My Mobile Phone-N72 model was out of order and hanging itself after two - three minutes mobile on.

I have already contacted your service centre at "ARCOM", Arora Communications, Yashoda Bhawan, Nai Basti, Bijnor(UP)". Respective centre didn't gave proper response and commented that there is a problem in this phone in unauthorised software loaded. But later he told that, some problem in hardwares.

Time taken by the service centre is from 05/01/2008 to 10/01/2008.

It is ofensive to say that, time taken by the service centre and such type of comment variation not desirable.

It is also to bring your notice that he did misbehave when I gave pressure to him.

Pl. take necessary action and reply soon.

    my nokia handset model no. 2112product code - 051723jm185p is totally switched off by last one year firstly it is used by tata indicom network, there is network problem and hanging problem ,i also this set check by nokia care roorkee, hardwar , problem is continued can i replace this product

    Nokia 2112 — Warranty Claim

    I bought Nokia CDMA mobile Model 2112 and since i have purchased this mobile phone i have got it repaired 5 or six times from autorised service station of nokia. But the problem is still existing in the mobile and behavior of the staff is also not so good. Most of the time they did'nt even give me the job sheet. I am facing so much problems. My mobile is still under warranty. I want to get this mobile mobile phone replaced as i am very very much harassed by the service of nokia care and the performance of the mobile.       I bought Nokia N72 (Gold coolur) (Model No.[protected]) on 8th January from 'Top 10' in Andheri East.
      Soon after buying i realise that there is a hanging problem in a product. So next day i got it replaced from the same dealer having model no. (Model No.[protected]) . But in that piece too ther is a hanfging problem.
      So again i got it replaced from the same dealet having model no.(Model No.[protected]). But in that piece too there is a hanging problem.
      Now i used 3 pieces in 3 days, all having hanging problem.
      Now i am thinking to buy some other phone. But what about the trouble i caused. Can i complain Nokia directly about this. Please help..

      I reckon to stay away from that dealer. Can be a chance if ya overloaded mmc wif softwares and songs. Usually n72 hangs a bit on 512 or 1mb mmc if softwares installer alone clocks above 30mb. But wiv sOngs its easy readable.. Poor card reading i guess.

      N-72 — Mobile is hanging

      I have purchased Nokia N-72 product in Jan 2008 from Marthalli-Bangalore, My mobile is Hanging if I am switching off blue tooth.
      For reguler usage I have to swith on blue tooth always,

      Now I am in Aurangabd city, maharashtra. I have given this handset 3times in nokia care which is near Nirala Bajar for repairing by software in Aurangabad.

        My Nokia N-70 is just 1year and 4monts old.

        In this short period itself i have faced many problems and spend lot of money on that.

        I have serviced my mobile N70 just a week ago, for display problem. Now again a problem, the cell is not getting switch ON. I have a great beleif over N-series, but now every thing gone as mist in front of sun.

        In nokia care, also there is no proper response, they are only charging a lot of money from cuctomer, but not solving the problem.

        Please consider my compliant in top priorty and solve my problems.

          My nokia N 73 produced irritating sound when iam calling .i was contacted nokia service centre in kannur(kerala) .they payed Rs250 for repair its mike. After two days the same compliant back to my phone. i contact them one more time and repaired my phone.After two days the same compliant back to my phone. now its useless to me

          Useless customer care
          I am akash, I had given my mobile for service on the 15th and was informed that there was a manufacturing defect and handset will be repared within 3 days. But i m still waiting fot more than 10 days with the same status on their stupid website https://nokia.hclinfinet.com/nokia.care where only the dates keep changing from one day to another without any proper resolution.I have already submited my cell 4 times more there jobsheet no.was[protected]=[protected]=[protected]=now[protected]. Dont really understand y it would take such a long time for the repare of mobile at Nokia when Sony can replace handsets in 3 days. The customer service is the worst i have ever come across ... HCL Infinet >>Green Park... and the best part is i have not received any proper response for my emails that i had sent to them ... NOKIA SUCKS...Wish i had never given my mobile for service ...
          if you can do somthing for me i will be thankful.

