I don’t know whether there will be any solutions of this complain or not I am writing from Bangladesh and is a victim of nokia's cheating. On March I purchased a nokia phone and from the very next day the phone started to behave ghostly. Then I contacted with nosier care they serviced the phone and assured me that it is ok. Though at the time of purchase nosier store has committed that if there is any manufacturing fault then they will replaced the phone but nosier care only serviced the phone which also didn’t work. So please nosier authority stop these sorts of cheating and do business with some eathics. The economic loss that I am facing every day might not be measurable by you. I you have the business ethics then reply me being brave.

    Nokia N72 Mobile — battery backup

    i purchased N72 nokia mobile on 4th october,07. within a month it got repair and in the care centre they informed that system falut. hence all the items will be lost on servicing. i agreed for that and again i loaded all software on my cost. now again the same problem repeated. on 20th i gave my handset to nokia care. they gave job sheet no.00743038/080220/1 and 00743038/080220/2. nokia care centre informs that it will take a minimum of 15 days for rectification. i feel it is very bad on their part. any problem can be solved within a day or two. i have to manage without mobile for 15 days or .i feel it as hardship faced by customer.
    kindly solve the problem at the earliest.

    I purchased the nokia N72 instrument from Subhiksha store at lodhi colony, new delhi in july 07. While it takes about 3 hrs or more for full charge, it hardly lasts for 20 to 24 hrs.The battery needs to be replaced immediately for better performance.
    i have purchased nokia N 72 mobile recently 4 months ago... now my mobile is very slow... what may be the reason... telll me... did i purchased duplicate nokia phone... i want to match my phone with nokia company... the mobile sl no is [protected]. kindly look into my matter

    I purchased Nokia N72 from QRS, the battery performance is very very poor. it last for only 20 mins.

      Gentleman:

      Please note that I am having one NOKIA CDMA Set (Model no. 1325). This set was being used by me but unfortunately it started giving me trouble towards end of May 2008 and was not working at all. The display of the set was not in working condition. Therefore, I had deposited the set to your local Service Centre M/s. PD Electronics, Benachity, Nachan Road, Durgapur-713213, Dist: Burdwan (West Bengal) on 4th June 2008 - reference their Job Sheet No.[protected]/080604/24 dated 4.06.2008.
      M/s. PD Electronics promised to repair the set and return it to me within 15 (fifteen) days. Unfortunately, it is nearing a month the set was deposited with them but till date my Nokia set, as referred to above, has not been returned to me. I have been telephoning them almost every alternate day and they keep on replying 'just wait for a day and your set will be returned to you perfectly in good working order'.

      Kindly note that I am now totally helpless without the Mobile set because of my job responsibility and position in the Organization for whom I serve.

      It is a matter of great regret that NOKIA being one of the renowned organization and has got a world wide business of its name and fame, the SERVICE CENTRE viz: M/s. PD Electronics you have selected is probably a wrong choice by your Organization. I am really sorry and feel guilty to have bought a NOKIA set as mentioned above. This, I comment because of such a poor service by your Service Centre at Benachity, Durgapur.

        We have purchase one set of CDMA Mobile Model Nokia 6265 from Goyal Agencies, F-22-A, Somdutt Plaza, The Mall, Kanpur vide Bill No. 10345 dt. 27.06.2007.

        In this mobile, I have facing many problems and it was repaired many times by your Service Center, but it was not working properly. The Service Job Cards & email to your Customer Service is being enclsoed.

        On that emails we request you to kindly replace this set but no action will be taken.

        Your Service Center will only repaired and replace to me. But mobile were not properly working.

        Finally I gave the set on your mobile service center on M/s M.M. Electronics, 85, Cantt, Kanpur on dt. 25.06.2008 vide Job Sheet No. 6591

          I had purchased the above set in 2007.Subsequently I found that the panel coating was defective and wanted the same to be rectified.But I was informed that the same could not be covered under warrenty. After some time I found that the panel cover was really looking very shabby and felt it needs replacement.Hence gave the set at Multiple Mobile Care at coimbatore and requested them to change the pannel and agreed to pay the cost for the same.The estimate for the same was given as Rs.1500.Thre set was given on 17th june 08 and was informed that the same would be ready by 1 weeks time.Till date the set has not been rectified and on enquiry was informed by the service centre that that they were informed by their head office that the cost of repair would be Rs.4500.They could not explain why there was such a varience in the estimate and the new rate.I'am totally displeased with the attitude and response and would deem it fit to be taken up with the consumer redressel forum at coimbatore if the matter is not resolved within this week.

          hey can u tell me the cost of the panel N76..

          every one has complained about the panel of N76 that the color is peeling of...

          cant u see it while releasing it into the market..
          tell me the cost of the panel in india...

