I have recently purchased the new nokia 8 on 4 Nov at poorvika offline stores and the phones display got damaged with in a month. The display was having black lines in the top and middle. Also sometimes we could see that the phone getting hanged and the battery life is not promising as much. The power charger is taking more time to charge the phone.

So have contacted the customer care and they said to submit the mobile to the nearest service center and also they said that if the device was found defective, it will be replaced. Then I have given the mobile to the service center on 16 Dec and they confirmed that the display is defected one and they said they cannot replace but they will arrange for the new display.

They said it will be taking around 5 days of time, later it prolonged to 10 and now its almost 3 weeks of time but still they are saying the display is not yet dispatched from the main unit. At last they asked to get my mobile back and they said they will inform once the display will be available without any ETA for the same.

So when i started reaching for the customer care, Still the issue is not yet complete. After several follow ups and multiple tickets they said they will escalate the issue and get back to me in 24 hours and to my surprise later they said it will take another 5 more days.

Its really frustrating now even after getting continuous follow ups and made me more disappointed with the name Nokia. I was blindly waited for 2 years to get the new Nokia and now its almost a waste one out of my 7 Nokia mobiles which i have used previously. Its really a shame on you and when u cannot offer a worthy service please never think of getting back to business on the mobile platform. I trusted Nokia even after many things haven't worked out but you people ruined all the trust that I had on Nokia.
To be frank I was in a position to throw or crush the Nokia and I really feel very bad at this moment since the original Nokia is not back still. The first and worst experience with Nokia that I had in my lifetime. I need a new mobile since I don't want to move out of Nokia else give my money back to get for a new one.

    I submitted my phone in laxmi nagar nokia care on 19th december i was told to provide service in 5 days but still the part which they requested to company not received till 23 december so pls hear ur service centre employees also understand the value of time of a custmer how he servives without a phone..       Extremely sad my nokia phone is less than 6 months old i doubt it has gorilla glass a low fall broke the glass. Please help in such case. There are cracks on screen, was it equipped with gorilla glass? As per the details given in the website, it's screen was supposed to be very hard and strong, i ve been fan of all the nokia fans even lumia. M sad.. Can you at nokia help me?

      This Nokia 6 Phone is Totally low Class phone & Third class Service Centers .Stupid Mobile phone Sad my Nokia 6 is i brought just 15 days back already that phone get a highly temperature i can't hold in my hand. so Give to Service center there people is not responding properly. iam submitted in December 11th for till date i'm receiving the hand set . very worst Service giving in mysore city.. Pl take action pl help to me

        I have purchased Nokia 150 model phone dated 5th August 2017. The mobile was working properly till Nov 2017 end, But suddenly display was not working,
        Hence I went to Chennai Nokia service center's (Anna nagar & Gopalapuram).
        But there was no response from their side even when I am ready to pay for display.
        Further I went to Poorvika showroom chennai (Ayanavaram Branch) from where i Purchased the mobile. But unfortunately they too are not ready to help me out.
        In this juncture I am raising complaint to Nokia customer care to take this matter seriously in resolving the issue.
        Please do the needful at the earliest.

          As i had purchased the model as its launched near to that dates and i having an problem of hearing speaker problem and where i had purchased they had taken an mobile above 8-days know they are telling that phone has gone under the water actual only speaker problem they rejecting to something. as if it correct if it gone water(rain) then it have to be get repaired or else showed any other way to resolve the issue.

            Nokia 2 is worst mobile in 7000 segments as compare to other mobile, yesterday i have purchased this set and these are the issues which i hv faced from very first day.
            1. Hang issue no smoothness in os.
            2. Incompete features.
            3.in selfie camera there is no feature to disable mirror mode.
            4. Spell autocorrection is not working i[censored] disable spell correction feature from setting but still it will give suggestion while u r typing anything.
            5. Front camera is of 5 mega pixel but quality is just like 2 mega pixel even 2 mega pixel is far better than this.
            6. Ultimately there is no smothness in os, facing hanging issue from very first day even i have installed very few apps in that.

            My phone is not working properly there is not any app downloads and sometime the screen touch are automaticaly working there are touch any where and any app open autometicaly what to do
            I have purchased nokia 5 few months back, now the screen is cracked, provide solution. or remedy

              I purchased nokia 3 on[protected] from mobile phone retailer's shop. After reaching home i kept my nokia 3 phone in recharge and on getting fully charged and then just using it for twenty minutes battery comes down to 88% and phone gets shutdown and didnt started. Next day i went to retailer's shop i complained he did something to start and what i find is battery shows 55% and meanwhile i reached in an hour to nokia service center battery reaches to 37% without much o[censored]se. I submitted my phone to repair drain problem.
              I have lost trust in this phone, all i want is refund of my money and stop the matter here.

