Hi, I am Dr Ajoy Roy, I have Nokia N72 set Serial no.[protected] which I gave it to the Guwahati Nokia care on 03/03/08.But till now it has not been repaired.In my set images and songs are not saving.Pl. do the needful.

mobile nokia n-72 — cheating by subhiksha mobile store

I purchased a nokia N-72 mobile phone on 21/12/07 for rs 9000/- from subhiksha outlet in hari nagar, new delhi. whereas the price of nokia N-72 is rs 8410/- at the other outlet in delhi. i was not aware of this price variation. i purchased the set at a high price. one of my friend purchase n-72 on 23/12/07 at rs 8410/- then i came to know about this cheating. all outlets of subhiksa are charging prices keeping their profit . they r not giving at price published or marketed .
subhiksha help line staff will never help you in case you want their assistance. they will give you phone no of their senior , who will never pick up the phone. and help line staff will say 'we r not allowed to give phone no of head senior staff.'
staff of subhiksha is not at all cooperative. dont go to them.
Subhiksha is a whole cheating concept. dont shop from them.
Dear sir,
I am sreehari. I have purchase NOKIA N72 at calicut subhiksha mobile store for the month of march.For this time my hand set is not working.I have attend the two times Nokia servise center but my complint not rectified.One time i have paid 350/-rs to nokia service center for the reason of water entry.So plz accept my request and do the needful.

    I bought the 6080 nOkia model on 31/03/07 from m/S Yash Music centre, Jamesons House, Anand . The model developed problems in February 2008, frequently hanging.I gave the set to the Nokia centre Anand, on 19/03/08 and the same day it was returned, informing the problem is fixed. Howvever the problem recurred the same night a I had to go on offical tour the next day, set was kept aside safeli in the cupboard. After Holy, I approached the service centre to day and within minutes I was told that the set has water damage problem and cannot be repaired ! I wondered where from water came, while I never used it at all . Howvever I could not convince the care centre people who just kept quiet. I could not discuss with the guy who actually repairs, since he remains behind the curtain all the time ( Nokia care centre policy ? ). it was puzzle that the same centre did not find any major problem three days before and suddenly found it was water damaged after three days! On the top of it they wanted me to sign that I am satisfied with their job work! one of the non technical person told me that it may be due to sweat !

    if this is the fate of a senoir citizen who has spent his life time in research and creating awareness in the society about energy conservation and environmenmt protection, what would be the fate o[censored]neducated rural folks at these centres ?

    Through this column i requets the forum to help me get justice .

    Dear Sir,

    I bought a Nokia model 6080 from M/S Yash Music centre, Jemsons house, Anand on 31/03/07. The model developed hanging problem in Feb'o8 and was submittrd for repair at the Nokia care centre, Anand on 19/03/08 who returned the same day telling the problem is fixed and therer is no major proble. Howvever the problem persisted the same night and I kept the mobile aside aaaaaaas I had to go on official tour. Afetr Holi, I gav ethe set for rechecking on 24/03/08 and within minutes was told that ot has suffered water damga e and cannotbe repaired or replaced! The same guys did not find any major fault three days earlier and found water damage! I couldm not convince the guys and the main technical man remained invisible for any discussion! They even suggested that sweat may be reason for the damage !
    Can the form help me in this regard ?

      I bought a NOKIA N70 M model [IMEI: [protected], BATTERY NO.:[protected], CHARGER NO: 0675384] at POORVIKA MOBILE WORLD under job warranty. After few months, there was signal drop in my mobile and due to that poor reception and bad receiving of signals about calls and messages and even the radio which resulted in hanging of my mobile eventually.
      I gave my mobile for servicing at RAKSHA IMPEX [ASC: 089_434038, EMAIL:[protected]@nokiacareindia.com ] for the above mentioned faults. But my mobile was malfunctioned again with the same problem. Again for the second time I gave my mobile for servicing at the same service centre, but this time with all my above complaints, my keypad also didn’t work. My latest job sheet no. is[protected]/080320/38 submitted on 24/mar/2008.
      Also the service center person did not act in response which was almost insulting unlike Nokia customer service. I want the Nokia customer care to engage in taking actions against that service centre and I want my mobile without any malfunctions mentioned WITHIN TWO DAYS because my business almost depends on the calls.

      nokia n-70 m — Nokia Service Centre

      This is very disgusting when you go to any Nokia Service Centre.