          I am using N76 from last 18 months. software and features are very good and satisfactory.
          But the panel is very bad and was creating prob from starting. color went of and it lost its spring action. panel broken at the folding attachment.
          i am trying to get a new panel, but everywere telling different rates. some said it will cost 2500, some tells 1500. i wanted to get the exact price and where i will get the original at exact rates.
          i think this is shame for Nokia care centers. they are not even know about there own products.
          if anychance to get this panel along with the center consol please call me or inform me thru mail.

            Dear sir,
            My handset is Nokia N-73m, i bought it in jan-08.Now last month i got problem in my ear phone so i went to nearby Nokia care center to get my earphone checked they told me that there is a problem in the ear phone it takes 15 days them to told me the problem and another 7 days to replace the ear phone but the new one I got from them is also not working well .
            Now its my humble request to change it at ur earliest otherwise i have to go to consumer court for the solution.

            i already send my complaint to u last time but i did not get any response from your side, my complaint was regarding LEAD WIRE of my handset, its not working proerly.last time my LEAD WIRE was not working so i send it to you from Nokia care center but the same LEAD WIRE (that was not working) is came from your side.so pls take any serious action otherwise i have to go to consumer court this time.

              one week back i gave my N72 Mobile to Nokia Care, Chennai(OPP TO SATHYAM THEATRE)..My mobile having Liquid logged problem...but in nokia care staff didnt repair my cell..i asked him..what's the problem in my cell.?but they wont told the extact problem..continously they told me...come on next day, come on tommorrow...so, i didnt get proper service in That nokia care.. they wont take any care abt it...so please you send the suggestion for this problem..

                I did not even last with the phone for three days and t packed. The phone starts, displays the Nokia Logo and reboots four times before it goes off finally. Nokia, this is the biggest flop and apparently your support center in Kenya cannot offer any help. This is, frankly, a waste of money and consumer confidence.

                NOKIA XPRESSMUSIC 5310 — REBOOTING

                I have bought this mobile from METRO Cash and Carry on 30.4.2008. The set is good with sleek model and good for music lovers. I have been facing hanging problem while on conversation and recently the mobile started getting switched off and on often. I approached Nokia Care, BTM Layout branch. The technical person said he is unable to find out the problem and informed me that he will refer to his senior who was not available that time. After one hour I went back to the service centre. the same technical person said water might have entered the set and he will take the set for repair only on the condition that I have to pay for the service charges even though I told him that the set is in warranty period. Finaly I agreed to pay the service charges, since I wanted the set very badly. The technical person called me to inform that he has reloaded the software but the set is in same condition and he will send the set to their head office for repair.                 i am pavan from vijayawada(andhra pradesh) sir i buyed set on may 21 and i got problem with that set on next day so i gave set on 22may in nokia care n they gave me after 2days, again i got problem with that so, again i gave it in nokia care at this time they gave my set after 20 days, so after 10 days again i got problem with that so again i gave it in care this time they gave set after 10 days and now again im facing problem with it what i must do? nokia care people behavior is not good, and the nokia care is in elure road, the manager, and other people are not responding properly, so at this time i will wait for 10 days i[censored] wont respond means i will apply it in court, so please respond me my mobile number is [protected]

                NOKIA XPRESSMUSIC 5310 — very pathetic phone

                This phone I brought from Nagpur, during one year warranty period I have to go to customer care for at least 7 to 8 times . the phone gets slow and hangs up and the keypad becomes inactive . every time the customer care representative says that it is due to virus problem and they flash(reinstall) the mobile, but as far as I know this phone runs on java and there are no virus for this software and also no anti-virus software utility available for this model. they always ask to format my memory card, but I scanned the memory card with different anti viruses like AVG, quick heal, avast and pc celien but no threat detected, I formatted the card as per there instructions before inserting it back to my mobile but again after 2 months time I am again facing the same problem. very pathetic phone suggestion to the persons who are planning to buy a good handset with all this feature don't go for Nokia try another handset's like samsung or sonyerricson

                      Dear Sir,

                      It is very much sad to say that the service provide by your care center is very very poor and not satisfactory. I had given my nokia6275 (cdma) model to PAYOJA SERVICES, kacheri road, Rourkela, Orissa. on dt 19.04.08 due to some audio problem found in my set . My jobsheet no[protected]/080419/26. they told me that the set will be delivered within 15 days. But unfortunately inspite of repeted request and almost 2 month have passed but till date I have not received my set. I have also called the onlinecustomer care no various time but they have failed to give me the proper service. I don't know to whom i contact to solve my problem . Now I am totall frastrated . Kindly look into my problem to solve the issue otherwise I will knock the door of honb'le court of law for harashmet you have done to me Financialy and menataly.

