I am mr. satyanarayana gupta, had purchased a Nokia 5 mobile phone few months back at rajam. The mobile phone was having the problem of getting to much of heat while connecting to the charger by this display was blanked after servicing that .it gives trouble again that 'display is blurring '.

so would you please respond to my complaint as fast as you can.

    I purchased nokia 6 online in september 2017
    I found a strange and ridiculous feature of missed alarm. When i set an alarm i found no alarm is happening but i get a message missed alarm. Which resulted in missing buses so many times.

    I hope u will give solution or replacement of handset.

    Company has not even taken cognizance of my complaint and immediately after uploading complaint message appeared 'mark as resolved' This is totally wrong. I have not received any phone call / email regarding attending complaint. i will suggest my friends that not buy this phone Prakash Kale

    as per the statistics provides besides this only 3% complaints are resolved out of 6900 complaints it seems that my complaint will also take ages to solve or will remain unresolved. Nokia will loose credibility.

      Sir... I know that u have started to make android again... I also know what had happened to ur company in earlier period... So my mobile is nokia x2 and i have been using it for past 2 or 2.5 years, but no update had come. To be honest the phone is well and never troubled me... But i like to ask u i[censored] can develop and start giving updates. Specially i wanna ask for google playstore.

        Dear sir/ madem,
        I hv purchased nokia 5 before 2 months before. By starting i am facing heating problems now hanging too.. The phone was heating at the time o[censored]sing mobiledata and during phone calls. Some time we can't touch the phone that much of heat. We have lot of trust on nokia products thatsy i brought nokia phone but now i think i lost my money...
        Now i can't use this mobile. Please refund my money please... I can't use this phone hv to change soon please contact me as soon as possible...

            I purchased this device before 2 months ago. Previously it was working fine. There was no heating problem even after the when i switched on the mobile data. But now i am facing this issue when i switched on the mobile data. I am in a big confusion to use this device or not as i have seen so many cases of handset blast so please replace the device and give the new one.

                I had taken a water damaged nokia 6 for repairs. On examination, i was asked an amount of rs 10, 000 for repairing my device. When i took the device to a friend for a second opinion, i was shocked to know that the connector between the motherboard and the lcd was deliberately broken/damaged by the service personnel. I kindly request you to look into that matter

                  Dear nokia,
                  I thought you came back to mobile market strongly, but there is something you should look into your quality to stay in this business.
                  Few are the observations after using my nokia 3 for 1 month:
                  1. It heats up like an iron box.
                  2. Battery drains out just in half day if we use internet, so for students this is a bad choice.
                  3. Sometimes apps will close automatically or hangs up.
                  4. Call history doesn't display the caller id names quickly, it takes some buffering time.
                  5. Apps could have been organised in a proper way like other android phones.

                    Respected sir/ma'am, i have purchased nokia 3 bears bears model no. : ta-1032 ds on 25 november 2017. And after purchasing this handset, i have started facing the problem with its charging point (It doesn't get charged and having problem with charging point). So, i went to your customer service centre dharamshala, himachal pradesh, india. They check the cellphone properly. There was no problem other than charging point and no scratch and nothing else. They assure me that i will get my product after repairing within a week. I have given this handset to my father as a gift and he was very much excited related to this. But who knows nokia's pathetic service will ruin all the joy. It takes almost 3 months to get repair a single problem with charging point. I contacted a number of times at your service centre and visit there. I have all the records with me and images as well. And now when i get back my cell phone, you guys have return this with new problems its "back touch" is not working properly, "touch screen" is not working properly. There are a number of scratches on my cellphone. Now you tell me what i should have to do. Kindly take your product back and i want to get my money back, otherwise i have to file a case against you and i have a number of reasons for that and a number of evidences. Now, i don't want to use your product. Which company took 3 months to repair a charging point. You guys play with the emotions of your customers and doing mental harassment. And your service staff is very poorly organised, unethically. Even they don't know how to talk with their customers. Kindly look in this matter and revert me as soon as possible and i want my full amount back i. E. Rs 9999, nothing else. If you didn't took any action, then i have to take some. So, i am waiting for your positive response.

                        My mobile nokia 216 and sim tata docomo no.[protected]. I has gone to nokia care in thousand lights (Near sathyam cinemas). He refused to service my nokia mobile 216. He advised me to go purchased shop. I approached tata docomo customer care 198, 121, 1909, 1900 but however internet is not working in my nokia mobile 216. I kindly request for resolve my problem.