      Recently there was some problem with my handset. I approached Nokia centre in Noida which is in Sector-2. I waited for four hrs to reach the service executive as there was big rush.No place to sit & no a/c or fan in this hot summer.

      There were five counters & only three were operational & the competency level of service executive very low.No senior person to listen the customers...totally embrassing.

      I was not able to understand after buying the Nokia handset that we have commited any crime that we Indians are treated like this-

      1- If they have large customer base then they should open more & more service centres after all they are committed for after sales service.

      2- Each service centre has basic facilities like proper place to sit, water & fan or A/C etc.

      3- There should be time limits that your complain will be attended in this period...no body has faltoo time to sit & wait for the turn.

      4- Proper communication should be there with the customer for any delays in delivery.

      5- Proper estimate should be given & should be mentioned on the job sheet.

        We have purchased Nokia-5310 by end of December 2007. We have taken airtel prepaid connection on the same day. On 16th March 2008, suddenly the mobile is showing no network coverage till the evening of the same day (after that it is working), where as the other mobiles are having coverage. Even when i replace my sim with other mobiles, the network coverage is coming.

        Again on 22nd evening onwards, the same problem is coming on my mobile. If i put my sim in other mobiles it is working. My mobile is not working evein if i put other sim card in my mobile.

        Kindly provide me the solution for this problem or replace the mobile set. It is very difficult to us if suddenly the mobile is giving such trubbles. We are not in a position to bear this problem.

        I expect a positive reply at the earliest.

        Unfortunately even I have a problem like this. While talking my phone always gets disconnected and restarts. The whole network goes down and again shoots up. First I changed the mobile .My second mobile is also having same problem. Now the dealer is also refusing to replace the phone. My phone is Nokia 5310. Can anybody help??????

        I have purchased Nokia-5310 by end of April 2008. I have taken You Phone connection on the same day. On 1st July 2008, suddenly the mobile is showing no network coverage till the evening of the same day (after that it is working), where as the other mobiles are having coverage.           i have purchased Nokia 5610 mobile on 16/03/2008(sunday) from Hotspot Mobile Store (Phase 3B2, Mohali, Punjab) in the evening. and when i started using mobile i found that mobile is restarting ocassionaly when making a call after 5-10 min. then next day evening(within 24 hrs) i went to the store and told them about this problem. then they reset my phone and said the problem will be solved and told me that if this problem persist then i should go to Nokia Care. they said that they have no responsibility on their part.

          then i went to Nokia Care (Phase 7, Mohali, Punjab) on 17/03/08, they said that there may be some virus in the software and they replaced the software(free of cost), but the same problem persisted. nxt day(18/03/08) i again went to Nokia care, they again re-installed the software, but the same problem remained. then next day(19/03/08) i again wnt to Nokia Care then they said u have to keep this mobile with us for atleast 15 days so that they can get it repaired by the company.
          now i just want the store to replace my faulty Mobile set, but they are saying that they have no liability to replace the mobile, its the responsibility of Nokia care.
          u help me out and guide me, since i m a office going so i don't find much to address such issues & to go to Nokia care and Hotspot Mobile Store daily. on thing more, i want to ask can i move to consumer forum to address this issue.
          i bought a new nokia express music 5610 3 weeks ago...ileft my charger at a friends house. my phone was dead the next time i plugged the cell in the screen had a crak in it! i had been bebying the phone since i bought it...im very angry because i have no insurance.

              Re:- Replacement of Nokia 7610 set Colour Black Batch no. [protected]

              We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The set has been going, in and out of dormancy for the past 4 months. Now the mobile is dead. I had given it for servicing in the months of oct., 07(guarantee period), but was not serviced properly by the authorized Nokia care centre at Tambaram. I was again forced to give it for a second service Jan. 08, at Nokia care centre Royapetah, but the result was the same and they didn’t give any proper feed back. Then i have at present given it to HCL Nokia Care at Mount Road and they reply that the mobile cant be repaired or serviced any more and is of no use.
              We are frustrated and disgusted by the irresponsible service provided and to the faulty hand set which didn’t last even 11 months from the date of purchase (Nov. 09th 2006) .

