Dear sir
I gave my Nokia 6610 for repair in Nokia service center ( Music planet , SCF 71-72 Basement sector 15 , Sector 15 , Market , Faridabed , Haryana ) ON 02.07.10
Since then my worst dream started , They are neither repairing my phone nor giving it back to me . I have gone to this center thrice , waited hours in long line but their response was worst possible . I contacted a senior person ( Mr sharma , [protected] )but of no use . Like others he too is not picking my phone . My job sheet no is[protected]/100702/67 . I have registered a complaint in Nokia care center , complaint no is : 1-[protected] .

Nokia — worst after sale service

I have purchased nokia 7210 in october 2008. Its speaker and battery were not working properly. it is under the warranty period
i show it to nokia customer care centre but they refuse to repair it and told me that it is tampered.
I told them it is under warranty period, so why should i get it repaired outside.
they told me that they will replace battery and gave me 16th april 2009 as delivery date .
I call them on 5th may 2009 and they told me that replaced battery has still not come even after 21 days of delivery date.
I am still waiting for my battery and most shocking thing is that they are not ready to repair my phone
Nokia after sale service is worst and customers care centres are of no use

Nokia — WORST AFTER SALES SERVICES

i purchase nokia 6208 with bill on 30th sept,2009..it was working fine since then but started creating problem from 2nd May 2010..i submitted my handset at

they returnd it back after a week and charged me Rs.800, but the problem was not rectified which i came to know when i restartd using d set.i deposited it again on 10th May,2010 for which they dint provide me any job order..they wrote the model no of the handset(6208) and its IEMI no.([protected]) on their visiting card..and today 24th May wen i re-approached the place,i was ill-treated by their staff and was rudely handed over the set sayin that nothing could be done with it and i could take those Rs.800 back which i gave for its repairing ..I AM SOO AMAZED THAT A COMPANY LIKE NOKIA, IS NOT ONLY MAKING A FOOL OUT OF THE CUSTOMERS, BUT ALSO TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS THE WAY ROADSIDE HAWKERS TREAT PEOPLE.. i look forward for some help,because not only i ve been robbed by the so called "BEST MOBILE PHONE MAKERS" but also have been ill treated

    I have submitted my mobile on 18th June 2010 the consult person told me that it will take 30min to solve the issue I waited for 40min then they tell me that it’s a handset problem, the software is not uploading in the handset & they called me after 7 days. After 7 days I gone waited for 15min then the Mr. Mahesh he said that he have to send the handset in the NOKIA COMPANY for this problem. He told me that he will give me handset on 15th July2010 at any coast. I told him that I want my Handset on that date. On 15th July 2010 I called on ([protected]) twice on third time they picked up my call, after going through the consult person at last I spoke with MR Mahesh he requested to me to give him 2 days of time to sort out the problem. I told him that I waited for a month you told me that you will send my HANDSET in the NOKIA COMPANY he told me that your handset is out of WARRANTTY so it came back. I told him that in your JOBSHEET it’s mentioned that my HANDSET is out of warranty. He told that he needs 2 days of time. I told him that I can give last 2 days, you are not thinking from my site. When I called him in the morning he told me that he will call in the evening & he will give me the STATUS about my HANDSET. I got a call in the evening he said me that he still needs 7 days, he said that the HANDSET is not detecting the SOFTWARE. He needs to check the problem of the Handset & again he is sending the handset in the Nokia Company on SATURDAY he will finally give my HANDSET.
    The Thing is on namscareonline.com on this site its showing that my HANDSET is already repaired.

    I only want my Handset & my complaint should go to the CONSULT PERSON IN NOKIA COMPANY. They can see what’s going in the SERVICE CENTRE & you should put the E-mail Id of the consult person of NOKIA COMPANY who looks after all the complaint from their CLIENT.
    I am the big fan of Nokia my first mobile was NOKIA 3100 & currently I am using N73 & I will always use NOKIA MOBILES. But do something about this ISSUE if you can otherwise it will be a bad remark for the NOKIA FUTURE your service centre people what they comment they are not on that comment. If they can’t update a SOFTWARE & cant break the CODE what is the use of them they called themselves TECHNICIAN.

