I purchased Nokia 6303 classic silver color on 11/Jan/2010.
In the first week of June 2010 it suddenly hang on nokia handshake scrin.
On 10th June I visited to Shree Communication Pune, authorised Nokia service centre at Karve Road Pune.
The person said he has to reinstall the software and you will get your handset tommarrow. But on next day he told me Its beyond our capacity so it is sent to Nokia Head Office (?) You will get it after 2 weeks.
After 18 days I got a replaced hand set of Black Color, the person on the counter said its new handset, I found scratch on scrin and I refused to accept the phone and told him give me my silver color handset. He said You have to wait for 14 days ................ Again on 5th july they gave me blak Handset.... saying new handset... Again I refused again he said 8 days........ Again on 27th black handset I refused now no answer from them I am still HANG (From 5th June to 8th August2010)? What to do now?

    Aur uska phone no. hai -[protected] aur dusra no. hai-[protected],se liya tha 24 july 2010 ko aur usme kharabi aane ki wajah se maine 2 dino pehle unse kaha ki bhaiya aap phone replace ker dijiye abhi to mera warranty period hai aur waise bhi set ko liye 10 din se jyada nahi hue hain toh shopkeeper owner jiska naam BABLU aur MUKESH hai usne kaha ki ab isme mai kuch ker nahi sakta hun ab yeh nokia care centre mein hi jayega apka phone jo ki nokia 2700c hai aur uski IMEI No. hai – [protected] aur charger no. hai 0675605 hai jo ki mere naam se yani SAURABH VINAYAK aur 3,700 rupees me purchasing hua tha actually usme network problem aane laga tha yeh toh meri pehli problem hai lekin dusri bhi isi se judi hui hai agar mai SHEREYA TELCOM ke anusaar NOKIA CARE CENTRE, PATNA me dun toh iski kya guarantee hai ki woh phone jo maine 24 july ko liya tha who sahi salamat mujhe wapas mil jaye kynki jo dusri problem jo thi ki mai apse share naa karoon per majboori aisi aa gayi hai ki apke sharan me aana pad raha hai yeh sab baatein dekhte hue aap please in sabhi per action jaroor lijiyega kynki mujhe aap logon per pura yakin hai aur un sabko jail zaroor bhijwa dijiyega.

    Nokia care walon ne display thik karte karte uska sara samaan ya toh kharab ker diya ya chori ker liye actually me NOKIA CARE Chahe patna ho ya delhi sab jagah chori hi kerte rehte hain unko toh aisa ehsas ho gaya hai jo unka handset lete hain unke pass nokia care ke alave aur koi dusra option nahi hai yeh NOKIA CARE mein bhi ab hone laga aisa dhandha ki kisi ke pass wakai mein koi option nahi bachta hai inko toh peet peet ker usme namak chidak ker tadpa tadpa ker rakhna chahiye khair mai apni puri baat batata hun, actually jo set maine nokia care mein diye the uska may 2010 se lekar[protected] tak teen baar iska job sheet(receipt) bana jo ki hai- pehla job sheet 1600, dusra 1945 aur teesra job sheet hai 2259 JO KI lagbhag 2 mahine tak unke pass tha aur 2 baar who delhi bhi bhej chuke the unke kehne ke anusaar jo ki mai is baat ko nahi maan sakta jab thik nahi hua toh 1000 me se 800 rs. Wapas ker diya , ab aap hi bataiye ki koi kase vishwas karle NOKIA CARE CENTRE PER aap action zarur se lijiyega in sabhi …….
    Iske pehle bhi main ek baar consumer court ko ek letter type kiya tha airtel ki shikayat kit hi jo ki within 15 days me solve ho gayee thi ,isi wajah se mujhe aaplogon per pura bharosa hai

      Hi Sir,
      i bought nokia 5800 in 19th Oct 2009 from HotSpot,BTM Water Tank Bangalore(EMI No-[protected]). Till Jan 2010 it was working good and from Feb onwards its not working properly
      After that 3 repairs at nokia care/headoffice till june. From june 2010 till date mobile is with Nokia Care/Head office. I Had submitted the mobile to Nokia Care(mobile care #808 7th cross mico layout,btm 2nd stage,bangalore -560076,contact no[protected].They will tell its sending to Head office and after 14 days will give it back. Then the same issue will happen again and i have to give it back to them on the next day(almost 4 times happened now from 5th June). So from past 62 days its with nokia care only(Latest Job sheet number is[protected]/100605/43 it is fro 05th June).Last time when i collected Mobile has got one scartch + Battery cover damaged( all @ service.Nokia Care BTM, saying that they are helpless, my phone is probalematic, it should be replaced. But on the same time they are telling head office is not replacing the mobile.My mobile is reeboting,switching off automatically and battery backup is less.
      Kinldy suggest me what should i do now to get my mobile back.

