Dear Sir/Madame,
I have complaint you many times on April 22, 2010, May 03,2010, May 16, 2010 and June 03, 2010 to your this site (www.nokia.co.in/asknokia) and sent many E-Mails to address “[protected]@nokia.com " but I have got no response from your side. I have again submitted my mobile on your Gonda NOKIA CARE on 13/05/2010 with job sheet No. 10905 for rectification of defect but till date it is not repaired.
It seems that you are just killing warranty period of phone and fooling customer which makes very bad image of company among customers by such a reputed and esteemed organisation.
You are therefore requested to take necessary actions or replace handset immediately otherwise I have to take shelter of law/appropriate bodies for solving of my problem.

It is bring to your notice that I have purchased a Nokia-N79 handset on 28/02/2010 from M/s Shiv Mobiles, G-25, 26, Sriram Tower, Ashok Marg, Lucknow- 226 001. Phone:[protected]. Book No.- 84, Bill No.- 8343.
After the few days of purchase the mobile-set stops working and hang for which I contact your Nokia Care at Gonda (M/s Hi-tech Communications) Phone:[protected], [protected] and submitted my set to them on 08/02/2010. They rectified my problem of hanging and return my set after three days, But the problem was not completely solved and it again hang and all preloaded full version licensed application softwares like Wavesecure security, Oxford Dictionary, Mobiola Screen Capture, Theme DIY, SMS Timer, Nokia Maps version 2.0, N- GAGE game series (15 games) & widsets were not there, and the Quickoffice software version was a trial version not a full licensed version in which one can only see the documents but not modify or edit them as I was able to do when the set was new, the loaded Adobe PDF software was also of older version.
I have complaint to your Nokia Care, Gonda about this matter and they asked me to keep my set there and they will send it to Gurgaon head office. So, I have submitted my set to them on 15/03/2010 with Job sheet number: 9565. They returned my set on 05/04/2010. But these application sofwares were also not there. I was surprised that such an esteemed organization has not done anything for my problem and returned my set in the same condition. I have asked them about the matter then they replied that they have installed the latest version of software.
The set also do not response sometime while pressing button and we need to switch off and taking of battery and again insert battery in order to use phone.
The LCD screen of set was also defective since the images are scattered of low pixels/quality.
The browser of phone also does not work at all and set becomes so much warm while using.
So, you are therefore requested to rectify my problems and arrange rectify sets problem of hanging, defective LCD, Browser, Non response from set and install these application softwares of latest and full licensed version in my handset from your level as when my set was new for which I will be highly thankful to you.
