hi,

I had some problem with my nokia N76 phone so i submitted my phone to nokia care Janak Puri District Centre Branch. First they took 5 days to tell me what was the exact problem with my phone. Then insted of repairing, they changed the genuine parts with local parts. Finally they returned my phone without repairing.By this mail i want to make Nokia aware that if they do not take care of customer, i am afraid they won't be able to survive in market too long. More over ethically its not a good strategy of business. Nokia should know that a bad word in customer's mouth can spoil there brand image.

Amity University Janakpuri Centre correspondance course services are best example of miscommunication, they have yogic like immunity to ur complaint/suggestion.
I am not agree with your. In nokia care there is an surprise audit from nokia team by their ROE. They check all the parts as well. Also, there is an number 30303838 for helpline of nokia. Even you can connect to CCE and ask to Nokia Care CCE to talk to Customer Care regarding the same.
In the above mentioned situation, nokia can replace your phone as well.

    I have bought E61i. I had given my mobile battery to the dealer Matrix Shop No 3 & 4, D. No 5, Venkatnarayana Road, T. Nagar, Chennai -600017. Since then i have gone to them three time to get the replacement. It is more than a month and i am not able to use my phone. Neither they have provided any temporary replacement nor they have returned my battery. Rather the store manager name Mr Vishwanath have been rude in this behavior. I then requested him if i can be allowed to speak to the store owner, to which he refused very rudely. He refused to provide any information thereafter.

    Its a matter of great dissatisfaction that with a good hope I purchased Nokia3110 c on 27.05.08 from "Grameenphone center", D.B.Road, Gaibandha Sadar, Gaibandha, Bangladesh.But its a matter of great regret that the set has become disordered.It is now malfunctioning.It is becoming on and off automatically.Email is not being retreived.When memory card is inserted the set starts off and on, sometimes fully off. Presently i am seriously hopepless and sad now.The local dealer refuses to change the set though i have been given an warranty card of one year.In this regard i like to mention here that I purchased Nokia6600 about two years ago, that set is giving troubles since my purchase, to solve problem I went to Nokia Care Center, 76 Gulsan, Dhaka, Bangladesi but they failed to repair the set.So i request you to please order your local distributor in Bangladesh to change my Nokia3110c with a better model. I am agree to pay the rest money for this. I sent this message to the highest authority of Nokia with a great hope that you will take immediate necessary steps abiding by your slogan"Connecting people".My phone's IMEI no. is [protected].It is to be mentioned here that nokia care centre, Bogra, Bangladesh has already billed for Rs.1800/ for repairing cost of my phone 6600, but no improvement.They have cheated me, how care centre dare to do it with nokias customer.Very soon im going to publish the matter in the daily leading news paper of Bangladesh cause i have lost the good faith over Nokias goodwill.This policy with innocent peoples needs to be removed immediately by nokia.With best regards.Peteraxel, Gaibandha, Ban gladesh, mobile: +[protected]

        Dear sir
        I had purchased the Nokia mobile -Black- MODEL NO 1200, SL NO [protected] .WIDE INVOICE NO 3281-from MOBILE SHOP, Palakkad, Kerala and activated with BSNL sim.

        After 2 months, the mobile voice signals are not effective and noted that some times voice receiving on the other end is disturbed and not clear. this matter was informed to MOBILE SHOP and while testing no complaints noted and was functioning properly. after 2 weeks the same complaint repeated and brought to notice of Mr Benny, C.A. NOKIA CARE and informed that this is due to BSNL sim card. Informed that this sim is properly functioning in other hand sets. Due to my repeated request, inspected in detail after dismantling, and informed that they have noticed presence of moisture inside the card AND WARRENTY IS NOT APPLICABLE.

        I was using this mobile with utmost care and I am surprise that how the moisture got trapped inside the set. This mobile was purchased due to the brand image of the mobile NOKIA and my past experience on NOKIA sets

        Hence I request YOUR PERSONAL AINTERVENSION in this matter and pass necessary instructions to NOKIA CARE palakkad to set right this problem immidiately

          I have purchase nokia 2630 IMEI no. 358658/01/326840/7 I got some problem with the display so I have to replace in warranty period (PAID JOB). Now again there is unique problem of not getting the network of HUTCH . I have tried Airtel, Idea both are working well. Now your people at nokia care told me that they is water inside & somebody has temper the mobile. How the water can go inside & why somebody temper my mobile if it has been temper by nokia care some where else it’s not my fault or my not the technical person that when I have received the mobile from nokia care of display replacement.