        Respected sir,

        I m using Nokia 2700 classic from last 7 months. A software problem occured in my handset.On 29th of july I submitt my mobile in nokia service centre for software upgradation.On 30th of july i got it back. After 3-4 hrs its display disappears.At 30th evening i got a computerized call from nokia care, i have marked all the services given by nokia care were very bad. There is no reply from nokia care on that issue. On 2nd august i once again submitted my handset to nokia care they said they will tell me next day about the condition of display. I got no call from them.
        one day later on 3rd august I called them & they said "abhi pata nahi 2-3 din baad pata karna". I once again called them on 5th august, they said the handset can not be repaired in warranty. then i myself went to the service centre & they said "200 rupaye dedo warna 1150 rupaye lagenge n warranty alag chali jaegi". When I refused to pay the bribe they abused me & talked me in a very rude language.
        They said "jo karna hai kar lena kuch ughad nahi paoge".
        I was shocked by this behaviour from the employee of such a great organiztion. after returning home when I told my father about the incidence, he said file a case in consumer forum. when we have chat with our solicitor, he said to mail nokia care & see their reply & then file a suit in forum.
        I live in lucknow & i have submitted my mobile in nokia care situated in hazratganj
        please do the needful

        Nokia 2700 — Display of phone lost

        Dear Helpdesk team, Nokia centre, Noida

        I would like to bring your kind attention that I have given my Nokia handset 2700 for review & look into the problem because there was no display after 2 months of purchase. I bought this set on Jan 14th, 2010 & it’s display was not coming from March 29th, 2010. I would request if my data can be recovered from the handset as it is very important for me.

        If data recovery is not possible, kindly arrange me replace my handset with new Nokia 2700 Since it was only two months of purchase from Planet M Retail Ltd, Shipra Mall, Npida, UP, India ( Bill No. 8954, dt 14/01/2010). I have all trust in Nokia products & services as I have been very old customer & my entire family members uses nokia products but this time my faith was not remain as before due to product & services offered to me.

        I have given this handset for repair on April 10th, 2010 & was advised that it will be handed over to me in 7-8 days but till date there is no information about this job sheet number. Yesterday when I called up the nokia care centre, it was told that someone will call you by evening but still there is no response.

        At this point of time & being a esteemed customer of NOKIA, please advise me what to do. Looking forward for your response as soon as possible.

        NOKIA 2700 c — Worst service Center

        I bought Nokia 2700 C mobile phone and after 2 months o[censored]sage it used to get atomatically swiched off. I gave the mobile for servicing in Nokia Care center located in Madhapur, Hyderabad. They told its software installation problem and they will repair it in 2 days. Also it covrs under warantee. They deliverred it in 2 days. When I went back home and charged the mobile the same problem repeted.

        I went back to same Care Center and reported the problem. They told me that they will repair it again. They delivered it to me in 2 days again the same problem repeated. I also found that they returned the mobile with old back-door. As I have to travell to my natice, I went to the Customer Care 15 days later. They verified the mobile and told that it doen't cover the warrantee now as it's hardware distroyed inside. As only that cusomer care center persons repaired the mobile couple times they must know what went wrong. But they refused to take the responsibility and now asking me to pay the repair charges.

        As a authorized Nokia showroom we trust the people over there and give it for service. But now they have not repaired my mobile properly and also saying that it dosn't cover the warantee even its long way under 1 year. I wonder the how the consumers like me will get the justice.
        I use Nokia 2700 but my nokia mobile corrupted by dust. I clean many time the dust but dust is come in my display of my mobile. It is problem of many nokia mobile. My mobile disply is hazy. i can not use my mobile over the sunlight.. Then I will not purchase nokia mobile .

              My Self Amit Kumar. I am Working AlphaOne Mall Amritsar. Sir, i am Purchased a Nokia Mobile 5130 on dated 02-July-2010. This Mobile set is under Warranty. In This set hanging Some problem occur on date 16-July-2010.i am going to nokia care. first of all they update software but after one week this set again hanged. i am going to nokia care agian. they said that this going to head office. after ten days they said to me this not repair. because this set tamped. it not will be replaced or not will be repair. they also saying that this cannot be repaired. They are not repairing my mobile or not replaced.

