NOKIA X6 — Replacement

IT WAS REALLY PATHETICING AND UPSETTING ANSWER FROM NOKIA CARE CENTRE WHERE I HAD GIVEN MY NOKIA X6 NEWLY PURCHASED HAND SET FOR REPAIRING. IT WAS NOT GETTING ON . SO, I VISITED NOKIA CARE CENTRE FOR REPAIRING.

AND , NOW TODAY THEY ARE CALLING AND ANSWERING IT IS TEMPERED SO WE CAN'T REPAIR OR SEND IT TO OUR DELHI OFFICE. WHEREAS I HAD NOT GIVEN TO ANYBODY FOR REPAIRING. IT SEEMS THEY HAS BEEN SOME MISCHIEF OR PROBLEM WITH THEIR STAFF & NOW THEY ARE TELLING THE INSTRUMENT IS DEAD YOU TAKE IT BACK. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ????

IT IS JUST 4 MONTHS I HAD PURCHASED THE INSTRUMENT & NOW THIS GUYS ARE GIVING SILLY REPLY..

I NEED THE REPLACEMENT OR MY HAND SET REPAIRED.

when i gone to nokia care at vashi in front of navratna hotel, the staff is so bad . they are not taking my problem in view . i told them that my mobile is in warrenty. i shown them warrently slip. but then also they were not responding to me.
THE NOKIA CARE, VASHI STAFF WASTING NOKIA'S MONEY, AS WELL AS THEY ONLY COME IN OFFICE FOR THIRE OWN BENEFITS. THEY ARE NOT DOING ANY GOOD WORK . IF ANY BODY SEEN CORRECTLY - THEN DEFINATLY AGREE THAT - NOKIA CARE (WORK INSIDE HAPPENING) IS LOOK LIKE " TIMEPASS"- THEY ARE ONLY DOING TIMEPASS OF THE CUSTOMERS.
I THINK BECAUSE OF THEIR SUCH ATTITUTE - CUSTOMERS ARE NOT COMING AGAIN TO NOKIA CARE .

and today i am going to nokia care . and if nokia care, vashi staff not listen and solve my problem properly . then in future i will not take nokia piece and not advice any body to take that. sorry but please understand customers problems. I had purchased a Silver colour Nokia C2-01 on 23.04.2011 but the same was rebooting automatically. So I took the said handset for repair to Nokia Centre at Vashi on 25.04.2011. I reached there at 7.03 pm, but I was asked to come back again the next day. There is a heavy traffic in the vicinity during evening hours and it is very difficult to find parking place but the Nokia Care executives at Vashi centre do not consider the difficulties faced by the customers. I again approached them with my handset on 26.04.2011 and I was told that there is a hardware problem in the hand set and that they would be sending the handset to their Head Office at Noida and that it will take fifteen days but they did not mention it on the service job sheet no.[protected]/110426/16.

I received a phone call on my cell from their executive asking me to collect my handset. But to my surprise, they were handing me a black colour handset with a lot of scratches on it. When I brought it to the notice of the executive, he told me that the scrathces are only on the screen gaurd. But when I asked him that if this is a new handset, howcome there are scratches on the gaurd, to which he did not have satisfactory answer. I also requested him that I had submitted the silver colour handset and why are you giving me the black colour handset, to which he mentioned that the Head office has sent it and I will either have to accept it or if I want my silver colour, I will have to wait till it is made available by the Head office.

I took the Nokia care centre number from one Mr. Mahesh and contacted the Nokia care centre and was surprised by the response given by the executives at the Nokia Care Centre. They were not competent enough to handle the case and find a instant remedy. I requested the executive to put me on line with the person who could take the decision but she was reluctant to do that. After deliberations she asked me to bring the Vashi care centre person on the line and I think she must have transfered the line to the Floor supervisor Mr. Rajvir who spoke to me after he spoke to the excutive at Vashi care centre. I requested Mr. Rajvir to give me specific time span for the resolution of my problem to which he did not give any specific time limit. He mentioned that he can give any commitment to me and only mentioned that he will deliver me the handset once it is available.