              Nokia7610 — handset shows the message enhancement not supported

              sometimes suddenly me handset shows the message that enhancement not supported. then i cant receive any calls or can call anybody.

              nokia7610 — Refusal to correct the error

              My complaint is regarding my phone Nokia 7610 which I had purchased in the month of January. There are some complaints in my set. First is that the keypad lights are not coming when we are typing the message or dialing any number. We cant type the message in the night without the light. Another complaint is that when I receive the message or send the message the time of sending or receiving the message is not correct. For example if I am sending the message at 12 in the afternoon then the time of sending message will come 3.45 am.I am in Jalandhar and I had gone to the Nokia Care Center Mobile Clinic Shop No 4, Green Mart Complex, Model Town Road, Jalandhar. The person over there he kept my mobile for a day and he delivered it without repairing. When I checked the phone in the shop then it was again not working. He had stamped delivered on it. But after checking he said we are not able to repair it we will send the phone to Noida Head Office for repair. How can he stamp it delivered if the job is not done. Why they had opened Nokia care center in Jalandhar if they are not capable to do their job? Now he said it will take ten to twelve days to get it repaired from the head office. The Job Sheet No. is[protected]/090515/5.
              The Product details are as follows: EMI NO [protected]. PRODUCT CODE-0563047, MODEL NAME- 7610s (GSM).
              Kindly let me know how much time it will take. Nobody can wait for so long as all my work is done thru mobile. What is the use of having local Nokia Care Centers?

              Dear Sir, sometimes my handset shows the error of enhancement is not supported and my cell stop working. Please help me out.
              I am facing the same problem . "Enhancement not supported " blinking continuously and not allowing me to use my phone. Please help me with solution. Although i didn't try to use any enhancement.

                I purchased nokia 6300 on 15th August 2007. Till today I went to nokia care centre for 6 times. Every time same problem, they just update mobile software and returned it back to me.

                Last time with job sheet no.[protected]/080306/6 on 6th March, 2008 I submitted my phone to nokia care centre and they took for 15 days. After receiveing mobile on 20th March 2008, I checked my mobile at Nokia care centre and found that non of my problem is solved.

                When I asked nokia care centre People about this problem, they are asking another 20 days for repairing.

                Can you tell me, why should I bought this piece for taking round of nokia care centre and wasting my time and for loosing business.
                I purchased nokia 6303 on 18/2/2010 in jaipur thes sat are not working proparliy so plz sand phon no. and adrres for nokia care centre in jaipur rajasthn
                i lost my nokia handset 6300. please help me to disconnect the handset.

                  i purchased the set on 29-02-08 and from the first day itself the FM facility is not operating.i went to the customer care and they assured me that the set would be replaced.But i won't be given a seal packed cell instead of that only the head set would be replaced.please reply me at the earliest what i should do for being assured that the cell will be a new one and i won't be facing problem in the future.I am really upset that after investing such a huge amount i have to be without any set for such a long time.Hoping that you would take this matter seriously and give me a faithfull response, i conclude thereby.

                    I have Purchased Nokia 5610 in the month of November 2007 and I am quite surprised that its music Button was in my hand while speaking to some body.I went to Nokis care sector 22 Chandigarh and they while tryoing to fix it back broke in to two pieces.they advised us to visitnokia care sector 43 chandigarh.They sais that they will order the music button, set is hardly 5 months old and you people at service center are able to get the same. It is quite pathetic that a reputed company like Nokia is taking such a long time to address this problem.
                    every day I am calling Bhawna Goswami and she says we have not recived the music button.My cell worth rs 13000 is looking ugly without music button.

                    Please send the music button of Nokia 5610 to Nokia care, Bay shop 382, sector 44/d Chandigarh.