      I had purchased Nokia 5233 on 13th july from Banglore's "The electronic store". The panel of the set is loss. I told it to the supervisor their but they told me to go to the Nokia care. I went in Nokia care in Delhi but they just threw my set and said it is not our fault we cant do any thing.
      I had sent a notice to you guys if nothing happen then i would take a strict action against your company

        I have bought new Nokia 2330 c2 cell. But since I bought it the speakers are not functioning properly. I took this problem to Nokia Care Center Faridabad, they repaired it but the problem had yet not been solved. I am repeadtedly facing the same problem but no proper solution has been given. The cell is still in waranty period. I am really dissatisfied by the service provided by Nokia Care Center. So I request you to do the needful and if possible change my handset with new one.

          I have lost my cell phone and seeing no hope of getting it back and I am running pillar to post for blocking the IEMI,I am absolutely amazed with Nokia's response that IEMI blocking facility is yet to come in India where we have around millions of cell phone users.

          Please Intervene and come forward in getting this option available here as well,Why should we allow the thieves to have a last laugh ??

          Apropos to your revert I would like to Inform you that I have already lodged an FIR on 12th July (Chandni chowk Police Stn / NCR No – 894/2010 / GD no 79b) and also got the new SIM card post blocking the lost one by coordinating with Airtel (Network).
          I am not expecting Nokia care to assist me in tracing the whereabouts of my cell phone as I know it is a lost property now and will not be back again. I want Nokia to block the IEMI no – [protected] so that my lost E63 cell phone will not be usable at all by the thieves. Tell me, Why I should allow that thief to make the most of my stolen cell phone?
          As mentioned by you that Nokia care doesn’t take any responsibility to undertake blocking or tracing of lost or stolen mobile phones.
          I want to ask you some legitimate questions as a Customer –
          • Why I am being denied the right of asking for lost phone IEMI blocking??
          • And When I am ready to share the actual proofs (Bill Invoice copy / FIR copy duly stamped) then what is the issue in IEMI blocking??
          • Why Nokia is shying in helping its Customers in Urgent need??
          • Don't you think that Customer's will appreciate when the manufacturer is providing the IEMI blocking facility in case of loss??
          • My network – Airtel had instructed me to get in touch with you for IEMI blocking as it was your product then what is the hassle in IEMI blocking??

          I have incurred a loss of my hard earned Rs. 10,200 and I am not going to let it go easily, Please block the IEMI to stall its further usage.

            Sir,

            By mistake I purchased nokia mobile X6 on 6/30/2010 from Mobile store invoice TN3383 from valasarvakkam unite chennai India[protected]
            where it was promised by sale person if any compliant or not satisfied with product it will get replaced with new piece.
            Where i found that the mobile cover fitting are improper and PCB board is visible and the hear phone fitting one nobe is projecting and battery cover is improper fitting(which was informed in the first day itself).I submitted the mobile on mobile shore on 7/13/2010 for replacement.

            Today again i received call from Nokia customer care where they are telling similar three complaints they have received and they will replace the panel and rectify the problem.( since currently they do not have a stock of panel i have to wait a week minimum).Here i do not understand one think, as Nokia themself are accepting as manufacturing defect why i am not getting replacement with a new one where i used the piece only 10 days. What is the value for the money I paid .
            Why i should wait a week for to get a solution for this.
            I never expected this kind of negligence support from No 1 brand .

              I PURCHASED ONE NOKIA E63 MOBILE PHONE FROM M/S SHREE, AT 166A, RASH BEHARI AVENUE, KOLKATA :- 700 029. CO'S PHONE NO. IS : 24663643 AND CELL NO. : [protected] VIDE BILL NO. SHREE/[protected]/5860 DATED : 06.03.2010. ON THE CONTENT OF THE SEALED BOX IT WAS WRITTEN "BLUE TOOTH 1 NO." AS THE CO. WAS PROVIDING THIS WITH THE SAID HANDSET. BUT WHEN OPENED IT WAS MISSING. DESPITE REGULAR FOLLOWUP WITH THE SUPPLIER I DID'NT GOT THE THING WHICH WAS MISSING IN THE BOX. THE SUPPLIER TOLD ME THAT HE HAD TALKED WITH THE CO. BUT THEY HAVE DENIED TO GIVE THE BLUE TOOTH.                   I am Sandhiramoulisvaran.I am residing at chennai for the past 8 months. On 10/7/2010 my room was robbed by some criminals. I lost my mobile. My mobile was Nokia E71 with IMEI [protected]. Can u please lock the mobile .
                  On 11/7/2010 I went and complaint to Thiruvanmiyur J-6 police station. They dont even filed a FIR for the incident. They simply told me to write a complaint without registering FIR. The police officers in that station are so lethargic and dont care about the public. Only in INDIA we can find such police station with such officers. A common man like me is always a loser in this country ! People who are there to protect us are not there when we need them.I feel very disappointed by the way the police officers handled the incident. Its really a shame for us to have such police officers. Atleast in the near future may things change and lets have a better future.

