My cell phone got damaged while updating software. There is no help from Nokia.
I need my phone repaired or replaced. The contents of my coorespondance with nokia are given below.



Dear sir/Madam
I have contacted Nokia care line and on his advice sent the cell phone to HCL INFINET LTD- A-78, Sector-2 NOIDA U P. They kept the phone for 6 Days and returned the same with out repairs in the same condition. They have again charged me Rs.112/- as service charges.
Now i do not know what to do with my phone.
NOKIA people are cheating their customers. My cell phone got damaged while updating software, for which NOKIA flashes massages and prompt customers to update softwares and get the cell phone damaged.

NOKIA CARE centers are also cheating customers and not providing any services only charging with out carrying out repairs.


I would be filling a complaint in consumer forum for this.

On your advice i have sent my phone to nearest customer care center M/S Shreejee Enterprises LG3, B5 RDC raj nagar Ghaziabad. They kept the phone for two days and returned it to me with out repairing it and charged Rs 113/- as service charges and advised me verbally to send the phone to Noida nokia customer care centre.
I am unable to understand what type of services your service centres are providing to customers.
My phone was working all right till i have tried to update phone software. I[censored]pdation of software is so dangerous, why Nokia popups are displayed, while connecting the phone to laptop on internet and prompt the user to update the software .why not Nokia strongly suggest that one should not up date the phone software him self and strongly recommend to get it updated through service center.

I am unable to understand the intent of Nokia company, to get their sets damaged by updating softwares and harassing their customers .I wont mind loosing my phone, if it would have got damaged by any other reason but by marely updating the software is intolerable to me.
I am in terribly sad and seek your appropriate advice on the matter.

Previously i sent this mail to the id. written on the Box of my Mobile but when i spoke to your call centre excutive they gave me this i.d. I sent a writtten complaint to the above addres too but at was returned back to me. now i got a another address from your call centre . i am really confused and irritated with your responces at all.

In continuation of my earlier mail dated 22.9.2009 regarding complaint of Nokia set No.5130, IMEI No. [protected] which was purchased by my wife on dated 16.9.2209 from Mobile Store, Block D, shop No. 162, Kamla Nagar, New Delhi . On dated 22.9.09 when I tried to operate it, I found that the camera and FM radio was not working properly. As advised by the mobile store I went Nokia Center, Chaitanya Communications, 920-922, Ist Floor Clock Tower, Subji Mandi, Delhi -7 for these problems, and they retained the phone for repairing vide job sheet No.[protected]/090922/29 dated 22.9.2009 with an expected delivery date 17.10.09. They handed over me phone on dated 6.10.2009 but the camera problem was not rectified and the officer(Mr. Sumit) told me that all Nokia 5130 handsets have this same problem. On very next day I again went to the Nokia Center with other phone of the same model No.5130 which was working properly and Mr.Sumit agreed to it, he again retained my phone against the job sheet No.[protected]/091007/2 dated 7.10.09 with the expected date 28.10.09. At the time of delivery on dated 20.10.09 I found that pixels were not showing but after the video recording some unwanted noises were there and the video camera was not working properly. I discussed about this problem with Mr. Sandeep and he told me that this problem can not be sought out because this problem is common in all nokia sets No.5130c, I am really surprised and disappointed with the nokia service and rude behavior of Mr. Sandeep. I received the phone and handed over the job sheet to Mr.Sandeep with remark that “I am not satisfied with the job work of my hand set and continuous sound problem in the video recording." I received the phone in bad condition with some scratches on the screen.

On the same date I contacted with customer care and told my problem to Mr.Abhinav executive at the centre and he asked me that he is forwarding my complaint to concerned department, and they will reply me either on my phone or on my email Id. But since about 2 weeks have elapsed, I have not received any reply till date

I am a loyal but dissatisfied nokia customer and I want to get my handset replaced immediately with no further assurances. So kindly let me know from where I can get my handset replaced, otherwise I’ll have to go to the consumer court and media agencies with my plea.

    i have a nokia 3250 mobile before some days my LCD was gone it's not working properly sometime show another times gone.
    i had given my phone in a nokia service centre in Haridwar service No. ACS 235_434038 when i give my mobile they told me if the expense of service is more than 337 INR so i call u. But when i was gone to pick my mobile so exp. is 2250 INR without any communication or mobile have same problem.

    Kindly take necessary action about all the matter

      Hi,
      I bought a new Nokia 1650 mobile. When I turned on the Power Saver Clock - Digital Clock ON, I could see the clock. However to my disappointment it goes off (vanishes) and the screen becomes dark when either a message or missed call had come. Any idea whether this problem exists through out the model?

