I bought Nokia E-63-1 hand set.The problem was when I was open songs real player not functioned. Even memory card and thru internet also. Al ready real player installed in thehand set. I ask some mobile out lets. they said this is had set complaint

Please advise me on this issue.

    I have a Nokia 2700 classic mobile which was purchased in Aug/Sept last year. I had a problem of the pone just shutting off at intervals and even during a coversation. I had given the phone to Herry Communications opp. Mansi Tower, Ahmedabad for the problem to be solved yesterday at 3 p.m.. I would like to bring to your notice that the phone is still in the warranty period. They asked me to pick up the phone in the evening by 7 p.m. On taking the phone from them, I was handed the memory card in my hand asking me to format the same. What are your service centres there for? Just to clean the phones superficially and return the instrument back for us to service/repair? Further the problem that I had given the instrument to be serviced for still persists. Please ensure that this is taken care of as soon as possible or else I would be forced to go to the consumer court.
    my phone noika 2700c with imei no [protected] was showing some problem over a month under warrenty period.

    on 12 sunday at 10 pm it get switched off suddenly on 13 monday i cheked it nokia care at najafgarh they sent my phone in company for checking & repairing.

    on 21 thursday i get received my phone back.

    on 24 saturday it again started problem now my keypad with 2, 5, 8, 0 not working

    i cheked it again at nokia care at najafgarh they saying my phone is liquified & cancelled my warrenty as well.

    plese take some immediate step as soon as possible

      NOKIA 97 MINI

      got 1 years warranty from CELL PLANET but after 3 days only cell is not working

      Dear sir,

      I purchased a Nokia 97 MINI cell from CELL PLANET(Nokia Dealer), at- Hatotota , Via- Talcher, Dist- Anugul, Orissa on dated:-16/07/2010 but after 2 days I started facing propblems in Standby and disturbing unusual noise from the set. Immediately I contacted the NOKIA Care Centre at Bhubaneswar(Twice).Deatails of jiob sheet mentioned hereunder. Still they are not able to rectify the problem.Even I am not satisfied with my new hand set.Pl replace it immeately.

      Ya, Mr.Deepak Swamy i am also encountered such a prob not more like you, I bought my NOKIA N86 mobile on 07.02.2010 after 15 days latter my mobile totally struck, battery capacity is very low and also my mobile get heat while charging.

      My suggestion is, Plz intimate to NOKIA via E-mail otherwise Visit NOKIA website and give the complaint. They will help you.
      I was also suffering from this problem. I have contact to the dealer from where i have purchase this. But i am very disappointed for this. Is http://www.consumer-voice.org is good for online complaint.

        I have purchased Nokia N97 mini in march 2010. Since then I have having serious issue with my handset.

        Invariably everyday my phone hangs or get stuck. In such situation nothing seems to work. Touch screen don't respond, and at times even keypad doesn't work.

        I have talked to guys in customer care and have hard reset the phone many times. I have also formatted both drives once on their advice.

        I have also given the phone in one of the nokia service center and got my phone back after a week but still problem is not resolved.

        As of now, I feel frustrated and cheated that after paying a hefty amount for so called high end phone, I am not able to get a basic phone functionality from it and add to my woes, support so far has been pathetic.

        I hope someone will take notice of this and would help me out.

        I G.Manoj kumar purchased Nokia N97 Handset from univercell showroom at Bandar road in vijayawada , on 17.03.2010. On next day it was hanged so i complained to at showroom then after 15 days later for servicing they sent my mobile to service centre . then irecieved my handset with same problem then i asked for replacement ,no response from the shoppe

          I had given the NOKIA 5130 XPRESS MUSIC handset for repair on 22nd july 2010 at NOKIA CARE - CISCOM Infotech Pvt ltd., Barrackpore, West Bengal.
          The handset is within the warranty period. However, on 23rd July 2010, the person from Nokia Care has called & asked to pay Rs.330/- as service charges since the handset was liquid damaged.
          I would like to reinstate that the handset has never been in contact with any liquid & the problem was while transferring music from other device got affected with virus. Hence, the handset was not getting switched ON.