                  NOKIA/ E71 — vanishing of software

                  I have purchased new E71 mobile from nokia priority dealer, sapna sangeeta road, indore (MP).
                  after one day o[censored]sing it menu key started unworking until i restarted the phone. and all of sudden all the data and software from installation file get vanished.
                  customer care parsonal are saying that they dont have the key to this software. what should i do. this phone cost me dear. i want the worth of my money. please install the software or replace my phone.
                  ditto wid me. I googled the maps and lo n behold, i find all my image files by camera n all downloaded tracks vanished. The applications pre installed too vanished. This has shattwred me. I am going to nokia care. hansraj.

                  I am using E71 since July2010, For the past 1Month whenever I Switch Off & Switch On "Mailbox" gets removed & "IBM Lotus Notes Traveller" downloaded automatically & reflecting in the Screen .
                  When I went to Nokia Care the Customer Serviced Executive advised to change the Memory Card. Even then the Problem persists, then they advised that Its an Updated Version, Currently its there in all E-Series, & it can't be removed. Thus. Kindly advice what IBM Lotus Notes Traveller is all about as I am unable to Use. Kindly do the needful at teh earliest. Looking for kind Suppoer at your end.

                    Nokia Battery BL-5C — Not Heard the Voice

                    Dear Sir,

                    4 months letter I have replaced BL-5C (S. No.[protected]O311A[protected] battery. After using the battery my handset gradually reduce its sound and I am not able to hear the voice of my callers. When I insert one of my friends same model old battery the sound is loud and clear.

                      Sir,

                      This is for your kind information and necessary action that i m your old customer/client of Nokia handset user.it is bring to your notice that i had purchased Nokia N96-1 on dated[protected] at the price of rupees 31500/- in indian currency which is very costly for me. Since the purchase of the above said handset after few days it is creating problems which is causing loss of my buiseness clients and affecting my buiseness as it is the very important part of communication through which the dealings & communication of cases got done. But when the handset is not in working condition,Then it is a big problem for me AS I AM AN ADVOCATE BY PROFFESION IN DELHI HIGH COURT. I am suffering from this problem from the very first week of april. I HAD SUBMITTED MY MOBILE TO NOKIA CARE ON ABOUT[protected] THEN NOKIA CARE ASSURED ME BY UPGRADING THE SOFTWARE VERSION ON SAME DAY. AS MY MOBILE GOT HANGING ALSO WITH OTHER PROBLEMS AS MENTIONED BELOW. THEN AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME

                      It START CREATING PROBLEM AGAIN OF SAME AS MENTIONED ABOVE AND DETAIL OF MY PROBLEMS ARE AS BELOW:

                      1. FIRSTLY,MALFUNCTIONING O[censored]PPER KEYPAD OF THE HANDSET AS AFTER SOME TIME AND BY PRESSING ANY KEY,ANOTHER KEY WORKS AS IT IS THE MALFUNCTIONING OF KEYPADS,

                      2. SECONDLY,THE ANOTHER BIG PROBLEM FACING ME IS THE PROBLEM OF LOW VOICE OF INCOME CALL OF THE OTHER SIDE CALLER (POOR INCOMING AUDIO QUALITY). I UNABLE TO LISTEN OTHER SIDE CLEARLY WHICH IS ALSO A BIG PROBLEM FOR ME.

                      3. THIRDLY,VIBRATION NOT WORKS IN ANY PROFILE EXCLUDING "GENERAL" PROFILE.AS THE VIBRATION WORKS ONLY IN GENERAL PROFILE ONLY.THIS ALSO A BIG PROBLEM FOR ME AS IN THE COURT ROOM I HAVE TO REMAIN THE PROFILE IN SILENT IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE.SO I GOT MISSED MANY IMPORTANT CALLS OF MY CLIENT.I SUFFERED VERY MUCH.

                      4. FORTHLY, THE PROBLEM I AM FACING IS THE PROBLEM OF HEAT UP OF HANDSET.

                      5.LASTLY, THE PROBLEM IS POOR BATTERY BACKUP.