            This is Vijay from Jaipur, Rajasthan (India). I had purchased a Nokia mobile phone instrument Model No. 6085 of Batch No. [protected] on 23rd April 2007. After three and half month later from date of purchasing, this instrument making various kinds of problems like Bluetooth is not working, some time speed is very low (hangs) and screen is blinking.
            Now from few days low speed of keys (hangs) as well as screen blinking problem become a permanent error. Please suggest what should I do, if there is any provision to replace the instrument or any please convey me as soon as possible so our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

            sir/madam,
            i gave my nokia set at nokia care on 8 jan 2008 because of blank display in my set & my set
            is in warranty period.my ESN/MEI number is [protected]&target delivery date is 12 /jan/2008.Istill not got my set &now it is14feb 2008.Due to it i SUFFERED very badly u know what i mean.hoping u will take a positive action.otherwise i will have to take some legal actions.

            nokia 6085 model — defective handset

            We have purchased Nokia mobile no.6085 from Babua Fone Centre, Lucknow on[protected], since that date, in the last 6 months mobile is sent for repair several times but the same is not yet repaired and is still not in operation.

            The mobile is under warranty and remained more than half time with service centre since purchase but still not useable.

            Following complaints were lodged and noted during the last 6 months:-

            1-Witin 15 days of purchase, the glare of handset was vanished out even though it was not mishandled and it appeared as old handset.

            2-Its mike was also claimed and replaced by the company which was found damaged.

            3-Later on its display system was also failed and ultimately replaced by the company.

            4-Further, its battery was found weak and claimed.

            5-Now complaint is lodged for defect appearing in charging point and also there is some problem appearing on screen “SIM IS NOT INCERTED”.This problem is generated by service centre itself, when it was sent for repairing. It has been sent for this problem but could not be repaired till now. Hand set is handed over to us where the same problem persists.

            It seems that there is manufacturing defect in the mobile and defect also exists in this model, which is not fit for marketing.

            The above facts can be verified from the record of the service centre where the complaint were lodged several times. However, we could collect few of the Q C CHECK LIST of service centre as many of times the same were retained by the service centre.

            We suffered much loss than the cost of the mobile, mental tourcher, harassment and inconvenience as the mobile is vital for conversation in my profession.

            In the circumstances we claim for, in addition to the cost of mobile Rs 5700/-, other losses suffered in respect of my profession, a claim of Rs 25000 to mitigate my loss and other incidental expenses incurred for complaint lodged with consumer forum and advocate fees etc.

            We thankfully acknowledge the receipt of New Handset Nokia Model No. 6085 IMEI No. [protected] in replacement of old handset IMEI No. [protected] on 09/06/2008. However the same was not handed over to us in packed condition.


            We have accepted the delivery of this Mobile on assurance of Mr. Nitin Kalani, service Centre incharge to arrange for replacement of this Model preferably Model No. 3010 C. We offered to resubmit this new Handset, but on his assurance, though delivery of the mobile was taken by us, but not put to use.


            We have very bitter experience regarding this model which is also evident from its service record. It was noticed that several complaints were pending with the Service Centre regarding this model.


            We have already spend much time and money; to give Legal notice; to maintain another stand by handset, as most of the time it remained with service Centre and on each occasion it had taken 20 to 30 days to redeliver the same and that to not in OK condition. I could hardly use, since purchase. Now I am too harassed.


            We have always admired Nokia handset and preferred the same. But we are sorry that company has not taken care o[censored]s and only respond when legal proceedings are initiated.

            Further we request to change the model with extended warranty as is available to new handset.

            We hope that company shall deal in the matter with the same sprit and maintain its Goodwill.

            Nokia 6085 — replace defective nokia 6085

            Reference to subject above I am pleased to inform you, the grievance, which I received after purchasing mobile make of nokia

            I had purchased a nokia 6085 from Shree Balaji Communications, shop no. 2 gurusankalp, Shivaji Road, Line Ali, Panvel 410206 Ph [protected], [protected] on 19th Feb. 2008. I had observed a problem on 25th of Feb. 2008 in the hand set and asked to the shopkeeper to replace the defective piece.

            In the month of march I observed the more problems in the hand set. But he did not accept the hand set telling that these are all not a technical problems.

            In the month of June 2008 I observed the following problems in the handset.