                    I bought a nokia 6 mobile 17th nov 2017 after 15 days the touch is not working at all so i cannot able to login into mobile,
                    I contact the nokia customer support mention in the website ([protected]), and i contact them and said my touch is not working at all and they said please take the mobile to nokia customer service center, and they said the address nokia care tharamani chennai, ph - [protected],
                    I contact in the mention number they told they shifted in to keelkattalai ask me to bring the mobile there, i took the mobile and they tried some option (Relfash) and still the touch is not working, they said we will replace the touch it will take 7-10 days, i told i bought this mobile 15 days back only now the touch is not working i want replace for this i cannot wait for 10 days, but they said there is no option to replace the mobile
                    Then i have no other option and i gave the mobile for service on 02/12/17.
                    I called them after 7 days still they are saying the spare is not available. This is very disappointing me, if the higer officer is not taking such action then i need to go with some other way, take the action immediately.

                    श्रीमान जी, तीन माह पूर्व मैंने नोकिया- 6 सेट खरीदा था। सेंट हैंग कर रहा है और टच सिस्टम भी ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा।

                      My new nokia 3310 power backup is poor, as we know the nokia replacements policy. We complaint to the shopkeeper, but no positive response is provided from the shopkeeper.                         Dear sir, i have purchased nokia 6 on 5/12/17, before purchasing i was not allowed to verify the details of the phone and i was was told that it is 32gb internal memory phone. But practically i found that about 10gb has been used for google apps, so, i got only 22gb internal memory. Is it not cheating with the customer? I am using many others renowned androids but they have not done this. You have not written this truth in the box also. Now what should i do? Because 10gb is not a matter of jock. Please do something or i will be compelled to go to consumer forearm. Thanking you.

                          I lost my nokia mobile in bmtc bus on 2nd march 2010 while going to office in bangalore. Somebody had looted from my pocket. The imei number of the set is [protected]. I would appreciate if the set is put under surveillance using the imei number and traced out which would give me confidence and satisfaction on the oem (Nokia india) of having purchased the set from an authorised nokia priority dealer, rather than from the grey market.

                              I am dr rejimon p. M. Working in university professor at calicut, kerala. I am very much fond of nokia brand because my first phone was nokia and that is very much user friendly. Owing to this reason i am glad to receive the nokia 3 series phone.                                 I purchased a nokia 6 and the devise stop working within one week,
                                I also contact with nokia service centre which is avaible at borivali west. That have no manners how to talk to customers. I really hate nokia 6.. I lost my money... I also request to service centre pls can you replaced my phone even only one week gone for new phone. Chuii i hate it... I request all of you don't buy nokia phones.. My still having issues but they not doing anything with my phone...

                                  I purchased a nokia 6 and the devise stop working within two weeks, i contacted the nokia customer service centre. After examining the device they returned and advice that it got hardware problem and they told me that they have no provision to replace the device, they can only repair. I am not interested in repairing a device having a major manufacturing defect. It creates depression in me and i am not longer wish to use this device. I contacted the nokia mobile care ([protected]@hmdglobal.com and [protected]@nokiaphone.com) more than 6 times they were repeatedly directed me to repair the phone.
                                  Kindly take necessary steps.

                                    I have purchased nokia 3 from paytm mall vide order id. [protected] and invoice no. 29a[protected] and imei number [protected] dated 21.09.2017 and the same was delivered to me on 25.09.2017.
                                    My mobile display is not appearing and sounds and lights are flashing but display is not showing. My mobile screen is not displaying anything even though alarm is ringing. There is no option to off alarm because display is not showing. It is switched off at anytime by own. I am trying to open it. But it was not open.
                                    I take down the mobile to nokia care muzaffarnagar. They update the software yet the problem is not solved. I call nokia customer care but still no response from there also. So i request you to give my money back or replace my cell phone and give me new asset.

                                        It's with very disappointment am drafting this mail. When I was in thought of replacing my old mobile with latest budget one, obviously Nokia 6 was the best solution in the market. A 5.5 inch full hd display with Gorilla glass felt very satisfying for me with other specifications. But yesterday, an unlucky day in my life, my mobile felt from a 40 cm height. But I was very confident with the Gorilla glass protection, but I was wrong because my display was broken. It was just one month old in my hand, please refer to the attached bill.

                                        I am also attaching the display image for reference. I am still remembering the uncrackable display advertisement at the time of mobile launch. So it will be great if you can do a replacement for me.