                        I am Ankit Gupta. I purchased Nokia Mobile Phone 6500 Slide on 10/03/2008. Since then it is not working well. It is often han- ged, sometimes a folder is automatically vanished from its contentssometimes it does not get start from its off position and takes several hours and even some days sometimes. Such kind of several difficulties are assosiated with it since its purchase. I have shown it many a times to Nokia Customer care in Sector 1, Noida, but no result. Presently it is also under their supervision. the people working there are neither repairing it, nor they are returning it. moreover they are not attending the calls whenevr I ring to them on the helpline Nos provided in the JobSheet of Nokia Customer care.

                        I am very much puzzled on account of it

                        I hope this mail will provide me some kind of relax and bring my phone to me(after repair) as soon as possible.

                          Nokia Customer Service Sucks !

                          Guwahati the 24th June 2008 : Recently, the microphone of my Nokia E90 handset (which I bought in February 2008) wouldn’t pick up my voice when I dial or receive a call and I had the “pleasure????” of experiencing the after sales service of Nokia India, the most popular and largest mobile handset company in India. It was a nightmare to say the least !

                          On 21st June 2008 (Saturday) at 2 pm in the afternoon, I walked into the Nokia Care (the authorized service centre of Nokia) located at Garima Grand Building, Dr. B. Baruah Road, Ulubari, Guwahati, Assam – 781 007. As soon as walked in I saw about 40 odd customers (mostly men) waiting………….!!! for their turn to be attended by Nokia Customer Service Executives. My first impression was “Oh, God ! is this the rate at which Nokia phones are developing problems?” I was perplexed because I held Nokia in very high esteem (till that day!) because it is the most technologically superior company in the mobile handset market. I pondered again and explained to myself that may be because they have 62.5% market share (survey by Voice & Data, Y2007-08) and hence the crowd is big !

                          Gathering myself, I walked up to the Security Guard who handed me a coupon printed ‘134’ which was my serial number to meet the Customer Service Executive who would listen to my problem and receive my handset for repair. On my enquiry the Guard told me that the serial number ‘92’ was being attended to, at the moment. The serial numbers were moving very slowly and couple of customers sitting next to me told that they had been waiting for their turn for the past 2 hours ! For couple of them it was their second visit to Nokia Care in a weeks’ time as their phones were returned without satisfactory repairing work! For a moment, I thought of leaving but again I did not want to go to an Unauthorized service personnel with my Nokia E90 which cost me a fortune just 4 months ago. So, I had no option but to succumb and wait and be held hostage by Nokia for next 2 (two) hours ! I had a couple of other things planned for the Saturday afternoon but I dropped everything. We have been enslaved by technology and by these companies and they have made us so dependent on them !

                          As I was waiting, I observed that there were 7 (seven) counters set up for receiving faulty handsets from customers but only 2 (two) were operational and hence the queue of 40 odd customers waiting at any given point of time. This is ridiculous !!! ….very unbecoming of a company like Nokia which is the technology leader and commands 62.5% market share. I have not heard of any product category where the market leader alone would command as much as 62.5% market share. I am sure everybody at Nokia is PROUD of this. But, they should be equally EMBARRASSED for making their customers wait for 2 long hours, just to deposit their faulty handsets for repair. Is Nokia being COMPLACENT? If that be so, I am afraid, the history will prove them wrong.

                          While waiting I even spoke over phone to a Nokia Company representative by the name of ‘Sachin” who took the call on Sudha’s cell phone (I hope he told me his real name) and told him that Nokia urgently needs to spruce up its customer care at Guwahati and DO AWAY WITH FRANCHISEES WHO CANNOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE AND HASSTLE FREE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS !

                          Finally, my turn to meet the customer service executive came at 4.15pm, after a full two hours fifteen minutes of waiting …….!!! They took my phone and asked me to come back on Tuesday (24the June 2008) evening …… after a full three days !! Prior to this experience, I was one of biggest fans of Nokia for bringing to customers a technologically superior product. But, not after this experience ! Though I still admire their technological leadership but beware Nokia Customers …..their after sales service really SUCKS ! ….”Nokia Care” DOESN”T CARE ! IT SUCKS !!!

