My name is Dodia Harshad kumar Dodia, I purchased NOKIA-2700 FM BLACK (1 GB) on dated 13/09/2009. Then after, i have faced many problem against this Mobile handset. There is a lot of problem in this headset. After purhcasing this headset the battery is not working properly so i gave to Nokia Care Centre. And after it they give me new Battery, but after it my problem is not over. Battery problem is continouing after the Battery replacement. After that i visit five or six times to Nokia Care Centre, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad. But the problem is not over and they says that your mobile is Death and it is not working and we can't do anything for you. So, i requested you Sir please give me a positive reply. My headset is under Warranty Period, but Nokia Care Centre is not doing anything for my headset.

I am Rajendra Here,i buy N97 cell phone around 10 month back,within 10 month i got so many issue like deiplay Problem..etc,once they already replace Display last month.today again i got the issue with display not working and when i reached to nokia care they said that there is internal damage to component which can not be consider under warranty,i am looking help less now,the cost of component is 4500 which they are charging.please help

Dear Sir,

I had some issue with Nokia E71 handset (it was not starting). I gave it to Nokia Tele Junction (Indirapuram branch) considering they are authentic service dealer for Nokia. After 2 days, I received call from their Gurgaon Head office A-32/1, Sector 14 and they told some boot IC is to be replaced. They told it will cost me Rs 4878. Having no option, i agreed and asked them to repair. After 15 days, I received call from Telejunction and they said my handset has come back WITHOUT REPAIR. The reason given was "Nokia E71 Parts not available". I was surprised to hear that one of the popular handsets part is not available. I took my handset and got it checked from other service center. I was shocked to discover that the mobile's circuit was completely mishandled (wires coming out) and the handset was left in a condition that it can't be repaired again.

The overall experience was horrific and now I have decided never to buy Nokia handsets because of this kind of service.

my complaint is low incoming voice

after 2 days they called me and informed that phone is ready.
while i am checking my mobile the peoblem was rectified but they made damage in my phone that is the air filter or dust filter of hearing speaker (which is present in the panel)

as i found this and ask in the delivery section but they refused my complaint
after long time of conversation they alloved me to speak with the branch maneger.

but i am not got the solution
am very fedup with this kind of action

finally they blamed me that i made the damege and i submitted the phone to the nokia care. while am submitting the phone they checked my phone clearly.

nokia company should take some necessary action on this

I have recently bought a new NOKIA 5800 XpressMusic mobile phone in the first week of MAY 2010.
On 22nd of MAY I registered a complaint in the NOKIA CARE that the mobile is not Switching ON after the sudden switch OFF.
After Two days the NOKIA people say that the mobile was having water inside. And they said the warranty will not be covered. So having no other choice I told them to repair the mobile for the charges what so ever. They said they will inform me about the estimation the next day. But i never got the call. So i called them back and they said it still needs to be attended, it happened for 4 days. And yesterday evening i called them again (now that it has become a habit). This time they said that the mobile wont work and i should try it out somewhere else.

I used the mobile in rain the previous day only for about 10secs to make an emergency call. I didn't knew it could so easily get damaged, I have been using Sony Ericsson K800i for almost one year and i never had any stupid problem.

Is this the way NOKIA CARE works ? I never used NOKIA before. And within one month the mobile goes down and the so called CARE is so disgusting. For me buying a NOKIA 5800 is a great deal. Rs.14000/- is not a small matter for me. and its all gone so easily ?

How can the NOKIA react like that ? Is there nothing that can be done ?

my name is ramchandra prakash , i bought an nokia 5233 at cmr central
in vizag on 15/5/10,after 2 days of purchase , the phone camera went
completely blank on 18th i went to the nokia service centre (bright
infocomm) , the centre manager (ashok,[protected]) said he would replace
the phone in a weeks time by 25/5 ,but i recevied the on 31may after
several visits and the phone was not replaced.the centre manager told
me that the camera module was replaced, after receving the phonen 31may
,i went back home and i had put the battery in the mobile & started
using the phone ,when i was speaking to my friend , i tried to
disconnect the call, but the touchpad wasnt working , i immediately
took the phone to the service centre the staff had formated the handset
even after that the problem was persisting ,then again the centre
manager said they will replace the phone in 5 days time , iam so
disappointed by the nokia service in vizag, that i lodged a complaint
at the nokia care line , complaint no.1-[protected] regarding the
touchpad problem & about the worst service of nokia care . handset
IME NO.[protected].if the handset is not replaced this time i want
to file case against nokia care in consumer court .iam totally vexed
& disappointed by the nokia service.please help me in getting my

I am extremely sorry to write that I have purchased 2 sets of Nokia X3 Model mobile on day before yesterday but that both sets are not accepting MTNLs SIM. The message is shown after insert the sim is SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED but that SIM is working in other sets. I have tried 3 MTNLs SIMS but the message are same. Others Networks SIMS are accepting in NOKIA X3 Model. And MTNLs SIMS are also accepting in others sets. Kindly solve my problem as early as possible.

