Sir,
I have taken cell of model 3110c (304E[protected]on 25-Sep-2007,From Kumar Telecom,Miston Ganj,Rampur (u.P) after taking this mobile I am getting lot of problems. When I try to use Bluetooth, Mp3 player,GPRS or any of the other application it suddenly hanged up(Display and Rebooting problem), I brought my mobile so many times to the service centre both in Lajpat Nagar Delhi and in Nokia Care of Rampur U.P, they were just formatting the software and again reloading software. Because of this I am loosing all my contacts and other data as well. Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price
I expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest but always your service centre executives gave me mobile with out proper inspectionin.So i request you to look into this matter and do the needful and replace this with new mobile.
i hope soon i willl get your positive response

sir, i have problem with recieving filesfrom other phone...showing operation failed...also around 5MB in phone memory is missing...
phone automatically switches on andoff for several times. I gave that mobile for serviceing and they reinstalled the previous softwara nad gave it to me, then also it is in same problem. pleae try replace my set.
i am also having the same problem in just 10 days, i visited a nokia site, the solution given is to took the memory card away and apply factory settings, now apply zodiac theme, and put the memory card..
3110c nokia mobile total waste
Bought a Nokia 3110C 30 days back. It heats up while talking and it becomes unbearable to hear other person. Have given this phone for servicing twice in the last 30 days.battery is also changed. This has been the same case with couple of friends also who bought this phone after me. I hope Nokia India takes notice of this to save some credibility of theirs.

Yeah, Nokia 3110c has problems. while updating the music library it get switch off again & again. I am also facing this problem. I have formatted my memory card many times due to mthat problem. I have to say that Nokia haven't checks the quality tests in manufacturing it.
my nokia 3110c phone having the restart problem.i took this phone nokiacare for 6 times.my phone software upgrates to v06.02.but still there is problem.please replace my phone.my mobile no is [protected].please call me and tell me the response.

i have taken mobile on Feb 2007.serial no.([protected])i am facing so many problem such as switch off, while using blue tooth, infrared, MP3, radio, net work is not catching properly while in city also, display is gone for 2 times, now it is duplicate..it is ready to die by some blue colour horizontal line.by this i cant see properly messages, contacts...software problem, so i gave to service they told to change the software...for display now they want death proof...i asked what is it they told while servicing if any thing comes wrong they are not responsible like that they told...panel is cut off...i changed the panel for more than 10-12 times...now i am fed up with this cell...when i am thinking of throwing 1 of my friend told about you...now i want to request that to return the full amount that time how much i paid or replace with new set of 3110c...m waiting for you...So i request you to look into this matter and do the needful and replace this with new mobile.

my nokia 3110c serial no changed to 123456... and the phone is switching off. please help me
i have faced all the problem describe above, , ...in the 3110c...
i want to replace by new one..how can i replace ? my mobile is under the warantty period.

Nokia 3110C — replace phone

i purchase nokia 3110c and paced some problem with emi no.-[protected].i went to nokia care after 1 week they give me another phone and said that that phone was demaged and this is replaced by company but was old and its gurantee expraired in 2009.and after it i am pacing lot of problem with it pls help me.
My replaced phone emi no- [protected] which is replaced by Shree Nath Telecom.Panipat and no other care now repaired it while it is on warranty till now.

      I happened to review the other complaints & I need to say that I am lucky because I had bought Nokian 7610 in Feb 06. Until recent past, I never had any technical problems. Recently I experienced a problem with my mobile, mobile wasn't switching on. We handed over the mobile to a Nokia Priority Dealer (Air Connect) Opposite to Forum Mall. While handing over the phone, the shop person had mentioned in the receipt that the mobile battery was given back to us. Later when we went to receive the mobile, we found that memory card was missing. On questioning, the shop person said that memory card was not available in the mobile at the time of handing over. It was so obvious that he was lying because if he had handed over the same to us, he should have mentioned that in the receipt. After a heated argument, he agreed to return the mobile with a memory card after checking with the technician. Tomorrow Jan 29th, I will be going to collect the same. If it is not happy ending, I shall write more in this column.

      my daughters phone nokia 6500c was given to airconnect next to forum mall koramangala. They told the minimum charge for identication of problem was 150Rs. Then we get a call after two days stating the it will cost us 1550 Rs to get the phone to work. The complain i logged was phone not charging. They charged the phone and i paid the bill. After making one call the battery was one cell down and when i recharged it refused to do so with the charger. Took it back to check and returned after 2 days and again the same result and this time they damaged the camera.
      The end of story the phone is irrepairable today and i paid them 1671Rs. for the charger because they initially diagonised that was the problem.

        Esteemed?Sir/Madam,

        I Mr.Soumyajit Nath,permanently residing at 230,Subhas Nagar Bye-Lane,Dum Dum Cantonment,Kolkata-700065,West Bengal,India bought a 3110c from a local shop named Kumar Telecom of address 149,R.N Guha Road,Dum Dum Cantonment,Kolkata-700028,West Bengal,India on 29.11.2007 with original tax invoice.The phones IMEI No. is [protected],Battery No.[protected]E20826028 and
        Charger No. 3943497362123057560675605.
        Soon after purchasing the handset,I put one new 1 GB memory card to support my music files in the phone.I also opted GPRS from my service provider as I was using it with my previous Samsung phone.On the 7th day of my purchase i.e 6.12.2007,I noticed that my mobile set was automatically switching itself off and turning on again for a couple of times.I didn't understand why!At this point of time my 1GB memory card was only half filled.On the next day,i.e 7.12.2007,the same thing happened to my phone....switching off and on repeatedly untill it totally got closed!I had to switch it on again and then the same thing got repeated again and again!!I was not able to use my phone anymore because it was switching itself off with the same procedure.My friend suggested me to disconnect the memory card and see what happens!!After disconnecting I was amazed to see my phone heal!!It became normal.I could recieve and make calls,sms,surf,everything.At that instance we doubted that maybe the culprit is my Micro Sd Card,though it is of a reputed manufacturer(SANDISK original.)For experimentation we put my card in my friends LG to find out what was wrong!But alas.it was running very smoothly on my friends mobile for 1 whole day.This encouraged me to put it back in my 3110c on 8.12.2007.But very unfortunately the old problem returned!!After 2-3 hours,my phone started switching itself off and on untill it totally closed.I was totally drained of my spirit as I have coughed up around 6,000 INR (indian rupees) for the mobile set,just 9 days back to such a reputed and respected company as NOKIA,and it is giving me such disappointing returnsI cotacted your(NOKIA) 3rd party authorised service centre in Kolkata,i.e HCL Infosystems Ltd. address 37,Shakespeare Sarani,Kolkata-700017 immediately.They told me over the phone to visit them with my phone to fix the problem.They also added that re-installing the operating software in the phone will heal the problem.I was busy for one more day,and on 10.12.2007 took the set to them.I demonstrated them the problem,and they told me to hand over the phone to them for repairing work.WHAT!!ITS ONLY A 10 DAY OLD PHONE!!WHY WILL I GIVE IT FOR REPAIR?WHY WILL I NOT GET A REPLACEMENT??SMILINGLY,THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS NOT THE COMPANY POLICY TO REPLACE A SET,UNTILL AND UNLESS IT COMES TO THEM REPEATEDLY 3 TIMES!BUT SHOULDN'T THERE BE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SIX MONTH OLD SET AND A 6-7 DAYS OLD SET??IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THE PHONE CAME WITH A MANUFACTURING DEFECT!WHY IN THE WORLD WILL THE CUSTOMER SUFFER??Instead,they took my phone leaving the battery,charger and other accessories with me!!They gave me a jobsheet with number [protected] and told me to come after 3 days,i.e 13.12.2007.
        So???What will I do these 3 days??Will I buy another mobile???Is it not the resposibility of the company to provide a second mobile in the days of repair???Is this how NOKIA treats their valued (Indian) customer with a 10 day old good-for-nothing set????This is just the beginning Sir/Madam!!I got my mobile back on 14.12.2007 on producing and giving back the original jobsheet,and they gave me back the repaired set and verbally said that everything is alright now!!There was no case history document or detail of the repair given to me.Thanks to Jesus,that I photocopied the original Jobsheet somedays back!!Rest is history!!!