          Suppose if it has been temper or repair the nokia care is responsible to shutout the problem of Hutch network on PAID JOB basis. How other service provide like airtel & Idea are having no problem

          Now what you say my mobile is like toy or what…….?

          For example you purchase a TV it got some problem in warranty period you will try to replace or repair that…..TV…..

          I have purchase Nokia 2630 a five month back from the authorsized dealer in vadodara, I have got some problem in display so have replace in warranty period(BUT PAID JOB) now again there is some unique problem i am facing ie. no hutch network is avilable in my mobile. I have tried Airtel, Idea they are working . Now at nokia care Vadodara they say that there is some water inside, its has been temper, they have open my mobile & shown two spot . Now you tell me why I'll put the water or try to temper still it is in warranty period .They kept the mobile for three day's then after they told my this story...

          Now my mobile is toy or what...

              Hi,

              I am holding a Nokai N72M cell. There is some fault in the cell so i am submitted the cell in Nokia Service Center at Jabalpur [M.P.] on 20th June 2008. They have sent the cell to Delhi Service center since they are not able to rectify the problem. The job sheet number is 14812. Please let us know the status of job sheet number as it has been almost 20 days since i have submitted my cell.

                I bought a Nokia 5310 Xpress music on 7/7/08 from moblie store in Trivandrum. I initially charged the phone for about 4 hours when the phone indicated full charge. I dint use any music service or much calls still the next day after anbout 16 hours of last charge the phone went dead.again i charged for about 3 hours and this time it lasted for 17 hours only. I have hardly used it for 5 days and I am terribly disatisfied with its performance!Is it something wrong with the battery or its software. now I have put some music into it but i am afarid to listen to it for fear of losing its charge. my colleague who also bought the same kind of piece experiences the same problem.Please advice

                    This is regarding Nokia Handest 5610 which i bought in the month of 15th March 2008. In next few days my handset started hanging and I complained to Nokia service center and they told me that there is a virus and theu upgraded the software but when I tested for 2-3 days, the problem persisted. I contacted Nokia Service Center in howrah VISION CARE situated in 1/1 harduttray chamaria road howrah-1.Ajay thakur told me that this is not a virus problem and your handset will be replaced with new one.
                    Since then I had been chasing them but every time they have some or the other reason to delay.Now they told me that my hand is tamper.Everyday this handset is getting hanged for almost 6-7 times and blank display and I had to take out battery and then restart it.
                    I am contacting them since last 3 months but no one is picking calls.

                    I earnestly request you to intervene and help in sorting out this problem.

                      IMEI no [protected].5610 was taken to nokia care but it is was hanged continously and blank display after being repaired.The worst behavior of the nokia care[VISION CARE 1/1 HARDUTTRAY CHAMARIA ROAD HOWRAH-711101].Person on the counter[AJAY THAKUR] was not in the mood for listing any complain of the customer rather than they are fired on us if we say any thing.I want my handset to be replaced.please please help me!what can i do ? The poor quality of service in not expected from a multinational company like nokia. So i request u to please help me.

                        I bought my Nokia 6088 CDMA from Time Emporium- a Nokia Priority Dealer in Green Park, New Delhi on May 12, 2008. Within the first week I visited them with the complaint that my phone was heating up on use and the battery was losing its charge too soon. I had to recharge my phone atleast once every day whereas my previous phone held up a charge for at least 2-3 days. The phone was heating up so much that my cheek and ear would start to feel hot and uncomfortable after talking for 4-5 minutes. They said they could do nothing and send me to the Nokia Care centre in Lajpat nagar. Since then I have taken this phone to them on 4 occasions and left it with them from 2 days to 1 month on different occasions. Every time they assure me the problem has been solved and every time it has not been solved. In the last two months the phone has been with me only for about 15 days. Please help.

                        Please solve my problem I need Driver for installation in my Pc so please write the site in which I will get driver

                        I too agree with this.
                        After lots of complaints, I sold the cellhone with lost of my Rs3000.00.
                        I will suggest, please do not purchase NOKIA6088.NOKIA doesn't bother about anything.

                          We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems.The microphone has been stoped working after one month of purchased.
                          I have purchased it on 07.04.2008 from ANAND ELECTRONICS,
                          Bus Stand Market, Shaktinagar, Distt- Sonebhadra (U.P). TIN- [protected] WEF - 30.05.2001 mobile No. [protected] .

