT AND PROVIDING AN OLD HANDSET IN DISGUISE OF NEW ONE…………… WRITING A LETTER TO GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK ON 1ST OF THE NEW YEAR)

                    I have purchased Nokia N81 from "The cellular solutions" # 1575, 11th main 4th Block Jayanagar Bangalore-41 on 27-2-08
                    Just in one months time my hand set became blank with out any display in it. Immediately i took my mobile to the dealer and explained the problem and the dealer said it is a minor problem and then sent it to the Nokia service centre and asked me to come after a week, again after a week the dealer called me up and returned the hand set that every thing has been rectified and the mobile was ok. The next day the same problem occured the display of my hand set became blank and again i rushed to the dealer with my hand set this circus repeated 4 times and finally the hand set was not able to set right after keeping the mobile for 2 months in the Nokia service centre.
                    Due to the above problems faced by the Nokia company I am frustrated to use N81. So I request the nokia company to return my money or to replace the hand set with any other model which is equalent to the value of N81 but at any cost i dont want to use N 81. If my request is not considered within a week I will take action against your company legally by approaching customers court .

                    I purchased a hand set (Model 7210c) bearing IMEI No.[protected] from M/S Cellnet Telelinks, Bhubaneswar paying Rs.4250/- vide cash memo No..8766 dated 8th June 2010. Since purchase I have been facing a lot of problems ( display ) for which I have to run to your local service centre frequently for repair. During last 13 months use, this display problem developed thrice in my set till now. When this very problem (No display) was seen during last week, I approached the local service centre at Bhubaneswar for repair and a sum of Rs.850/- was charged towards repair cost. During warranty period when this display problem occurred twice during September and October 2010, I requested the local Nokia Care centre to change the set. But they assured me stating that this problem would not be occurred again in this set after repair. But unfortunately just after the warranty period, this very problem developed again on 10th July 2011. I handed over the set the to the Nokia Care Centre, Bhubaneswar on 11th July 2011 after narrating the difficulties of this set since purchase and got it repaired by paying Rs.750/- vide Invoice No TC/3267 on 18th July 2011. Before taking delivery of my mobile, I met the Centre Engineer at the local care centre as per the advise of the Customer cate of Nokia and discussed in detail about the problems of my set quoting my Case ID-1-[protected]. But unfortunately the explanation given did not satisfy me at all. According to him display problems in mobile occur due to various factors and all my three earlier display factors are different from each other which no body could accept so also I. Further he stated that the repair warranty is only 30 days and therefore my case is not active for free repair. However he was kind to reduce the repair charge from Rs.850/- to Rs.750/-. It is ridiculous to note that when Nokia Care centre is working on certain principles and rules then why there was a deviation in the original bill charge instead of waiving out the entire repair amount.
                    Now I feel completely disgusted with all Nokia products and will not hesitate to say that the model 7210c of Nokia product is `POOR QUALITY’. During last 13 months I have faced a lot of difficulties in keeping contact with my people/near dear for which I have incurred loss financially,physically (Sr.Citizen) and mentally.                     my Nokia Lumia 520 set has a problem that, it's display shows adark shade on outer corners.so i contacted Nokia care at Thrissur, Kerala, India.but care center officer said that it will take 15 day to clear the problem by changing display.but i am in warranty period.so i need quick result.please

                        i bought Nokia 7230 from Poorvika store, mylapore in August 2010. but suddenly 4 days back it got switched off and not able to ON again. no back up taken. can any one help.
                        i bought nokia 7230 about 2 years ago. initially the battery back up was good. ut later on it started deteriorating.. recently it gave its poorest performance even though fully charged, it didn't last for more than 3 hrs. so i bought a new battery. still the problem didn't get solved and charge is getting lost quickly. please help out as to what the problem really is and suggest some solution as soon as possible.                           I have paid Rs 18000/ to buy a new Nokia E 72 mobile on 20th October 2010 covered under warranty only to find later that it is refurbished mobile. I had registered mail complaint with Nokia on 2nd December 2010 and my case id is 1-[protected]

                          Just after a month of purchase, I started having incoming voice problems plus frequent hang up with the instrument. I had to miss several calls, as my voice could not be heard at the other end of the caller and had to stop using the instrument itself. I approached your service center M/s. Veetee Communications,Adyar, Chennai and had to go through the harassment. I found to my surprise that they were saying that the instrument had some water in it and will do nokia service only on chargeable basis and indicated their charges around Rs 1000 and if it needs to be done free under warranty, then it needs to be sent to delhi which will take more than 10 days. The remark is not acceptable as I had used it not even a month and can assure you that it is not due to my fault but it is a refurbished mobile.