                      So,in this regard i want to say you that please listen to my complaint carefully and please SWAP MY HANDSET WITH NEW ONE OR WITH OTHER HANDSET OF SAME COST. kindly handle my complaint as urgent. i do not want to go to consumer court for the above mentioned complaint as I REGARD NOKIA AND I AM A OLD USER OF NOKIA HANDSET AND I DO BEILEVE ON NOKIA AND SUGGEST NOKIA TO OTHERS AND MY FAMILY ALSO OLD USER OF NOKIA.

                      Complaint : well i have purchased a nokia phone model no E 90 last year on august 14 2007 from lucknow.

                        During the last IPL season Nokia & KKR had started the SMS contest "Nokia Main Bhi Koach".
                        I am the one of the big fans of Kolkat Team and also of Shahrukh Khan.So I had started to play the contest with some good feelings and thoughts of winnig the prizes from IPL.After palying so many time on my mobile with sending SMS once I have reached the score for eligibilty to win some prize than I recieved an SMS Than suddenly there was an SMS regarding the draw system that If My name will show in that draw than I will win the prize.I would like submit a serious and heartly complain that when I was playing via SMS than why they had not sent me any SMS regarding that this is tottaly draw management system.If they eariler sent me this type of msg before I register in the competition I would not waste my time or money in this contest.They will show their terms & condition on their website but why they did not sent an SMS because I was playing on my mobile not on their website.They must have to sent the SMS also that This competition has totally draw system than I would not paly that contest surely though I am the big fan of both of them.So waiting for the possitive support.

                          I purchased a brand new Nokia C5 from one of the reputed stores in Bangalore on 10-Jul-10 8:30pm. I have a post-paid Airtel SIM, which I am currently using with my Sony Ericsson W810. I asked store person to test my newly purchased Nokia C5 with this SIM, but it failed with the message "SIM card Registration failed”. The store person tested with a Docomo SIM that worked. He (store person) mentioned, it could be because my Airtel SIM is old, he asked me to take a new 64K SIM and use. In my family we have BSNL CellOne, Docomo and Airtel (64k) SIM. I tried inserting each of these SIM, it worked with BSNL & Docomo, but didn't work with Airtel SIM (both my old and another 64K). Then I went back to stores (11-Jul-10 around 2pm) and described my testing. He intern called up couple of people and confirmed me; this handset "Nokia C5" doesn't support Airtel SIM. Also, he said this is a bug in these sets and in another 30 days, Nokia will release a new version of software for these sets. By upgrading the set with that software, it will detect Airtel SIM. To confirm on the same, today (12-Jul-10) I visited a nearby Nokia service center, they asked me to leave the mobile in their service center for testing. :( So, now I left it in Nokia Service center, hoping for better.
                          With this I am unhappy with the Nokia and the store from where I purchased the set. I paid the full amount and purchased it, but it’s been 2 days, I am unable to use the set with Airtel SIM.
                          Dear friends, beware of such products which comes to market with a bug.
                          I request Nokia co. to test their products before releasing them to market. I hope, my concern will be addressed ASAP.

                          Micromax — docomo 64k sim doesn't work

                          I am using micromax q3 handset and whn i m using docomo 64k sim.and it does,nt work. properly & i am facing hang problem n whn i m using other sim it work properly.nw tell me wht can i do nw. my cell no is [protected]. So please make my sim to work properly.
                          Dear Mr. Pawar, i am in Delhi & facing the same problem with C5 Model. I also checked it with Airtel & Vodafone & C5 is not working with any of them. As suggested by Nokia helpline, i visted Nokia care & they were also surprised to see this problem. Subsequently i got a call from Nokia on Saturday & they confirmed the problem. As per them, it is because the IMEI numbers are not yet registered with Airtel & Vodafone. It will take another 3-4 days. I asked them how can they sell any handset which is not properly registered with all operators. No answers. Today i called Nokia Customer Care again just to have an update & they are saying Nokia has not observed any such issue & its first time they are listening this. I am shocked. How come a company like Nokia changing its statement on daily basis.

                          I had purchased C5 on 26th july from Nokia priority dealer in pune and it works fine. I am using the new Airtel 64k Sim and there is no problem at all. I also tried idea, reliance and vodaphone they also work fine in my C5. Its a very good phone. May be ur product is from grey market.
                          I had another type of problem. I had purchased C5 on 16/09/2010 in Delhi Mobile Store. It works fine till 30/09/2010. After that it gets too hot in normal mode and batterry going down completely within half an hour. I had faced this problem till 05/10/2010, while i was in journey for two days handicapped due to C5 to make any call. I have gien it to Nokia Care on 05/10/2010 they serviced it. The problem of being hot and discharging is solved but now I am facing another type of problem like :
                          1. Mobile restarting automatically frequently.
                          2. Keys are not functioning properly.
                          3 No network access.
                          4. Mobile is in offline mode.
                          5. While opening or setting some configuration it is going to switch off.
                          6. During batterry charging it lights up frequently.