        On 16.12.2007,again the same problem showed up!!Now,with or without Micro SD!I took it to HCL on 17.12.2007 one more time.They kept it for 4 days!This jobsheet no. was [protected].
        I was once again not provided any mobile set for using in these 4 ever-waiting days.On 21.12.2007 just before Christmas I got back my dear "lost son" with same soothsaying......"your phone is alright now!"
        All verbal,nothing official?!(Anyway,I have photocopied this jobsheet also!)
        On 27.12.2007,just after christmas............will I stop???.....No,I can't!!......the set again showed up the same problem!!!!!!!Now just simply using the GPRS(and not memory card) was scaring the world renowned 'NOKIA' set to light up and smile!And I,Mr.Soumyajit Nath,on 28.12.2007,the 'proud' owner of a world famous brand,had to travel miles to the HCL hospital with a broken,frustrated heart for the 3rd time...hoping,that now I will get rid of this mini-satan!!Yes!the 'really helpful' people at HCL gave me another jobsheet no. [protected] with a new term they used in it called 'SWAP'!Somebody from the higher authority of HCL wrote,"Recommended for swap." and signed on it.The expected return date they wrote was 28.01.2008!!That is exactly 1 month time!!!......! month without mobile???
        You see,I am the owner of the 3110c for 1 month,but I have hardly used it.Meanwhile ,I had to purchase a new mobile (obviously not NOKIA.....no....never again!!) and cough up another 5000 INR for nothing,because my profession demands it!DO YOU PEOPLE THINK THAT ALL THESE MONEY COMES FROM CHEATING PEOPLE LIKE YOU ALL DO AT NOKIA!???
        Well, I got the 'swapped' set within the expected date,i.e 28th!I hoped to get a completely brand new set with proper company packing,sealed in a box!But,instead,what I got was a set in a nasty plastic pouch kept tight with the help of a rubber band.On further inspection,I (with one of my friend) saw that there are many scratch marks on the set,as if it had been used for a long time!!The 'new' handset carries IMEI no.[protected].When I showed one officer,Mr.Sanjay Agarwal of HCL,all the scratch marks,he told us that they can't do anything because,it all comes from the Nokia head office in India!!I doubt whether the set came from any head office or from their cunning head!!!On severe argument,he told me to come just after one week,so that they can change the facia of the phone,The facia of 3110c was unavailable right then!WHAT DO YOU PEOPLE THINK OF INDIAN CUSTOMERS??WE DON'T HAVE ANY WORK??I will have to go their again after 1 week,so that my NEW-REPLACED(SWAPPED) mobile may look BRAND NEW AGAIN??WHAT IRONY!!???But wait Sir/Madam,there is more,from 25.01.2008,just 3 days after I got back the 'new' mobile,the same old nasty problem showed up again!!!!!Does problems,malfunctions,customer harrasments go hand in hand with NOKIA???This is a big question!!WHAT WILL I DO NOW??WILL I GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT/FORUM?WILL I SPEAK TO THE MEDIA??I AM UNABLE TO DECIDE!!
        WHO WILL COMPENSATE FOR THE HARRASMENTS AND MENTAL FRUSTRATIONS THAT I AM GOING THROUGH,INCLUDING LOSS OF MONEY????
        Please let me know as soon as possible.

        Its all true. nokia sucks. they should be penalised. its their duty to mend it and fix the problem. Such a reputed company could bring out such a phone in market. its unimagineable. nokia go to hell.
        The same problem happened to my mobile .....nokia manufactures are cheaters .......they must be punished....if they are unable to repair my mobile i"ll move to consumer court.....

        My Mobile is swtching auto ON & OFF. It`s 5th time I am going to Nokia care in 7 months. I am Fedup of this peice 3110c. It`s an 3rd class pice.

        I am also one of the ill fated nokia 3110c customers.Its total waste .i request, any body taking any action against this problem,
        to please also inform me abt the same.The NOKIA PEOPLE MUST BE TAUGHT A LESSON.So lets unite and take a combined effort against this pathetic treatment.

        Nokia 3110C — waste customer support

        I have purchased Nokia 3110c mobile, from the starting onwards there was a problem with the sound I hardly hear any sound even in pin drop silence environment, so I started listening to it with loudspeaker which was also most disturbing with very low voice.
        I approached Nokia care at Ameerpet, Hyd to get it serviced, they opened the instrument for the check of the defect and said it is required to change the ringer (device) in it and it costs around 700 rupees (I still had warranty then). I din't get service then, and when returned home even the weak loudspeaker stopped working. This is the servicing quality with the Nokia care people.
        The above said is nothing when compared to the one Iam going to say now.

