I have purchase nokia -3 new mobile due to 1st time launch in india market. I hope best mobile android phone. But sir within 04 months mobile not working and his mother board have been replacing by service center. And within in month same problem in phone & handover to service station. Service station team is saying problem in phone & tries his replaces mother board. Mother board not available in stock. He request raised but not assured when he will provided mobile with us. A lots of problem facing regarding mobile.

I have purchased this devise 2 months back. Since the beginning i am having issue with this phone such as listed below:
- mobile automatic get switched off, and don't get restart with power button. To restart i need to force start (Volume key+power key).
- touch automatically stop responding anytime, resulting inability to use the devise for sometime, unable to receive incoming calls most of the time, back button, home button and other button won't work.
- internet speed is not upto the mark. When using similar wifi network in 2 different devises, this phone is slower than other.
- network fluctuation is much more than any other devise. My family and friends using lenovo, mi, samsung and motorola devises with same network, but whenever compare with them, this devise shows less network coverage than any other devise.
- i have submitted this devise in service center and it was third time within 3 months when i had to visit service center.

Whosoever reading this complaint and is a user of nokia, i strongly recommend not to buy any nokia devise because they are not good enough to invest into. By paying comparably higher price for less feature, you will receive only useless machine nothing else.

I purchased nokia 3 2 days ago. Design of this mobile is pretty cool but the user interface is worse. No additional apps are preinstalled in it. No options to change theme. Also i have seen the user interface of other companies like samsung and mi. Their interface and apps features are very good and useful. But nokia 3 has worst ui i have ever seen. I m very disappointed with it. Plz provide a update in which more apps are included. Also themes store and a good looking user interface should be provided. This ui is so basic and ugly.

Now i am find an problem in this model that it automatically connect with internet without on the data connection. Due to which network company take charge for it. So i have lost so much amount. I need a perfect solution for it. Please guide me as soon as possible.

Pl. Refer the attached photograph of a service jobsheet offered by one o[censored]r authorised service care centre. They miserebly failed to replace the defective "receiver" of my mobile handset of nokia make on the pretext of non-availability of the same. I am very to say that they have dented the reputaion of a company like you. Pl. Take nessacery action.

Sir,
I bought my nokia almost a month back. After some usage there was a problem with the speakers so i got the problem resolved at your service centre at jodhpur, rajasthan. I got it back after 10 days and now not even 5 days after the repair my home button which is also the fingerprint sensor stopped responding. It unlocks the phone by the fingerprint but it does not close the apps and take me back to the home screen. So i request you to please help me resolve the issue.

I am writing this mail with deep regression that i bought nokia 3 mobile phone.

On september 06, 2017, i bought a mobile phone from poorvika mobiles pvt ltd. From phoenix market city, whitefield road, bengaluru, karnataka. Even though nokia is not a great performer, i decided to buy nokia because i believed that the quality will good for it belongs to an old company and believed that it will have some minimum quality.

Just being two months, my mobile suddenly got shutdown on november 04, 2017, and from that time on-wards its not operating. I lost all my valuable data, photos., when i contacted the customer care they gave a number which is a wrong number. When i google for the number of nokia care which shows less that 3 stars, no i am in a pathetic condition and regretting the decision of buying nokia. I am confused now what to do or where to go. I am scared to go to the nokia care because they may misuse my data and photos.

From the first day i am facing multiple issues with this phone like hanging, not responding to swiping, selection touches and the hand gestures., it was a very very bad decision to buy this phone, being i had lot of other options to buy. What kind of low quality products are you people making and selling, by putting mud in the eyes of the consumers. Are you people selling the mobile without quality check and thereby cheating people.

I am going to shoot this issue all over social media, and friends circle and requesting them not to buy any nokia products any more., and i will be writing very very bad review about nokia wherever i can. How can a mobile phone stop working within two months. This shows the pathetic quality of nokia. Now there are a lot of mobile companies which give many options and best performance too. I am going to consumer court because nokia cheated me by giving such a worst product and due to that i have lost my valuable data and photo.