                            I made a request to the nokia service centre for the last 1 month for the exchange of the above mentioned model. Till today there is no any responses from the company. The person who is looking after my case doesn't seems interested at all as he don't pick my calls neither messages me. He says it will be done in 3 days but till now there's no progress. It's been 2 to 3 days he don't pick my calls instead he rejects n keeps on lieng. He said he made an application and forwarded it to his manager but still there's no conformation n is still pending he said. Well I have been hearing that ### for more than 2 weeks but to my knowledge there's no response at all. I want the company to strictly look forward to my problem n then try to solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                I have brought nokia 6 mobile and within a month it started giving problem. The problems were battery, loud speaker off. I go to care they take my phone and said your doing repair of speaker your phone's network cable is injured and now you have to put your phone for 7 days. After 7 days when i take my phone its internal speaker was not working, mic was also not working, battery backup is only 2 hours, no network after putting 2 sims. Now they are not giving job sheet saying your call is already pending. I have put my phone 3-4 times in the nokia care. Still it have problem and still its in nokia care. I have called customer care many times they said ask them to call us. My ticket no is 206577. They close my ticket number without solving my problem. My phone was very new, they make my phone very old by doing bad fitting. Its my humble request to please replace my phone.

                                  I purchased the nokia 6 phone from Amazon 3 months back. When I started using the mobile I had problems in listening to other person voice while on call or after I pick the call or dail the call. Slowly it started to appear in middle of the call. As a work around I need to turn ON my load speaker to hear the voice. This happens intermittently and I visited the Nokia care for more than 4 times, they even replaced the mother board of my mobile and issue still exits. Can anyone refund my money so that I can go to better brand available in market for cheaper price as well.

                                  After speaking to Nokia helpline number they only talk one work "Sorry for inconvenience, please go to Nokia center" irrespective of what you speak. This needs a lot more improvement. They act like Robert's.

                                  The Only reason I purchased this Mobile because of NOKIA brand and which is not meeting the expectations of customers.

                                  Nokia is not good phone I bought Nokia 5 on 10 November 2017. And on 14 March 2018 my phone was starting to blink. I went on Nokia care on 15 March 2018. They took 1280 bucks to me for repairing. But now my phone light is blinking itself. It is too bad experience. I will say single a word do not buy Nokia.

                                    I had given my nokia lumia 1320 to a service centre in ludhiana, punjab on warrenty basis on[protected] but not recieved back till date. If i am asking the service centre they are saying we cant do anything as they had given it to a service centre in banglore. They can return me if they had given it back to them.                                       What a worst mobile you manufacture... now some applications automatically closed... battery is draining in just 2-3 hours uses...Battery Drained in just 5 minute from 15% level to 0% and some seconds from 5 to 0%... charging from 0-5% it is taking 1 hour... full charging time is 5-6 hours... really a worst mobile I ever used.. I trust only Nokia... never purchase any Nokia mobile and also suggest to friend not to buy any Nokia Mobile... performance is worst than other Xolo mobile having half price from Nokia... Service center is not providing any solution.. visited service centre in just 2nd day after purchased...sometime touch is also not working... cant play any games due to touch problem... ... proximate sensor is also not working many times...Too much heating during data ... some time GPS is not working... many times I lost GPS signal during navigation... Just used for attending call... cant play games... no video... camera is worst like 2MP...some times automatically screen black during charging... Biggest mistake to believe Nokia again...I was wrong... Hangs a lot... visited service centre on just 2nd day after purchased to replace it but no solution provided...

                                      I visited service center 3 times but they are saying if the problem come in front of our then we will considered. But in my phone touch is some time not working properly otherwise it is working. I also recorded this problem but they are not considered it. But this problem came some times only during using mobile but 3 -4 times in a day. How can i convince them? As the touch is started working after unloking the phone again . How can i prove that it is not working.?
                                      I really frustrate from this mobile after purchase this. Only 10 days after purchase it.
                                      In future i will never recommended any my contact to purchase any Nokia device

                                      I have purchased Nokia 105 from Amazon on 12/12/2017 it is under 1 year replacement warranty recently it has developed some fault (speaker is not working) no sound no ringtone, on taking it to the customer service centre at Tilak Nagar New Delhi they refused to replace the product I want my product to be replaced kindly help.

                                        I bought the nokai 6 phone from amozon on 24 th january 2018. Since 14 th february 2018, within 3 weeks it has started giving problems as the screen would be on but the swipe does not work and i am unable to open the phone.
                                        I definitely want a change of instrument.
                                        I have an international conference to attend in aiims delhi on 23 rd feb 2018and i am not able to use it for the presentation which was the main reason to pick up the phone.
                                        It is highly disappointing as i am a nokia user since 2001.
                                        Please replace the piece immediately.