          The details of the complaint was lodged with Nokia care at[protected] on 23rd July 2010. Have spoken to the agent Shikha Sethi, who spoke rudely & said that she can't lodge any complaint. Also, the customer has to pay the service charges as asked by CISCOM Infotech Pvt ltd., Barrackpore, West Bengal.

            My Name is Vaibhav Bhatnagar mobile no.[protected], i had purchased NOKIA-X3 Mobile hand set from CROMA retail Center,kamla nagar,Delhi on date 02/06/2010.My Mobile serial no is [protected] is under warranty period & After 4-5 days of my purchased when i connected my mobile with USB cable I found USB connector is not placed well & it came out from along with USB. Under warranty i need to get this resolved please guide how to go about as NOKIA care center- Durga communication,Delhi is asking Rs.2600 for repairing which is unfortunate for my kind of NOKIA loyal customer.They had chrged Rs.50 also as inspection charges from me.Pls share how under warranty as a Customer i had been treated when i am paying charges for my product under warranty. You are requested to provide me a Solution as my case is not damage case,this may be related to manufacturing fault of the mobile set. your intervention & support is highly desirable.

            Above is the Mail which i Placed as my complain to company official site.Whereas company denied it by refrrering this fault as Damage by customer whereas not even a single representation made by company employed customer representative instead of they are supporting to their appointed care center who are making money befooling the customers.

            This is highly dissatisfactory no initiation by company on its LOYAL CUSTOMER VOICE where company is supporting its distribution only not to customer is really SAD in this tough competitive Age.

              Dear sir/ma'am
              I bought a a nokia 5130 xpressmusic phone last year.It worked fine for a while but after it started switching off by itself.I went to the nokia care centre,and they reinstalled the OS,but it happened again and they did the same thing.I might add that I am very well versed with electronics,and I deduced that the problem was that there were corrupted sectors in the internal memory chip of the phone.I told the same to the people in nokia care,but no action was taken.My phone went to the service center for about 12-14 times in the warranty period.
              Now that the warranty has expired and I'm facing the same problem again,the refuse to listen to my problems.They suggest me to get my warranty extended.!!!
              Being a student a phone is my lifeline,I would much appreciate if you would help me through this problem.

              Nokia — Product warranty

              i had purchased nokia supernova 7610 on 8th april and now my hands free doesnt work for which i went to authorised centre where i was told that my warrenty in over.. i had a compliant that company gives a warrenty of 6 months and my hand set has got 6 months and 3 days.. now this is not fair enough.. For three days they dont consider my warrenty,..

              I sri Hemanga Kalita have purchaged a Nokia 5130 handset from a nokia store from Ganeshguri, Guwahati ASSAM on[protected]. My handset information is:

              It has worked three months correctly... after three months my mobile was switched off suddenly. I have tried to switch on the mobile but I can't on it. Then I hv gone to service center with my cash memo to repire my handset. They told me that ur mobile will sent to NOIDA to repire, u would wait for 15 days. I said ok. After 15 days they called me to collect my phone. I went to collect but my original handset were not come.. a new handset come with (red color) actually my handset was not red color.

              Nw my complaint is the NOKIA care person tell me that nw u have no warrenty to your current handset also your old handset. They told me that if you paid Rs-565/- then you will get 1 year warrenty for the new one. I told them that my warrenty period is running the upcoming 7 months in my hand than why I again pay Rs.565/- for warrenty.

              Sir now I want to know that why I can't get my remaining 7 months warrenty.

              Nokia / 5130C — takes money in warranty period

              I Prem CHANDRA bought my nokia 5130c on dated 4/17/10, after some times it have a problem of restart so i gave it to NOKIA CARE CENTER , JAISWAL COMPLEX 6B PARK ROAD ,LUCKNOW on dated 14/10/10 & again 25/10/10. They charged me Rs 275.75 with in warranty period. But they not sort out my problem & after this they told me that your handset would not be repaired . But in second NOKIA CARE they not charged me for repairing of that handset. I want that how can they charged me in a warranty period but the same nokia care not charged.