This will be my last nokia product in my life., i wanted to forward this mail to higher authority of nokia all over the word.

Am very scared of the safety of myself/my family/consumers during using this nokia 3 mobile, kindly take some precautions for allowing such kind of product into market with less safety concern,

main issue is as mentioned above, it gets heated very fastly we can feel it more than normal, i have used other brands and also discussed with my friends & they tooexperience the same, i have found my nokia 3 gets heated causing lot of tension & fear, concerned about everyone

also i have posted my complients in nokia mobile care but no reply which is really dissapointing

I am faceing auto switched off problem from purchase date i visited customer service center every time they repair the phone but problem are still same they are not ready to replace the phone i m also using nokia 6 i m regular user of nokia but this time experience not good i will never sugges to any for nokia

I have a little screen damage. My phone is 1month old. Suddenly my phone got hang. We went to the nearest service centre in international market, pani tanki more, siliguri. They told us about a software issue. But they told it will not cover the waranty due to a little hardware damage and claimed 350 rs. I have repaired many handset and faced many service centre but this type of issue never faced in any service centre. I want a satisfied reply.

My nokia 6 buy ing in amazon but it heat duration charge and mobile data use and charge down quickly. My problem soal quickly. I bought nokia 3 in july. Phone is automatically switching off for 2-3 hours and later then starts automatically & heating so much... Already submitted this phone in nokia care ghatkopar west mumbai. 4 times submitted this phone still problem is not solved... My num. [protected]. Also i attached video for your reference. This guyz are not going to replace this phone they said repair krte hai.

I have lodged complaint on 11.10.2017 id 1734651 that i purchased nokia 3 handset on 14.08.2017. Imei no [protected] handset remain blackout for the whole day, software was updated by nokia service centre (Ajmer tower) ajmer on 23.09.2017. Yet this handset remain black out twice in these two weeks and restart after some time. This condition of handset put me in trouble, my office work suffers & it gives mental tension. Kindly arrange to replace my handset, so that work can go on in easyway.

Dear team,

I have purchased nokia6 from online amazon.in just 2 months back and as per the features it states the nokia6 comes with a gorilla glass that is unbreakable but this is all just to attract the customers fellow peoples by showing highly featured specs.

Yesterday my phone fallen from my lap which was of small height and display broke. How does gorilla glass got broke from such a small height gap.

I need resolution on my query. I have sent attached invoice which i have received from amazon seller and the photographs of broken screen damaged phone.

This is just 2 months passed and gorilla glass phone got damaged from falling from a shorten height.

Unexpectable and highly disappointed by the launch of new nokia smartphone i have invested such a huge amount in phone and the company claims that phone comes with gorilla glass which is all false.

Need a resolution damaged should get covered under warranty. Kindly get my phone repaired else provide a replacement.

Please help me to get resolution on my matter.

My complaint is that from the date of purchased their is a problem of battery consumed very soon i have shown it at your services center in tilak nagar, delhi in the warranty period, they return us by saying that now the problem was solved but the same occurs again and after some time i have went again to them but they said your warranty period was over so i have told them no problem plz solve and correct the battery issue and i also paid them rs 750 for the battery problem and get back the phone but the same problem occurs again after some times.

So now i am fed up of this battery problem of my phone, plz i request u to tell me what to do now.

I've bought this brand new nokia 3 from a local mobile store from kodungallur, kerala.
Now the device is not turning on and when i connect the charger, it won't show any signs of charging... As the device is under warranty... I want a clear solution for my loss.. Kindly take my complaint into consideration.. One day i tried to charge it by connecting to a power source for exact 2 hours... And the fone wasn't turning on.

I have got an nokia 6 phone from amazon last month and my phone gets restarted oftenly, from past few days one hour once, please do help me in this. I am hard core fan of nokia handsets and after the release of this new android handset, i was very happy and ordered this phone, but now it is pissing me off with it's weirdest behaviour of getting restarted every hour and especially when i am making an important calls. I request you to look in to the issue.
