I bought 5800 XpressMusic IMEI#[protected] in the second week of this month (April 2010) from Sangeetha Mobiles Store at Maratha Halli, Bangalore, India paying the amount in full. It started rebooting automatically intermittently though I haven't used its Bluetooth or Memory Card. The Nokia Care Center - Silk Teleservices, Maratha Halli, Bangalore flashed the software n formatted my external memory card several times assuring of no problem with this new handset anymore. However, it repeated rebooting again even without having the Memory Card being used after repair. Further, its lock wasn't working as expected and it started hanging frequently, adding onto the existing problem. I submitted my phone for repair again at the same Nokia Care Center with ref. to Job Sheet#[protected]/100412/40 for replacement of this handset clearly stating that I need a new handset as its purchased very recently. After 9 days they were returning the same handset today (28 Apr 2010) stating that its repaired! I have refused taking the handset back. Please help me by replacing it by a new handset at the earliest as I am left with utmost frustration since I bought this handset n loss of trust from Nokia products.

Nokia - One of the most trusted brands in India. Whenever an Individual thinks of purchasing any mobile phone in India : NOKIA is the first and only brand. Out of the 10 individuals 8 would prefer to use Nokia. As an individual when we buy high end mobile phone from Nokia, we have our trust in the brand and same is perceived to be delivered by the company both in terms of after sales service and products.

As an individual when I purchased my Nokia Handset almost 2 years back, I also thought of the same. But I was actually wrong. In the last 2 years the company has completely betrayed my trust. After purchasing the handset within one year of the warranty period my handset was submitted twice and finally a new handset was replaced. i thought the company is taking care of me, I was completely wrong. Now its not even 1 year the mobile is again showing one or the other problem.

On 22nd Mar 2010, I had submitted my mobile phone to Nokia Care (TELECONNECT, BBSR) vide Job Sheet Number[protected]/100322/52, their was a problem in the handset as the display was not working and both answer and receive key was not working. The Care took 10 days and handed over the set to me on 2nd April 2010, it was told to me that "Whole of the KEY MAT is not working and they replaced it ". An amount of Rs. 1700 was charged for it. I was bit irritated thinking a new mobile handset been replaced again creating a problem. But I thought not an issue, their might be some serious problem. Actually I was totally wrong, again the same problem re instated within 10 days and I had to submit my handset on 10th April 2010. The same was handed over to me on 20th April 2010 after lot of regular follow up stating, their is no problem in it and our service engineer has personally checked. But everything was wrong, How can the same problem occur again, either the engineer was not able to rectify the problem on first instance or else they had just charged me Rs. 1700 vide Invoice No. 60 dated 02.04.2010 by replacing it without any purpose.

I think I was absolutely correct the problem has reinstated once again and now my mobile handset is once again creating the same problem. Tomorrow once again I am going to submit my handset to the Nokia Care hoping for the best. I have already been physically, mentally and financially humiliated. For one small problem I had to go 4 times to Bhubaneshwar from Puri (More than 60 kms ) to take my handset and to my surprise the problem still persists.

I would like to add one more thing, If their is some serious problem in the handset been launched by the company in this particular series or the lot manufactured than why not the company either goes for a replacement to all the handsets to their customers. I am not the only one suffering from some or the other problem in N78 series, their are other n number of other consumers suffering from the same. The same can even be confirmed by a survey or handsets been submitted for some problem in the Nokia Care (As the details been available with you)

I have taken E Series mobile in 2009 for 20,000/- bucks, and it got problem in march 2010,and given twice or trice in nokia service center (MOBIQUEST) my job sheet no:100317/169,and charged Rs.1250/-again on 6/04/10 job sheet no :[protected]/100406/114 they have asked phone for service in Ameerpet.But they have not solved the problem and asked to come again and again they have tested my patience by postponing the delivery time Nokia is such a big reputed mobile company in world but it has failed to solve my problem and i have registed my complaint last time but no response.Such a stupid and velger service nokia is providing plz take action on this complaint or else replace my phone with 20,000/- other phone