              Nokia — PROBLEM IN HANDSET OF NOKIA 5130C DURING WARRANTY PERIOD

              I purchased a cellular phone of make Nokia Model No.5130C, IMEI No.[protected] and the set was within the warranty period, when in April 2011, the set got problem with related to battery as on charge the display/screen shows charging but without storage of backup and battery get low within a hour due to some technical occured in the hand set.
              The set was deposited on 21/04/2011 to the authorized Nokia Care Centre, namely Star Communication, 488/15, near Nanak Gurudwara, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95, for service to remove the defect arose during MLW period as per the terms and condition of the Nokia. The proprietor of the Centre is one Sh. Javed Alam, who assured me that the defect or fault in my handset is minor and the same could be removed within a week. I put my signature on a service job sheet dated 21/04/2011, where in the defect relating to the cell is specifically mentioned that the set shows charging without storage and data cannot be saved. However, when I visited the said Nokia Care Centre, the set was not repaired and the official of the centre requested one week more to remove the fault and defect as per my satisfaction. But when in the second week of may 2011, I visited to collect my cell phone, the proprietor Sh. Javel Alam and his officials instead of providing good service and mannered behavior, made bald and false allegation of tempring of the cell phone on me and when i resisted to their behavior and conduct, they refused to repair the set by saying that warranty period has expired. However, when i produce the warranty card and bill, the said N C C asked for money by saying that they had replaced certain parts of my cell and the cost of that part is not covered in MLW but when I asked for the bill and replaced part, they refused to handover the same. Thereafter I made a complaint to the company against the Act and conduct of the said Centre, and on my complaint the proprietor of the Centre Sh. Javed Alam, called me in the last week of may to collect the Cell Phone as it got repaired and the fault reported has been removed. When I went to the said Centre to collect my Cell Phone I got shocked and surprised to see that the Mother Board of my Cell Phone which was in good working condition, got changed by the Centre without my instructions and even without any intimation to me to that effect. As per the rules and condition of the company, the N C C is not authorized to change the basic mechanism or part like the Mother Board as in case of any defect, the same should be sent to the company itself for its replacement with another Mother Board as it bearing the identity of the set vide IMEI No. But the above said Centre itself changed the basic ingredients of my Cell Phone(duplicate Mother Board) without any authority of the company and hence tempered the hand set by causing mechanical defect, in my original hand set. Due to the act and conduct of the said Centre I suffered lot of harassment pain and tension as I have purchased the hand set with hard earn money and I am not in a position to purchase another Cell due to my economic condition. I have been suffering lot as I have not Cell except the one deposited to the N C C since 21/04/2011, which now got tempered with by the said Centre and requested the Centre to provide me the new Cell Phone or the Cost of my Cell Phone tempered by the officials and proprietor of said centre, but till date I have not received any response from the proprietor of the said N C C, therefore, I have left with no option to approach to this Hon'ble forum to redress my grievances against the N C C and the Nokia Company.

                dear sir,
                i have purchased nokia N 73 (IMEI no [protected]) music edition last year,during warranty period its showing problems.i have already repaired keypad in the month of mar 2010 but within 4 months from last repair its showed the same problem.this month i have again given phone at mehdipatnam, hyderabad nokia care centre.job sheet no.[protected]/100171/28 dt[protected].After three days they returned my phone (for which i called them two times and they said phone is ready collect it even they had entered my mob no.wrongly on job sheet and when I asked, they answered "anyhow sir you going to call us, so it does not matter") but after receiving the cell they told that problem is not solved and due to renovation and they don't have accessories so Please come after 1 month.However i requested them to keep the phone with them but they refused.when i asked what is the use of multimedia set without memory card? their answer was :- "atleast you can make calls and sms".How i am using the phone only i know.I completely got fade up with the PRODUCT,its QUALITY and company's so called SERVICE.Now i just want to know that, is this the service we deserve from company?
                Now i am just waiting for company's reply and i request you all who are visiting this site take precautions while you are going for A BRANDED COMPANY.

                nokia care, memory card — memory card given for repairing not received

                Due to some problem I have given my memory card of n73 to nokia care on 22/02/08, parbirhata sirpally, g t road, burdwan-3 ph no-[protected].At the time of receiving the memory card csustomer executive told me that I will get it within 10 days, but till I have not received the same.I have visited the Nokia Care several times but they not able to give me any exact time to receive the same. My job sheet no is[protected]/080222/5. Kindly conform the procedure to received the memory card.I want to receive the card as early as possible. I will escalate the same if there is no resolution from your part.