                  Nokia — MALFUNCTION OF MOBILE

                  sir, I Am using 5130 from last 1 year n my IMEI is 354179/03/502185/0. this mobile is giving me hell lot of problems. My cell gets blank n doest even starts from last 4-5 months. I have visited nokia center for 3-4 times. but what they do is to change he software giving me the reasons of virus and all. but i dont even use bluetooth n my memory card is also not in work. Then also i dont know from where the virus attacks my cell only. Iam sure the my cell is not good as per the quality of nokia. Its manipulating the name of the company. I am about to sue nokia for this bad mobile they give me. i want the reply as soon as possible

                  i bought a mobile model C6 make nokia mobile co. sir in the back panel on mobile there shown 5.0 megapixel camera but in the same model (C-6) the camera quality is not matched with other 5.0 megapixel camera and sir i saw in nokia official website there is mention camera no. is 3.2 megapixel only so plz log my complaint & take proper action against the faulter....

                  nokia x3 — improper working of mobile

                  in last 1 year we have submitted our mobile seven times to nearby nokia center which is situated in tilak nagar,jaipur for -
                  1.keys not working
                  2.battery problem
                  3.sound problem after doing the volume even maximum
                  the response of the center is very poor even after keeping the mobile for even 2-3 weeks, they don't check the problem properly and we have to repeatedly give the mobile back.kindly look into the matter and try to solve the problem before we force to go to legal proceedings and if there is some manufacturing problem with the set kindly replace the handset.

                      Hi,

                      My entire family is using Nokia mobiles and I used to recommend it. But from last 20 days I am suffering from unnecessary tension which given by Nokia care people. We have N73 handset purchased last year and just completed 1 year. 20 days back it was not strated due to some problem in switch on button. It was working properly as battery charging status showing also some white screen used to display whn we tried to switch on. So we shown to Nokia care ,Shankarsheth Road Pune. They took the phone and don't know what happened now its not on that condition whatever we have given for repair also they are not giving its proper status or what exact problem in it.

                      After 20 days, also same status and the boys over there are talking very rudely as that was our mistake. I have strong doubt as they have done something wrong with my mobile and now returning it, just like status as throw to dustbin.

                      Its N73 costly mobile and we purchase very recently.
                      I hope this complaint will be registered and we will get our mobile in proper status.
                      Almost all people coming over there are complaining about the service. If they don't have proper caring center and resources then what is the use of it, why they r giving trouble to customer. If they are unable to answer simple question as what happen to my mobile then no use to going to Nokia care center right ...

                      Hope, I will get my mobile in proper status.

                      I suggest, you go to Consumer Court which is loacated in Bibwewadi. File your complaint against Nokia care. You will get the benefits and your mobile in working condition.

                          Sir I had bought a Nokiaa N95 8GB set, IMEI no.-[protected] on 4th August 2008.
                          Now that after 3years it fell from my hand and the board n display have been damaged, I went to NOKIA Care Balasoree, Odisha for remaking it.. But the Nokiaa Care members told me that the parts are not available with them & hence they said me to take it to outer shops.
                          Now all that I want to know is what kind of servicesNokiaa is providing for its customer, , Is it that a customer needs to THROW his/her mobile or DUMP that to outer shops for remaking it..as such he/she has bought that paying a very heavy amount of more than 25000/-..?
                          When I said that I am ready to pay for it they spoke to me rudely n answered- "BETTER YOU GO TO OUTER SHOPS OR THROW IT & BUY A NEW SET"..
                          When I asked them to send my set toNokiaa Head Office, the owner replied- Ït is not our work, Go & do it yourself".
                          Is it so??
                          Is it the solution that we expect fromNokiaa Care & is it the service thatNokiaa is providing its customers?
                          2ndly, I would like to request you to make a survey in NOKIA CARE BALASORE so that you can get to know what kind of behaviour the members are showing there n how many people are unsatisfied with that..
                          Lastly, I would request you to help me sort out the problem with my set n obilige.Waiting for your reply..

                              Yesterday(2nd aurust)at 11.30a.m i went to nokia care centre-Bijnor(Arora communications), my complaint were:
                              (a)keypad keys were not working
                              (b)audio:poor incoming call facility
                              my phone was under gaurantee period
                              firstly,they asked me for 50 rupees for checking phone for which they did not give me any receipt.
                              secondly,they called me at 5.00p.m;they told me that they have removed the complaints & my cell is ok but for checking purpose when i called a number-i found the same poor incoming audio facility.then they asked me to come next day by asking me for 400 rupees but before reaching them i give them a call for which they answered me to that they will reply witth in 10 minutes but i did not get any such call from them.
                              if the conditions remain same at nokia costumer care-bijnor centre then the nama of nokia will be spoined in no time.

                                    I just visited your Nokia care center in Borivli (Mr Nuruddin - [protected]@nokiacareindia.com) , but their service is literally pathetic they have refused to take my handset in warranty, they said it was damage, its impossible after spending 8000 Rs only on screen any person care for that mobile like anything as I explain in my last mail & we are also dealing with customer but we believe on customer but your nokia person even not ready to open the handset, I want to see the damage & also I doubt your Nokia Care Borivli is not using the original spares also.

                                      I have submitted my device at Nokia Care Center, Kota (Rajasthan) on 20/07/2010 and today (03/08/2010) I have received a call asking for more time at-least 7 days because some part required is not available. Its already more than 10 days. I need an immediate action on this & I want my phone replaced immediately not repaired. I tried customer care & they asked so much questions like you made a mistake calling them.

                                      Somebody please help me to get rid of the Nokia.