        After that I went to Nokia care at Secunderabad, they said they will replace the ringer (device) without any cost (as there was warranty period), I dint backup my contacts or any data that was in phone's memory because only the ringer has to be replaced. The next day they called me up and told that the phone is repaired and is ready for the delivery.
        When I reached there to pick my phone, in addition to the earlier problem, another problem was raised, my mobile was not even getting power on, that was disgusting, I argued with them for the poor service, INSTEAD OF REPAIRING THE PROBLEMS, THEY ARE CREATING NEW PROBLEMS.
        Then they said the phone has to be sent to the Nokia company to get it repaired and it takes 15 days, and they dint give me any alternative phone.
        I got my mobile repaired after 25 days with the software change and all my personal data lost, mainly the contacts and some imp info.
        I only know the importance of the loss of information, mainly the contacts.
        ITS BEEN VERY DISGUSTING AND AWKWARD with the successful mobile company in India like Nokia company for its very poor customer support and service.
        I advice Nokia to recruit proper technical people atleast if not the best.

          I had submitted the complaint in the same forum but the reply or progress in the work is not known to me.This forum is only for the viewing the complaints or not I don't know. Anyhow I am resubmitting my phone problem with this moment. Please refer my complaint dated 24 Jan '2008.

          Nokia 5300 — battery

            i gave my head set to nokia care for replacement on 26/12/2007 at nokia care center at Tagore garden, New Delhi & the target delivery date given by them was 14/01/2008,But till today i can't get my head set & even they have transfered there Nokia care center from Tagore Garden to Narayana which is approx. 15KM away from Tagore Garden,I am getting mantelly harrased .

            I am to inform you that i purchased a N-73 nokia mobile less than one year before.it's infra red light is always switched on..i hav complained about it in nokia care thrice in 2months.Everytime they say they hav repaired it but the problem reoccurs after 30minutes to one hour.i want to my cell to b repaired permanently else i'll issue a legal costumer case.

            I have purchased a Nokia 6500s from a authorised dealer in lucknow after 4 months of the purchase, one big black spot have been started coming on the screen, when i have contacted the nokia care then they have told me that the liquid from the screen have been leaked out. But for your information neither the mobile have been dropped by me nor it was suffered any impact then how come the liquid leaked out from the screen, its a pure manufacturing defect or the spurious mobile have been sold to me.If company can prove it, i'll not ask for the claim part, otherwise i'm free to take the legal action against the dealer & the company too.

            sir i own a NOKIA N70.one and half months ago i had problem in camera so went to the Nokia care Allahabad situated at Tashkand Marg.they simply format my cell and returned it back to me, as i checked the cell the problem was still there.I asked them to please do something but they said this problem can not be rectified.
            Then after a week i went to the nokia care situated in civil lines allahabad.they kept my cell for a week and when they returned i saw that the problem was as it was.i again gave my cell to them on[protected] having jobsheet number as FD5/090710/161.sir more than 35 days has been passed i am without my mobile.they are looking very inactive.i dont know why are they taking so much time.sir if they dont have capability to rectify a cellphone so who have given them permission to own a nokia care and play wid people's trust over nokia.
            Sir we go to NOKIA and NOKIA CARE for trust not for this bad service.sir if it is nokia care then what will be the difference between a small mobile repair and a big name NOKIACARE.
            sir i am not the onlyone who is suffering from nokiacare civil lines's ill treatment there are many but they dont know where and how to complain.
            Sir its my sincere request to you please do something so that i could get my cell phone back in good working condition and in time.

            Nokia — Mobile not repaired yet after 1 month

            I had given my Nokia E61i phone for repair of Display I was told I will receive it within a week its been a month now and status is same I am informed every week it will be done in one week I don't know what is the problem with theml.They think person here is and free calling them always and specially their manager Neha is quite arrogant and don't know how to talk to a customer.I am again told it will take 1 week WHERE THE HELL YOUR SPARE PARTS COME FROM.               Sir,
              Im AKASH AGARWAL from Hyderabad. I was facing some camera problem with my four months old nokia N73 music edition. The camera of the mobile did not work at times and the screen kept coming and going. I was facing this problem since a long time so I had submitted my handset at the nokia care at 6-3-883/5 Panjagutta, Hyderabad. I got the handset back on the same day but soon after few days I found the problem still persisting so I again submitted my handset at the same nokia care on the 31/12/2007 and was given the delivery date of 07/01/08. On reaching the nokia care on the date of delivery I was told that my handset could not be repaired and will be swapped and was told to come on the 10/01/08 to collect the replaced handset. On reaching the nokia care on the promised date I was told that stock of the replacements has not yet come and was assured I will be given the replaced handset on 21/01/05. Getting tired by the false promises I tried filling a complain through nokia telephone helpline but was told that the job sheet no. given to me was not computerized and I must get the computerized no. from the same nokia care for filling a complain. On reaching the nokia care again I was not given the computerized job sheet no. but was promised in writing that I will receive my handset on 25/01/08. To my surprise I receive a call from the same nokia care on 24/01/08 saying that the stock still has not come and now I will receive my replaced handset on 31/01/08.sir I don’t have words to express my anger. You can very well understand my position right now. For the whole one month my handset is with nokia care and it is still with them. I never expected this kind of response from nokia. How many times do I visit nokia care leaving all my work? Kindly take the due action and reply as soon as possible.

              Nokia GSM handset Model 2630 — New set ig getting Hanged

              i purchased a brand new NOKIA 2630 GSM mobile handset from Nokia Priority at Yamuna Nagar (Haryana) with IMEI no as [protected] on 22 Jan 2008. This set is not working satisfactorily. The operating system is getting Hanged (struck) in last operatoin and does not come out of it.. The battery has to be removed from the set to restart only. This problem was shown to local Nokia priority but there was no satisfacotry solution or reply from them. please help me

              Dear sir,

              I have a serious grievance against one of the nokia care center in South Kolkata. I bought a nokia n72 mobile phone from Nokia priority. It was working fine, however after 6 months my mbile started getting hanged. I took it to the Nokia Care center at 26/2 Hindustan park, Gariahat, Kolkata- 29 (near fire brigade). The customer care agents told me they will repair it and will return it to me within 2 to 3 business days. My harassment started from that point of time. I had t go there 10 times to get it back and everytime they gave it back without repairing it. At last one day they told me that mobile cannot be repaired and they insisted me to take an old worn out mobile which I refused to take. They told that the phone is old. I demanded my original cell back to me. They funny part is that I was informed that it is no more in India and that they have transported it to Sinapore. However after lot of harassment and conversation they finally gave it back.

              Then I moved to a different care center and to my utter astosishment they got it repaired just within 1 day and told me that it was just a problem with the software of the pone. I request you to take some steps against the nokia care center in hindusthan park, so that we are not misguided by some inefficient agents. Please do not spoil the reputation Nokia has earned.