                Nokia — memory card of n73 is not working

                I have deposited my n73 2 gb memory card to MOBILE UNIQUE, PARBIRHATA SRIPALLY, G T ROAD, BURDWAN-3, BURDWAN on[protected] due to some problem in memory card.My job sheet no is[protected]/080222/5. But till I have not received the card, initially they told me that I will get it within 10 days, but it is more than 28 days, but not received the same.They are not able provide any exact date for the same. I am really astronish to see the service that I am getting a company like NOKIA.

                I have bought nokia N82 mode wide mobile IMEI number is [protected]. This warranty for mobile started from[protected].The mobile keyboard was not working from[protected].i had taken to your(Nokia care) nokia authorized service centre No 387, Near Thalapakattu Biriyani Center, 7th Street, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore - 641012 on[protected].After diagnosing they conveyed that a component has to be replace to make it work. The requested me to visit the after 15 days. Since the requisite is not available then.
                As advised, I have visited the service centre on[protected].To my surprise I was told that it take other 30 more days for requisite component to reach them. Since my warranty expired by 22-may-2009. I requite to extend my warranty by other six month effective from 22-May-2009. I have been nokia fan for more than 6 years. I have been recommended nokia for all the family member and friends. I have never experience any issues with nokia phone all this years. But I am shocked to face above problems with nokia mobile set.
                Hence kindly to the needful to arrange for they requisite component to they above service centre at the earliest and send me a email conformation. An extend of the warranty.

                hi,

                i have new handset nokia e-71 (IMEI NO:- [protected]) on 10/jan/2010 form nokia priority in ghaziabad.
                the priority name is Arena Mobile Hut address is:-Shop no. 1&2, Plot no. 78 Amebdkar Road, Ghaziabad - 201012(u.p.).
                i have used that handset 20 days and the problems are stirkling up like:-
                1) When i am opening the camera there is a sound like click.
                2) The downloading is not proper the handset has some times miss up the donloading.
                3) The Equalizer is not working in handfree situation.
                4) If i m not using phone for 1 hour then it will be hanked up.
                5) The clearity of camera is so bad as it is of 3.2 megapixel with flash.

                i have submitted my mobile three times reqularly in the nokia care and they have told me that 3 times my mobile will have gone to nokia company.
                but still the problem remains same. so i want new handset instead of it as it cost so high around 16000.

                PLS PLS PLS HELP ME AND PLZ SORT OUT MY PROBLEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
                AS I AM A STUDENT OF BTECH AND NOT THAT MUCH RICH TO AFFORD A NEW HANDSET AGAIN.

                  brand new Nokia e72..unable to load email setup(which is the only feature make it superior)..customer care always responded with the same answer "your case is escalated to our upper department, you have to wait two more days" the same quotation m getting for last two weeks. customer care people are really dumbos, they act like computer programmes..do not know a single "A" of anything. Whole nokia staff should be sacked like his CEO yesterday.Bloody .

                        my name is harshbardhan patel & i bought nokia 5130 phone on 23rd of january 2010. the imei no. is [protected].. from the day i bought this fone it was a kind of giving invitation to tensions.. the next day i had 2 submit fone 2 nokia care because RELIANCE sim was not working..i got my fone aftr almst 10 days...d fone was hanging continuously..& on 18th of june it hanged badly such dat after inserting d battery d fone was getting restarted or being off...auto start & off ..
                        i was at my native place in saharasa..i submitted my fone in nokia care again & got it back on 3rd july bt then again it was not working nicely...after taking fone again 2 nokia care they told that software upgradation is needed & when they tried it upgradation failed & it was told dat u better submit d fone 4m which city u have bought.. as i also had 2 return back 2 chennai i did the same..i have submitted my fone 2 VETEE COMMUNICATIONS, adyar having JOB SHEET NO.- 7972.. its still in d service center.. u only tell me within 6 months if these many problems will occur wat will happen to the customers..i m a college student & for me it is very difficult 2 run so much behind fone.. for abour a month the phone has been lying in nokia care only..