            1. Unable to do outgoing calls and receiving incoming
            2. Early discharge of the battery.
            3. Back side flap is removed.
            4. Return voice of the caller.
            5. Slow volume of the speaker phone.
            6. Flap is loose.
            He took the hand set and sent to the authorized gallery. But the problem remains same. I had personally given that hand set to the nokia care at thane twice, but the problem remains same.

            Now once again I had given the hand set to the shree balaji communications at panvel.

            Kindly replace the defective hand set with new one unless I will file a case of fraud and cheating or I will move the consumer court.

              Yesterday i recieved sms from nokia-promo, in which they have mentioned that i have won a prize of 500000 pounds. please inform me about real situation.for contact

                Respected Sir,

                We have used so many NOKIA phones .it has always been a great pleasure using.
                Recently I brought Nokia 6300. It is a very smart looking phone. But it heat up so much. if i use the phone more than 5 minutes the handset heat up, the repulsion is that my head start to pain.

                This is not good for the brain.

                I would request you to kindly check into the matter and identify the problem.

                It is a very serious problem.

                I have used your most of your phones right from the communication of the basic Nokia model but never faced such a problem. We have already given complaint at Nokia service centre. But still problem exist.

                I would further request you to kindly replace my phone and send an another model.

                The dealer does not have the authority to do so I have to write to the company.

                Kindly do the needful at the earliest possible.

                Music player with headset is not working . Whenever the plugin is done and the music player is switched on, the phone starts playing in loudspaker mode only.

                It is sencing the plugin device, but the music is played only by loudspaker, headset remains idle. On the contrary, headset is working fine when the radio is switched on. The phone is a big problem for me now.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have purchased above noted charger with Nokia-1600 hanset on 28 Sept 2007. After using two months chrger becomes dead. I have deposited the dead charger, Nokia Care Centre, Narain Auto mobiles, Allahbad on 4th December 2007. After Passing more than one months, care centre did not replace the item. I have made them several calls and also personally enquired about the replacement during this period.
                  Yesterday I have again gone to the centre. The dealing assistant at the centre was given me charger without any receiving and told me to deposit the Customer Job Sheet. I was produced original Job Sheet. However, I have objection on submitting the Original Job Sheet without any receiving paper. So he was not replace the charger.
                  I therefore request you to instruct the concerned centre to replace the items with proper paper formality. This will be proof for customer regarding your service. As well the items was not used by me for more than one month, then the warranty of the items should extended for this period.

                    Hello Sir,
                    i have bought NOKIA 3250 on 18/12/2006 thinking of NOKIA the best in mobile. But I wqas wrong as NOKIA mobile phones are worth nothing. This is the second time I am facing the problem with NOKIA. Last time also, I had my NOKIA 3120... that too created problems..hanging up within every 5-10 minutes ..that too in guarantee period. But Nokia was unable to correct the error and send me back the same mobile when the warranty was lapsed.

                    And now, it is really disgusting. this time it is my NOKIA 3250 worth Rs. 14,000 and now of no value. In gaurantee period itself it was repaired twice. and after just 40 days, next day when the warranty lapsed, i am facign the same problem. this is very bad on NOKIA's name. The display goes blank and i am noe able to see aything there. That means NOKIA was unable to correect the error at that time only as befoooled me.

                    And NOKIA care is asking me for Rs. 2500 to correct the error. Now i have ust got one thing to do, I will be filing the case in consumer court.

                        sir, one year back i purchese nokia 6270. three months back i got notwroking problems, so i met nokia care (dated: 3/12/2007) addresed "DR MOBILES" NELLORE BRANCH IN ANDHARA PRADESH. They will not responsed today onwards. i am daily visit to care centre. they were said to that mobil send to chennai, and thirupathi also..
                        this care centre service is very pathatic..

                        hello sir,
                        i have submitted my nokia n76 for repair on 12jan2008.its product number is 0550409 and its serial number is [protected] and job sheet number is [protected].it was submitted on your service centre situated at 203-b aditya arcade,2nd floor,adjacent to niit preet vihar,New delhi 110092.they have not given me any confirm date for its deliavery.they said it will take atleast 15-20 days atleast for repair.they have written all my problems.kindly ask them to repair and deliver it as soon as possible.it was my business phone that is why i have to face lots of diffculties with out it.