              I am the abovenamed, purchased a NOKIA N73 (basic) mobile phone just three days ago from a reputed departmental stores in the city of Abu Dhabi in the UAE. I bought this mobile with a lot of happiness and confident. But eversince I purchaed, it gives me a lot of disppointments! namely, when I have been on overseas calls the phone abruptly hang out and does not immediately switch on. It happened to me more than three times during that three days period. The secong thing being, when I was trying to take a photo, again the phone hags out and after that it never came back to it's original mode. The screen remains blue and nothing appears. Althouhg I am able to receive cxalls, no calls can be made and it is great dissappointment and I deeply regret why did I buy this phone.

              Therefore, I shall be thankful enough to the authorities if any meaningful steps are taken to repleace this phone with immediate effect. The local agents are M/s. Emirates Computers L.L.C. in the UAE.

              On 19.09.08, I have gone to the service center personally and enquired and they could not give delivery on that date. Thereafter, with repetitive telephone to your call center and the service center, no one gave me any firm date of delivery.

              Ultimately, today (22.09.08), I have gone to the service center at 10:15 in the morning and presented the job sheet for delivery of the handset. They have produced me a different handset bearing No: I.M.E.I. [protected]. The set is much old and altogether discolored and wornout.

              Promptly, I refused to take delivery of the same, but your people has told that the handset which I have submitted was not repairable and hence could be replaced by this old service handset. They also threatened that if I do not take delivery of the same, they will not be able to deliver me the original handset.
              I have under compulsion taken delivery of the same and ask copies of the job sheet which they have refused to give. On persuasion, I got a Xerox copy of the job sheet and I have signed the sheet but with comments “subject to verification” and replacement of another set in place of my original one.

              The said replaced set, is complete worthless set and full of the earlier vices (getting hang again and not working). Being frustrated, I have telephoned your customer care,[protected] and talked to your customer care executive “Ms. Krishna”, who has taken a note of it and advised me to again approach the service center for repair.

              Now as a consumer I feel that:

              1. There is no iota of doubt that you are completely negligent in service.

              2. Your authorized service center befooling the customers without taking any repairing jobs.

              3. That your service center has replaced my 4 month old set by another worn-out set and compelled me to accept the same which is purported to be an untrustworthy act beyond your authority and jurisdiction.

              4. The above-replaced set is also not working. It is another deceitful act.

              5. My valuable time is wasted for approach and repetitive approach to your service center.

              6. I completely make you people responsible for all this harassment. I want to get back my original handset bearing original IMEI duly repaired or a new handset or refund back of money towards the cost of my hand set for Rs. 7625/-.

              7. If I don’t get any reply within 3 days from today, I will be taking recourse to appropriate legal forum, which please note.

              There appears to be total lack of communication between Infotel Services and your Main Repair Shop.

              Be that as it may, as a long time user of Nokia Sets I feel disenchanted and frustrated. Incidentally, the set is not even one year old.

              May I expect some quick and positive development out of this cry of anguish?

                Dear Sir

                I bought the Nokia 3110C Mobile from e-ZONE Jayanagar, Bangalore on 09.01.2008, for rupees 4900/-, on that time they told me this set is support upto 2GB memory Card (microSD) even i enquire with the Nokia Customer Care also, They told me don't go for 2GB better you use 1GB Micro-SD Card, as per the instructions i Bought 1GB Micro-SD Card (Kingston), when i load the data my set become keep on restarting, then i go to nokia service center Jayanagar, they told especialy 3110c is not supporting any memory cards except MU-22 (Nokia Mu-22 Micro-SD 1GB) then i Bought the same Memory card on 25.01.08 but till the same problem is occuring in my set. please give us the solution.

                My nokia 3110c restarted when the memory card is used.
                even my handset is having same problem
                the set restarts 3 times when we switch on cell and ultimately switches off
                even my sim card has also been damaged because this restart problem
                now no one wants to take the responsibility of this problem
                company says its due to cheap memory card
                memory card seller says its handset problem
                and sim card company says its a exceptional case
                NOKIA SHOULD GIVE REPONSE TO THIS HANDSET PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

                the cell nokia 3110 reboots automatically.i gave it 2 the service centre and they said that it may be due to the memory card.i cahnged my memory card but it could not cure the problem.whenever i change my theme or update my musc library, it happens. please help me. i am not in the condition of buying new mobile.

                n.b.:- at nokia service center, isaw many people having the same set and the same problem

                Nokia 3110C — restaring automaticaly

                i purchase nokia 3110c . after inserting the memory card (1GB) the handset is restaring again and again because of that i remove the memory card and than switch in handset again same thing is done so please give me a good sugeshion about the complaint .if any problem create than send me a comment on this
                The same is with my cell...every once a month atleast if not more, i face this problem!
                Those who still have this restarting problem on Nokia 3110c ... Im telling the solution again, step by step.
                It ll work . you dont need to go 4 the firmware v5.05


                I[censored]r phone restarted 3 or 4 times and switched off automatically. Try this
                method
                1] Remove the battery and Micro SD card
                2] wait about 5 minutes
                3] Then switch On the phone WITHOUT the memory card

                Now ur phone working well without restarting

                4] Then you must restore Factory settings frm the Settings Menu
                [default security code:12345]
                {i know most of people have done this thing, but remember u have 2 go
                with the correct order.Unless it will not work.OK}

                5] Now apply a theme. The theme's size should be below 100kb

                6] Now ur phone working fine without the Micro SD

                7] Then wait about 5 minutes and Switch of[censored]r phone

                8] Remove the battery and insert the Micro SD
                {Don t Format the memory card}

                9] Switch On ur Nokia 3110c phone.
                10] Now Keep ur free Phone memory space [Not the memory card's free space]
                between 470kb - 499kb.

                Now surely ur 3110c working fine about 5
                months.During these time u can
                1] Send/receive any file via bluetooth.
                2] Enjoy Music, video, GPRS, Yahoo Go ...etc
                3] Also u can Update music library anytime.
                but remember below DONTs
                1] Don t try to change themes.{u have to stick with a theme}
                2] Charge ur phone in ON mode
                3] Dont fully discharge the battery
                4] Start charging ur phone when there is only a bar on Battery indicator
                5] Dont erase calender notes

                Make sure about above 5 Donts

                Dont worry i[censored]r phone restarted once.{U know the problem is restarting several times
                and automatically swiched off.}

                After 4 or 5 month there is a possibility to occur the problem again.
                if so Follow the above steps again.