          Sir/Mam,
          I bought a NOKIA 1650 mobile set from THE MOBILE STORE shob, KARAMPURA on 27th june 2008.
          Now i found that there is some problem in FM RADIO output because the handsfree leadis proper, i have tried it with another nokia phones(which has given to me with the set) but when i try to listen music with lead then sound is too low but speaker of phone(in case of loudspeaker) is working properly.
          Only four to five days passed but problem is there, i shocked with that because NOKIA is market leading company.
          Pls change the set with the new one as soon as possible.

          nokia n 1650 — not working properly

          i am using n 1650 alternatively as my new phone has some problem. The problem with my N 1650 is that i am not able to get the ringing tone when a particular number calls. I am not even getting messages from that particular number. When that number calls me the screen flashes but there is no ringing tone. A cross sign flashes on the upper left side of the phone and a trash bin appears on the right side. I can take the call. I can talk to that person. But the problem is there is no ringing tone so unless the phone is in my hand i cannot know that the particular caller is calling. I have checked all the settings. There is no problem with the settings. I don't understand what is happening. I get the ringing tone from all the other users except from one particular user. Please help me as soon as possible

            Dear Nokia Care

            I have bought Nokia 3110c on 15th of June, 2008

            Due to some technical faults it get switch-off on both Outgoing and Incoming Calls.

            I have reported to Subhiksha Store As well as at Nokia Care

            Still there is no result

            I am not able to use the cell from day of Purchase

            The final decision is still pending and the nokia care is still feeding me on their ill-logical reasons and handset is submitted to them since 20th of June

            I know the reputation of NOKIA in Indian Market as well as abroad so its my humble request to kindly help me as soon as possible and take some neccessary measures

            Nokia 3110C — fault

            my cell used to restart after inserting my 1 gb memory card .. so i got tired of this
            i went to nolia severce center but they just format my mobile twice but i found no solution...
            i am now agree wid nokia 3110c
            there was a restart problem

            i am now able to apply themes, run internet, update library & lots more

              I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA 1325 ESN [protected] FROM S.M. TELESERVICES (TATA INDICOM EXCLUSIVE STORE) AT CAMP CHOWK, DELHI ROAD, HISAR ON 28.04.08 VIA INVOICE NO 220.

              SINCE THE DATE OF PURCHASE IT IS GIVING ME FREQUENT PROBLEM, THE RECEIVER IS NOT ABLE TO HEAR THE VOICE. THE MOBILE HAS BEEN SENT TO NOKIA CARE, MARELLOUS, 112, GREEN SQUARE MARKET, OLD GOVT COLLEGE GROUND, HISAR FOR TWO TIMES, BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, THE MOBILE WAS SENT TO HEAD OFFICE BOTH THE TIMES AND THEY TOOK APP 15-20 DAYS TO RETURN THE MOBILE BOTH THE TIME AND FINALLY THEY WERE ALSO UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

              NOW THE MOBILE AGAIN GIVEN TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE FOR REPAIRING FOR CONSEQUETIVELY THIRD TIME AND AGAIN THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY WILL AGAIN TAKE 15-20 DAYS FOR REPAIRING THE SAME FOR THE SAME PROBLEM.

              AS PER MY UNDERSTANDING THE MOBILE PHONE CANNOT BE REPAIRED NOW . I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE THE MOBILE EVEN FOR THE SINGLE DAY SINCE THE DATE OF PURCHASE. I WAS PURCHASED THAT MOBILE BECAUSE OF MY FAITH ON NOKIA PRODUCTS, BUT NOW THE FAITH IS TURNING ON THE OTHER SIDE. APART FROM THIS THE CREDIBILITY OF THE NOKIA CARE CENTRE IS DIMINISHIG.

              I REQUEST YOU TO CHANGE MY MOBILE SET SO THAT THIS PROBLEM CAN BE SORTED OUT AND FAITH ON NAKIA PRODUCTS & NOKIA CARE CENTRE & NOKIA AS A COMPANY REMAINS UNCHANGE IN MY MIND.

                Hi,

                I would like to bring to your notice the incident that took place few days. I own a Nokia N70 handset which was still under warranty. Ten days back i had some issue with this handset (mobile was not charging no issue with charger or with battery) took it to the nearest Noika Service Center address as give below

                My first visit was on 19th June 2008, i filed the complaint under Warranty and was told that i would get a call back in next 2 days with the repair status and I need not contact them.