My self Koustav Roy. I was a nokia phone user. On 17 th May 2010 at 5.30 pm I lost my handset from Jodhpur Park in front of the "ARENA CENTER". This time my mobile number was [protected]. After that I block my number on 18th May.And transfer my number to a blank SIM on 19th May from Jodhpur Park IDEA POINT. On the 19 th I also launch a General Diary at Lake Police Station My G.D no. is 1865 clt.19/5/2010.I also attached the GD copy bellow please find it sir. On 19 th May I also visited Nokia service center named "RAMDEV TELECOM" for blocking the handset,for that they just give me Nokia Customer Care Number. When I call to a executive for that reason they just reply me that I can't block the number who theft my cell he/she will use the mobile without any problem.Is that a solution for me sir?

So sir The mobile was my and i pay for that, when i lost the mobile and i have all of the documents so why i not get any help from there? I had newly bought Nokia E71 Mobile and within first month itself the mobile went out of order. I went to Nokia Care with complaint and they are giving me new E71 Mobile as replacement. However, I not interested in E71 and lost faith on it. I am asking for another mobile with same or higher price but Nokia is not agreeing to it.
My condition is I don't want another E71. The expectation is Nokia should provide me another mobile with same or higher price. If higher, then I am ready to pay extra.

I purchased a Nokia 6303 Classic phone from the Mobile Store, Sector 18, NOIDA on March 7, 2010. The EMEI number of the phone is[protected].

Last week, a stray black line appeared in the middle of the display for no apparent reason. The phone had not been subjected to any undue impact. As I researched on the Internet, I saw that this was a common MANUFACTURING DEFECT with Nokia phones and had been covered under warranty on several occasions. However, when I took the phone to MANNAT TELECOM, Sector 10, NOIDA; an "authorized" service center for Nokia handsets, the service manager blatantly refused to cover the repairs under the warranty scheme. The line on the display was very thin and it was apparent that it was a manufacturing problem flaring up rather than anything else.

We were forced to pay Rs. 1750 (1/4th of the phone's price) for repairs. What's more, the charges include a Rs. 200 labor charge to fix what was obviously Nokia's fault.

It is despicable exploitation on the part of Nokia to charge customers for faults that THEY shipped their phones with. Also, so many cases on the Internet seem to suggest that this fault is covered under the warranty scheme in other countries. So why is it that this warranty benefit is not provided to Indian consumers? If this benefit is indeed available to Indian consumers, is it that the service center owner is openly flouting company rules?

In any case, I would request Nokia to investigate this case and arrange for a REFUND of the "service charges" (Rs. 1750) that we were forced to pay.

It'd serve Nokia India's commercial interests well to deal fairly with its customers!

I took my LESS-THAN-9 MONTH OLD NOKIA mobile phone to NOKIA CARE on North Usman Road yesterday[protected] an asked them to rectify the defect that the mobile developed, namely, the certain keys were not functioning: you could not get any result when you pressed eg the key for ghi4, or pqrs7 or the navigating key
(down key). The man at the NOKIA care examined my mobile, said the panel needed to be replaced. However, he said NOKIA CARE did not have the spare FOR THIS MODEL, and refused to service it. He advised me to search the nokia mobile shops in chennai for a spare panel for this model. You cannot advise a customer to go round all the nokia mobile shops in chennai in search of a spare which NOKIA care ought to provide my mobile with.
This is clearly unsatisfactory service IN FACT NO SERVICE. One does not expect a reputed name like NOKIA treating their customer with this kind of callousness. I am disabled from using this mobile now all of a sudden. Please advise me what I should do further.
The phone was bought on 05-AUG-09, model no. NOKIA 1650 for Rs. 1720.00.

I am Shijo Mathew from faridabad,I have to lodge a complaint regarding mine new handset of Nokia model no. 2730 classic,which i purchased on 30th of april 2010. and its today 28th may2010 and i have visited to Nokia care centre 3 times from the purchase date for resolving the problem,but the problem remain unsolved.The fault is been found from the date of purchase of the handset.On 7th of may i made a jobsheet for service of mobile regarding problem,fault ringer of handset,bluetooth problem,phone restarts/reboots and phone gets hanged.and i recived my handset back on 11th of may 2010,on a statement that the handset is now ready to use with no fault to it.from the next day onward i faced the same problem as above,but i couldn't visit nokia care while i was out of station.i had a talk to the customer helpline centre for the replace of handset,they requested me to have a visit to nokia care again,and on their request i had a visit again to the care centre regarding same complaint.and me issued the same jobsheet again.(jobsheet no.[protected]/100507/32)

Request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

NOKIA 5530 is a DABBA with worst ever NOKIA phones with issues like:

