I have purchased my mobile in december 2009
since then i am facing very serious problems
Some issues i faced i took my mobile to Nokia care for more than 6 to 7 times
3 times for software issues and other for very serious 1's
primary issue s phone memory s been eaten up applying themes from memory card's memory, and wen ever u open music player it will ask u to delete data for processing and your mobile...

I bought Nokia 5130 in the month of April 10 from a very same day I found my cell having very poor battery back up... I visited to near by Nokia Customer care situated near dakbangla road patna...they said its happening due to old software n submitted my handset and asked me to come after 2 days at 1 PM.
When I visited to customer care I got to found all people passing lame excuses and asked me to come next day as the software is still...

I have purchased Nokia 6303i Classic about 1& 1/2 months back. The cell phone has a lot of technical faults. I have contacted the customer care 2 times but, they are unable to solve the faults.