                I am having the problem of getting restarted automatically on my NOKIA 3110C. My memory card is 1GB. Can You suggest me to get recover from it.
                I have the same problem with nokia 3110c.The restarting problem limits the uasge of storage capacity of memory cards( upto 300 MB).The phone will be restarted while i refresh the playlist of music player.The problems remains until i delete some folders in memory card, especially applications(themes, games etc.).

                I bought this Nokia 3110c mobile 26 October 2008. I had the same restarting problem. I made a complaint in the showroom and replaced with a new one. The new piece also had similar problem(restarting for 2 or 3 times and getting switched off automatically). So i checked the new mobile in the showroom with a different sim card. I didnt show any reactions like before(the restarting problem). Because my hutch sim card was bought 4 years back, it didnt suited i guess. Then i changed my sim card with the same number and inserted in the mobile. Surprisingly it is working properly without any problem now.

                So better try changing the sim card.
                i also facing the same problem!!! i get 3110c last year, starting use is ok, it work fine, but after few month, i found that the song in the memory card will crash... then i go n ask the shop which sell phone, they say my memory card got virus, they ask me reformat it, i scan it with just update anti virus, i cant find any virus, but i reformat it too. then i put in song, the same problem again, restart when i on it!!! it will work ok when without memory card, but what for 1 pay for RM500++ get a phone which can use memory card!!!????
                it also can receive song that send to it via bucktooth, the song will crash!!! but for photo which small in size no problem la.
                this few weeks, i try put 2 song in memory card per time, it work fine, but this few day, when i put song again (inside already got 30++ songs) the phone get crazy again!!! RESTART!!!

                I bought nokia 3110c with 1gb micro-sd. People told me its drawbacks. So i used my friend's 3110c for a week. I found its faults but i was confident that i'll make over those faults. After a month of purchase i too had same restarting problems. I scanned my phone and i found no virus. Then i installed fileexplorer v3.0 alpha from wap.getjar.com . Then i found 2 viruses like autorun.inf, sxs.exe. Then i changed its properties and deleted the virus now look i'm using my 3110c with no prob. i've more than 200 mp3, 100themes, 50games, 75softwares and a movie.no problem yet. So enjoy. East or west nokia3110c is the best

                i bought this mobile on 07/09/08.i got a problem that IT AUTOMATICALLY SWITCHED OFF AND RESTART AGAIN AFTER A CALL END. i take it to nokia care where it reparied 3 times, 1st time software update is done, 2nd time baterry is changed, 3rd time sended it to calcutta centre by the local nokia care. still the problem is unsolved. now i want to replace the mobile.

                I purchased my mobile on 16-august-2007, version 04.91(3110c). it has sound problem, some what missing the clarity and resound in this mobile, voice also not audioble to others and me, day by day it's the problem is rising.what can i do to solve the problem.

                All the user of nokia 3110c those who are facing the problem of AUTOMATICALY RESTART, I've a solution for u.
                I also have a nolia 3110c and even my handset is having same problem
                the set restarts 3 times when we switch on cell and ultimately switches off. Later i came to knw, the couse of this problem is virus. A cell phone virus is quite like computer virus.
                Once u resieved the virus infacted dat through bluetooth or downloading, it start looking for other bluetoote phones to infect.
                To solve this problem you have to update your phone software with new one. To update nokia 3110c phone software you need to have nokia pc suit instale in your computer. you can get it free from nokia web site (www.nokia.co.in). Details are given on the website on how to update your phone software.
                After I updated my phone software with new version v07.01, I have no more problem. To know your current version of software press *#0000# and you will get it.

                Tips to protect your phone :

                - Enable bluetooth only when u need it.
                - Don't accept an unkown file.
                - Avoid unscnned materials like games, ring tones etc.

                I have taken cell of model 3110c on Dec-2008, From univercell salem (TN) after taking this mobile I am getting lot of problems. When I try to use Bluetooth, Mp3 player, GPRS or any of the other application it suddenly hanged up(Display and Rebooting problem), I brought my mobile so many times to the service centre in Nokia Care of salem T.N, they were just formatting the software and again reloading software.done 4 times Because of this I am loosing all my contacts and other data as well. Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price
                I expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest but always your service centre executives gave me mobile with out proper inspectionin.So i request you to look into this matter and do the needful and replace this with new mobile.

                let me tell u one thing...this problem is either due to a virus attack or due to software problem.

                in the first case get ur card scanned and if problem persists visit nokia care and get ur software updated i hope it will work.

Then another problem is in the configuration settings i have no account. but it always shows that"ACCOUNT FULL.CANNOT ADDNEW ACCOUNT"..So i cannot do the browsing in my mobile.                 Sir, i also have the similar problem of restarting with my 3110 c mobile. I have one another problem too. I have sent a text message to one of my friend and due to network problem, sending failed. The symbol with an arrow upwards is shown on the main screen always. When i try to delete that message from outbox, shows the message "Deleting interrupted ". Also when i open the same message, the default centre button is appearing as reply instead of retry. When i delete all the messages except this message, all of them will get deleted. When all other messaging folders are empty, if we look at the phone memory status, it shows inbox as 250.0 kb with no message in inbox...? What should i do sir to fix it up? Please help me with your valuable reply...

                I purchase Nokia lumia window phone 7 in few months back. It is not support Hindi language and wechat live software properly. Mostly utility softwares are not supported by this set.

                  I submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N 73 Music Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point Jayanagar,Bangalore

                  ([protected]@nokiacareindia.com ) on 26 December 2007 reporting minor joystic problem and keypad. Since then i am following up on them giveing numerous call every alerternate day but what answer i get is that your handset has gone for the backend service repair and they give me this number[protected]. But when i call on this number to my surprise they say that they have no information please call us tomorrow or sometimes your phone has been sent back to nokia care Jayanagar !!!!!!

                  I am really frustrated to hear these answers from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is buy a new cell phone NOT of NOKIA BRAND definetly this time and will sell of the Nokia N 73 M if some day i get it back.I am unable to tell you what problem i am facing without the cell phone.

                  i dont agree with u all.i am also a customer of nokia.i dont have any problem with my mobile n70.more over i had received a new handset from care centre with in 15 days.
                  I also submitted my mobile N 72 in nokia care on 20 january 2008 and they promised that they will give back it to me within 15 or 20 days. IT HAD A DISPLAY PROBLEM. I dont know what they are doing. In 2007 also i submitted it and they took 1.5 month to repair it, and it was a minor problem in it. Nokia management should listen to the problems and grievances of the customers. Sorry to say but NOKIA serivces are worst & careless...... seriously!!!!!!!!! They dont care about their brand.

