Got new cell phone, was working well for a month until i decide to put a memories card, after 10 hours battery get empty, i told the shop 3 times i return until i really got upset they gave me new one same model, i told the shop i will get same problem, they laugh... So it is under guarantee but the shop do not want to refund me and if they give me a 3 rd one i will get same problem because those phone have been build like 1000 i suppose??? The shop number in pondy 4201463 or [protected] the phones imei [protected] the other [protected]...
So what nokia is going to do??? My contact number [protected]
All my friend told me to buy nokia but i always refuse, now i know why, and also the shop do not care about their customers, you know i am suppose to buy 2 others phone for friends birthday but i am really wondering, will see how you will solve the problem...

    This is not a complaint, but wirting with lot of pain due to the purchase of nokia mob 3. I am a older user of nokia phones, just bcz of these i purchased nokia 3 new android phone 1 week earlier. I am very bad to say the performance is as bad as i can't imagine. Phone is getting banged each and each minitue when a new app is opening. When using net it is ridiculous. I can't open more than 2 pages as it hangs. Camera quality, 8 mpix is same as old camera of nokia. That's the quality. And lot more pblms. I don't shows all these to dealer where i purchased, bcz there is no complaint all is the pblm faced. I buyed this for almost 9800 rs.

    I am very sad and tired o[censored]sing it again and again as i am forced to do it.

    Plzz tel me what should i do.

    Purchased Nokia 3 new Android phone 19 Nov 17 1 week . I am very bad to say the performance is as bad as I can't imagine. Phone display not see and not working.

      I bought a brand new Nokia 5 on 19/11/2017, very next day I realised that it's running slow. I was informed by the shop owner that I need to show the thing to a service center. Today I had been to a service center in Thane west name Krishna Electronics (Pathetic). The problem I am facing is intermittent so the service center guy informed me that he is not able to view the problem so he cannot replace it for me. I waited there for over 2 hours and showed him the problem. whenever I try to open my phone using fingerprint scanner it take ages for phone to open up, looking at that he said its not a problem, Well I believe that guy was confused or stupid as every Nokia Customer care agent. Eventually I did not get my problem resolved and unfortunately I have to take back that faulty piece with me.

      Well I don't know whether this is the right place or not but I want someone to look into it and help me if possible.

      Also my advise to people stop buying Nokia phones as their phone is for sure not Android supportive.

        I have purchased nokia 6 from amazon vide order no.[protected] and invoice no. Maa4-247479 dated 16.10.2017 (Copy attached) and the same was delivered to me on 21.10.2017. Today itself i noticed that crack is there in the display screen on one side of phone and went to nokia service center at nit faridabad to rectify the same but the told me that replacement is not free of cost and i have to pay rs.5, 500/= for it. I requested the nokia service center to take up the matter with higher authorities but they refused. As the phone has not been mishandled and crack has not developed due to fall of phone and there are no scratches on body of the phone, although i used to keep the phone in my pocket. If crack has been developed due to keeping phone in pocket then i do not know where to keep it. I very much disappointed with the display quality of nokia 6 and the behaviour of nokia service center. It is requested to take up the matter seriously and replace the screen of my phone free of cost so as to avoid further harassment to me. I am expecting positive response from well reputed nokia. Kindly look into the matter.
        More over i have complained to communications-desk. [protected]@nokia.com through mail from my email [protected]@nhpc. Nic.in on 17.11.2017 & 20.11.2017 but till now no response has been received from there side very poor services of nokia india. I will not advise any body in my company or otherwise to purchase nokia phones.

          I had recently purchased a nokia 6 mobile phone through amazon india online on 25th of october, 2017. It was delivered to me on the 26th of october, 2017. The imei number of the mobile is [protected]. The invoice is attached with this email.

          My phone suddenly stopped detecting my sim card on 18th november and there was no network. I checked with my network operator and the sim card was totally fine. I took my phone to the nokia authorized service centre in bangalore on 20th november (Star electronics, contact:[protected]. They noted my issue as network issue in the jobsheet and handed me my sim card. The sim card is working in other devices currently. The jobsheet number is 19000. As per their update and my understanding, i need to pay 6000 inr to replace the mother board because the sim tray is damaged and it is not repairable. My phone is only 3 weeks old and i have not even taken out my sim at all after inserting it once for the very first time. I do not understand why would i need to pay for a damage in the mother board which is not due to any fault on my end. Please explain and provide a solution for this.

          Relaunching nokia had given a lot of hopes to a lot of loyal customers including me. This is very disappointing to have bought a phone with 15000 inr and then have it damaged within 3 weeks, without any fault of mine.

          Hoping for your kind assistance on this.

          In nokia 6 specifications they say there are gorril Glass and also metallic body are there but this is wrong there are no gorilla glass
          I bought nokia 6 last month it fell down smoothly and it's display damaged totally
          Please help to solve this and in future no one can dare to display wrong specifications.

            I was delivered a nokia 6 phone, last week which i could not open and check. I had to leave for ahmedabad for a meeting. Yesterday, i returned and tried to switch on the mobile which i could not. This is the first time in my relationship with amazon, where i got a shock of life in my online purchase.