                    I had purchased the above model on the 26th of last month. Not even a month up and phone is already showing problems. Am sick of this company. Nokia care also doesnt stick to their commitment. Pathetic service. I should be given a replacement

                    Nokia 5610 — regarding Navi Slide key

                    Hi Friends,
                    It around 4 months i bought this mobile and the good looking navislide key first got melted because of outside temperature and now it had completely come out. I don't understand how this happened but was really surprised and socked after seeing this.

                    Nokia/5610d-1 — The worst service

                    I gave my mobile (5610d-1) job sheet no[protected]/080312/99)to MULTIPLE MOBILE CARE, Coimbatore for display problems on mar12.Then i received my mob after 7 days and they charged me Rs.1700 (for cam prob and keypad).The next day again my mob encountered the same problem and i went to same nokia care center.They didn't mind me and made me come there for 5 continuous days and they finally received my mobile on mar28 job sheet no[protected]/080328/30). I have been waiting for a month and whenever i ask them their reply is "your mobile is waiting for dispatch and you will get it after two days".They are not even in a position to tell the status of my moblie.The namscareonline.com says my mob is "closed-unrepaired" all 24*7, the web site for the users to check the status but its of no use and i don't know for what purpose they have launched such filthy service stations all over India .There are many people like me facing similar problems.Sir i want them to feel what they are doing to people representing such a reputed company.They say that my mobile has been sent to Chennai Head office.I have lost the interest and faith over their service and the so called "NOKIA" company.To be frank the people in nokia centers are not bothered about people and they think that the customers visiting the centers have no work .kindly take my complaint and let those people know the pain of people.Thank you very much .
                    Dont BUY NOKIA 5610 otherwise you will also have to go through all pain we are suffering now. I bought the phone just in Jan 2008 and within 3 month of service, the Music Button got a crack. At that time, i have shown to Nokia customer care and they did not accept any claim instead informed me that they need to replace the entire body panel for which i need to pay INR 1800. I decided to continue with the crack one and suddenly the entire music button got broken. Now No Nokia customer centre in Kolkata has replacement music button. I am waiting since last 1 month and contacted almost all nokia centre but they do not have any answer.

                    After my much research, i found that lots of other people are suffering from same tpye of problem. The music buttons are not at all good and within 2-3 month, you need to get it replace. AND what's more no replacement button is available in market.

                    IN my opinion, it is just useless to waste your money in Nokia 5610 phone. Though the look is really good but without music button, you will even do not like to hold the phone for one hour. it is completely wasting of money

                    Nokia care executives are very pathetic.they dont know how to talk nd behave with customer.Dont take pain to solve our problems.I am trying get my new phone repaired(nokia 5610) but i dint get it back from last 10 days.

                    Nokia 5610 — hanging software, low battery

                    Nokia 5610 — failure to return handset

                    my handset, 5610 was purchased on june 1, 2008. it broke its joystick by the end of this same month and i duly submitted it to hotspot people (from where i purchased it) for repair. i was told it will take a maximum time of 2 weeks. ever since i have ben chasing these people without any news of my handset. they give one date then change it and then change it again. if nokia dosent have the spare part, why the hell does it make that phone at all. im frustrated and want a new phone or my phone back within a span of 3 days.

                    i gave my nokia 5610 cell phone at nokia care for repair it was having some network problem. i submitted my phone on 22nd june 2008.
                    write now on there site the status of my mobile is closed and repaired but when ever i call at nokia centre they say that your phone is not yet arrived here it is still in there head office and they dont have any clue about my cell phone.

                    Nokia 5610 — model has serious flaws

                    I have purchased a nokia-5610 set one and a half months back.
                    It worked finetill i started it for the first time.
                    Since then it has been a serious trouble. It often hangs up, disconects call, screen goes off, music stops and sometimes refuses to read any memory card.
                    After two weeks its screen was permanently blank as after starting it doesn't displays anything except nokia start-up tone.

                    I took it to Somdutt-plaza situated service centre who return it back after two days after re-installing the s/w.
                    But guess what all the problems persisted as its s/w crashed again.

                    Two months are not completed and it is twice that it has to took to service centre. Currently it is under warranty but what after one year.