My cell E75-1 was not working after just 4 month of purchace and has been submitted to a nokia service centre, INFOTEL SERVICES on 20 march 2010, and still after more than 1 month they are unable to fix it. Now I request you to please replace the set if that cannot be fixed. My ph is under warrenty and the problem is just for the flawed display as confirmed by the service centre. SIr, i buy a nokia 3110c model. after 6 months my mobile automatically restart 3 times. then i saw my phone i will shocked bcz my msg all applications like calc,games,yahoo applications all are erased. Then i send to nokia care on chennai Teynampet. They will not respond correctly they said u pay Rs.565 we will install all apllications.But my frnd told me you go to nokia care you have warranty it will be free service. i will shocked sir i have warranty pls chech it sir. they will not respond properly. in some of myfrnds have same this model. taht also same probalem they will lost all apllications. Dear frnds i simply advise you DO NOT BUY NOKIA 3110C.Nokia care will not responding, so don't buy this model

handset hanging,call can not be recieved,sensors problem,battery life problem,stand-by light problem......also the service from nokia care centre,yagnik road,rajkot was not satisfied for a consumer because after giving the handset for two times my complaints were not fullfilled. My Nokia E52 mobile set was repaired at NOKIA CARE centre at Jorhat (PARAMOUNT SERVICES) Assam on 5th Feb’10. After the said repair the mobile was operating but the set used to hang frequently and finally the set died during some day in the month of Mar’10. The set was again taken to the said Nokia Care on 15th Mar’10 for repair. The Nokia Care was unable to repair the set and it said that the software of the mobile has failed and it returned the set on 18th Mar’10.

I approached another repair centre (non-nokia centre) for repair of the set and the technician opened the set in front of me. It was found that the connector plate located inside the power on-off switch was missing in the set. I approached the Nokia Care and said that it has not refitted the connector plate located inside the power on-off switch and requested to return the missing part so that I can get my set repaired elsewhere. But your Nokia Care did not return the missing part saying that at the time of delivery customer has accepted its set in proper condition.

In this regard I wish to state that at the time of delivery / return of the faulty –unrepaired set I was neither shown the interior components of the set in intact condition nor it refitted the set in my presence. To my view it is due to carelessness of Nokia Care service centre technicians who might have misplaced the same.

I have send written complaints to Nokia Offices at Delhi and Kolkata. But till date no response from the Nokia Officials.

I hope you will take this complaint seriously and will initiate proper action for the defaulter and arrange to handover me the missing part.

I bought a Nokia 5800 in the month of february 2009. Now I am expereiencing an issue where the screen becomes scrambled and fuzzy and cannot see anything on the phone. I was on the website and found that the people who bought these phones in the first batch are facing this issue. There are numerous blogs on this and so many complaints by customers. Now that I am 2 months outside the warranty period , Nokia care is asking me to pay for service. If this being a known issue and a manufacturrs defect, why should the consumers pay for this?
i have been a big fan of Nokia and now I am seriously contemplating switching to a diffferent brand if my issue is not resolved to my satisfaction

I have purchased the mobile handset model no.Nokia 5230 from Trinentra Communication ( NPD) a Nokia Priority Shop at Fun Republic Mall, Gomtinagar, Lucknow vide invoice no 071 dated 11.04.2010. I have also purchased 2 GB Memory card make Kingson from the said shop for Rs.400/ only ( Please it may be noted that the cost of same from outside is Rs.290/ with warrant card and cash memo) and no cash memo has been given by the concerned and I have accepted on face value of Nokia Priority.

The memory card was loaded with audio & video songs etc by the concerned but just after 01 day it came to my notice that the set is not working properly and operation is hanging. I again rushed to shop and requested to solve the issue and they have removed the memory card and formatted the mobile assuming that the set was infected by virus and recommended to format the memory card at my end which was done at my end resulting in non functioning of memory card.

I again rushed to shop and informed the current problem but I was shocked to have a improper reply by the concerned that it can not be replaced/changed and the non functioning of card is due to mishandling at my end.

My basic question/ complaint is only-

01. Who is responsible for not providing cash memo to customer?
02. The memory card was loaded with data by centre which later on requires formatting of set also. If Computer system of centre was virus protected then what was the probable reason for formatting the set as well as card. If system was not virus protected then why they have loaded it.
03. Advise the price of memory card-Kington 2 GB. If the cost charged by shop is not correct then who is responsible.

I request you to look into matter and redress my grievances

Dear Sir,
I Uttam Kumar Munshi, a residence of Balurghat town (WB), had visited Nokia Care at our town name (LABSAN INFOTECH, BISWASPARA, NARAYANPUR MORE, BALURGHAT, DAKSHIN DINAJPUR) on[protected]approx) due a handset problem (Handset Model No. Nokia 5300). On that day after interacting with the store executive (name unknown) I deposited my handset for checking the fault after checking she told that the problem was related with flex and it will be fine if it had been replaced and will cost Rs 1500/-. Before depositing my handset for checking it was switching on and working fine only the flex was jammed but after checking my handset by their technician it was not even switching on (total handset was dead) which I observed after going home. Then again I came back to Nokia Care Balurghat on[protected] and again deposited my handset for error check, then they told me that my handet is totally dead and will cost Rs 2200/- for repairing. When I told them that my handset was working fine earlier only the flex was problemetic and even they told me the same, then they started to misbehave with me and even disagreed their previous words..
