It's been 1 month i purchased nokia 3 and my phone get switch off at stand by mode i went thrice to nokia care center so plz take my complaint seriously your service is not up to mark kindly look into this why this phne is getting switch off. My new nokia 3310 power backup is poor, as we know the nokia replacements policy. We complaint to the shopkeeper, but no positive response is provided from the shopkeeper. Shopkeeper asking to compalint the nokia service center (Near santpura, yamunanagar). Also from service center no positive response is provided. So the problem is till remain.

It's with very disappointment am drafting this mail. When I was in thought of replacing my old mobile with latest budget one, obviously Nokia 6 was the best solution in the market. Got new cell phone, was working well for a month until i decide to put a memories card, after 10 hours battery get empty, i told the shop 3 times i return until i really got upset they gave me new one same model, i told the shop i will get same problem, they laugh... This is not a complaint, but wirting with lot of pain due to the purchase of nokia mob 3. I am a older user of nokia phones, just bcz of these i purchased nokia 3 new android phone 1 week earlier.