                    This phone is completly flop, so as the Nokia.
                    SO PLEASE IF YOU ARE THINKING TO BUY ANY NOKIA PHONE,
                    THEN YOU BETTER LIVE WITHOUT ANY PHONE.
                    Or u will have to regret like me

                    Nokia 5610 — Mobile slider breaks by own - known defect confirmed by Customer care

                    I own Nokia 5610 express music mobile. Within one month of purchase the slider started breaking from the sides even though the mobile did not fell down. That was quite surprising. I contacted Nokia Care Bangalore and was told it doesnot come under warranty. And also was told that this is a known defect in this series of mobile. It was really shocking to know as I even suggest others on Nokia's robustness. Keeping aside the warranty stuff I wanted to replace the broken slider before I come to know all known defects (by NOKIA) in this mobile but none of the Nokia care centre's in Bangalore have the stock of it. I was told the stock will come in 1 month but it has been 2 months I did not receive any response. Could someone kindly let me know if a stock will be arriving or as it is a known defect will be left as such.
                    I bought nokia 5610 music edition. It automatically switch off's during the call, its really frustrating. I went to nokia care 4 times about this problem, but they could not recitify and replace my hand set. Is there any way of communicating directly to nokia about this problem.
                    yes the Music button is not at all good and the music button if broken it is charged and 2tice it got broken on mine.

                    i bought nokia 5610 some 9 months back.i am facing N numbers of problems viz profile setting ( even i set profile as silent mobile rings if a phone call comes), automatically it switches off in between the conversation, display goes and comes when u shake the phone, talking through speaker is not clear (always i have to talk keeping the loudspeaker on) and at last the weak battery..
                    so my kind advise to all that kindly dont go for NOKIA 5610 .

                    i bought my nokia 5610 in jan 2008.after one month it started hanging.i went to the nokia care centre gandhi nagar jammu.they said they will give the set in the evening.i got there in the evening to take my set back, and u know what they gave me...my nokia 5610 mobile with its display broken, with its music slider broken, and with its body broken.i was shocked to see my handset.after a very long negotation with the manager their, they asked me to take the handset in good condition day after tommorrow.then after two days i ringed their to take information about my handset...they said that we at the moment doesnt have the display and the body with us...and we have to send the handset to chandigarh for repair.one month passed, two months, four months...and so on...after six months i got a call from them that ur handset is ready come and take it...i got there and saw my handset, it was in right condition.then i asked them that i am taking my set back with me and u can take the service charge of rs 500 from me, that wht they told me to pay 6 months back...
                    but they refused to give me my handset back ...they said that u have to pay rs 4500.for the repair...which due to them happened and not due to me...in the end after much interaction they asked me to pay rs 2500, ...and that was the way i got my nokia 5610 xpress music back.

                    this whole thing shows what ...never give your handset to nokia coustomer care.

                    i've purchased a nokia 5610 mobile but after some time it started showing software problem,
                    i submitted it to nokia cutomer care for its repair and service
                    when i recived it after 24 days it was having the same problem with bent motherboard and several scrath on mobile body,
                    after resubmitting next day i recieved it after 22 days with other parts malfunctioning then i have to again submit it and waiting for it to get back from them...

                    Nokia 5610 — Wallpaper and ringtone which i am setting is getting changed by itself.

                    I am having a nokia 5601... i took it on 11feb2008.. its still in guarenty period... Its not even one yr n i am encountering several problems..

                    Prob 1 : For some pupose i removed the memory card.. when again i inserted it.. it was asking pasword which i never set... i gave it for repair... all my data got lost including images, sms, contacts etc...