1. Call receiving : Names are not displayed when I receive a call, even though number is saved in phone memory,
2. SMS : I get a pop up saying SMS received , but i see no sms in my inbox , I dont know where these sms goes.
3. Music : Very bad quality of music , being an XPress Music edition, its music is worse than cheap china phones. Even 5310 is far far better.
4. Radio: Even If you stand in a open area , you will listen disturbance in radio signals, voice is not clear and very low even in full volume.
5. Headset: Very cheap , third class headset is provided , it does not stays in your ear and always tries to jump out of that, we cannot change radio stations and even quality of music is horrible.
6.Camera : Specification says its 3.2 Mpixel Camera, You can compare to any other 3.2 camera of any phone/anybrand , you can see how bad is quality of 5530.
7.Network: I does not catch network properly, network coverage goes on and off and i felt issues in roaming as well because I have to choose the network manually , it does not fetch automatically.
8. Its PRICE: I bought it in Rs 11650/- , but it is not even worth of 2000, other than Touch screen nothing else is good in phone.
9.Hang: Finally , unlike all complicated phones , this phone gets hanged very often.

All the problems are not only mine, I have talked to other users , no one is satisfied with this phone.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST ALL BUYERS NOT TO WASTE MONEY IN BUYING THIS STUPID PHONE EVER.

This is regarding the worst experience we face from a Nokia Care center.

The Nokia Care Center in Kalyan West is fooling around with the customer.
My family had went to get the mobile reparied which could not be switched on.
The guys over there in the service center said initially that the display is gone bad. So they need to change it. And saying that they kept the phone.
Then after a day they returned the phone saying its working fine and charged around 1K. Now not even 1hour past that the phone again went off. So we took it back to the care center. They say they need to investigate and then on phone they say that this seems not repairable and they tried changin the software. On the other hand when we had checked our phone there was not software upgrade done on it.

So these things have been happennig around since quiet a long time. They fool the customers saying that even if their engineer touches the phone they will charge us Rs.450/-
This is ridiculous.

We need a strict action taken on this Nokia Care Center. We would appreciate if you cancel the license of these people who owns this care center in Kalyan West.

My mobile Nokia 3500 classic , IMEI No. [protected] was stolen from my room at Govt. Press Colony, Type1/39, Mayapuri, New Dlehi - 110064. I am alone in the room and wake up by 5.20 in this morning ( 25.05.2010) by hearing the alaram form my mobile and went to toilet and bathroom. By 7 o'clock I start preparation of break fast and lunch to go to office. By 8 o'clock I look my mobile for going office, it is was missed from the place where i kept. There is no chance to take my phone coming one from out side because out door was locked from inside. It is sure that my phone was stolen between 5.30 and - 6.00 a.m. becuase at that time I am at toilet and bath room.

There are some new persons in the next room of the same flat which is occupied by the houseowner. The guest left in the morning itself. We have common toilet and bath room which are in front of my room. I am 100% sure it is taken by those person who r there at night with the houseowner.

My wife told me later that by 5.30 am she called me to my phone No. [protected] ( wich is stolen), ring is going on and later she got message " Switch off". That means while I was in the bathroom and phone was ringing some one come to go to toilet heard the phone ringing and using taht opportunity take the phone and switched off.

My main concern is the lost of the data card which contained valuabel datas of my life. That cannot recast or re recorded that belong to my Late father during his last days with us.

Please do the need full to get my phone especially that data card.

This has with reference to a mobile that i had given for Repair with your Nokia Service center (Nokia Care) in the month of May 2009 at Thipassandra location in Bangalore.

My handset was 5610-D, and my Job sheet no is 090507/52(the last set of digits).
The problem that i had faced was my mobile's LCD screed broke and the service center promised they will call back with a quotation within 2 days.
When this never happened i called the center back and asked abt the status only to know that it will take more than 2 weeks to get ready.

I kept following in regular intervals on phone calls only to be told by the desk executive that they'll call me back.
In the mean time, i moved out of Blr for 2 months. (June and July)
A few months passed by, Somewhere in Sept 2009, i started following once again with them on a daily basis. someone will say that they will call back but will never turn up.
One day they gave me their Manager's No and told me that he would be able to help me with the same.
I immediately spoke to him, his Name was RAM, when i told him abt my issue he told he would go to office and let me know the status.
But later there was no call.
I kept following with him and then one day he came up with the story tellin that its in the warehouse and he needs to get it back.
This went on for almost another 6 weeks where he would occasionally pick my call and tell me that he hasnt received the consignment and he is awaiting for the same.
Slowly he also started to avoid my calls, i would call him from other numbers and he would pick and say that he is not in station and give me a date in the next two weeks.
I kept following as usual and one day i realize that its almost 1 year since i have given the mobile.
I tried calling him for the last 4 days and he doesnt pick my call.
Just before drafting this mail i have called and he said to call tomorrow and confirm.
I am left helpless and feel cheated by Nokia Care.
