I bought it 2 months ago but suddenly last week down speaker stopped working. Alarm is also not working. It shows notification like you missed your alarm. Service center have placed order for the part of the speaker but still they are saying that we haven't received the part. Is this your service nokia? Really disappointed. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

    Few month back i purchase a mobile of nokia n3 sunday morning it's not getting on so i went at monday hazratganj service center of nokia they not open the mobile in front of me and after some time they all are saying liquid go inside your mobile so this type of complain not cover on warranty i am sure i'm my mobile not liquid go inside

    I buy nokia6 on 9 Jan 9 pm. After 10 minutes Data used it's got hot. Sales man said it's normal n alluminium body.its got hot while charging. I will recommend to my frnds n office staff dnt buy Nokia. It's srab mobiles. M working with vodafone Mumbai circle.

        SIR, my ph nokia lumia 930 had the problem of charging, so i meet the nokia care centre raipur, they told me that u have battery problem, so i asked them to replace it. and left my phone in care centre on 23/10/2017 . AND till today i haven't received my ph let. nokia care is saying that shipment is not received, come on monday, come on Saturday . its almost 3 months . I WANT MY PHONE BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, OR else i will file a complaint in consumer form.

          I am using this phone from 3 months, since first day there are numbers of issue

          Hanging every time.
          Major serious issue not able to receive text messages, i harassed totally due to that by nokia, as i have lots of otp like service messages, which is halting so many important work.
          Alarm, a very basic app even not working.
          Bluetooth turn on automatically.
          If i called to customer care, they have one thing to say "run on safe mode", which would not be worked.

            Hi,

            I lost my phone on dec 30th 2017, i used this platform to block my sim cards inserted in that phone, hope so it is resolved.

            But i could not block the phone - samsung on5, i do not have my imei number
            I lost the box somehwere. - and i have been getting security alerts to my mail id - that someone was trying to login my account from different location.

            How do i block my phone.

            Please suggest me a better way.
            This makes me disturbed.

              Unexpected phone at 15000.

              Old software
              Hanging issue - too much hangs whenever I open my phone, too slow to work
              Become hot many times - even at so less operation, it gets heated
              Camera- not as per the megapixel claimed

              I complained to customer care and also service centre, but there is no major action taken by them. They format the phone or make it on safe mode. It works good only for 2 days and then again it goes to the bad situation.

              Please take action asap. Request you to replace it or I have to take major action.

              Hope you understand.

                I bought a new nokia 5... And just in 1 mnth phn started showing speakr issues... I opted a new phn just because i didn't want to repair and use my old phone. Now they are telling me that they will have to repair my new phone and retrn it to me... My purpose of buying a new phn is not thus justified... I reallu doubt the come back of nokia with phones is just a waste... A new phn getting hardware issues is smtng related with manufacturing issues. I really doubt nokia's quality of sales and quality of service. I have deposited my phnin service centre and i dont want a repaired phone. Nokia doesn't have a solution. I am stuck buying nokia

                  My nokia 6 phone has been dealing with a problem and i have visited the nokia service center in kollam more than 3 times for repairing it in its warranty period itself, screen is detaching from the body from one edge but they repair each time and when i get back home the problem is again happening and the staffs in the nokia service center in kollam were not behaving properly. The phone is not even 3 months old and still having problems. I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible.

                    Really not expected!

                    Nokia 6

                    Very poor software - various issue just after a week of purchase,
                    Hanging is the major issue i just feel - it hangs every time i use the phone,
                    Bad camera quality - the megapixel shown at the box is not at all the same as in the phone

                    Nokia is a cheater - they show different things and give totally different, it should be banned.

                    Not at all worth with the price marked up - it should be charged at less than 6000 bugs

                      I am using nokia 3 handset (Phone) i was suffering from hanging, android failure and instant battery drain in my phone. Due to which i sumbited my phone on 27 december2017 at nokia service centre namely aryan nokia service station in lucknow (Uttar pradesh) as it was under warranty and they took 9 days and today (6 january 2018) i got my phone back after repair but none of my problems were resolved and the staff was not at all helpfull.
                      Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I have Nokia 6 4GB Ram ... It is still worst and hanging during performance. It is 4 gb ram but output is below 256MB ram ... And have very very bad and slowest performance. For open contacts list it takes time more than 15 sec and still updating contact.. it is worst worst and worst performance Mobile

                        This is hardik staying in borivali (W) area.

                        Nokia 5 was stolen from my house today (5th jan 2018). My dad left the house for a temple in morning (8.30 am). That time no body was present in the hall. I was in the bedroom and my mother was in kitchen. When stranger came to house, my mother thought that dad has return. So my mom did not come to the hall area. By that time they have stolen two mobile phones. My dad came after 15 min of this incidence. After total 30 mins of incidence dad was planning to call someone an that time we come to know that phone has been stolen. Once device was motorola g5 and the other was nokia 5.

                        We have also lodged the fir in mumbai police station. (Borivali west).

                        I have nokia 3. I was charging phone from hours but now battery level is stopped on 79% and battery is not fully charged and it shows that 79% and charger is connected still but battery level is not increasing and nothing is happen to phone battery I am stuck now.

                          This is to bring to your notice that i have a nokia 6 handset that was purchased on 4th november'17 through amazon. Once i started using it, i found that it has issues such as ghost touched and becoming un-responsive during normal operation. The only way to recover from this issue was to perform a restart until the phone would hang completely.

