I AM RAKESH KR DUBE HAD PURCHASED NOKIA X3 MODEL MOBILE BY DURGA ELECTRICALS SHAKTINAGAR SONEBHADRA UTTERPRADESH ON 02/07/10 .SAME DAY I FACED PROBLEM TO OPERATE MOBILE , I ASK TO SALES SHOP HE EXAMIN AND REMOVE SIM CARD AGAIN INSERTED ,THEN MADE ON AGAIN AFTER 2 -3 HRS I FACED PROBLEM .
THEN I RETURNED MOBILE PHONE TO SALES SHOP .NOW CUSTOMER CARE BLAMEING ME THAT THIS SET DAMAGE .SO THEIR IS NO WARRANTY.

PLEASE...

Pl verufy my baterry is ok or Duplicate.

My entire family is using Nokia mobiles and I used to recommend it. But from last 20 days I am suffering from unnecessary tension which given by Nokia care people. We have N73 handset purchased last year and just completed 1 year. 20 days back it was not strated due to some problem in switch on button. It was working properly as battery charging status showing also some white screen used to display whn we tried to switch...

I purchased Nokia 5310 2 years back. After 2 months, i faced a very typical probem..after prolonged talks the phone used to show white screen due to sweat.


Now my phone has suddenly got hanged and keypad is not working..it only works after i restart it ...but after few hours it again hangs..

(a)keypad keys were not working
(b)audio:poor incoming call facility
my phone was under gaurantee period
firstly,they asked me for 50 rupees for checking phone for which they did not give me any receipt.

Appearing a line in the handset the very next day i hadm purchased. i have been baught a nokia 5800 xpress music phone and using it from last 2 years, few days ago when i am downloading an application nokia e mail from nokia ovi store, after installation it ask for restart mobile to complete the installation, after restarting the mobile all the data has been lost and memory card is empty.
The memory card is not showing the data but it is showing that storage of data that it has stored earlier.br...