                          After first repairing the condition of the set remain same and he was unable to tackle our problem. His behavior also changed and become rude. We don't know that weather he is an authorized dealer/sub dealer or Agent.

                            I had submitted my mobile at Nokia Service Centre (Harmony Audia) at Opera House, around 15 days back for problem in my microphone. They delivered me back my phone next day, that the microphone has been changed.

                            But two days back, the problem starts again. I also see a spot appearing on my mobile screen. I went back to the same Nokia care centre. They told me that the screen can be damaged due to physical misuse, but on my insisting that there were no physical misuse, they said to submit the phone and would check the phone. Today after noon i checked the status of my mobile on site and it shows that the job completed. I called at the care centre and they also told me that the job is completed and you can collect it. To my surprise when i reached there, they told me that the screen was damaged due to physical misuse and cannot be covered under warranty. when i told them that what i had checked on your site and talked to you on phone, you have said that the job is completed. after waiting for more than half an hour, they bring back my mobile with the same damaged screen and also show me that my microphone was damaged due to liquid. Now they have again kept the mobile and said that they would send to it to Nokia and get it checked.

                            I dont know what happened in last one hour between i called them and reached there to collect my mobile. I dont know what to do? How can a mobile which was repaired, can again be damaged in last one hour.
                            Nokia c2-06 mobile is not support to mp4, so that problem should be solved immediately and also some software problem there that also solved immediately

                              Dear sir,

                              Myself Mr. Nitin Agnihotri, i have purchased Nokia6300 on 27.07.07 from Paragon, Thane. But in month of June handset get hanged and automatically switched off. Nokia6300 with black & silver body submitted at Nokia care Thane, shop no 1, Prasad Bldg, Ram Maruti Rd.Thane with service job sheet no.[protected]/080610/31 on dated 10.06.08 to find out problem, after 8 days Nokia care center confirmed on phone ( call by myself) that mother board required to be replaced & it will take time because it is to be replaced at Parel Mumbai.

                              Handset received from Parel on dated 02.07.08 after replacing mother board but with white & silver body which i have not accepted. I request Nokia care, i want handset with black & silver body only.

                              But i am extremely sorry to say till date i have not received the handset even after completion of one month & unhappy with the service provide by Nokia centre neither they co operate nor keep me informed what is happening.

                              I have been also facing the same problem for last 1 month and nothing has been resolved yet and getting a same cold response from Nokia Care centre at Lajpat Nagar, Delhi that it will take time.

                              hi am shyam santhosh from coimbatore. i had bought a nokia 6300 an year back. i didnt have ne problems with the handset during the warrenty period. right after the warrenty gets over the warretny period is over i get software problems n the nokia care people take 20 days to tell me that there is a problem with d pcb board and they say i have to replace it. i basically take good care of ma phone and am not an heavy user of the phone, y should i basically pay for some fault which didnt happen because o[censored]ser damage. itz basically a manufacturing defect and these people just dont accept the fact and this is totally pissing off...

                              I've got a problem with my nokia 6300.last week i took it for repairs in one of the vodacom shops in Sandton...then I was told that they can't fix it because the motherboard has some liquid...now I tell 'em that i'll pay for that motherboard they refuse still...can u please advise me what to do next .., .coc i really need my phone...

                              I have faced same problem. I had purchased new N6300, but my display got failed due to over heat.
                              Also I found variety prices for its body & display at various Nokia Care centres with no warranty & guarranty.
                              I suggest u please provide uniq prices for all acessaries & provide original parts to customer with warranty from all ur centres.Also please provide prices of parts to customers.

                              Sir,I am RKBansal havingNokia Mobile 6300, Facing problem from the last about one month that while I tried to capture the object in Camera, it comes that "Camera is in standby mode" then I again push to continue and capture the object.                                 Hi

                                This is in refrence to Nokia 6300 i had bought, there was a defect in the software where by i was not able to conference the incoming calls. Had tried on other Nokia cell phone and it was functioning.

                                I raised the issue to their technical support and was surprised to receive totally unprofessional comment that may be there is no faciltiy to conference, and they would forward the issued to thier R&D team.

                                When asked that would somebody revert with what is the real issue and how would it be rectified, the reply was that nobody would revert, and they cannot help it as they can only foward to R&D and after that what happens god knows and only nokia knows consumer facing the error does not know.

                                How as a consumer can I be satisfied with the complaint. There is also no alternative method of rederssal.