                          Till date all family members are using and have trust on Nokia phones, but now they are shocked and no trust on nokia.

                          I am also facing the same problem "sim card registration failed". When i checked with another vodafone sim the same is working... I called up the store they told me to get another sim from vodafone with more kb... i dont really understand the problem as my vodafone sim is detected by all other phones including er nokia sets..
                          In Past i have also faced same kind of issues with Nokia 3110 classic.
                          It got restart frequently again & again.
                          I went to Nokia care and handover the mobile to them & they gave back my mobile after 2 weeks by simply upgrading the software of Nokia & adviced me that not to use 1 GB memory card.
                          I got shocked because Nolkia 3110c supports 2 GB memory.

                          My Mobile worked good for another 2-3 months and after that it gets started all over again.
                          I went to Nokia care 1 more time but at that point of time my Mobile Validity expired.
                          So, the person told me that there is some problem with the IC of the mobile chip & they cant resolve the issue as they dont have any technical expertise on it.
                          I asked them to atleast upgrade the software of the mobile & they asked Rs450 for software upgrade.
                          I asked why you people are charging too high. He reply because they have a good strenght of staff. they dont have fixed charge for the service.
                          I agreed then he said if in middle of the upgrade, the mobile died, they will not take the resposbility.
                          As there are 20% chances of mobile disability during software upgrade.

                          I got angry with all these lies & i lost the trust on NOKIA brand.
                          I still have that handset and put it in my home showcase as the symbol of NO-KIA.

                                  I have purchased the Nokia 5800 handset last year on 19th Oct, from day one i am facing picture clarity problem of camera for rectifing the same i had submitted the handset to Nokia care, Canada corner, Nashik branch, & they accepted the fault of the phone & they kept the phone for rectification. After two days they handed over handset to me as it is saying that picture clarity for this model is not better than this.

                                  After 2-3 months i have started facing phone hanging problem, but i ignored it & keep the use on.

                                  And now 15 days back my phone was started not to detcting the memory card, & it goes too slow in working.I made approach to Nokia Care again on 24th June & they took handset for rectification again. After lots of follow up they return my handset after 15 days on 7th July.

                                  Still i have facing the same problem, my handset is not detecting the memory card. After taking picture from camera it tooks very long time to save that picture & some time it shows the message system disk error & phone goes hang.

                                  Kindly request to you to give proper solution to me for smooth working of phone at the earlieast.

                                    I went to purchase as i came to know about the offer that Reebok Watch is available with this Phone. So I Purchase E63 From Above Mentioned Store. The Watch is Not Working when i asked at shop they said they are not Responsible for the watch. I have Even Changed Battry Thinking There Might Be Some Problem With The Battry. But still the Watch is Not working.

                                    I Have been to this shop by searching on your site and with a thought that I'll get better service. But now A Lady at Shop is Saying the can not Do any Thing for Watch. And Approach The Company. So M Mailing You. Please Replace My Watch Or Give Me The New One as this watch is Not Working.

                                    The Copy of Invoice and Photos Of Watch & Box is Been Attached To This Mail. I Have Hopes with you as you are big Company n Care for You Costumers. I Have Been Using Nokia and Reebok from Past 8 years.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I bought nokia 2700 classic in the month of feb- 2010 from a mobile shop in kolkata.imie no.is [protected].The screen of facial is loose , it means when i talk for 5 minute the phone screen become foggy from inside. I think that the sealing is weak, but nokia care center told me that, the facial is not come under warranty.But i think this is the manufacturing defect.

                                        i had purchased the nokia mobile and my battery was bl5c

                                        which was taken back by the company itself due to some manufactuing defect and which is dangerous to use as per nokia instrustions.
                                        i also made the complaint in nokia complaint center at nehru palace, karnal haryana, india and they assured me that they will send the new battery to my home address but till today i am awaiting for the new battery and using the dangerous mobile.

                                        please look in to the matter and what can i do to replae my battery.