                    I bought Nokia-5610 in the month of May-08. Within weeks o[censored]se, its music slider got broken. The front panel also got damaged. I went to Nokia care center in Kormangala, Bangalore, they said they dont have the stock of panel; contact after a week. I contacted after two weeks, but still they asked for more time. I called Nokia customer care service, there they provided mw with list of nokia dealers who have panels. I called each of them. All of them refused saying that they either dont keep panels or it is out of stock. I have tried all the care centers in bangalore but the reply is the same. I feel like ditched by NOKIA.

                    i had given my Nokia 5610 on 31st Oct 2008, for the replacement of the broken music key under the warranty period .When i called up on the due date, they told me the part was not recieved by them from the main center, and it wil take some 15 days, since then whenevr i went to collect they told me to come after 10 days, it has been now 7-8 times i have visited the care center (Nokia Care center, Jaipur ) but they give me some or the other excuse, finally when i called up to find andt they said it was ready, around 22nd Jan2009, when i went they told me it was under testing and they'll deliver it at my home before 6 in the evening that day itself, but i have been calling them again and again since then, and they have not delivered back yet .
                    Please take a serious action against this irresponsible behavior which has caused me so much of inconvenience and even i have not got my handset back, its 3 months now.

                    Yes, nokia phones has got many problems. Mine 5610 has problems, too. I bought the phone in August, 2008. From the beginning, it had heavy. software problems, it froze, restarted and all kinds of crap. It went to repair. Then it came back fixed. After 3 months, display broke. It went to Nokia again. It came back with new display, but the "new" display had 3 dead pixels, and 1 crack in music slider, I did not report this . It was'nt a big problem, but I paid 700EEK (about 70$). after 8 months, it has 4 cracks in music slider. I have never dropped this phone. I heard, that 97% of 5610 has music slider problems. now it is 13 months old. and a piece of slider is gone. I am sorry, but the plastic of slider is probably made of pure [censored], and made in China. I know I am going to lose the whole slider. It looks bad even now. It is a good phone, but why are the details in such a low quality? I went to nokia reseller. They said that it is my fault. IT IS NOT! If it is my fault, then it should have cracks in all places. I am very, very disapointed in Nokia. Can somebody help me?

                    Nokia 5610 — Worst quality of handset and poor customer serive

                    Dear Sir,

                    I purchased Nokia mobile set – model 5610 (slide model) from Bangalore (Bharthis, 4th block, Jayanagar), on 7th March 2009.
                    I had encountered several problems during the month of June 09.
                    1) The handset restarts every 10 mins.
                    2) My contact list were shown empty.But the contact memory was showing full.
                    3) I dont recieve the names of the caller even if I have saved them.
                    4) There were some display problems (Red spots all over the display).
                    I had given it for service at the Service center situated in Jaya Nagar, Bangalore.
                    Even though they committed me to service & return within 4 days, it got delayed & i got it only after 15 days.

                    I had encountered different problems now in Nov 09
                    1) The handset restarts every 1 min due to which I was not able to use the phone for anything.
                    2) Display problem. (I have seen all the colours in my display at a time)
                    3) I was not able to use the handset. Nothing came when I pressed any key.
                    I had given it for service at the Service center situated in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
                    I got the problem solved but they have tampered my handset. I dont feel like touching that handset. It is in a very bad shape.

                    I know about the Nokia instruments all over the world & I don’t know why only in India such problems are not attended to by the service centers properly. My friends & relatives who have got the Nokia instruments does not encounter such problem or if it is given to the service center, the problem does not repeat.

                    I had so much faith in NOKIA. I thought Nokia was the most reliable and best phone makers and best service providers. Now I dont. I am loosing my faith in Nokia instrument & the service centers.

                    Even 1 full year/ warranty period is not over from the date of purchase. But I have faced so many problems. I really cant imagine how much I should spend for this handset once the warranty period is over. So please take back this instrument & return the money (Rs 12,400) to me.
                    If I don’t get proper response, I may have to file a complaint against you.

                      Nokia 6270 — 8 times Mobile get repaired by Nokia care people in just 10 month.