                  Main Problems are : Auto Reboot, Auto Re-start, Switch off, No outgoing Audio, Display Blank, Automatically Dialing,

                  I submitted my nokia 1325 cdma phone at Micro services, E-3, Lower Ground Floor, Kalkaji, New Delhi on April 07, 2008 for a screen visibility problem & network issue (job sheet no.[protected]/080407/9). The phone was submitted by Mr. Anup.
                  The phone was returned to me on 19/05/08 after multiple visits. But, as usual with the same problem persisting. The estimated time given now was 27/05/08 at the max.
                  Yesterday, June 2nd, when I visited the place, the engineer came out with some vague excuses and stupid answers of customer's faulty sim card. When I showed the same sim working in the different phone but same model, the phone was again taken back from me neither promising me that wud dat be replaced or assuring me that the handset would be given to me in order, extending the delivery time till 05/06/08. The set was bought hardly 5 months back, out of which 3+ months its troubling. Moreover, Nokia Care doing nothing about it.
                  I request you to take a promt action. I have been your customer since last 7 years and I really dont want to loose long time faith due to these silly issues.

                  Nokia — Nokia N70 Music Edition faulty under warranty period and Nokia is not accepting

                  I had purchase Nokia N70 Music Edition in Nov 2007. After that I went to USA and came back in Feb and started using mobile. Mobile worked for 3-4 months perfectly but after that it started lot of problems like hanging, rebooting, no video and audio. I went to Nokia care and they kept it for 1 week and returned back to me. I inserted my SIM and found that the problem still persists.

                  I returned back to them. They again kept it for 1 -2 week and returned me back. It worked for 2-3 hours fine and then again started creating all those problems. Same day I shifted to Lajpat Nagar and then I went Lajpat Nagar Nokia care and they told that there is a white fluid inside it. I again went to Noida and Noida Nokia care denied to accept it. I called up consuler voice and lodged a complaint. Consuler Voice sent lot of mails to Nokia but they never replied. Please let me know who will help me out in this matter, as the mobile is still in Warranty period.

I also talk on phone to Mr. Mukesh at your jaipur repair centre HCL and I DO REQUEST TO HCL l THAT BEFORE SENDING MOBIL SETTO UDAIPUR COMPLETE CHECK TO MOBIL SET BUT HE HAS DESPATCH MOBIL SET TO Udaipur without solve problem.
                  3 SAME DAY AGAIN PREPARED JOB SHEET NO 3638 DT 25.10.08 BY M/S Rama telecom and told that he will be send mobile set AT Jaipur for repairing purpose.
                  4 Yesterday I talk to Mr. Hari at your Bangalore office . ref complaint NO 2-3GHHRL DT 25.10.08.
                  Please look this issue and resolve this problem immediately because I SPENT the money RS 4435 / BUT single day we cannot use Mobil set and from date of purchase Mobil set is going repairing purpose and still defective as on date. I think that I have no mistake for purchase NOKIA Make Mobil Set. This is branded Company. Please give Mobil no of Responsible Person in NOKIA Company so that I can talk to him and solve my problem.

                  Nokia — Since last 4 Months N72 is with Service Center

                  First complaint:

                  I have submitted Nokia Hand set to M/s SiddiVinayak Electronics bearing ASC no 549_434038 to rectify the Battery charging problem on December, 08'2008. They have charged me Rs. 450/- and returned the handset. Eventhou they charged 450/- but the bill was made for Rs.225 only.

                  Second complant :

                  The same charging problem was repeated and Handset was submitted to Nokia Care center on December, 29'2008 for repair.

                  They asked Rs.1400 for repair the same and estimated approx. time given to me 10-12 days.

                  After 4 Months, service center people want to return the handset without repair saying that it has physical damage.

                  They have done some thing wrong with the Handset and want to escape.

Since the day I purchased the piece it didn't work well .The samething I complained him many times, but couldn't get any response.                   We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have purchased N 73 Nokia handset on 23 July 2008 which is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card is not read automatically. Camera Function is also very slow and head phone any time say unconnected. We have submitted our handset under the warrenty period with the reference warrenty no. APAINY[protected] UNDER THE JOB SHEET NO.[protected]/090710/16 which was issued on 10 july 2009.

                  But since then I haven’t got the satisfactory service as the hand set was dispatched to delhi centre for repair two times But now today m getting MESSAGE FROM NOKIA LKO THA PLZ COLLECT THE HAND SET UNREPAIRED AS IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED BY HEADOFFICE ALSO.

                  Why should I collect my handset unrepaired if I have submitted my handset under warrenty period.

                  Dear Nokia Care
                  I had bought N 91 (4 GB) for over 20 thousands from Bangalore in Aug 2009. Its hard disk has got some problem. I can operate phone properly without using back cover (but hard disk cant not be accessed). When I put the back cover, phone gets hanged and nothing works.
                  When I showed the phone set to Patna Service Centre, They said it is a hard disk problem and they will have to change the hard disk and will cost 1500 rupees and will take a week. I returned to Mumbai due to some work. I showed the same set to Mumbai Service Centre (Chembur station) and they told me hard disk cannot be changed (opposite of what Patna Service centre said). Also, they said they will do re patch Software work and my phone might go dead (10% chances).!! So I have to submit hand set with them and wait for a week to wait for results.
                  There seems complete ignorance about high end phone sets amongst these Nokia Service centre executives/engineers who are telling me different stories about phone set and its functions.
                  Can u tell me any service centre in Mumbai who has got CAPABLE people to handle my costly set. Or should I move to Consumer Court.

                  I gave my mobile for repairs at Nokia Care Durgapur(West Bengal), M/S City Mobile on the 22th of December, 2009.My problem was that the mobile swicthed off due to some unknown reasons, and I was not able to switch it on again.I purchased my mobile (Nokia 7210 Supernova) on 3rd July, 2009, and as such it is covered under warranty.But still they charged me 165 Rs.as repairing charges.Not only that, they also said that the battery had been damaged, and hence a new battery is to be purchased.When everything is covered under warranty, why should I pay repairing charges, and the cost of the battery be borne by me?