                          Today is Tuesday the 24th June 2008……..I am going to Nokia Care in the evening ……I hope they deliver my phone in time and salvage some of their lost pride !!!

                          the larger the company, the poorer its customer care it would seem. having been a die gard fan of nokia, i am heartbroken to say the least in face of such pathetic services in customer complaints. not surprising since lunch seems to be more important to the manager customer care[mr s.kumar] than to attending to the customer grievance. i bought my nokia cell in feb 08 and iot soon started coming apart. gave it for repair to green park centre in the warranty period on the 9th sept 08. till date-more than a mnth kater i have no status on my cell. my request for standby cell was declined.i had to buy another cell in the interim.i am so fed up i am going to take this to the consumer court-we cannot let big corporates take customers for a ride in this day and age-an RTI enquiry would set things right i'm sure.
                          I have lodged a complaint regarding faulty hand sat Nokia 6220c-1; But to my surprise no reply since more than a fortnight!!!

                          I am having Nokia N72 instrument of 2 years old and recently I have purchased new LCD (Display) of Nokia N72 from your Nokia Care Centre based at B/109, 1st Floor, Swaminarayan Avenue, AEC Cross Road, 132 Ring Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ( Contact Person Mr Paresh - Mob.No.[protected]) but the old LCD has not been returned by your Nokia Care Centre saying that the old LCD is not returned as per Co.'s norms. However, I have paid Rs.2065=00 towrads new LCD vide invoice no. 48 dtd.07.07.09 but my old LCD must be returned to me in any condition. I have visited your above center more than 3 to 4 times for taking my old LCD back but even then it is not returned till date. They are informing that they have submitted mail to co. for confirmation whether the old LCD to be returned to customer or nor ? The behaviour of your customer care centre staff is not good at all. They are saying that Co. is not giving old LCD even if the amount is paid for new one.

                          Hence, It is requested to please advise your above customer care centre to return my old LCD immediately to avoid legal action. Please reply me from your side on my above email id on priority.

A F.I.R In this regard has already lodged in shastri nagar police station.in view of above you are advised to please intervene in the matter otherwise for any consequences you shall be fully responsible.

                            I had purchase NOKIA 6300 on 03/08/2007 it was under warranty.
                            problem with my mobile on/off switch problem. i had given for repair at Ameerpet, Hyderabad-Nokia Service Centre Job Sheet No 269, date 14/6/07 after 6days i called them it was ok, they i collected it on 21/6/07 at that time it was ok. on the same day it was same problem (on/off switch problem)to day 23/06/08 i went another service centre at Devatha Communications Beside Arjun Theatre, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. they said on/off swith was broken you can change it with panel also he said it was not covered under warranty.

                            how it was broken i dont know. Actual i am staying at Miyapur, Hyderabad. Ameerpet was long distance for my house how i can go there again giving my instrument for repair. i am working in MNC.

                            Nokia 6300 — battery backup

                            i have bought a nokia 6300 1 month back frm the mobile store and now as i m checking it the battery backup is really not upto the mark . even i have consulted with some of my friends they have also told me the same that the battery backup is not good .

AFTER A WEEK, I BOUGHT A USB CABLE SEPERATELY, I TRIED TO TEST THE SAID FEATURES (UP LOADING & DOWNLOADING FROM PC-PHONE), BUT FAILED. SOON I WENT TO THE SHOP, BUT THEY HAVE NOT ENTERTAINED ME AT ALL, JUST SAYING THAT THERE DUTY IS TO ONLY SELL THE PRODUCT, IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE TO GO TO SERVICE CENTRE. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THEM THAT IT HAS PASSED ONLY 12 DAYS THAT I PURCHASED, BUT ALL OF MY REQUEST HAVE NO RESELT. HOWEVER, I WENT TO SERVICE CENTRE (S.P.MUKHERJEE RD. KOLKATA). THERE I GOT A TYPICAL EXPERIENCE. AFTER EXAMINING MY SET, THEY SAID THAT IT IS A HARDWIER PROBLEM, SO WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING HERE, WE HAVE TO SEND IT TO DELHI AND IT TAKES 15 TO 20 DAYS TO COME. JUST THINK GENTLEMEN! I HAVE BOUGHT A NEW SET ONLY 15 DAYS AGO, AND I HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 20 DAYS FOR ITS REPIRING!! I ASKED THEM WHY I HAVE NOT GOT ANY NEW SET IN REPLACE OF IT. THEY JUST LAUGHED AT ME AND SAID IT IS NOT POSSIBLE AND I'M TALKING LIKE AN ABNORMAL. I THOUGHT, I HAVE NO OTHER WAY THAN TO SURRENDER THEM. SO I HANDED OVER THE SET FOR REPAIRING.                                 Dear All,
                                I have used Nokia GSM 6600 phone for the last 4 years. I didn't face any problem except few minor things. So I was great fan of Nokia.