                Waited for 4 long days and since i didnot hear anything from them i called Noika Care got to know that the problem has been fixed and i can collect the handset back.

                Visited serivce ctr on 24th had to wait for along time for someone to come back with an update which was bit irritating for me.

                Issue not resolved as there is a "water log" within the handset and cannot be fixed under warranty repair scheme. They could try to fix with "Dead Approval" which means they would try to fix the issue and in the process if the handset goes dead they will not take any responsibility for the same.

                I had paid 12k to this handset how could i take such chance. Then the so called Manager of this place spoke to me and assured me that they have identified the cause for this issue and can fix it under Chargable basis which means i need to pay for the service. I approved for the same and was assured that i would get this in next two days.

                For Six days i didnot hear anything from them so called back Nokia care on 30th got a shocking message that the issue cannot be resolved by them and i can collect the handset back.

                Visited Noika care on the same day and spoke one of the guys here who was trying to say too much of nonsense. So spoke to the so called Manager who said they cannot fix the issue as there is water log and the only option is to replace the mother board which costs 80% of the handset cost. Even after telling this guy this mobile has only issue with charging and everything else works fine how can we suspect motherboard to be the cause. Manager was talking all senseless (being a techncial engineer am aware how a electronic gadget works atleast the basics). He was eager to get the mother board replaced. I got the handset back from them in non fixed condition.

                Finally i descided to give to a nearby local service center, the concerned engineer here confirmed that he can fix the issue and will be able to give the handset back in one working day. Gave the handset on 01 July and got the same back in working condition on 02 July. According to this engineer there was IC which had failed and replacement of the same has fixed the issue. I was charged 620/-

                Now I would like to challenge the Nokia Service Ctr for the sloppy work and incompitentancy. Also i feel these authorized ctrs are cheating common man and trying to loot them. I would like to put this issue in consumer court and teach a lesson to such cheaters need your advice.

                I agree!!! They robbed me too.. i told them my music player doesnt work n they replaced my camera.. best part is nothing got fixed, my pphone is still screwed
                I have purchased mobile Nokia 3600 which in 03/11/2008 now it is hanging and i cant operate at all so now what shall i do pl contact me imediately my no is [protected]
                I agree wit such kinda behaviour. My mobile is now in Nokia centre. I was facing a software problem and they told me that its upgraded. When i went to collect it, i found that music keys were fixed upside down and the display glass was broken. I asked them politely to fix it. Lets wait and watch how they will return it and in what condition.
                I also had a very similar experience with the same Malleswaram service center.

                My mobile was basic 1202 and it was only 2 weeks old. My mobile was also not charging, no problems with mobile or battery. The mobile was working. Initially they told its due to 'Liquid Damage' and wont come under warrenty, it will cost some 300 Rs (150 for service charge + 150 for component). After 2 days, I got a call from the service center saying that the mobile can not be repaired, its mother board is faulty. After collecing the mobile from service center, I complained about this service center to nokia care help line, but as usual nothing happened. FOLLOW-UP: I kept the mobile unused for 2 days and tried charging...to my wonder its charging properly. If Nokia really cares for their customers, then should take severe action against such useless service centers.
                instead of going to malleswaram.. pls go to the one on residency road, .. they are the best.. they fixed my phone in one week.. its perfect.. n now im living happily ever after :) pls go to the nokia centre on residency road..

                  I have purchased Nokia N-95 on 25/05/08; however since than I am facing trouble in using it as the phone set gets hang-up or restarts again and again. The set was purchased from Mobile Store, Located at Karol Bagh. No. of times I visited to the store initially to know the position of mobile set. A few advices were given to me - like lets close all operative application, battery should be fully charges etc. I was also narrated that problem remains to some extent on multimedia phones. Ultimately on getting imbalanced with the situation I handedover the phone to Mobile Store, who took the same of care centre located at Gurdwara Road, Karol Bagh on 23/06. The same could not be repaired by them. The phone was then submitted to East Patel Nagar Care Centre vide Job Sheet No. [protected]. I got my phone back on 28/06. Still the phone is not working and it is getting resarted again and again. The mobile set has again been handedover to East Patel Nagar Centre under job-sheet No. [protected] dated 30/06/2008. I was promised to rectify the instrument in next half an hour; however when in the evening I visited to the store again for collection of phone; it has been retained by them for one more day. On 01/07/08 I tried to be in touch with East Patel Nagar; Manager - however he has not picked-up the phone for the day. Other nos. have also remained busy for the day. Irritated with the situation; I called up at Gurgaon Office and got in touch with customer care manager Mr. Pramood (Ph [protected]); he has again asked me to wait for 24 hours.


