As per the following attached mail it is conveyed by nokia care that my handset that was sent for repair & is having some technical fault. So it will be replaced with other hand set, but as per reply from nokia care they are issuing me a loose handset in exchange of my handset. I do want the exact proof n sealed handset box if they are to replaceit, either they can issue me some used phone also i doubt just to be sure "PLEASE HELP"

I had purchased nokia 3710 Fold on 1st july'10 but it created problem as all dialed, received & missed calls are not getting deleted and showing invalid selection on screen also many of my contacts saved in mobile phone got deleted itself. I had registered my complaint at Ambala Nokia care

Please confirm the status of Job Sheet No.[protected]/100804/20 ( ESN / IMEI NO. [protected] )

As i checked up the status online it showed job closed. I had submitted my handset to your nokia care branch, sadar bazar Ambala Cantt on 4th Aug '10
yet i havn't received any revert in concern to that.

I m almost handicap without my handset , as your branch executive had issued me the standby handset and it is almost for a blind person its key pad is totally clear not even a single alphabet can be viewed on that and another the screen is damaged n when i asked to exchange they replied, all standby sets are alike.

So please consider and revert. Need instant help

Nokia — SUBJECT RELATED TO HANDSET

HAND SET GIVEN FOR REPAIR, NOT RECEIVED YET.KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST IT.
HANDSET GIVEN FOR REPAIR ON21/04/09 TO "NOKIA CARE(INFOTEL SERVICES, 26/2, HINDUSTAN PARK, GARIAHAT, KOLKATA-29) BUT NOT RECEIVED UPTO DATE(16/05/09).

Nokia — Exchange of handset defective piece

I had purchased a new Nokia handset 6300 from vaishali nagar, jaipur through Nokia Priority Dealer. After 4 months from the purchase I had been facing a severe problem. Description of the problem is " The display of the handset is lost again and again". So I went back to the dealer to resolve the issue. He asked to leave the handset for a day. The next day everything was fixed up and the handset was perfect. Again after a month the same problem occured. I went back to the dealer again and the behaviour of the dealer/ The manager Mr Yogesh was pathetic. He asked me wait for more than I expected and told to leave the handset but this time he said it will take 2-3 days to fix up things. When I enquired that this is my 2nd visit regarding the same issue than also he was not bothered about my problem and assured that this time everything will be fine. When I received my phone back I asked the dealer to give me some confirmation in writing regarding the non occurrence of the same problem again. I got a very blunt reply from Mr. Yogesh and he was not bothered whether he was sitting on customer service desk and the way he used while talking to female customers. I am very irate and don’t know where to approach. I request to kindly provide a new handset to me as I am using the phone without display till now and no one is there to listen to customer complaints. I have 4 members at my home who all are using nokia phones and we strongly believe that Nokia is the biggest and most reliable phone companies in the world. For me Nokia meant Trust. But seeing the response and service I am shattered. My contact number is [protected] / [protected]

Nokia 3710 — Display problem

I have purchased a Mobile Phone (Nokia 3710) on 5th Mar 2011 from Mobile Danadan Shop, G-4, Plot No.B-9, Meenal Aptt, Shalimargarden Extn.II, Ghaziabad (Phone No.+91 [protected]. This mobile "display" was not working properly and I went to Nokia Service Centre, Dilshad Garden on 10th Sep. 11 and they informed that this mobile was not under warranty period. I was shocked and I went to the Danadan Shop and informed them. The have taken my mobile to Nokia Service, Ghaziabad and got it repaired after a month. After 5 days again the display is not working. I have given this mobile set to the same shop for repairing from Nokia Service Centre, Ghaziabad.

The service provided by Noika Service is not upto the mark. They kept my mobile for almost one month. Even it was not working properly. Whom should I contact. My contact no. is as under:

      nokia 2690 — list of handset

      I am Udaynath Yadav, I was purchased the Nokia handset 2690 on 18/08/2010 from Loknath Time Centre, Dhatav Bus Stop, Roha, Dist- Raigad. 402 116 and the IMEI No. [protected]my handset suddenly lost.

      Dear sir, I sadhana Mohod purchase mobile hand set No-[protected] on date 20/1/11 and is under waranty period.I have the problem regarding not oeration of blue tooth , not operating memory card also battery is not charging properly.Only incomming and outgoing calls are working properly.I shown this handset to "JUST MOBILE" Authorised Nokia Mobile care centre Amravati on 6/06/11. They kept this mobile and return on 13/06/11 with receipt no-2655 Rs 350/-for Software upgradation .Their remark on the receipt is Out of waranty due to water inside.Still our problem is not solved.