When head phone is not connected then call is comming but not ringing, with head phone only i can hear the ring. When i am trying to call to other people then that person is not able to hear my voice, but i can hear his voice.

                                  Hai it's the problem or your MIC in your mobile. If you can hear what other person is saying then there is no problem in your speaker. Do one thing connect your hands free to your moible and try to talk if other person is able to hear then its clear you need to replace MIC. Check it once.

                                    DEAR SIR/MADAM
                                    I am completely dishearted to inform you that certain components of my cell phone [N-72]
                                    including the camera were stolen by nokia care centre Plot A/72 Sector 23 nerul navi mumbai
                                    I had given handset for repair in a completely untampered condition which is clearly mentioned on the job sheet given to me by nokia care at the time of submission
                                    after a period of 2 weeks when I went to collect my handset I was told that it cannot be repaired and my handset was without the camera which i could see from outside
                                    after few arguements I refused to take back the handset

                                    sir i m very shocked and depressed to bring this to you. i am victim of nokia care, sector2, noda, i had given a nokia phone set no 5200, to get it repared at nokia care centre on 3rd april, there was some out going call problem in which i was not able to hear the voice of person whom i was calling.they told me that estimated cost of phone would be rs 700.i agreed to pay said amount and deposited the phoe.i was told to get back my phone on 5th.notwithstanding my regular iquiry they told me on 10th( i week after the depositing date)that cost would be 2000 i diid not give my consent n asked to return my phone in samea condition in which it was received. when i went to collect my phone on 15th, i found that voice was not coming even in incoming call n speaker was missing.when i brought this to officer they refused to take my complain.now i have decided to take legal action against nokia care. i have been harrased mentely n phisicaly to. plz take my problem. thanks

I AGAIN APPROACHED THE OFFICE OF DURGE COMMUNICATION WITH BILL DATED 30/08/2008, SO AS TO RECEIVE THE MOBILE, BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE BILL AS TODAY IS 09TH SEPTEMBER 2009 AS THE VALIDITY IS VALID ONLY UPTO 30/08/2009. I REQUESTED THEM TO GIVE THE SAME IN WRITING AND AFTER WRITING THREE LETTERS ON THE JOB SHEET THEY REFUSED TO WRITE FURTHER, AND DIRECT ME TO EITHER PAY FOR THE CHARGES FOR REPAIR OR TAKE THE JOB SHEET BACK WITH BILL.                                       sir mujhe nokia n72, liye one year bhi nahi hua tha, par mera mobile chori ho gaya, maine bahoot koshish ki pata lagane ki par nahi mila.
                                      uske baad mujhe nokia care jana pada.
                                      lekin nokia care k logo ne mujhse kaha ki ab mobile nahi mil sakta. isliye mai chahta hoon ki aap ek kathor kadam uthaye aur aise logo ki help kare jinka mobile gum ho gaya ho. kyunki roz mobile chor badhte jaa rahe hai jis se aam logo ka jina muskil ho gaya hai, lekin company ko is se kya karna kyunki unka mobile aur sim to bik raha hai aur woh munafa kama rahi hai.

                                        I bought NOKIA 2600 c, this 17 August 2008 (M/s GROVER INFOCOMM) and found the Penal is loose is just find out within 3 days, due to find out and TO reported NOKIA CARE (SUSHIL TELECOM) within 10 days and still with them since 2/09/2008. And now the looks like spurious, fake one. Is this the standard of NOKIA India mobiles? Or NOKIA as a whole

When I called customer care, they say the penal loose does not cover under warranty same is cosmetic, Who can ask this... they simply say the standard cosmetic does not come under warranty, means they had sold the component not the penal. And now the looks like spurious, fake one. Is this the standard of NOKIA India mobiles? Or NOKIA as a whole

                                        My IEMI no. is [protected], which is still under warranty and 10 days old. When I called customer care, they say the penal loose does not cover under warranty same is cosmetic, Who can ask this... they simply say the standard cosmetic does not come under warranty, means they had sold the component not the penal. Will the authorities take trouble to take the same back as gift from my side.

                                        i alok vardhan singh useing nokia from all most 8 yers, now i bought a nokia n95 8gb 8 months back . and th e screen is becomeing blank, and i contacted nokia care more than 5 times but yet my probel is not being solved, the the care center could not identif the problem . after every 20 days i had to go th the care and sit for mor than 1 hr . i reques u to take care of the issue and replac the hand set