                  This is regarding complaint on behalf on imei no.- [protected]. I purchased the phone on 21.08.2009.
                  the phone(nokia E 71) was submitted to mr. deepak( employee of ace communication kapil vihar) for 8-10 times. Everytime they submitted my phone for 1/2 an hour and then return me back.
                  The phone used to work properly for 2 hours and after that again it showed the same problem.
                  I want my phone to be repaired properly or i need a replacement else i'll file a case against your company.
                  And also some strict action should be taken against mr. deepak(employee of ace communication) as he does not knw how to treat a customer.
                  Nokia management should listen to the problems and grievances of the customers. Sorry to say but NOKIA services are worst & careless... seriously!!! They don’t care about their brand.

                  yesterday suddenly my mobile of nokia model no 5130 c (xpress music) stopped working then i went to nokia care centre of bakshi nagar, jammu for repairing .they charged me 100 rs only for checking d mobile and after sometime they told me that its I.C needs to b changed and it ll cost 850 rs.thn 2day i went to a smaall shop of mobile repairing, there i got my mobile checked and they told me tat there is only a small problem tat battery is completely discharged, thn they charged my mobile battery only fr a minute thn it started working.

                    I had bought N70 on 15/05/2007 . After few days a problem is occured in the spekar of the phone . I was not able to got the voice of the other sidevery clearly . My memory card of 1 Gb was also not working properly. when I went to nokia care (Laj patt Nagar New Delhi ) They told me that U have to purchase the new Memory card because this memory card is totally lost . When I complated against My speakers they told me that it will take only 5 to 6 hours to make it proper but i got my cell phone back I lost all my data they delete all my data without asking me and my phone was on my previous condition. its spekar was still not working properly.

                    i have submitted my mobile(N70) which has a warranty period (06 months) for repair. they have informed me that my mobile has some ploblem(SWAP) they r going to replace it with new handset . after a month they gave me a handset . i used it for while again it has got some problem.then i took it to another nokia shop and then i found out that the replacement handset given by the (EDGE COM)nokia care is of 2years old which has no warranty. again i took my handset back to the same nokia care and i questioned them regarding my handset .from nokia care they r saying that this the hand set given from head office . so get me a hand set which has warranty period as soon as possible.

                    My Nokia N70 was off. Took to bangalore-JayanagarNokia care centre-a official Nokia centre at 11th main 3 rd Blockeast Jayanagar, Bangalore.They charged ne 1750rupees and said everything ok and returned the ophoen to me after keeping for 33 days time. After 6 hours, it is completely off again.
                    I purchased a Nokia N-70 MUSIC EDITION .The display of the phone shows sim card not valid. THE DEFECT DEVELOPED IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2009.                         Dear Sir / madam,

                        On Dec-07 1st week i have given my mobile for body repairs at Panjagutta nokia care center, Hyderabad.A.P and they have given the time for 20 working days. On 24/12/07 i visited to care center and enquired about repair status.but they were simply told the related parts were not received.again have given the time for 15 days. after 15 days i went office and enquired same but no replay from them and more over they are taking 15 days time. I was surprised and strongly denaying for their irresponsible answers . for just repalcing the body cover nokia care taking 50 days time . its shame of of HCLINFINIT head.
                        Till now i am not able to contact them over phone regarding my hand set status cause of no contact no . no one phone is working.

                        i request you to concened people to take immediate action and delever my hand set at the earliest.

                            i have purchase nokia 6233 on 28th of august 07from surat gujarat. The phone underwent repair for 4 times and currently is under repair for the 5th time. The problem is same all the times. The phone gets dead all of a sudden and will not start after that till it is repaired.

                            I have given number of mails and calls to the nokia care but still no satisfactory reply is given by them.

                            my question is Why should customer pay for company's fault?. Why are they not given a other mobile for use till it is repaired?. Why should the nokia like big international campany not able to repair the mobile in 5months with 5 trials? Why the company not ready to give me new mobile if they are not able to repair?

                            i am mentally and physically down running for submitting and bringing the mobile as the care centre is 30 Km away from my working place.

                            Need your help to sort out the problem

                              I purchased NOKIA 5300 from NOKIA PRIORITY at Narayan Guda Hyederabad 5 months back. I got a 256MB Memory Card along with the cell. The memory card already had themes,tones,Collection(Ringtone cutter etc.)

                              Unfortunately i formatted the memory card. I lost all data. I even lost the predefined folders like themes ringtones & collection folder which had the ringtone cutting software. I want to know how can i get back the themes,tones & ringtone cutter software. Because i still have the warranty period. Please reply me as soon as possible. Because the dealer from whom i've purchased is not giving proper response.

                              Nokia 5300 — memory card

                              when i inserted a 2GB memory card...i am just able to load only 700MB memory...i am not able to use the remaining memory...what should i do????
                              Hi...

                              I purchased Nokia 5300 mobile in Feb 2008.
                              within six month i having more problem with my mobile.
                              Like too late to opening the media player...Even memory card also not open totaly
                              Hanging every time.i m using the 512mb memory card(NOKIA 512mb) from starting

                              Now my handset speaker also not properly working...while speaking more noise and disturbance
                              coming...
                              I went to nearest NOKIA CARE(mount road, chennai)
                              They reinstall my mobile software and said me hereafter Speaker work properly...But still i having Same problems

                              Give me a solution

                                I am just bringing this following information to all of you and would request all of you to please pass it on to as many people as possible. I bought a nokia handset on 1st of jan08 and it got problem on 4th which is so far not ractified and this nokia customer is all set to convince me that they will deliver it back to me on 26th jan.

                                is this the reason we buy nokia handset? Below text i found from International consumer right protection forum which proves that how many people have started suffering from this NOKIA.

                                Nokia is selling some of its degraded products that have software problems. If you come across such problem in a new set, do not waste your time in running around service centres as it is not going to help much, ask for a replacement with a new set.

                                We have received many complaints about defects in new phones. Its clear evidence that NOKIA is dumping defective hands in this country. Their service centres are over crowded by complainants and you will have to wait for hours. Most of their service centers are unable to repair the handsets.

                                IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND...NEVER BUY NOKIA HANDSET.

                                I completely agree, i too have same issue, the Nokia 2630 started to automatically switch on and 0ff at its will even when the batter power is charged fully.
                                This happened ont he 3rd week after the purchase was made.
                                My god, what a cheat NOKIA is becoming.
                                And the Nokia Care centre is horrible in their customer support.
                                Cheaters nokia stop selling scrap products.
                                when i went to complain to nokia centre, 3 more customers are with the same handsets with different problems.
                                Hope some legal action is taken against the cheaters.
                                I just bought 11 of these handsets on behalf of my company and in less than 3 months 5 of them are already hanging. I sent 2 of the handsets to the Nokia Service Center and they were returned to me after 3 weeks, apparently "fixed". Within 2 days the handsets started giving the same problem again.
                                Nokia Customer Care is useless. Someone needs to teach them English. They just refuse to address your concerns, and simply go on and on with their standard responses. If there's any way that we can take action against the company please let me know as I am sick and tired of their non-professionalism. It's simply a waste of time and resources trying to reason with them.
                                I am not sure how this forum works in terms of consumer complaints. If I can get something done, I will.
                                I have bought this 2630 in Jan and in May I get the same problem of switching off every 10 secs and does not allow anything. I have lost a chunk of information about my contacts. Nokia does not have the service centers near by in the area where I live.