I would like to know whether the executives at Nokia care Centre are recruited only for the harassment of the Customers or are they really intrested in solving the problems faced by the Nokia Customers. I have been using Nokia Handsets since last 10 years and have recmmended it many of my friends and relatives, but now I have to think over before doing so. One of my friends had just contacted me regarding the working of my new handset and I had told him that it is excellent and he was to purchase the same C2-01 handset for his daughter the same evening, but immediately after experiencing the careless attitude of the Nokia care centre, I called him up and asked him to go for any other handset other Nokia to which he immedialtely agreed.

If the attitude of the Nokia Care centre executives does not change immediately the day will not be far away when the Nokia brand will become the brand of the past.

Can any Nokia Care Executive find the solution to the above problem at the earliest and get back to me. The details are available in the captioned job sheet.

I Purchased the Nokiae71 for Rs.16500/= serial no [protected] from 4 months back from Nokia priority dealer at the time of purchase i got the warranty of this product.

after two months i noticed that my phone has some spot like rust on the display i thought it may be moisture but again after some time i noticed that this spot is growing
bigger it seems that colour is contnously fading on this space.

i managed to check the phone on nokia service center rohini delhi Near m2k and they told me after inspection from the service enginner that they will change the body of the set as it is defective.but unfortunately

i were have not saved my data and i was asked to come on another day.

on the next day when after saving my data on my laptop i went again there but the customer care exective who assisted me last day was not present so i was attended by other
executive who refused me by saying that body panel is not covered under warranty.However she admitted that this is not liquid or phyical damage but refused me by saying the same
word that body is not covered under warranty.in this way i think was cheated when at the time of purchase they donot told me such.pls advice me what should i do should i go directly to consumer court directly or else.

6131 — Malfunctional

Barely even 1 & a half month old, it started giving me trouble. The phone used to switch off automatically & this was serviced by HCL. I was told by the customer care that there is a manufacturing problem in the mother board & it has to be rectified along with some software problem that persists which is being done in Chennai. It took them 1mth to return the phone after I made a noise. Now, i have the same problem again & the customer care guy says it was never sent to Chennai & there was only soldering done which is not done rightly. I DONT WANT THIS PHONE REPAIRED. I WANT A REPLACEMENT. I am sick of this. Nokia used to be my favourite brand but Iam regretting having bought it now. Kindly replace with a new phone or I any way have my invoice with which I will be forced to take to consumer court

the nokia company restricted the working of my phone and on submitting the phone in d company, they r replacing it.

Nokia 6131 — Nokia 6131 IMEI

I have a nokia 6131 and was having problems from a short time after buying the mobile maybe weeks; at times i would find the mobile switched off. it started to occur more frequently, until i was unable to switch it on as only the Nokia Logo would get on the display. It was under warranty and the dealer told me that they changed the IMEI. It has worked since that, however i was concernced as the only thing that MAYBE i can blame on the malfunction is that at several times it used to get slight wet on the keypad. Could it have been my fault that it was not working as at times it used to get slight wet? (i did not tell the dealer about it hehe) yet i dont think i ever found it switched off when i found it slight wet. lately it happened again and it did not give me problems. Or maybe it was not my fault as they would have known that it got tampered with water (due to some sort of indicators maybe)?

1)I have called (2 times)to nokia customer care to block my handset, They told they are not having permission to block the handset.
2)I have called to airtel (2 times) (my service provider) customer also, they also told the same thing.
3)I have given compliaent in madiwala (banglore) police station . They given just an acknowledgement slip for formality . That acknowledge ment slip did not contains any serial number.

I want to know whether we are really having the facility to block a mobile handset by using IMEI number ???

I think this is illegal and you should check on it.