                          On visiting k. R. K solutions at marathalli, bangalore, i was informed it was a software bug and he installed some software which made the phone work for a day before issues became more severe. Handset submitted on 7th december again but after checking they informed there were no issues and software has again been reset. Upon insisting that they check they informed issues were found and motherboard and touch needs to be replaced but even procuring that has been going on for over a week now. They have informed different dates only to postpone it.
                          Now i don't find it worth to wait as no solution is being provided.

                          I want a new replacement handset/ refund for the same as a phone should never have issues in first week o[censored]sage and then when parts such as motherboard are replaced, it will be considered a refurbished handset then. I want a concrete solution asap as paying up for this and not able to use it has been a big loss for me.
                          Only response i received was it has been escalated to concerned team and after two months of purchase i still have no solution and service center says parts are pending and support team says its escalated to concerned team.

                                Sir i am using nokia 6 mobile from the last 4 months... I have got some problems after i updated security as well as android updates..
                                Problems are
                                1. Message app is not working proper. I hadn't get any messages unless i sent messages to someone..
                                2. Alarm app is not working in a proper way.. I kept alarm for everyday. Bt it dint ring.. Only notification come to display that u missed alarm like that..
                                Its not only my problem i have seen message app reviews many nokia 6 users has same problem..
                                Please help me to come out of this problem as soon as possible.. It's my humble request to nokia care..

                                  I am a dead fan of nokia brand which i was using since 2005. Recently i purchased nokia 2 and had faced several problems, one major issue was heating of the device. I visited service centre for more than 5-6 times in just 20 days. I contacted to customer care number and explained this issue they escalated this issue to senior department and that person says install any temp app from play store if the temperature is more than 45c then the device is considered as fault. It reached around 44.4c while charging. How can you help regarding this issue. But my query is about why the phone goes upto 44.4 when no application are used and it is in idle state of charging. I cleared all the background apps and have not installed any huge apps
                                  The other concern is not all phones gets heated while charging, thus shouldn't be said normal.

                                  Nokia has not taken any steps regarding this issue. This would really affect my health. They have not considered for replacement also.

                                  Same with my phone. After playing 5 minute youtube video or while charging, its like iorn box. After one update, heating while playing video solved. But heating during charging continues. Also, internet speed is very low compared to Asus Zenphone Max with same operator and same plan.

                                  I purchased Nike 2 for my sister and she is complaining me heat issue without any app installation most of the time faced issue while calling and charging.

                                    Hi team,
                                    Ordered nokia 5 & delivered on 15th dec 2017. After use of one day it was found that mobile is heating than normal. Complaint launch in flipkart on 17th dec 2017. There was no call back. 2 dyas later i called & explain in details the exact issue. Flipkart told me to follow few steps so did the same, still issue was not resolved. After 1st attempt team advice that technical team visit @ home however there is no person came & close the case (Without my confirmation) that mobile is working normal. Again i have complaint to flipkart & ask them to provide the refund as they have treat as false commitment. They convince & said we will again arrange technical visit. Second time again they did the same thing without technical visit they closed the case. Here i would like to inform that flipkart team provide false commitment. So request them to refund the amount at the earliest as i am not able to use the phone due its lack of performance. As per policy it 10 days replacement however after 13 days there is action taken by flipkart.

                                      I purchased nokia 3 1.5 months ago. Now my phone starts hanging. My phone starts vibrating whenever i open any app. We are not able to use our phone from two-three days. For example, when i see any episode on hotstar, one or two episodes will be fine, but after it, it starts vibrating and the app is closed automatically. It vibrates for sometime. Sometimes, it only stops vibrating when i put it on charging.

                                      I had purchased nokia 3, 1.5 months ago. Now, two-three days, my phone starts vibrating whenever i open any app. We are not able to use our phone from two-three days. For example, if i watch any episode on hotstar, one or two will be fine. I will be able to watch them smoothly, but after it, mobile phone starts vibrating automatically and the app is closed automatically. Sometimes, phone only stops vibrating when i put it on charging.                                         I have recently purchased the new nokia 8 on 4 Nov at poorvika offline stores and the phones display got damaged with in a month. The display was having black lines in the top and middle. Also sometimes we could see that the phone getting hanged and the battery life is not promising as much. The power charger is taking more time to charge the phone.

                                        So have contacted the customer care and they said to submit the mobile to the nearest service center and also they said that if the device was found defective, it will be replaced. Then I have given the mobile to the service center on 16 Dec and they confirmed that the display is defected one and they said they cannot replace but they will arrange for the new display.

                                        They said it will be taking around 5 days of time, later it prolonged to 10 and now its almost 3 weeks of time but still they are saying the display is not yet dispatched from the main unit. At last they asked to get my mobile back and they said they will inform once the display will be available without any ETA for the same.

                                        So when i started reaching for the customer care, Still the issue is not yet complete. After several follow ups and multiple tickets they said they will escalate the issue and get back to me in 24 hours and to my surprise later they said it will take another 5 more days.

                                        Its really frustrating now even after getting continuous follow ups and made me more disappointed with the name Nokia. I was blindly waited for 2 years to get the new Nokia and now its almost a waste one out of my 7 Nokia mobiles which i have used previously. Its really a shame on you and when u cannot offer a worthy service please never think of getting back to business on the mobile platform. I trusted Nokia even after many things haven't worked out but you people ruined all the trust that I had on Nokia.
                                        To be frank I was in a position to throw or crush the Nokia and I really feel very bad at this moment since the original Nokia is not back still. The first and worst experience with Nokia that I had in my lifetime. I need a new mobile since I don't want to move out of Nokia else give my money back to get for a new one.