                          Hello Friends,

                          I am happy that such portals exist for expressing your views on a product/ service.

                          I had purchased a Nokia phone 2255 a year back. It never gave me any problems till 12 month of the purchase. But in th e12th Month, it developed a serious automatic on off problem, the flap phone was not functionnong.

                          I decided to take the same to a customer care center in my area, was surprised to know that there was only one in Andheri for CDMA handsets. I was made to wait for 2 hrs. They opened my phone turned a few screws here and there and then said that its a level 2 problem and they cant touch the same,I would have to go to peninsula customer care repair center to repair the same.
                          when my turn came,was promptly instructed that the phone is out of warenty period and that they would charge me 1000 rs to touch the phone and 3000 to repair the same.
                          I called the customer care number and informed them of the issue, the lady told me that there is a 20 days extended warenty by default. Even though the same was communicated to the repair guy at the center, he did not address my complaint.

                          Since, I had purchased my phone from an authoirised Nokia priority dealer, yet was given a shabby treatment. I did feel cheated that for a factory defect., a consumer had to pay for the pain and undergo a agony .

                          My community has decided not to buy NOKIA products in future. So be carefull of buying them. I am not saying all this to discourage you form buying, but bring to your notice the pathetic service which may be in store for you also.
                          I have switched to a different brand and found the service nuch better and professional and customer friednly.

                          I have purchaged a nokia 5700 phone and it got some problem. i visited to nokia care and submitted it on 21st jan for repairing. its 10days since i have given my phone to nokia care, center at noida sec-2. when i call to customer care they just reply that it is under replacement. neigther i have another handset nor nokia has provided one. Nokia has its own reputation, but it shows bad impression on its esteemed customers.

Its 23 days since i have given my hand free to nokia care center at JP Associates, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi 88 . when i call to customer care they just reply that it is under replacement. neigther i have another handfree nor nokia has provided one. After one month there was problem in my set as left side keys were not working. Sir please inform me out of two months time most of the time is with Customer Care what is fun to purchase this mobile, I had requested to replace the Set i do not know what the hell your techinical deptt. is doing and harassing the customer as well as wasting the valuable time of customer. If I contact to your Lucknow Head, everytime the boys are saying he is not available. Could U please tell me how my problem will be solved. Even I had registered my Complaint with your deptt. vide request no. 2-2 tahkd for replacement.

                          In the end, I request you to please exchange my set and send me the fresh set immediately without any further delay.

                          I purchased Nokia 3230 from Nishi Communications, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad on 05th May 2007. Right from the day one, i'm facing lots of problems Viz: Unable to receive calls, phone geting hanged up, autorestart of mobile & Camera is not working properly no clear photo.

                          Also I already have received replacement for my handest 2 times but problem is not resolved.

                          This my humble request to you to please provide another Nk handset of the same value of Nk 3230 or provide new fresh piece of Nk 3230.

                          Non receipt of response to my complaint will force me to take apropriate action in consumer forum.
                          Kindly resolve the issue on priority.

                          I have Nokia 3230 handset in Jan 2007.
                          This set was having the problem od hanging & restarting,so I visited customer care in Gurgaon,they upgrade the software and returned back the set.After 1 week,I observed the same problem again.So I visited again & the same happens this time too.i visited Nokia care for 10-12 times & finally ,they replaced the set in August 2007.And the set working well for 4-5 months.
                          But now after 4-5 months,this set also hangs & restarts,so I visited Nokia care on 12 Jan 08,they upgrade the set and I think they might be some problem and I ignored it and think to see it in trial withoput using Memory Card,Bluetooth etc and only use the set in calls nothing else.
                          But after 10-15 days I seen the problem again and now I am shocked what to do.I talked to nokia care,they suggest me to go once again.Hence I visited again Nokia care on 23 feb 2008 and they do the same.And now I am facing the same problem.
                          And again they are asking me to submit the set.But I am really fed up of visiting Nokia care.Please let me know what should I do to solve the problem.Now I am thinking to through the set away because I can not visit again & again to waste my time.

                          I had bought Nokia 5310 on Jan 08 & from day 1 it had problems in GPRS functionality.