                                I'm really frustated by this and not sure what needs what my next steps are

                                  MY NOKIA 2310 PHONE'S LOUDSPEAKER VOLUME HAS DECREASED AFTER BEING TO A SERVICE CENTER. I HAD BEEN TO SERVICE CENTRE AT NOKIA CARE / PHOENIX MILLS COMPOUND , MUMBAI 400013 INDIA. I WAS TOLD THAT SOFTWARE PROVIDED BY NOKIA IS OF 6.23 OUTPUT AND WE CANNOT ENHANCE THE OUTPUT. IT WAS MUCH BIGGER WHEN I HAD BOUGHT THE PIECE.
                                  KINDLY PROVIDE ME WITH THE SOFTWARE OF MORE THAN 6.23. REPLY ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                    I M STAYING IN ORISSA. ( BHUBANESWER . ) . I PURCHES THIS PHONE JUST BEFORE 3 MONTHS BACK. SUDDENLY IN A ACCIDENT THE FRONT MIRROR OF THE CABINATE OF N76 HAS BEEN BROKEN SO I CALLED UR NOKIA CARE ORISSA, BHUBANESWER BRANCH AND ORDER THEM FOR A CABINATE. BUT NO RESULT FOUND FROM THEM. THEY ARE SAYING WE DONT HAVE SPEAR CABINATE OF NOKIA N76. I DONT NEED THE WARRINTY. I TOLD THEM TO PURCHES. BUT STILL THEYARE NOT RESPONDING ABOUT IT. NEVER MIND, I[censored] DONT HAVE SPEAR OF A PHONE. SO WHY U SOLD UR PHONES AT HERE.?

                                    ANY WAY , THEY ARE NOT LISTENING TO MY COMPLAIN. HOPE U COULD MAKE IT. OTHER WISE I HAVE TO TAKE SOME BUSENESS ACT RULLES.

                                    15th may i am going to shetla service center that time i forget my mobile password i give my mobile & service center person say me wate for few minutes we are removing password after 45 minute he giv me my mobile that time my mobile pawer button not working that time mr rishi ( enginer ) again take my mobile than he do some thing after few minute he give me my mobile that time my mobile display power button not working then i give my mobile back & he say after 7 days you take your mobile my mobile in warrenty period.

                                    after 10 days i am going there and he say your mobile is ded and i say give me my mobile back in same condetion that time i give you ( that time i give my mobile that time my mobile don"t have any problem only i want to remove my password ) that time mr reshi is doing missbeheaver with me then i call to police & police is coming and this coustmer care oner mr deepak is coming and he say ok give me mobile back we will check again and repair this mobile but to day i am going and he say you mobile is ded and he say we can"t do any thing for you take your mobile in ded condetion but i don"t take my mobile please tell me what can i do my mobile no.                                     Nokia N76 — NO PROPER RESPONSE

                                    N 76, was given for service to Nokia Care center at Mend Square in Bangalore on 11.06.08 for the handset to be replaced with a Panel which is a drop set. It was taken to service & as on today which is 05/07/08 the set is still not ready. Registered a complaint(2-3511CT) & within 48hrs received a call on 30.06.08 to get my mobile collected on 05.07.08. When I called them to collect the set, the response was again the same..."component is ready only by monday 07/07/08" this is really pathetic & am double sure the same will be repeated again by them to collect it on saturday. Irresponsibility to the core, the telephone operator over there Ms. Kavitha is a gone case & do not have any details about the set...& everytime she reverts back to you saying either the engineer/mechanic is not there or the component is missing. Hari, who is the incharge of Mends Square division is all the time busy with the meeting. Whenever you call for him at the center they end up saying."he is in a meeting" they neither give his direct number nor the mobile number. The attitude is worse & no responsibility taken by these people. If it is there any a case booking forum here, to register such cases & sue for the irresponsibility of these people, it would be of great help.

                                      MIC NOT WORKING. GIVE FOR REPAIR TO NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE, SCO 2901-02 SECTOR 22-C CHANDIGARH ON 12 JAN 08 (PURCHASED ON 7 APR 07 FROM GIFT N GREET SECTOR 17-D, CHANDIGARH) BUT CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE RETURNED SENT ON 15 JAN 07 PLEADING REPAIRED, BUT THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEN REMOVED AND MIC STILL NOT WORKING.

                                      NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF REPAIR CENTRE OF NOKIA. I AM COMPELLED TO MOVE TO THE DISTT CONSUMER FORUM FOR THE REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCE, AS NOKIA IS NOT ATTENDING TO MY COMPLAINT. STAFF AT CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE IS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPAIRING THE SET NOR PREPARED TO REPLACE IT.

                                      i have purchased sony erricsson mobile W880i after, 5 months i faced a problem for software i have given in sony erricsson service centere but they kept that piece for 2 days, 1st day thy said that it is a software problem 2nd day they said that we are sending it to chennai and 3rd day said that they are saying that the board is gone due to liquid damage. i am asking what is the liquid name they said water or sweat or any liquid . when i have given that mobile to them red light is blinking in the right side of the key pad. if any liquid enters in to the cell any light display comes .still there 6 monthsguarentee left to my mobile , and its IP NO IS [protected]-4

                                      I have submittedd my Nokia5300 for repair in NOKIA CARE at Kapurthala (Punjab) on dt[protected] and the local JOB SHEET NO is 798. Now no satisfactory feed back is given to me till now i.e[protected] by the concernd executive Mr Prit Pal Singh (Ph no [protected]) . The hand set has been submitted on REPEAT JOB as First time the repair was not done properly and no JOB SHEET STATUS is avaialable on site www.namscareonline.com against JOB SHEET NO 798, Finally very disappointed with NOKIA.                                       respected sir,
                                      I had bought nokia 5300 on 29th july 2008 from durgapur nokia priority dealer. my phone showed Frequent Automatic Reboot and Hanging for the first time in january 2009.i had submitted the phone to nokia care centre in durgapur.They just formatted the phone and said the problem is rectified.Now I have submitted the phone three times already but not getting it repaired as the problem arrives again.

                                      please help me.. what should I do? I need either my phone to be replaced or total refund of money.