                      I have purchased Nokia 6270 phone on Dec 12, 2006. After that eight times, It got repaired for problems like Alert ringing tone issue, Power: phone restarts/reboots, Display: Color issue, Charging battery: No charging etc in 10 month which was a warranty period. So how can I rely on such faulty mobile? I am having the details of service job sheet of Nokia care and bill of purchasing. Last time when I repaired my cell, Nokia care people has changed my ringers of phone and sound of those ringers was very poor as compared to original one. As per Nokia people they can't do better than this. I have contacted to my retailer but he accepted the fault but as per retailer, he is helpless. Nokia people have troubled me like any thing.

                      i had purchased a NOKIA 6270 on 18th April 2007 from BIG BAZAR, NAGPUR, Maharashtra State, India. Phone Details are as follows.                         Hi ,
                        This is an official comlaint on behalf of ABHISHEK MINTU, owner Nokia 3110c, IMEI No. [protected], Job sheet #[protected]/080304/31,
                        I submitted my Phone Nokia 3110c to SHEETLA WLL SRVs centre, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon on the 04th of March,2008 for repair of FM Audio and remedy Restarting Error.
                        On the 08th of March, the executives over there told me that My phone has been sent to the Nokia Office as it can't be repaired and that I'll get a replacement.
                        I kept my cool.. 03 days later, they repeated the same thing and said " we have no updates about your phone'. Still I maintained my calm. Next evening again I was told the same thing....
                        This is something like harassing the poor customers of Nokia very badly and it is totally intolerable !!!!!!!
                        So now the issue is boiling and I officially warn the concerned authorities to look into the matter and deliver me the replacement of my set at the earliest and respond back to me within 24 hrs..
                        Also, if I don't get a suitable reply soon, You should be ready to face legal actions in the CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA.

                          1. Nokia N92 cell phone (Under Warranty) given for repair at Nokia Care, Green Park S-10, New Delhi-110019 on 23 Feb 2008.
                          2. Got a replacement Set Nokia N77 on 12 Mar 2008.
                          3. The orignal set (Nokia N92) purchased at INR 23, 504/- vs Nokia N77 MRP at INR 18800/-
                          4. N77 also being phased out and not available at most Nokia Sales Outlets.
                          4. Coy should give same model ie Nokia N92 as replacement OR permit exchange for higher model after taking difference in cost.

                            I bought a Nokia N70 Music Edition of IMEI No. [protected] from Nokia Priorty Dealer, Sivasagar, Assam(Gaurav Communication)on 16th May '07.
                            On 27 Feb '08 I found that it couldn't be turn on.I took it to the NOKIA CARE, Sivasagar, Assam on the same day.They said that the phone had a virus attack(though I don't have any GPRS).After 2 days when I went there to get my phone back they demanded me Rs 300 for their service(though it was within warranty period).
                            I again encountered with the same problem on 10th March '08 & so I again took it to the NOKIA CARE, Sivasagar, Assam.They didn't return me till date.

                            Hi,
                            I signed a lease agreement with my new landlord for a room that I rented for 5ooo rupees per month. This took place on the 1st of March 2oo8 with total amount of 10000 Rupees (ONE MONTHS RENT AND ONE MONTH'S SECURITY). At the time the landlord asked for a week before the room is ready for use because the entire house was under renovation. A week passed and I still did not water supply or an electricity meter or a ceiling fan. I had to fight for a fan which ideally is his responsibility. Another week passed and I still did not have a window glass in my bathroom not to mention no electricity meter as well and no water in the tank. That’s two weeks gone.
                            At the end of the 2nd week I couldn't take it anymore. The landlord was just taking me for granted. So I gave up eventually because every time I try to move in I find there is still no basic civic amenities. At this I told the landlord that too many days have already passed and money paid but I still don't have a room I could move into. I cancelled the deal. This was the landlord's suggestion as well. But now, He won't return my 10000 Rupees back. He wants me to pay for a month's rent, when I in reality, have not spent a single day or night in the room. Obviously, because it was still incomplete.
                            This is unfair and feel I am being taken advantage of only because I am alone and an outsider and most importantly because I am a woman. WHY MUST I PAY FOR SOMETHINGTHAT WAS NEVER USED FOR NO FAULT OF MINE!
                            Please guide me in terms of the best way out of this. This is unjust and I feel I don't deserve it at all.