                          As per my discussions with nokia executives on[protected] i had submitted my handset twice to mumbai nokia service centre in lower parel & provided them with the job nos.
                          Copmplaint nos provided to me by your phone executives are
                          1. 2-2UKOSR (23 Feb 08)
                          2. 2-2WAN9F (15 Mar 08)

                          I was assured that my problems in phone will be resolved which never happened even after replacing the handset.
                          Also when i asked for senior executives of Nokia Care line, none were available & no one ared to call back.

                          I have to constantly do a follow up by calling bangalore number which on an average takes 10-15 mins std call.
                          Think i mite have already spent above 500 bucks just calling nokia call centre.

                          2 months since the complaint made, nokia care is asking me to again submit my handset to their service centre & again follow the process which has been already done twice.

                          Sorry to say but this is my worst experience of customer service of my life.

                          Nokia 6300 — Pathetic response from Nokia Priority shop

                          I had bought Nokia 6300 in Feb 2008. The shop is Nokia priority store in Borivili (West), Mumbai. The shop is opposite to Indraprastha Mall. There seemed like a battery problem since I started using it as it used to get heated very quickly also battery used to get drained immediately within 1 hours o[censored]sage. To check about this I went back to the same Nokia Priority store where I got highly pathetic response . The guys and especially the lady over there had been too arrogant and careless about even understanding what the issue was and simply were ignorant. The lady supposedly being boss of them had been mannerless to cater to the customer query. Their behaviour was unprofessional and such kind of staff was not expected at Nokia priority dealers. Is there any one who really filters at these levels as this particular dealer staff misbehave without having any single thought or concern about anyone could really question the quality of service they are giving. The guys are behaving as if they are selling vegetables over there and it is highly disappointing experience of having bought the mobile from this particular shop.

                          Last Week, A Friend of Mine Visited Me With his E62, that is just brought three Weeks Back, Asking Me to Check His Mobile, If There was Any Virus In It.

                          I gave it a Try by Loading My Favorite 100 % Fool proof Kaspersky. And Told Him there were none.

                          The Problem with the Mobile was that, somehow the Joystick did not work and the Email Key Got Depressed (Depressing is the Correct Word ...IT WAS indeed a depressing Experience) automatically on the thought of pressing Any Other Key.

                          I told him, as the Set was under warranty, I better not put my screw driver to it and rather asked him to take him to a nearest service centre.

                          Next Day Morning, The First Customer ( Bakra .. I will call him henceforth ) at the Service Centre, was my dear friend( Sometimes, even I hate his punctuality, and I think, even he regrets now). Welcomed with a cheesy smile, the phone was documented and taken for repairs.

                          Within a Sparkle of time, the Service Centre Operator Came Up With a Glee and a Sparkling Smile, that There is Water Logged in the Cell. ¿ . My Friend just sunk with his heart in the Logged Water as the So called Service Centre Executive ( Executioner) mentioned.

                          The Phone Just Bought in Summer and the Friend is not a person to carry his Cell in the Loo, where most people drop them, while exchanging SMSes, asked him to show the damage.

                          After Few minutes of waiting, He Got to See the Flooding in the cell phone, All Clogged in Water. My Friend Was So Surprised and Speechless. The Service Centre Was a Good Psychoanalytic kind of person, who told him, look, the Chip need to be replaced and will cost him 900 bucks.

                          My Friend, seeing no other options, gave him a go. By the Time in an Hour he contacted me and explained me the scenario, I asked him to bring back the Handset At Once. This Bakra, went back asked him the handset. ...LO and Behold!!!(Sometime, i do like to use the wordsworthian) "Your Handset is ready Came the Reply" So Prompt for a Service like Nokia ...

                          Chip Did he Replaced? The Gentlemen Will fully told him that it is a Crystal IC (my version: Integrated Circuit) / (Their Version: I’ll Cash)]. I told him to Ask the number, which was not provided by him, saying it is called a Crystal IC. Even a Part Number was Not Given, Which I am sure of Every Engineering Company Follows.

                          Being An Engineer Myself, I have never seen an IC, which are not numbered. Secondly I hardly believe that the Service of the Said Part Did ever happen, as the instruments for Soldering such a precision Component would never be there in such a small service centre.