            Today, i am going to nokia service center to enquire the state of manufacturing defect and write to you again.

                Purchase date of mobile is 29.09.17 with imei [protected] facing the popping out of test mode page after installation of software and not getting started with the main page. The nearby service center suggested to replace the mother board with the job sheet no. H2473. To avoid further any such issues i want the phone to be replaced not the mother board as the phone is completely new without a single scratch. Kindly take an action on this as soon as possible.

                        I purchased nokia 3 (Copper silver) on 3oth september 2017 from amazon.com. I received it on 7th october. After using 2 days the phone get blank nothing is visible. I take down the mobile to nokia care (Everest mobicare - dharmatalla - kolkata) on 10th october. They said its a display problem. Today is 16thnovemeber since one month it is lying in the servoice center. They are saying parts is not available with them. It will take time to resolve. I call nokia customer care my case no. 86995 but still no response from there also. I want my money back. I regret to purchase nokia. I am very dissapointed the kind of service u r providing. I want my money back!! Enough is enough!!!

                              Sir i purchased nokia 6 offline due to some circumstances. Because of no amazon delivery in my district i bought this phone for rs 16700 on 5september. After using 20days my phone's bottom speaker was not working. Than i gave this phone to nokia dealer which is in my district. They sent my phone to haldwani nokia service center. After 1month 8days i received my phone when i switch on my phone in front of nokia dealer. There was yellow spots on my screen and the camera looks blurry. Than i called to haldwani service centre they said we will replace your display and camera. But the question is that on my phone's gallery bin. Still there is photos of service centre members. It mean they already captured photos by my phone. And the photos looks burry and they also have made videos by my phone which is also looking blurry. It means they do not doing their work properly. The haldwani nokia service centre is 250km away from my district (Pithoragarh). After this now i want to replace my phone. I am frustrated now and also disappointed my nokia because i waited for this since from 7months. Now this is result my old phone's which i used nokia n70, n73, nokia c5, lumia520 now nokia 6

                                Issue : 01

                                On 25 august 2017 i have visited the nokia care sahara mall gurugram haryana coz i am not able to make video call directly. As per nokia care person they are not having information about this new phone and they told me that you are first customer of nokia 6 to visit service center.
                                After that formatted my phone and told me that you can make video call through application.

                                I still agree with them as i have trust with the nokia brand.

                                Issue : 02

                                I was not able to open any pdf file from yahoo mail app. I can only open the pdf file from google mail app.
                                I talked to the support chat of nokia they told me that this is the problem with app but same app is working on my sony mobile and i have not faced a single issue regarding this.

                                I still agree with them as i have trust with the nokia brand.
                                Now i open my pdf after transferring to gmail.

                                Issue : 03

                                I am unable to unlock my phone for three hours. My screen was getting off and on repeadily. After restarting it gets locked after few second with same condition.

                                So i talked to nokia support chat, they told me to reboot the phone in safe mode and force restart but after doing same issue is not resolved.

                                After three hours it automatically gets open.

                                I still able to manage as i have trust with the nokia brand.

                                Issue : 04

                                I didn't get any kind of system or any update till now. My friend is having latest update on the same phone. When i use to check for update it shows that your phone is up to date and android security patch level 1 april 2017.

                                I have talked to the customer care on 9.11.2017. They told me that several other customer are facing this kind of issue and right now they are not having any kind of the solution for that.
                                My ticket number is 94707.

                                Now my trust for this nokia brand is about to break and i will not suggest anyone to buy this phone.

                                I want my all issues to be resolved as early as possible.

                                  I have bought a nokia battery from e-bay througj mohamad jasil. P. Jasil who is big cheater. He had send a battery which is fake the item worked for five months. After that i started contacting this 420 jasil. He is narrating stories what not every thing. Jasil is cheater. Be carefull while buying any item from him.

                                  The above said company or shop name jasilshop kerla owner name jasil.. These people are sending fake nokia batteries in the name of original nokia battery. I am asking for replacement and they are saying cock and bull stories.. Please through this platform i am urging for replacement. I have contacted e-bay they tried to resolve this issue but jasil is not responding

The concerned people at your nokia care told me that it has a software issue but first tell me how can a new phone could face such # problem and when they resolved it some dots was appearing on the display & so they took back from me. When you people will sort out my problem & how much you will take or else replace my phone.

                                        I have purchase nokia -3 new mobile due to 1st time launch in india market. I hope best mobile android phone. But sir within 04 months mobile not working and his mother board have been replacing by service center. And within in month same problem in phone & handover to service station. Service station team is saying problem in phone & tries his replaces mother board. Mother board not available in stock. He request raised but not assured when he will provided mobile with us.                                         Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Worst case in Nokia there no authorised service centers for Nokia in many of the cities. The third party service centers are available but they are not at all responding. It is better to buy Asus, Samsung, Moto, etc Mobiles because they are having authorised service centers and quick response and giving main priority to customer satisfaction
                                        Nokia 3 does not run jio pos plus it restart automatic restart itself.
                                        and I bought this phone only for this work and am a retailer jio pos is necessery for me for activation and recharge for jio