                              I have purchased a brand new nokia e65 from the authorised showroom on 15/08/2007(Only 7 Months Old)(cochin-J.P traders). Couple of days back the phone got conged-off and the service centre team replaced the handset with a used handset, which is not functioning properly and understand that the hand set repalced was a used one and is diffrent color too.
                              I have sepnd Rs.18K for the new handset and not able to use the handset features optimally. I am using the entire features of this handset, especially connectivity features like GPRS, Blutooth etc.
                              This is creating uneasiness in my personal and offical time. As genuine and long time Nokia fan and customer I was really shocked to have such and incident from Nokia
                              Also the service centre person is not giving me the details of the service head of Nokia. I hope i will get an immediate attention from your end.

                                I had submitted my nokia handset to HCL Nokia Care ltd on 11th of march 2008. I was told that the set will be repaired on 14th of march 2008. But unfortunately the nokia people did not communicate me that the handset has developed a problem in Main Display and the keypad problem which was reported could not be solved and that my set is expected to be repaired on 24th of this month.

                                  This is Ganesh N. Kulaye, I am one of the custmer of Vodaphone, my mobile number is [protected], I purchased on August 2008, 3110 Classic Nokia Mobile from Essar Telecon Ratail Ltd.(Lal Baug).
                                  Now i am getting problem with this handset, first is SMS is not going from this system but it is receiving the massages.The second problem is it is every time getting restart. and every time it is showing Chack Info Services.
                                  I also spoke to customer care executive they suggested me some setting and i done it also but still SMS is not going.
                                  So i went to the Essar Telecon Ratail Ltd.(Lal Baug) shop i spoke to the concern person but he told me you have to go to Lower Parel at Bright Point India Pvt ltd.Phonix Mill Compound for repairing the mobile.
                                  Sorry to tell you see, the mobile is getting problem not because of me. it is faulty instruments which i got from Essar Telecon Ratail Ltd.(Lal Baug).so they have to either replace it or repaired it. this is not my work to go there and repair it.My office timing is also not fixed so how can i manage the time to make it proper. in this case one of the person of the shop has to go there and get it done properly.
                                  I am requesting to you to take care of my problem and i hope you will solve the problem earlier.My alternative number is [protected].

                                  I have Nokia3110 Classic Handset. My problem is that if I sent a SMS to anybody, it counts it equal to 2 SMSes. For example, if I've balance 110 SMS in my account, but as I sent 1 SMS, the balance remain 108 instead of 109. I'm unable to undersatnd where is problem.
                                  Hey Guyz, I also had this mobile but later changed . So The solution for restarting of mobile phone . Maybe your memory card is full "DELETE SOME DATA FROM IT" . Maybe a virus ""FORMAT YOUR MEMORY CARD Code:*#7370#" or Your sim circuit is small for your mobile " REPLACE IT WITH A BIGGER ONE " . This should help you :)

                                      I had purchased Nokia Mobile Model # 6030 black from RPG.COM at Maninagar Ahmedabad Gujrat on 16/12/2007. It's Serial number is [protected].

                                      The display of the same is not working since last couple of days.

                                      The shopkeeper & the customer care of Nokia at Maninagar Ahmedabad were contacted but they do not respond properly.
                                      They keep giving an execuse that the mobile has got damaged by dropping it. They are ready to get the same repaired on chargable basis. However there are no outside scratches/ dmamge.

                                      You are requested to look into the matter on top priority & instruct the persons concerned to get the same replaced / repaired as it is under warranty period. I do not agree with the argument of Nokia customer care executives.

                                      Please note if I do not get any responce I will have no option but to go to the consumer redressal forum.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have purchased one NOKIA handset 3110 classic Serial number: [protected] on 29.09.2007 from M/S. Ashirbad, kol-07, but unfortunately that set found defective (Automatic set on/off Problem)I have deposited that set for repair 1st time on 8.12.2007 job sheet no. [protected] and 2nd time on 3.01.2008 job sheet no. [protected] and that set replaced by you on 21.01.2008 vide serial number [protected]. After one month using the new hand set I have faced same problem with new hand set and I have deosited that set for repair on 01.03.2008 vide your service job no [protected] and they are back on set on 3.3.2008, today moring this set doing same problem.

                                        Now my request to you please advice me what I am doing with this set and what is your duty with this type of problematic hand set.

                                        Pl. note that I have use 1 GB memory card 1st time after advice of your service executive I have use 512 MB memory card with new hand set.