                        Hello,

                        I have bought a nokia 5130 expressmusic after eight months it started giving me a hanging problem as told by my friends i started taking out the battery and again inserted it as told. but the entire display got off and now even after taking out the battery and doing all kind of stuff it is not working. I went ot the nearest nokia care center. waiting in a long qui my no came and they told me that we don't give gurantee and warranty of the physical damage and liquid mechanics. I keep on telling them it is my personal mobile and it is not having a single scratch on it. they told me to put a new dispaly which culd cost me 1200/- bucks.

                        Please help me out After putting my 5200/- bucks into a new moblie if its not working properly I not intrested to invest 1200/- more which is not making sense.

                            My name is Ajita. I am the owner of a nokia 5233 which I purchased on 15th may, 2010.My cell started malfunctioning on 28th june, 2010. The touchpad stopped working. The cell switches off on its own every few minutes. The display on the cell also kept blanking out. I took the cell to the nokia care centre at Nalstop, pune, maharashtra . On the 29th June 2010 and was told to collect my cell on the 13th July, 2010. Meanwhile I was given a spare set to use, and that too not without having to fight for it. When I went to collect my cell on the 13th, I was told by the nokia staff that the cell was not repaired yet and that theproblem has not been solved due to some part of the cell that they did not have. I was told to collect the week after. I must inform you that I did not get it the week after as well. So you see, the nokia care retained my cell for over 20 days.
                            When I went to collect my cell on the 19th july, 2010. I was put off again and was asked to come another time. When I insisted on getting I was laughed at and made fun of in the most offensive way. I finally got my cell back after much insistence after repairing the cell on the spot. But the problem that I sent my cell to the Nokia Care Centre is persistent even after their so called “repair”. And it’s not the first time I’ve faced problems with nokia cell since I purchased it on 15th may, 2010. I had to update my software twice before because it has caused some problems.
                            I have used other cells such as sony ericssion before but have never faced such problems as I am facing with nokia. To top it all, I’ve been very humiliated at the Nokia Care Centre by the badly behaved staff there.
                            I want something to be done about my cell or I demand a replacement as the cell is not even two months old. I also demand some action to be taken against the incorrigible staff at the nokia care centre at nal stop, pune, Maharashtra.

                            These kind of problem most common & can been seen in every Nokia Customer care centre. The staff working there have no respect for customers money, time. They harras people badly as much they can.
                            I had taken my c5 mobile on 15 jan 2011 and because of some software as well as hardware problems within 15 days i need to go nokia care at nal stop and mr. nilesh was handling the problems but he not efficient to solve problems still he was so rude and talking so arogantly with me. Along with my cell problems they badly destroy my call cancling key and not ready to accept it. I gave my mobile 4 times for repairing within 2 months and still problem was their only along with new problems. I told to replace my mobile b'coz of lot of problems he not ready and started argue with me and trying to prove wrong infront of all the customers and open the door to tell me go out which is so humiliating and insulting to me and making fun of me. Staff of nokia care at nal stop is very arogant, very bad in bahaviour and it's nokia"CARE" but they don't care the customers.

                            THEY HAVE ISSUED ME A FIRST JOB SHEET ON DATED 9/06/2011 WHEN MY HANDSET WAS UNDER WARRANTY TO REPAIR IT BUT AFTER 7 DAYS THEY HAVE NOT SERVICE MY HANDSET because they have demanded to pay a sum of Rs. 750/- for repair than i denied that it was in warranty so repair it with a minimum cost now Mr. HEMANT who is the senior responsible person of nokia has contact me to pay a 50% of service charge than i agreed to pay and again deliver my handset express music nokia 5130 to the nokia care in Tilak Nagar but after a one week they have again return my handset without repair and my nokia handset has been dead by the nokia care and told me that it is non-repairable



                            i did not understand i have not made this handset at home, it has been purchsased by the nokia outlet than why it is non repairable by the nokia care who has made this product in the market .