          Dear sir,
          I have submitted for repair on 21/JUL/2010 to Nokia care located at SHOP No. 5&6 Ploy NO. 135 Malviya nagar Bhopal, with relevant NCC No. 738_504876 with minor fault whereas my screen was in working condition. Sets IMEI NO. is [protected] & product code is 0572321.
          I was told subsequently that repair will cost including taxes will be Rs 6000/- appx to which I agreed with target delivery date of 24/JUL/2010. Later on when I went to collect the set, the case of set was not changed and I was told to wait for another week. Then again I was told that new case cost will be additional to which again I agreed and yet I am waiting for the call to collect.
          With no technical knowledge I percieve fraud on part of dealer or company whereas to make sure that no fraud is taking place I asked the care people to return the replaced part back whereas same request was denied and I was told that it is against company policy. With all due respect am I not the owner of the part or anything for which I am paying.
          Anyways alike every Indians JAANEY BHEE DO YAAR POLICY I am still waiting for the call from repair centre. Last but not the least I was told that there is no gaurantee of set to work properly even after spending so much money. I wish I was told the same when I bought the set for 35500/- only.

            I was purchased nokia 5235 handset in 7th july. In that time dealer is said that u have one year unlimitted songs download in ovi music site and he will not communicated how it will activate. But i tryed in PC and Mobile it will display in PC "We don’t know what this number is, but it’s not a valid voucher" and in mobile it will show "you're not authorised to download any songs". I complaining about this to Nokia customer care by one month, but they will not able to solving this problem and they will not responding. They given customer complaint No 1-[protected], regarding this i will sent two customer complaint mails but they are not responding.
            Please do the needfull one as earliest as possible.

              I bought a nokia 5130 cellphone on 04.09.2009 from an authorised dealer. From the day of purchasing it is having a manufacturing fault. It shows wrong message time. I complained about it to the dealer who suggested me to go to the local nokia customercare centre. The authority at the centre told me that they will update the software of the phone. They did their job and returned the cellphone to me after 5-6 hours but all in vein. The problem was as it is. It shows the time of message with a difference of about 5.30 hours.                 i went to the east delhi centre for my mobile e 63. i had just bought 1.5 months ago and it suddenly stopped workding.. i just went tothe maa communoications in eas dehi centre, at luzmi nagar.. they are not just bothered to listen to the cmompliants.. and they took about 2 hours to check the fault in the handset and after that they told that you have to pay 2000 for the mobile repair.. it is just very disgusting experirence for me and if this is what nokia gives to us after buying the mobile .. i think nokia should think over this and take some action for this.

                    In my phone there some typing error which was unable to resolve after software update.

                      Further to my Nokia 5030 handset complaints and depositing the same for the third time at Nokia Care center,M/S Rayrhythms,Vadodara,I was told to collect my handset on 2.8.2010 by the center(19 days after depositing).I collected the same on 9.8.2010.My handset battery was replaced with new one by the center.To my great surprise,the problem still persists about battery getting discharged to the extent of 90% in 24 hours without nearly no use of the handset in a day.This problem does not occur in my other 2 Nokia handsets.It is therefore felt that there seems to be an inherent defect in the handset which is not diognised properly/correctly even after keeping the handset for nearly 19 days!!My request for replacement with a new handset is also not entertained by you.It is totally a lack of competence in identifying a defect and rectifying a defect.I have no further wish to deposit the set for the 4th time at the center because it is an agony to experience a 'chaotic' wait at the center.You can therefore treat my case as closed from my side.I may not now opt for a Nokia brand and shall recommend the same to my well wishers and business friends.I just thought of bringing above to your notice and nothing else.

                      I had given my handset to nokia care (mango, jamshedpur) on 03 june 2008. there is problem
                      not to support data cable. till today I did not get back my handset.
                      I also complaint to[protected] many times

                      (complaint no- 2-3DICF5) 0n 24 th september.
                      Dear Sir,
                      I had purchased a Nokia 3120C handset (ESN/IMEI No.[protected]) on 24/11/08 from M/S Anandamela, G9 Gariahat Market, Kolkata 700019.From 4/12/08 the set started malfunctioning with no incoming audio.Next day (5/12/08) I took the set to the retailer from whom I had purchased the set, he then directed me to Nokia Care M/S Infotel Services at 26/2 Hindusthan Park, Gariahat, Kolkata 700029.As I was within the warranty period they took the handset from me for repair after issuing a challan.After repair the handset was returned to me on 10/12/08.On 19/12/08 again the same no incoming audio problem ocurred when I took the handset to Infotel Services who again assured me to repair the set totally this time.Since last few days the volume of incoming calls was gradually decreasing and today it was off like before.
                      Is this the fate of such high end sets like the one I purchased for Rs 7130.00?I should be replaced with a new set and not repair.
                      I have purchased a N 72 Hand from the dealer Shubham Enterprises, Market Yard, Pune, on the day of purchase while dealer inserting my sim the hand set got hanged, i asked him about this, he said this is normal don't worrry.