                          I have already mentioned to you giving IMEI number that the Nokia E 72 mobile should be a refurbished mobile only since it didn't even work properly for 1 month from date of buying as explained to you during my telecon with nokia person

                          Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, I expect full value for my money and requested Nokia to either refund or replace the set at the earliest

                          I have still not got any resolution and surprised to see the lack of customer response from Nokia

                          I am awaiting a positive response and expect Nokia not to force me into unpleasant action

                            I had purchased a nokia handset Model 2700 classic having IMEI No. [protected] on 09-12-09 from ABIR TELECOM ,51/1 , Shib Chandra Chatterjee Street , Belurmath , How-711202.Their cash memo no. 248 dtd. 09-12-09. The set was working fine and only developed a network problem , so I gave it to repair at Nokia Customer Care centre at Howrah AC on last week of Oct'10( as my set was on extended warranty till Jan'11). The customer care staff told me that they have to send the set to the local nokia repairing centre and so my set will be delivered to me after one month. After one month they called me to take the set as it has been repaired . I went to the customer care to collect my set but to my dismay they said the set has not been repaired fully as they could not open my set in working condition . Again they requested me to come after twenty days as the set has to be sent to their head office for repair. After twenty days they called me to take the set. I went their in joyous mood to collect my set, but they returned me the set as it was twenty days ago i.e non-functional telling the set cannot be repaired. I told them to atleast return my set in the original condition that it was when I had first deposited the set but they told the set has liquid leak problem and cannot be rapaired or replaced. From then onwards I understood that the big companies like Nokia whom I trusted the most are also cheating the customers. I want this complaint be sent to the management of the nokia for replacement of my set and if I am not given justice then to approach to the media ( both print and visual ) to highlight the cheating system of the BIG COMPANIES so that the customers are aware of their chaeting system.

                            NOKIA/ 2700 classic — NOT REPAIRING OF HANDSET WHILE WARRANTY PERIOD

                            Dear sir,
                            I am Amit kumar, r/o G-79, dakshinpuri new delhi. I have purchased a nokia handset of model name:2700 classic having IMEI NO':- [protected] on 10th sep 2009. my cellphone is in warranty period, as company used to give a 1 year warranty.
                            My handset had a problem of self swicth off and keypad was not working, so i used to go at nokia care center at tara apartment (near kalkaji) new delhi. They kept my handset for one day for repairing and returned it to next day. After using just 1 or 2 hour the same problem was repeated, then they send my handset to the company. The company returned my handset after 10 days. But the problem was not solved. Then it was again sent to the company for 10 days. Still there was same problem in my handset. then the mechanic of same nokia care center repaired my handset and toold me that it was O.K..
                            But still the problem was not solved. when i went back to them then they told me that my handset was tampered and we couldn't accept your handset in warranty period. I talked to the costumer care executive and complaint about this. They refused first but after requesting they suggest me to submit the handset to nokia care center and they again sent it to the company. After 15 days my handset came back from company . The handset was then working properly. But after a week, it had same problem. then i talked to the manager of that center. They told me to try one moere time, it might be possible that the company replace the handset.
                            Now my cell phone is back to center with a rejection including "TAMPERING OF HANDSET". They are blaming me that i used to tamper it.
                            kindly reply me soon and suggest me what to do now.

                              I brought Nokia C7 one month back, and on second day I gave back to Pacific, Nokia shop cos it was heating while charging. Then after a day they return me same handset with different battery n told now it is alright. Again I was facing problem so I gave it in Panjim, Goa, Nokia Care, they told me they will update
                              software (which is not needed cos there were no new release).

                              After one day they did something and gave me back but in shop itself I showed them that problem is not solved. Then they told me they will send the hand set to Nokia and after 14-15 days they gave me REFURBISHED handset and 15 days less warranty.

                              I paid for new sealed handset and Nokia is giving me Refurbished handset at the rate of new handset.