                          Now, the Phone Lies at the Service centre, waiting to be done by their Head Office Repair Centre.

                          The Atrocities of the Nokia Service Centers:

                          1. First Problem 8 Out Of 10, they will point out Water Logging and Water Clogging.

                          Never take this service Centers By their Words. Ask them to Pack it up and Go to another. Most reliable one i found is at Andheri Sakinaka in Mumbai, which I assume is not a franchise like the one, my friend got webbed.

                          The Incident Happened At the Cellular World Borivali Shimpoli Service Centre Near Gokhale College and I think it is a High Time These Service Centers get ethical to their business, else, they will have to face a consequence, that will drag them down on the roads.


                          While My Friend Still Waits For the Handset to Come Back. With No Real Feedback .Please Pass this Story To Every One You Know, I am Sure Each One Of Has Been A BAKRA once or many times by these Crooked Nokia Service Centers.

                          every time i call them they say that it has been sent to the company as there is some problem with the motherboard and needs to be replaced. if that is the case then the cell phone should be replaced and i should receive a new set as it is still well within the warranty period.

                          Nokia as a company is absolutely arrogant and does not care for the customer at all. They sell high end phones which do not perform and they refuse to take responsibility for that non-performance.

                          I have had a very bad experience with them and am taking them to Consumer Court.

                          On 9th December, 2008, with lots of faith in Nokia, we being your old sincere consumers purchased a N79 for Rs.20, 000 from a Nokia dealer store in Ghatkopar with lots of hope and excitement with the many new features you'll provide your customers.

                          But my excitement and happiness was short lived as in five months o[censored]sing it, never mishandling it or not even overloading its memory card, it started HANGING.

                          I needed to restart it almost 15-17 times in a day to use it for basic purpose of making a call or seeking a contact number.
                          I, being a Doctor by profession, am fully dependent on my phone for getting details of my patients while I am out or when I am needed to attend Emergiencies anytime.

                          On 25th May 2009, , in 2 days of facing the same problem, I went to get it repaired at Nokia Care, Today Telecom-9/10 Padmavati Darshan, Opp Deepak Cinema, N.M.Joshi Marg, Mumbai-400013. I ahd been told the problem shall be solved in half an hourbut I had to wait there for almost 3 hours after which I was told that the repairing needed a higher center at DELHI and the process shall take 2 Days. JOB SHEET NUMBER GIVEN THEN WAS:[protected]/090525/68 on the name of Mr. Kannu Thakkar, my father and contact n0. [protected].

                          After constant follow ups & no signs of concern from your side of informing of how long would the process take or the where abouts... Finally the phone was handed off stating that the problem was solved.. On 3rd June, 2009 atfer a span of 10 LONG DAYS. But to my horror .. within 5mins o[censored]sing the phone, it began hanging again, thus showing that the problem wasnt even seen by you'll, forget solving it ...

                          I re-called & I was told that since it had been repaired sorting it off would now be a matter of just few minutes..I had to go to the centre once again.Now, I was told that the memory card was corrupted. I willingly got that too formatted...On checking the phone, the problem yet persisted and now I had to hear the same excuse as earlier that the phone needed a higher center at DELHI & the process would take 15 DAYS for it, the JOB SHEET NUMBER BEING:[protected]/090604/89 on the name of Dolly Thakkar with a verdict that I shall be returned it on 20th June, 2009.

                          I have handed over my mobile to one of your service centres named Aryans Communication, Jaiswal Complex, 6B Park Road, Lucknow on 11th July, 2009 (Job sheet No.[protected]/090711/24). On 13th July I was informed that the estimate was of Rs. 250. I gave my consent to fix the problem. Despite my repeated requests the set was not repaired till 16th evening. On my enquiry I was informed that the set may get repaired by 20th. I requested the person on phone to return my set as I was not satisfied with the efficiency of the service centre.I immediately collected the phone and gave it to the mechanic at a shop for repairing and within 3 minutes it was repaired in Rs. 150. The Authorities are requested to look into the efficiency of their service centre.