                      After that i'm facing continues problem of hanging, then i went to Nokia Care Centre
                      1. They updated software and said the problem has been solved, but after fes days later i got the same problme.
                      2. Second time they informed me that the display of hand set is duplicate and they given me in writing, i asked the same to dealer he told me that, if Nokia Care's people unable to solve the problem then they always says that the handset is duplicate and he taken the handset and told me i'll sove the problem. After few days i called by the Nokia Care and they infromed me that the all problem has been clared and they given me in writing. But my sixth sense told me that something is going wrong, But i accept the hand set and given remark on their report that i have not satisfied.
                      3. Next time i visited the another Nokia Care centre, they have also told me that the hand set and displaty is not matching as Hand set is N 72 but display is N 70, they kept my hand set 3-4 days and return back.
                      4. After few days i went to them again for same problem, they told me don't use memory card, due to virus it will be hanged.
                      5. After that i never used the memory card, is used this hand set like normal phone after investing my huge amount. But afer fews days i got same problem and again i went to them, they again told me keep for 4-5 days for checking. After long period they still not solved my problem, still they are making R & D on my phone.

                      Can anybody help me for this problem?
                      sir i am writing this letter in respect of the handset nokia 5800, which i bought on[protected]
                      from mobile store, janak puri, new delhi.
                      the phone started showing up problem in the first week only, like hanging again and again
                      then i noticed that every time i switched it off and on i have to enter date and time again and
                      again, even the automatic updates are on.
                      so i showed to nokia care canter district center, janak puri, new delhi and this is how they replied to me
                      the attendant said to me, they don't repair nokia 5800 handsets and i have to search for another nokia care
                      center, when i asked him about his manager he said it 5'o'clock and he has to close the shop so i should better
                      go, i could see that nobody else was there. so i would like to ask is this how you treat your customers
                      when they come for repairing.
                      second i went to nokia care, jail road, new delhi on[protected] :
                      when i got to meet the attended he listen to me i told him all the problem
                      ( how could a one week old handset have so many problems??)
                      next he took my handset and flashed it new software 20.0.011, he told me to wait outside
                      for one hour in case i want the set today or else come next day to collect it,
                      i waited for an hour, and i got the handset, and at the moment i got the set i checked it
                      timing and date reset problem was not showing up, but automatically the colour of the screen
                      changed as soon as i opened call log, message ( colour changes to red, green, blue for 5 seconds)
                      and the becomes normal. when i told him about this problem he told me that it happens after flashing and i
                      should charge the mobile untill its full and the problem will not appear, what a crazy technique,
                      what does charging has to do with the colour changing ? then i asked him to tell what the actual problem was, he told me
                      that there is a virus in my memory card, and i should get it formatted from the neighbouring shop and he will take 50 rupees


                      i replied isnt this memory card also under cover of warranty, and he was like we do not connect
                      memory cards into our systems, when is told manager about it he said we can replace the memory card
                      but they cannot connect it into the system . i mean how could they say it when it is under
                      warranty ??
                      next i agreed to format card on myself ( they didnt do it) and signed the job sheet and came back .
                      i switched the phone off that night after full charging and didnt inserted the memory card
                      coz i wanted to test where the actual problem was.
                      next morning i switched my phone on same time and date reset problem occurred, this means they
                      did something just temporarily, this time color change problem was quite frequently occurring .

                      so on[protected] i went to nokia car, jail road again, they made a new job sheet no.

                      this time they flashed my phone twice with new software, and even flashed my red nokia 5800
                      with the software of blue nokia 5800, which i think is the blunder they did, and after that
                      they told me the phone is giving same problem again and again, how could they flash
                      my phone with another phone's software and tell me after the problem occurs

                      .

                      this was it, they then asked me to submit my handset and come after a week for collection i.e
                      [protected] and they said the phone will be replaced and given to me in every condition,
                      but on when i called them on[protected], they told me that handset was having same problem and they
                      sent back the handset to the head office, and it will be given to me after10 more days.

                      why are they simply not replacing my handset and repairing again and again ?

                      now even when i call they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then cut the phone without replying
                      only way they talk to me is when i walk in to their store, what for they give their phone numbers.

                      kindly go through the complaint and reply as soon as possible.