                            When it is non-repairable than why nokia company has launched this product in the market when it is non-repairable



                            kindly replace my handset

                            I am very much disappointed with the service of NOKIA. no one is taking this issue seriously regularly I sent a lot of email ids of senior officer & nodal officer of NOKIA DEPARTMENT but I did not understand why they have not personally contact us.



                            If the Mobile is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully.



                            I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs.



                            I have already send my handset to the nearest NOKIA CARE (Mr. Baljeet,
                            Net Dot Solutins, Tilak Nagar ) for many times but due to the increase o[censored]r customers so the mobile is not properly accessed initially when I purchased than the FM and loudspeaker was not working than I visited nokia care to repaired it but now it is totally dead Its not working and its in warranty and today I visited NOKIA CARE, Tilak Nagar to repaired it but they have given me a job sheet without repair because the are charging Rs. 750/- for repairing even it is in warranty and I regret to inform u that I have seen four cases in front of my eyes the nokia care is demanding the charges of nokia handset which is in warranty and the care has given a excuse of component fault





                            I already sent my complaint to Mr. HEMANT GULATI but he denied from it.







                            I am not satisfied.. The cell has purchased Just few months ago and already i have send it to the nokia care but again the problem consist and its not working (dead). I do not want a used handset. I am not interested in a used one. Kindly provide me a new handset ( Box Piece) or kindly repay of the money back.



                            I am very sorry to say - The service Nokia is providing are worse than the Government Service.. It is not satisfied the consumer but you are forcing the consumer.

                            I have not taken the replacement handset from the Nokia Care RT - Nagar, and I will not take until I Get a New one,

                            If Nokia is not taking this seriously, I should go through the proper channels. I will be wating an acknowledgement from the Nokia Care on the letter.. (which has the same thing written) and we take it to the consumer Court. Also if I don’t get a reply within 2 days I will start sharing the same in the websites. Blogs.. Etc.. And beware ppl on the nokia and the service of the Nokia.

                            Again I will not ready to take a used handset as a replacement. Kindly consider my complaint and take necessary action either u replace myhandset or repaired it properly.

                            I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its sound was not working properly and gradually it stopped working. Since then time the mobile set is hanged problems for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.

                            I went to the nokia care as my phone Nokia N8 with’’ switch off’’ problem. The relationship person said that, i will have to submit my phone to them and then they will call me and tell me the charges so i submitted the phone and took the Job Sheet.
                            After two weeks they called me and said that your hand set is not repairable, so come and collect the same at the earliest please. When i went to collect my phone. They said the phone is dead while doing software updating. Now we are unable to repair so you should collect back the phone with give a satisfactory signature on job sheet.

                            I refused to take the phone in the dead condition as it was working fine when i submitted it the only thing that was while working the phone, it goes to switch off after near to 30 minutes and they said that we can't do anything for you. Also i asked them to why it should not send to Nokia Company. They replied that they have no guarantee about the fine repair of this mobile so we doest sent to them. But i am not expect such an answer from nokia experts.

                              The following is a copy of the letter sent to Nokia Customer Care nearly a week ago. I have received no reply. My complaints can also be found in the following letter.

                              We have always been Nokia users. Right from the Nokia 6110 in 1999, we have stuck with Nokia as our preferred brand for cellular phones. That was till recently.
                              As your traditional customers, we are feeling very let down and disappointed with certain off-late models of yours. My mother, a home-maker has already made the transition- she gave up her previous phone and is now (quite happily) an iPhone user. Although, I must add here that both my sister and my father are quite content with you E63 and E71 models respectively.
                              Now let me come straight to the meat of the issue. I recently purchased the Nokia X6-00, 16GB from the above-mentioned dealer at the specified date and rate. Sadly the phone was a total letdown, a complete disappointment. In less than 20 days, I have faced numerous issues with the phone- both with the hardware and the software.