                  By qualification I am CA and at present working with ICICI Bank in Senior Regional Manager capacity having a team size of more than 50 persons. Initially I was using N-95; however for last 10 days I have stopped using the same and using the old handset. During the use of N-95; due to restart/hang-up problem I have suffered a lot in a way that there were no. of missed call, communication gaps, improper responce to the teem considering my designation. The matter has been escalated to my seniors and they have raised issue on my performance. The performance has hampered due to communication gap only.

                  I have not spended sum of Rs. 22000/- just to keep a dummy set with me.

                  I am irritate with the set and want to get releif from it. I paid high amount to increase my performance in my carrier; however the same has adversely effected my performance.

                  I request; if you can suggest me corrective actions to be taken by me. I am not getting proper respnse from the company/care centre. I want my money to be returned back with the compensation for the inconvience caused to me.

                  I had purchased a Nokia E63 on 16th May 09 with IMEI number- [protected] (black). I really liked the phone but on 25th May 09 it started creating problem like hanging problem and automatic restart.

                  The same was taken to Nokia care Malviya Nager on 29th (Saturday) May 09 and a new case was logged with Job sheet no:[protected]/090529/21 which was returned to me within 2 hr time after new software installation (version: 110.21.006).

                  Post the installation done by the nokia care the phone was working fine. But again I was facing the same problem like hanging and automatic restart problem on 30th May 09 (Sunday). Again I had logged the case on 2nd june 09 (Tuesday) with Job sheet no :[protected]/090602/10. Again they install the software (version: 110.21.006). and they told me to please check the phone without using the memory card.

                  I followed the instruction given by the Nokia care using the phone without memory card. But on the very next day 3rd June 09 (Wednesday) in the morning I was again facing the same problem continuously within the 30 to 40 mins time interval. Then again in the evening (3rd June 09- Wednesday) I logged the case with Job sheet no:[protected]/090603/42, They told me that it will take 10-12 days time for repairing and they provide me the target delivery date on 17th june 09, and also provide me one stand by phone for the time being.

                  On 13th june 09 (Saturday) they called up and told please collect the mobile phone. After reached there I had word with Mr. Amit Kumar he told me that he used the phone for an hour for testing purpose and again he faced the same hanging and automatic restart problem. I told him I dont want this phone. Please replace my phone with the new phone. (Swap the unit). He logged the case for swap the unit.

                  Today I got a call from Mr. Amit that please take your repaired mobile. He told me that our engineer confirmed that there is no problem in this phone. Which Mr. Amit himself tested and find the same problem on 13th june09.

                  If you see I was purchased on 16th may 09, and from 29th may 09 till date my phone in nokia care. After spend Rs.12460/- every customer expect something good and trustable product..
                  Now, I and my family have been Nokia users for many years and become Indias No.1 trustable brand Nokia. Such kind of an incident has really put me off the brand. When Mr. Amit and Mr. Sanjay from nokia care Malviya nager and Mr Rajeev Shivdarshan (+91-[protected]) (from Nokia India pvt ltd, 5F Tower A&B Cybergreen, DLF vyber city Sector 25 A Gurgaon- 122002 Haryana.) had admitted that there is a permanent problem in this phone, I definitely seek the replacement of the phone (Swap the unit) ASAP. The past 2-3 weeks have cost me of my time, energy and mental harassment.

                  Till date not getting any response from Nokia.. after so many emails, phone calls and sms till i am not get my hand set. its been 1 month.. i am totally frustrated.No one had answers and they started to avoid my calls, and till date they have not given me any contact person who could give an answer and compensate me of my loss of business .

                  Please tell me that if you could help me with this problem and can i lodge a complaint against NOKIA as nokia terms to be an Internation Brand, become Indias No.1 trustable brand Nokia and i would like others to know how NOKIA have treated a customer who have been using nokia all his life, starting from Nokia 3310.

                    I bought nokia E51 twenty days back. Second day onwards it started getting hanged. Finally it got dead. after spending 11500 rs. i am not getting any support from the company side. it gets overheated while charging and finally gets switched off.                           I had purchased one NOKIA handset 2630 on 28.02.2008 vide invoice no 6107 from DESIRE COMMUNICATIONS 30-31, sarabha nagar, main market, LUDHIANA, PUNJAB . Right from the date of purchase the set is giving complaint of swithching off automatically.We have made several complaints to the NOKIA CARE CENTRE at mobile super market scf 5, model ext. market, near new krishna mandir, ludhiana contact no[protected] e mail msm-ldh @nokiacareindia.com.Every time i ask them to change the hand set they run it temporarily and put me off.You are requested to please help me in getting my defective handset replaced. Now as per the job sheet made by the nokia care they have given me the date of 30.06.2008, after rectification of fault.