                      Nokia mobile phone/ nokia N73 me — defective handset

                      I purchased a nokia phone N73 music Edition bearing production code [protected]dated[protected] from an authorized dealer named Ambika enterprise, SCO 42, sector 11 Panchkula Haryana. while the phone was stil in the warranty period it started giving me problems. I went to an authorised service center of Nokia "Dizi Tech The Mall Shimla" on 4th March 2009, they kept the phone under job sheet No.[protected]/0903/04/28 for observation for atleast three days and on the fourth day they told me that they are unable to repair the phone and it is to be sent to Chandigarh for repair. They returned the phone to me on 26th of March 2009 and told me that the phone was perfectly all right. On the same day the phone started giving me trouble it was not getting charged. I again went to the service centre on 28th March 2009 and they kept my phone under job sheet No. 20851 and told me that the phone is to be sent back to the manufacturing company fro repair. I recieved my phone back on 16th of April and the person at the service center told me that the phone was perfectly all right now. I bought my phone back to my home and wsa surprized to see that the phone was still having the same problem. I again went to the service centre on 20 th Of April And they again kept my phone under job sheet No.[protected]/090420/36 and the phone is still lying with the service centre I want the Company to Compensate the huge loss suffered by me and provide me with a new handset.

                      Sir,
                      With above reference I am sorry to tell you that your services towards customer is very bad. Since last 45 days I am continuously making follow up for getting my handset replaced & your higher authority has no time to even attend my call.
                      On Dt 17.08.11 I received a handset replaced against my new one which is in warranty on Dt :- 17.08.11 which didn’t operate. Its touch screen was not operating nor its other function. I really wonder how can you supply the replaced handset without testing it? Originally handset was white in colour & I got replacement in Blue colour & also old piece which was not in working condition.
                      Same day on 17.08.11 I handover that piece for further verification. I was assured that I will get that within 2 days but till date I didn’t received it.
                      I was continuously making follow up & every day I was assured that the handset is in transit & you can collect it tomorrow. But that tomorrow never comes.
                      Now I request you to please let me know whom should I call or shall I have to spend my valuable time & money for getting justice?
                      I am even ready if you refund me the amount so that at least I can procure new handset.
                      I hope you will reply me & take corrective action.

                      I purchased Nokia C6 on 17.07.2011... IMEI No. [protected]. The display was defective and hence stopped working in Dec'11. I took to the nearest nokia care where I asked to replace the handset as within 5 months it was found defective. They did not & repaired. After coming back home it again stopped working & again I went back to Nokia Care & they repaired.

                      Again the display is not working & now they are saying that my warranty period over. They will charge Rs. 3,200 for the repair. The warranty period is of 1 year & I purchased in July 2011 that means it's just one year & they will charge me for a defective handset.

                      Please help me in getting my handset replaced which was defective within the warranty period however they did not replace then & now want to charge Rs. 3200.

                        had purchased an E72 NOKIA Mobile handset in January 2010, IMEI No. [protected] and also paid charges for extended warranty. Due to manufacturing defect, the keypad mat started dislodging and i went to Bright Infocom, the authorised service center for replacement of keypad in amy 2010. I was told that i would be contacted soon as they did not have supply of Black colour mats. Inspite of several visits and calls they were continously claiming non-receipt of keypad from company. Vexed, i called Nokia Customer care on 26-07-10 and was given a complaint reference number and was asked to call back in 48 hrs. I kept calling every day from 28th but all in vain. Since yesterday, the call center executives started keeping me on hold or disconnecting the phone. I had deposited the handset with the service center on 30-7-10 but the same exscuse of non availability of keypad is given. It is pathetic and a shame on a MNC like NOKIA for this kind of attitude and their customer care call center's behaviour. HP, TATASKY, etc are customer friendly but NOKIA seems to be taking Indians for a ride.

                            In reference to above, it is pointed out that I have submitted my phone first time on 15th May, 2010 because of charging problems. They returned my handset on 17th May,2010 after repair on chargeable basis under ref(ii) because it was said to be of external damage and not covered under warranty. But after sometime the same problem persist and my handset didn't support my headsets also, so I submitted it again on 18th May,2010.They told me that they will repair it and return it to me within 7 days as there might be a problem in software. They returned after a long duration on 16th June, 2010 after repair.