                                        Myself. jubin.v.joy:mangalore, purchased nokia 5610 phone on the 2nd of january 2008, i have come across many complaints wit my 5610, the first one was the navigation key is loose and the panel chip came out!!! also there vertical is a line being shown on my cell's screen!!! also while listening to music the automatically switches off... so plz repair or change the phone early as possible. i have faced many problem within a short span of time...kindly look into this matter and reply to me at the earliest

                                        sir i bought a nokia n73 on 14th april 2008. it started hanging and doesnot work properly. i went to nokia care but got no response. i have 2 switch on and off daily after 2-3 hour. plzzzzzz help me sir. i m from noida.
                                        I am a customer of nokia . I have purchased a set 7310C on 22nd december from nokia priority dealer jain times 1 S.P Mukherjee road kolkata-700025. After using the set for 1 week on 7th jan its keypad becomes hard, when i go to the jain times they send me to nokia care AM MOBILE TELECOM PVT.LTD.

                                        They take my mobile and give me a jobsheet where the delivery date was given 23rd january, but after repeated times i have visited to nokia care but they didn't give me any positive sign from their side . On 2nd february they give me one number 30303838 . After calling on this number they told me that my set is ready for despatch . But till date i didn't get my set. From Delhi they give me a complain number 2-3T0DV5. Day by Day i am getting no support from their side They are giving me no positive answer .

                                        Please look into this matter seriously

If the music player plays continuously its hanged.Automatically the switch off and it restarts itself, After one week my profile tones cannot be personalized.I contact the retailer they said the software has corrupted.still the problem continues . I am not satisfied with the product i purchased .

                                        I bought a new handset nokia-5233 on 22-march-2010 for amount Rs-7400/- INR
                                        from as local nokia dealer (Gift Palace,near jai talkies,main
                                        road,muradnagar, ghaziabad,U.P.-201206 ) with a bill # 310.There is some
                                        problem with the handset i am facing every time since i bought this handset.
                                        On third day from the date (25-mar-2010) i bought this handset,bluetooth
                                        device got faulty. I was not able to search any device not even i was able
                                        to transfer ant data thru bluetooth.On 31st march 2010, i visited a nokia
                                        care centre ( GSM Communications-104-105 hans plaza,11 ambedker
                                        road,ghaziabad) ref job sheet # 23743527/10031/8.i had a very huge
                                        discussion with the manager(Amit Goyal ) regarding the issue. After
                                        Observing the handset after 1 day they returned my handset stating that the
                                        hanset cannot be repaired because it was physically damaged.According to
                                        them Mother Board of my phone got bend and nokia does not provide even new
                                        mother board not even repair it.
                                        Next day i went to dealer regarding the same complaint,he advised me to
                                        visit some other nokia care centre.I visited nokia care centre in Modinagar
                                        that is actually near to me. they asked me to leave the phone for 7 days
                                        ,thats what i did as per their instruction.After 12 days i got my handset
                                        back from them and blue tooth was working properly fine.
                                        But, Unfortunately there was one more fault i observed after i get the
                                        handset repaired from nokia care was problem in sensor.my phone sensor did
                                        not work .As i am in a kind of job where in i gets only 4-5 hours to slep
                                        ,thats why i can not visit any centre easly.
                                        I visited a new service centre in raj nager ,Ghaziabad(shreejee enterprises) on 7 th july for the same prob that my phone gets hang very frequently and sensor not working .They gave my handset back on 21/07/2010 and on 23/07/2010 i have deposited the handset back to them as it worked for just 1 day.
                                        Understand, its been 5 months that i bought this phone and its been 5 times that my handset has been deposited for min 10-15 days nokia care centre.If iam planing to use this handset
                                        for a year or so,Do you people wants me to get that repaired every month.I placed a complaint at customer care.the told me that my handset will get replaced,but again i got the same one which you guys are not able to repaired

                                        I am sending you this mail for a positive result of this complaint.If i need
                                        to visit a nokia care centre ,i can go ahed and visit consumer complaint
                                        department//

                                        My self Deepak kumar, I have purchased Nokia 5800 Xpress Music before 1 year, now having problem (Music not supported, phone gets heated, automatically switched off & Lock key not working properly) in my handset. I have visited two service centre first Kohat Enclave Nokia Service Centre & Lajpat nagar Service Centre. but problem yet to resolved.

                                        Lajpat Nagars- JE says that your phone is in out of warranty because having phsical damage (lock key not working properly this is physical damage as per JE) and JE of Kohat Enclave Service centre not able to resolve the issue.

                                        I have repeatedly called to customer care but solution not given by them.

                                        Now, my handset gets out of warranty becuase it's become 1 year of purchase.

                                        Nokia is a branded name, on which people have whole trust.

                                        So, please make this believe continue.