                          I am regularly users of Nokia phones. On 12/01/2009 I had purchase Nokia 5800 touch phone & the phone was working good. But on 10/06/2009 my phone automatically got switched off & when I had tried to start the phone by pressing start button it does not start.



                          On 12/06/2009 I approached Nokia Care for repairing & had handover the handset for repairing. After 17 days Nokia Care has done replacement with new handset. In few days new replaced handset started heating at the time of charging & while browsing internet & also consumes battery very fast. I think there may be problem of battery hence I had purchased new battery but problem doest not resolved.



                          Hence on 08/09/2009 I again visited Nokia Care for repairing the new replaced handset. After 14 days on 22/09/2009 Nokia Care had again made a replacement with a new piece (as said by nokia care people). I had not used the handset because I was very busy for 2 days & after that was out of Mumbai city. I had already purchase new handset Nokia 5130 so that my communication does not stop. When I returned to Mumbai I had checked the piece & found that the piece was used & repaired against Nokia Care commitment of new handset. After that I approached to the dealer from were I purchase the handset & he also claimed that the piece is used & repaired & not new. The dealer informed me against Guarantee/Warrantee terms if the handset in not repairable than they have to replace with new one. Hence I request you to kindly do the needful & arrange for replacement of the handset with new one.

                          Nokia E71 — Unable to replace

                          As said by in the customer care Exe Krithika " You
                          may kindly note that this phone is technically designed to support the
                          Blackberry application" and now you say " You may kindly note that
                          currently Nokia E71 does not support Blackberry application." Whats the
                          truth??? even in mail you cannot keep a standard version this is very
                          serioius lapse in dealing with customer and that too a company like nokia,
                          in view of this i am forced to go the the consumer court forum for this
                          case if not resolved within 48hrs from today,, i have paid Rs.18600.00
                          which is not a small amount and if it does not serve my purpose because of
                          you or your awareness about the product its your problem, either replace
                          me immediately with a compatable handset or refund my money....

                          When I had given my NOKIA 6300 Mobile for replacement & service, with the Nokia care
                          service centre, M/S Vee Tee Communications, 88/20, Sardar Patel Road, Opp. to Gandhi Nagar Bus Stand, Adyar, Chennai-600020.S.Ibdia. Tel Nos:[protected], Mob No:[protected], the panel was replaced & service said to be have been carried out by them, to my utmost dissatisfaction, since the parts replaced is not of ORIGINAL & DUPLICATE is used, requiring to pay Rs.1, 100/-.In addition to my dissatisfaction with the Nokia service centre, my Nokia 6300 Mobile's Display Board is tampered & damaged,
                          resulting in I am not getting the view point of the Mobile, The Display Board's problem never existed before, I tendered the Mobile for service & panel replacement.When questioned, the socalled Nokia service centre are not responding to my appeal and asked me to pay another Rs.2, 000/- or so, for setting right the 'Display Problem", which was not at all my mistake & cent percent due to their carelessness & deficiency of service to a Nokia customer,

                          I have purchased Nokia 7600 classic on 12th December 2010 and after five months, it switches off itself, i went to a nokia care centre and they told me that it was a software problems, and they flushed my phone and returned it to me after several hours. But when i got home and try turn on my phone, it works properly but after two minutes it switches off itself again and when I try to swithced on again, i can't. Please help me?
                          My nokia mobile 5800 while i was using inturupted one problem which was fully hanged and i was not able to perform any functions as i got the mobile only 4 months back but when i went to nokia service centre i dint even got a good service and response by them now they have updated new software in my mobile but my panel nd the parts inside were changed when i gave a complain of this those people dint gave a proper response and were simply arguing and telling we cant do any thing the centre is situated in tenampet in guna complex in chennai...so whom should i contact to get a response...

                          and they check the mobile and they demand Rs.4000/- for repair.

                          I am surprised that under warranty and they demand for Rs.4000/-

                          I have six Nokia mobile in my family and we trust on Nokia company, but we are very disappointed
                          from Nokia care and our family decided that never buy Nokia Mobiles in future.

                          I am thinking to put this matter in Electronic Media the highlights in TV News.

                          Pls do needful as soon as possible. I will wait for 5 days to your answer than after
                          that you will be responsible for any action against Nokia.