                              The hardware issues include problems like a poorly-fitting frame which is coming out from all four sides which has caused sand and dust particles to settle inside the phone behind the glass of the screen, not to mention a very cheap back cover which is already bent and fits poorly; the side locker which is so loose, it appears like it’s just waiting to fall out; and a “capacitive” touchscreen which is even more insensitive than a resistive one. Here, I must mention that on first noticing the poor fit of the encasing, I took it to a Nokia Care outlet in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi where I was told by your executive that this problem “was very normal, and nothing to worry about with capacitive touch screens”, so after getting it cleaned there, I noticed dust and sand particles in the phone again after a couple of days, which, although expected, was very unsettling.

                              As for the software problems- there are too many: the phone randomly hangs; occasionally, the camera launches but only shows a black screen; volume rocker stops responding; the camera is very average- I have seen lower resolutions do a better job, also the photos have a nagging yellowish tinge to them which leads to poor shots; the browser is a pain to use, and it hangs very frequently; lastly but most annoyingly, your qwerty keyboard- it is, in simply words pathetic: getting the right keys in one go is a marvel and typing fast is like an unmanageable feat, not only that, the poor design and layout of the keyboard prevents you from seeing what you have typed in so far, and going to the ‘back’ screen to see what you have just typed can get frustrating. Some small things that are now expected and ‘taken for granted’ even in lower- end models were missing: like the inability of the handset to recognize area and country codes, registering the same number as a different number because of the addition of ‘+91’. Also, it is very surprising that multi-touch input has not been accommodated in the phone.

                              Another negative is the aging Symbian OS, which needs a serious revamp for your touch-oriented devices. Something even more surprising was the absence of a OVI suite (music player etc.) for Mac based computers! At times, the phone displays that it is charging- even for hours on end when it is not even connected! The phone has numerou s other problems that really make its use a pain. However, on the upside the music capabilities on the phone are quite a pleasure but the poor touchscreen format really defeats the purpose. Putting it across bluntly, your foray into the touchscreen market has left loyal customers like us utterly disgusted and annoyed. You must seriously rethink and “re-plan out” your phones before launching them into the market. Till then I suppose you have lost a “Nokia family”.

                              Nokia X-6 — Defective piece

                              Dear Sir,
                              I purchased Nokia-X 6 on 20 june 2010 from Three Vee Marketing Deradun vide IME no [protected]. After i reached home and use the phone, I found voice was not very clear. Next day I telephoned the dealer and informed him thinking that it may be because of ear phone and he told me to bring to shop. Later i observed another problem and it was getting hangged very frequently. Since sunday being holiday for me I went there on 27th June where i was told that this is because of speaker and as it is more than 24 hrs. it has to be taken to Nokia care for repair of speaker and hangging problem. I was knowing this policy of Nokia and had i know this i could have taken the set within 24 hrs itself. Next day I went to Nokia care where I was told that it is recently launched they dont have speaker and i had to leave the set for at least 15 days. This is really unfortunate that such a costly set was found defective and Nokia is taking it very lightly. How Nokia expect its customer who bought such an expensive set to leave for 15 days soon after its purchase.
                              Now I request that either my set be replaced or if it is to be repaired it may be done with in a day with out making me wait. Since I am not getting very clear voice I used the set only for 3-4 days and i m not able to use the set till the needfull is done

                              I have purchased Nokia X6 on 28 May 2010 from Nokia prioroty dealer (M/s Tripathi Communication, Haridwar). I am extremely upset with the mobile phone. It does not work properly since I have purchased. Most of time when I want to make urgent call, it remains in hanged conditions, touch screen and virtual key either do not work or erratic behaviour is observed. The problem was referred to the Nokia prioroty dealer ( M/s Tripathi Communication, Haridwar) many times, for warranty replacement of the set since the problem is detected in the very first week of my purchase, and it is still persisting.