                            I have handed over my mobile set model N- 72 to Nokia Care Center (HCL) Preet Vihar on 11/06/2008. I have checked the status on 15/06/2008. I was told that my mobile set has been sent for replacement and the replaced set will be handed over to me 21/06/2008. i was also told that maximum time for delievry of replaced set is 15 days

                            I again called on 20/06/2008 for confirming the delievery date. I was again told to confirm on 28/06/2008 for confirming the delievery date and was told that handset has not been dispatched from banglore office.

                            I again called on 27/06/2008 for confirming the delievery date I was again told to confirm on 30/06/2008 for confirming the delievery date and was told that handset has not been dispatched from banglore office.

                            Further on my request they have provided me the call center number of banglore. They lodged my complaint (complaint number 2-352xsf) and asked me to call on 30/06/2008 for getting the confirm date of delivery of set.

                            I again called on 30/06/2008 and I was told to contact local service cetre on 08/07/2008 for collection of set.

                            sir i submit my nokia C1-01 at nokia care on 08/08/2011.Care returned my set on next day b telling that yor set is repaired, but when i checked , it is on the same condition as i submited.
                            Next time i submit this set again on 16/082011,at this time the told that ,this is a high level problemyou should wait for 8-10 days
                            Then i recieved set at 25/08/11 , there is no change in set. When i told them about this,they give me solution that, I again submit it to the care with new job sheet.(this is ok)
                            When again i wish to submit my set which is under warenty period,
                            the toled me that " your set is out of warrenty due to liqued logging in it,so you should pay Rs. 594.

                                I have a Nokia N 72. ESN no. [protected]
                                I had given my handset for repairs (for display problems) on the 19th of june '08 at Kaustubh Telecom (Nokia Care), Shankar Sheth Road, Pune.
                                They rectified the mistake and gave the handset back on 20th evening, but on the same evening the problems started again and additionally the data card was also giving problems. So i again gave my handset for repairs to Kaustubh Telecom. They did not apologize for their bad service instead they blamed me for mishandling the unit.
                                I daily follow up (till date) about the handset status but i only get vague responses and false assurances. I am heavily disappointed with Nokia Care and i am thinking of going to the consumer court and also print an article in a daily about the shoddy customer service of Nokia.

                                Nokia — very bad service support and reckless answers

                                i had given my mobile N 73 Music edition after one month of purchasing my cell screen started flickering i approached nokia costumer care at panjagutta hyderabad its an authorised costumer care of nokia they booked my cell under warrenty for that i had waited for 5 hours they are calling all the non warrenty costumers and then the warrenty costumers they gave me a date after fifteen days when i went after fifteen days they told me come after one week again after my approach they told me one more week then again the same for two days at last they told that they are replacing the cell with a brand new one after 10 days they gave me a piece which is not in the box and used the told me the replaced every thing except the pannel i am fedup with them during this process i met several people who had just break up their paients as they are visiting the care center for the last 6 months. i think there should be action taken on the nokia company if you go there you can find many things like this daily the people there
                                never feel shy or responsible to the costomer please do something

                                E-65 — poor services of ur care centers

                                I am using nokia E-65 from 17 july 2007 but due to some display problem i have submitted my set to Mobile super market near zoom hotel Ludhiana imei:[protected] and ur executive told me to collect mobile after 20-25 days because they dont have services in ludhiana so that set will sent to chandigarh office, after 23 days i.e 14 june i have got swapped set at 2.00pm n in the evening 8pm key oad of set was not working so again i went to customer care and again they advice me to submit the set and come later i have lodged a complaint no.25134PQ99 regae ding the whole matter and recieved a call from ur side that my set is changed and will collect with in 10 days, but when i went to msm1 they people told me that dont have any information about this and noE-65 set is available in stock and come later.

                                The most disaster thing is that no one can attend mobile mentioned on job sheet and my warranty is going to complete on 17th july thjis month so please trevert and tell that what i can do while i m using Indias oneof Biggest Mobile company product.


                                Also i think u r selected illetrate and fool persons in ur offices who dont know how to talk and satisfy customers, if thigs of this type will not sort at nokias end soon NOKIA IS IN BIG PROBLEM.