                          ur technical staff is so hopeless so that they didn't hav the ability to detect errors in mobile which are for repair.
                          I paid Rs 220 there, but didn't get my mobile error free.
                          the staff on above mentioned nokia care is also very non-cooperative.

                          Nokia Product — Pathetic and late service

                          Hello,

                          My phone’s model is Nokia 6700 classic. I have given my phone to Nokia care which is situated in Tilak Nagar, Delhi.

                          Its Service is pathetic. They charged me Rs.1300 saying its because of some damage. First of all I got my phone back after like 3 weeks. And I paid for it and then found that the problems are still not solved. In fact I could see more of trouble after having it back. So I again had to give it back to them for servicing, then after rushing to them like 8-10 time, I got my phone back after like 1-1 1/2 months. And then after 20 days o[censored]se it was dead again. And now again its going to be a month that I dint get my phone back.
                          They always have excuses.

                          Not only this, last time when I went to find out the status of my phone there. They showed me my phone, which was not my phone. It was replaced with some other phone with a very bad condition, which wasn’t my phone’s condition. After asking, they give cold replies. And then keep on extending dates.

                          I seriously want you people to look after your CARE’s services, which actually doesn’t care at all.

                          Please don’t make people realize that they did a mistake buying a Nokia product, which has got a huge reputation. I’ll have to think 100 times before buying a nokia set now just because of the services.
                          Please look after people’s problem and not getting them into problems.

                            Dear sir,

                            I bought Nokia N72 mobile phone from Univercell at Ekkaduthangal, Chennai. It is just a 3 months old mobile. (I bought it in the month of September 2007 and i have the bill) The mobile accidently got wet in the rain. When i gave it for service, i was given to understand that the mobile cannot be serviced as it got wet in the rain. I told them to do the needful and the charges incurred for the service will be given by me. However, they are telling that the mobile cannot be serviced.

                            I bought this mobile for 9800/- Rupees (Indian Money) . They are denying to service my mobile even after telling them that i am ready to pay for the service. They are telling that it cannot be serviced.

                            I am very much frustrated as i paid Rs.9800 for this product and used only for 3 months and now i have to throw it. If Nokia cannot service it, then who else can service the mobile.

                            Please do the needful for me.

                            It cant be serviced as most ov da circuits and chips must ave been got damaged. Me n70 too apend to fall in rain water. Components are hard to get as well as pricey too.

                            I own a sony laptop VGN-N27GH Which has room for heat blower to right side. What i did is, i kept my phone to right side of it! So that my phone's front side facing heat of laptop! U can use blower! I kept for aroung 3 hours! Next time it was working good! Try for urself!

                              I have a Nokia 2112 on the Reliance CDMA network. I accidentally dropped it in a bad manner and then got the display changed at Nokia service Centre in out of warranty situation. but another problem has crept in. now the phone recepts signals only for the first two minutes after being swicthed on. Thereafter the signal fades and the phone will never catch signal until switched off & then on. again the problem repeats itself. No Nokia priority is able to give a satisfactory explanation for this absurd behaviour of the handset.

                              I have a nokia 2112 mobile handset with tata indicom sim. I have given it to mobile service centre to unlock it for all cdma mobile networks. But after unlocking, it is not supporting any cdma netwotk connection, even the tata indicom. It displays 'searching network'.

                                  Concern : Repeated malfunctions during warranty might continue to recur after its expiry thus imposing incalculable expenditure on me.

                                    1. Keys locked + camera malfunction. Job ID IN[protected] dated 10 May 2007. Returned to me as repared with old white case which was refused. Then replaced with assured new original black coloured case. Time taken about one week.

                                      I gave my Nokia 7820 to the Nokia priority dealer,Panjaguuta for repair as it had a problem with the display on 1/11/2007.They told me that it will take 2 months to be repaired.After 2 months i went back to the nokia priority dealer,Panjagutta to collect the phone.I was made to wait for 2 hrs and then returned my phone unrepaired. When i asked for the problem,they did not answered my queries.they just told me its not repairable.When i asked what i am supposed to do now,they said "throw it".I was shocked with the behaviour and also the inexperienced nokia staff who cannot repair my phone. When they cant repair the product they are selling,they dont have the right to sell the product.They are just fooling the customers.