                              They intimated me to contact directly to M/s Nokia, India Customer Care for the Warannaty replacement of the set. Alternatively, they also suggested that I have to leave the set and they have to try many options like software upgradation and other trouble shooting, etc. etc. for repairing the set.

                              I am greatly concerned since I cannot leave the instrument for repair and that too it is not even one month old. I am extremely unhappy with the set. When I want to use the phone for making urgent call, it is not working (stuck up/hanged). Also, I understand that this problem is there in every X6 sets launched by Nokia. In that case, N/s Nokia must stop selling these sets and replace these sets already sold by any other sets of customer's choice.
                              It appears that Nokia is insensitive towards its customer and not responding properly to the complaint. Is there any use of making these complaint when the nokia does not bother for all these. Now it is requested to develop suitable mechanism for address of consumer complaints

                              Nokia X-6 — faulty side key and still not getting repaired.

                              I have purchased Nokia X-6 on 6th Sept 2010. Within a month the sidekey was damaged and then it was repaired. But although it was repaired the side key was faulty, and again within few days same problem was faced. So after asking for the repairs Nokia care told me to wait for 2 weeks due to shortage of the accesory of particular handset, it was dated as 28th nov 2010. But the worst part of this is they gave an excuse the everytime i contacted them to check whether the parts are available. And still the handset is of no use for me. I need this complaint to be considered very seriously and bring attention of the customers purchasing Nokia X-6.

Everytime i have to call the nokia care and ask for availablity of the damaged part, that's enough. How many times am i going to call them and ask for the work done.                                 I am Gaurav Mittal. I bought nokia n97 mini from nokia priority dealer (sigma enterprises), Jalandhar (Punjab) on 16.07.2010 (Friday) for Rs. 19000.

                                From the first day, phone is giving some problem. It automatically restarts while working with it especially while messaging.

                                As this type of problem should not be seen in a new phone so I left the phone along with its box to the nokia priority dealer back today afternoon i.e. 19.07.2010.

                                I wanted to replace the set immediately but the attending person was not fully convinced and was giving strange justifications.

                                I have given full money for new nokia n97 mini with any bargain. I want new set in replacement as early as possible.

                                Hi,

                                This is ashish. My N97 keeps on resetting all the time, completely turns off by itself even when the battery is full the phone won't even turn on at time and my phone firmware is V20 and I want to update to V21 (which has been out for some time) but is not letting me. I also have hard reseated the phone once and done soft reset multiple times.

                                Nokia / N97 handset — Technical flaw in the set

                                I have purchased a N-97 Nokia hand set from CROMA,Aundh in August.Since I purchased,It has problems like 1) Hangs 2) Restartarts randomly 3) Camera not working.                                   Hi,

                                  I tried tranferring images and audios from my nokia 5130c mobile to latop using data cable.

                                  Connection was established but data was not tranferred.After removing the connection all images and audios are in unknown format and when i tried to open the file error message is thrown "File format not support"
                                  And also few more .link files are added.
                                  Am searching for the solution for past many hours but no porper solution.
                                  Please help.

It has been stolen from our house address:Q-74, Dilshad garden delhi-110095 when my mother call a plant seller into the house in the afternoon between 12:30 pm to1:30 pm.                                       they tell me set tampered and cut my warranty. Am serviceing my mobile first time and opened by pattom show rooms guys first time also say why are you open it. they will shoutted and say we cannot clear it this complient by warrenty. that's all.

                                        we have purchased a nokia 6220 classic for 17,000 rs 1.5 year back .After 10 months of purchase its outer body got break from both the sides , we approached more than 20 diffrent nokia stores in all delhi and requested for the body but everybody gives the vague answer like its not available if we got it, we will give u. it will come from china and etc . but we are very surprised that from 5 months its body is not available then why nokia says we will ensure u the best after sale service. i hav purchase the phone with my hard money so i need worth of my money . the cost of outer body is 2000 rs which every dealer said and for this 2000rs my phone is bloked in almira.please get me a body or replace it or give my money back .these things breaks our trust on nokia you can approach me by mail or phone