                            After few days it again stops working and gets switch off within seconds when I tried to switch it on. I have submitted it to same Nokia care centre on 30th June, 2010.They said they will return it after 7 days, but when I reached their office on 7th July, 2010 they said it would take more time.I repeatedly chased the above said Care Centre but they responded that the set is under repair and would be handed over within few days.



                            Finally, on 4th Aug, 2010, they have returned the handset without repair saying that the handset is found tampered and is irreparable (ref-iv). The Nokia Care centre has taken more than one month time in both the episodes. In the last case they have kept the handset with them for more than one month to just found that it is tampered and is irreparable which is hard to believe from a reputed care centre of a leading manufacturer of the Mobile Sets.



                            So I kindly request you to replace the handset because of not getting success in repairing it and just passing time of warranty period, otherwise I have to go to consumer forum for help.

                              I have purchase new handset nokia express music 5130 during the month of june 2010, but i regret to inform that it has poor service, the FM and loudspeaker of this phone do not work from the very beginning, i didnt understand why it has poor service, please register my complaint and replace my handset.

                              I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.

                              since the then time the mobile set is FM problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.

                              I had sent NOKIA a email on 24/02/2010 regarding complaint of my Mobile Nokia 5130 XpressMusic after that I gave the Mobile for repairs to their Lajpat Nagar, NOKIA CARE CENTER, New Delhi once in the month of March, Two Times in the month of June and Now today the 2nd July 2010.

                              Today when I visited your Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi Nokia Care Centre front Office CCO, Miss Seema behaved me in a very strange manner and she does allow me to meet her seniors. Please let me know to whom should I approach for my grievances.

                              I would like to know how many times will I go for repairs of Mobile which is giving prolems since I purchased it.

                                I had submited a phone(Model No-1209) in your service sentre on dated 7-AUG-2010. JOB SHEET NO.[protected]/100807/48. IMEI NO.- [protected]. Problem- Hearing sound problem. But in your jobsheet the problem was- No outgoing audio.
                                I recieved the phone on same date.But I found a new problem - that phone have no phonebook. It is a very big problem for me. I tried to contact in your contact number([protected]) but the number was switched off (at 11am to 5:30pm on 9/8/10).

So next day I went to collect the phone from nokia care. But while checking the phone the problem has not rectified. when I told the service center about the same complained they ask me to bring bill copy to get the replacement from head office ,after 10 days getting the replacement of the battery. the problem now is in the headset, so they took my handset again for service. so I wish the service center to rectify the problem properly . my service job sheet no :[protected]/100727/8

                                  i am writing tou this complaint on my elder brother sambit tripathy. he has give a complaint regarding his mobaile hand set ( IMEI No. [protected] ) Product Code 0562074, Model Name -3600 ). purchased the hand set 1 & half years back.Now it has some probelems. when he contacted regarding the probelem to the nearest Nokia care Centre, they told that the hand set has some Display probelem arises. and we will give you the hand set after 2 days, and you will charged of Rs 1800/- . My brother also agreed on that. Now after 2 Days when he goes to the Nokia Care center to bring the Handset, They show very rough behaviour and told that we cant not give you the gurantee after you receive the hand set from here after repairing.They also done the set to a very much rough condition. After Seeing that, my brother gets dejected and refused to repair the set. They Dont have enough time to listen the customer.now waht will we do. if your service centre can not give prpper service to the customer what is the benifit of keeping this. we can not expect such behaviour from Nokia.

                                      if the network goes off due to any reason or if you switched off the mobile , the it takes indefinite period of time say around 30 minutes to 12 hours after switch on. that means it is delaying in network search using BSNL sim. In case of other sim the search is quite fast and normal. But in case of BSNL it takes almost morethan stipulated period to search netwok. Also internet settings are not being saved and no intermnet is being accessed using BSNl.

                                      I want and urge that NOKIA should replace the phone and give another correct model. I am willing to pay the balance amount.

                                        dear sir, i use nokia cell since 2000, i love to use all letest cell of nokia.But when a purchase nokia x6 16 gb,it's folty pic, within five days its loud spekers stop playing,i give it to nokia care at vapi, i request there to swept but the give me after 10 days with repair, after two days its battery not woking (not became charged) and loud speker is farther not working,so second time i give it to nokia care with request to repace the cell phone,but after that they just repair it and give me back,After that within tow days on 28/7/2010 mobile hearing speker not working, so i third time give it to nokia care with reqesting to replace.
