I had submitted my mobile at Nokia Service Centre (Harmony Audia) at Opera House, around 15 days back for problem in my microphone. They delivered me back my phone next day, that the microphone has been changed.
But two days back, the problem starts again. I also see a spot appearing on my mobile screen. I went back to the same Nokia care centre. They told me that the screen can be damaged due to physical misuse, but on my insisting that there were no physical misuse, they said to submit the phone and would check the phone. Today after noon i checked the status of my mobile on site and it shows that the job completed. I called at the care centre and they also told me that the job is completed and you can collect it. To my surprise when i reached there, they told me that the screen was damaged due to physical misuse and cannot be covered under warranty. when i told them that what i had checked on your site and talked to you on phone, you have said that the job is completed. after waiting for more than half an hour, they bring back my mobile with the same damaged screen and also show me that my microphone was damaged due to liquid. Now they have again kept the mobile and said that they would send to it to Nokia and get it checked.
I dont know what happened in last one hour between i called them and reached there to collect my mobile. I dont know what to do? How can a mobile which was repaired, can again be damaged in last one hour.
In the above mentioned situation, nokia can replace your phone as well.