                                HOPE U WILL UNDERSTAND MY FEELINGS AND HELP NOT ONLY ME BUT TO ALL PEOPLES WHO R SUFFERING FROM PROBLEMS USING NOKIA HANDSET.

In the instrument there are so much problems regarding, any time Phone Restart, any time key paid hang, in music listening voice cut because of message coming and in messages times are not shown properly. For repair I gave it 2 times to Nokia Service Center Named : Bohra Services Situated at 1, 2, Hirapanna Complex, Nr. Stadium Circle, Navarangpura, Ahmedabad. (Job Sheet Nos. are 64750487/091231/3 (L-3),[protected]/091228/63). The service centre also tried by updating Softwares many times.

                                They also sent the instrument to Dehli. Still same problems are continued with this defaulty Instrument.

                                Now, the service centre has sent the instrument to your office for replacement (Job Sheet No.[protected]/100121/55). In this case I request strongly to faster replacement of the instrument, as without instrument my day to day working is disturbed in the case in the interest of our consumer-vendor relationship, I strongly request for the same.And I m not satisfied with your employees services, even they didnt give my mails reply and hire level's email Id.

                                I bought the nokia 5233 from Baghajatin nokia priority dealer on 25/6/2010 in the name of Arpita Saha but after 3month i had network problem. There was no network, So went to Baghajatin nokia priority dealer on 23/09/2010 after giving my cellphone to nokia they said to contact them after 5 or 6 days, when I contact them,they replied me my phone is under servicing. If you cant do the service by two month then there no use of giving falls one year warranty where two month has gone in your service center.Well I was really shocked how it is happened with Nokia brand.

                                From last few days I am facing the outgoing voice problem in my Nokia set E 63,
                                on 21.03.2011
                                I went to Nokia care centre, Basement, Negi Complex, Haldwani, Contact number: [protected], after examination they replied that it take 20 to 25 days for repairing (No complaint of liquid in set).
                                I requested them to give back my mobile as tonight I am going to Delhi, tomorrow I will try to go Nokia care center directly.

                                I submitted the set to Nokia care Centre, O - 9, 1st floor, Lajpat Nagar - Ii, New Delhi - 110024 at 23.034hrs,
                                In the evening around 18.15hrs, when I called the Nokia care center,[protected] the executive replied set is under observation, and at 19.11hrs executive of nokia care centre called me[protected] and informed me that liquid found in my set & in such case the warranty expire automatically.

                                IT is surprising & un expected information for me that liquid found in my set. there is no such type of complaint fro Nokia care center, Haldwani,
                                you are requested to assigned a survey team and search the fact.

                                    I have give my phone 2 time in sector 7 panchkula nokia care but both of time they d'nt do their job properly.2 time upper speaker is not working properly and i want to reboot software of my phone.                                     Within a time span of two months time i have problems with hanging of my cell phone, i went to the store they
                                    kept the piece with them and returned after two days that there was some software error and it had been rectified.
                                    Then after one month time again i went there for keypad problem. They repaired and return it to me in one day time.
                                    Again the same problem continued for two more times. They done the same thing.
                                    When i got the same problem and also my warranty time is approaching in one and half months time i insisted to rectify the problem but they are not taking care. Even the nokia care guy simply says that is has been water logged.

                                    The particular key pad and its accessories have been replaced by an another key pad and accessories . But again in one day time the cell phone becomes very hot and i am unable to touch the phone when i asked them to rectify the problem they are simply avoiding me by telling that there is no warranty for me even though i have warranty period of one and half months time.

                                    This is very bad that an (Nokia)MNC is not taking care of the customers even within the warranty period.
                                    Quality may not be 100% but there may be defective piece it is nature and a customer should not be given with a defective piece by company that is world wide leader in cellphone manufacturing.

                                    At least an authoritative person one who is reading the above problem may take necessary action so that people like will not suffer anymore

                                        I have a nokia 2626. I then purchased a Nokia N73 music after the display on my Nokia 2626 cracked. Only the top left quarter of my 2626 had a display now.All my contacts were stored in the phone memory of nokia 2626. In order to tranfer the contacs to N73, I tried to first copy contacts from phone memory to sim memory in Nokia 2626. Following the user guide, Iwent to Contacts>Names>Mark>Move marked contacts... When I do that I get an Error message that begins with the word 'Phone...' I do not know the entire message as only a part of the screen is visible to me. Please help!! The contact list is very important to me for business purpose !!