                              This is complete cheating and I request authorities to take some serious action on the same issues which are happening daily with users like me. And we are totally helpless.

                              I bought nokia c7-00 3rd DECEMBER.BUT on THIRD day I gave back to Pacific, Nokia shop cos it was heating .Then after a day they return me same handset AND TOLD THAD There was a sftware problem in the set &it was solved(which is not needed cos there were no new release).

                              after 25 days it facing problem agagin and prowelm was that anyone who call me the phone was pich automatically without any touch
                              After this i went to nokia care and again they said it had a software problam and its needed to software update
                              but after software updation ovi store, social network etc applicaton has been removed which its default applicataion
                              It can not be reinstalling
                              Hope someone look in this matter seriously. Feel free to mail for any more details

                              They have given me a old handset in place of new Nokia C7.
                              that is also having the same problem as that the previous one was having.
                              I dont think now that Nokia is trustworthy and paying attention to its customers.
                              I am also fully dissatisfied with Nokia.

                                  I have purchased the NOKIA-E52 handset 9monts back from Nokia's Authorised dealer. Since then the hand set has stopped 4 times. Each time I submitted the handset to Nokia Care, Lower Parel. Each time it took 10 days to get the piece repaired. No explanation was given as to what exactly was the fault. I even extended the warranty for 1 more year.

                                  But now I am fed up with the handset. Due to frequent failure, I lost my valuable data / contacts / SMS etc. as well as each time I remained without phone for 10 days. I believe there is some inherent manufacturing defect. I demand from NOKIA to replace my handset with new one.

                                    Dear sir, Unfortunately using the biggest brand of today's Mobile company Cell Phone NOKIA. I am using a cell phone model NOKIA 5530. It starts creating problem from the month of September, 2010 by not inserting Sim card in sip plate, and that’s why I submitted it to your Authorised Service Center at MANIA Baroda to Mr. Prashant Gandhi. They ensure me 4-5 times to deliver the headset within two week. But now it is more than four month, can you please tell me the reason for the delay of this. I feel it was a wrong decision to purchase Nokia mobile. What's the use of giving it to the authorized service center if the service provided is like this? I am really frustrated now tired of hearing nonsense excuse from your care center. I would suggest other people not to go to Nokia Care if this is what Nokia Care provides. Please Beware of Nokia Care.....

                                    I Purchased a mobile hand set mentioned above from M/s Kamal Gift Gallery, Near Police Statioin, Buria Gate, Jagadhri135 003 Dist. Yamuna nagar vide bill No. 866 dated 20.06.2009. After 3-4 days the contents of set was deleted automatically. I approached M/s Kamal gift Gallery many times, he directred me to contact Nokia Customer Care CEntre near Jain chowk, Yamuna Nagart. They updated the sofrtware and told me that this set is under warranty period upto 11th July, 2010 if there is any problem they will replace the set. But the data in the mobile set ws automatically deleted. Customer Care, Yamuna nagar told me that they got a an emial from the cmpany that the soft ware in 3110c is not accessing 1 GB Memory card, so they removed the card and told me to use 512 MB memory card. But the deletioin of data continued again which lost my important numbers and other financial loss. On dated 20.06.2010 Customer Care, Yamuna nagar updated the latest software vide their job card No.[protected] but the same problem i reoccuring in the nature which is manufacuring defect. Through out the year I was running to Ms/ Kamal Gift Gallery. Customer CAre Nokia, Yamuna nagar even the set was within warranty period. Finally Kamal Gift Gallerey directed me contact Nomika Customer Care Centre situated at Sec. 17, HUDA, Jagadhri([protected]@nokiacare india.com). He again updated the software vide his job card No. [protected]/7 dated 27th June, 2010. He co-operated with me well but the problem in the set is reoccuring in nature from starting itself within warranty period. I am harrassed mentally, physically and financially till today neither the set is replaced nor the prblem is rectified.

                                    You are requested to kindly replace the set immediatelly wthout further delay, failing I am liable to approach the legal authority.

                                      At the time of Incoming manytimes my phone hag up and i missed the very important call from onsite people as I am working with service provider industry and I am the key answerable person towards incoming service issues and i have heard the same problem from so many consumer of Nokia phone.
                                      I am using this instrument as a business professional because it gives all the executive business commands.
                                      It is not meeting the performance as per commited by Nokia at the time of purchase.