                                Two months back i bought nokia 6275 hoping that I will get better quality phone atleast basic features like voice quality & battery backup. Even though Nokia is very costly and has less models (options), I opted for nokia.

                                To my great disppointment nokia proved that it worser than Huawei cheap phones. Voice quality is very very poor, voice is very rough. We cannot talk for more than 25 mins without hands free.

                                Battery is worse... it gets heated up after 10 mins while talking.

                                Handfree set of very poor quality. Its ear buds are very big... I don't for whom they designed these ear buds ? They will fit properly in ears.

                                I will never ever buy Nokia CDMA phones... Nokia failed to provide good basic features in mobile - battery performance, voice quality... I have wasted 10k rupees by buying nokia phone.

                                Now I bought Huawei 2900i for 1800 rupees. It is 100 times better than nokia 6275 if we compare basic features - voice quality and battery backup... Huawei's FM reception is also very good compared to nokia 6275.

                                I will advice not to buy nokia CDMA phones...

                                nokia 6275 — Bad Quality Product

                                I had purchased a Nokia 6275 handset 40 days back within 40 days my display has stopped functioning. Poor quality product given. when given to service center they spoke rudely. I want my product replaced.

They had made me wondering about 4 months with making a lot of drama because it is under warranty period. After this, i got my mobile. Again, i am facing this problem from last two week. I, again, put this mobile in same service center. They had demanded RS 600 for paid service. I paid it, after taking the mobile, same problem be again start.

                                i don't be understand how many times i will pay for the same problem within a month?
                                I request to all cell users plz don't buy nokia sets because nokia is selling chinees sets with his holograms.

                                  my phone suddenly switches OFF n then dosent start.i have even tried reinserting battery n sim car but all invain. i had gone to NOKIA Care Center near abot hotel, Vashi for the 6th time regarding this same problem.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have been a proud Nokia mobile users for the past 6 years. All my family members are using Nokia mobiles and I also have recommended Nokia to my friends & colleagues, on a number of occasions.

                                      I feel sorry to say that I have lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA. I had great trust in your company’s products and its services but my recent experience has changed the way I thought and has forced me to report the same to you. I never had such a worst experience from NOKIA CARE and never expected this from such a reputed company which is known for its after sales services.

                                      Let me explain the problem.

                                      " I purchased a New Mobile NOKIA - HANDSET – 5310 IMEI No. [protected] from one of your vendor in Ahmedabad in Jan, 2008. I gifted the same to my relative Vishal Kedia who stays in Guwahati, Assam. He was quite happy the day he received the phone. Unfortunately the happiness was short lived. The very next day he noticed that while using the phone got hanged very often and the mobile restarted automatically many times.

                                      The handset was taken to the service centre at Guwahati. It has been sent there four times in the past 5 months and it has been at your service centre for most of the time. I have not received satisfactory solution and the phone still has the problems it initially had. I want a proper solution or a new replacement for the mobile.

                                      See I bought a mobile because of the Durability and brand name but I lost all the Hopes and confidence in the company. This is causing problems and inconvenience not only to my relative Vishal Kedia but is also harming my reputation and prestige. Already five month of the warranty gone in service centre. I hardly used the mobile for less than 10 days only. I had terribly bad experiences in customer servicing with the Nokia Care. I have got no proper response or solution from your Service Centre. They spoil the name of Nokia.

                                      I was given a handset as replacement in the month of but the handset given to me is an old handset and is in worse condition.

                                      I bought the handset its latest technology. If ou provide such bad service then there is no point spending money on latest handsets as we are unable to use the technology. By the time you solve our problems the technology gets outdated.

                                      If I don't receive proper response from this Mail I will be forced to take legal action against the company. So finally I kindly request you people all those who represent NOKIA to give right Information to customer and commit yourself what you say and don’t spoil the Brand name of your company. Let the trust of millions in the name of your company not be lost due to such irresponsible actions of few.

                                      I need a Solution for this.
                                      If any one of the concern person directly from Nokia contacts me it will be highly appreciated.
