Hi.. I am avid nokia user since 2003, this time i had purchased nokia6, which i was eagerly waiting for launch.. I had inferior experience with this model and fail to believe such poor quality.
Incidentally there is a issue with handset speaker, earphone and charger too.. I have come across to service centre for resolution.. Also to add the worst battery life.. Getting dried in 6-10 hours..

    I bought a Nokia 6 phone as on 07 Dec 2017 from Reliance Fatima Nagar Pune . I was using it as usual on daily basis with optimal use, however as on 30 January the phone started behaving weird the apps started filckering in the background, I was not able to make a call, the touch screen had issues all of sudden, phone could not be switched as well, As on 31January I took the phone to the Reliance and they politely led me to Nokia Care in Hadapsar Pune, I went there and mentioned the issue, however the lady out there was less attentive, I filled the job sheet, initially I was told that there was a s/w issue and they would work on it and would get in touch with me . I was later told that they would be replacing the touchscreen and that comes in a combo and they have to order the part . I was ok with it and agreed with them, I was in constant touch with them telling them to check every issues of the phone if any persisting . I then received a call from them as on Friday 9 Feb however could not make it, the i visited them on Sat, the y handed me the phone with the battery completely drained, the lady at the reception just plugged the charges for five min or less then that and requested me to check the phone, now in that short duration with the phone charges 5% i could see the touch issue was solved with new display, I closely inspected the phone and found that there was a small scratch on the bottom left on the rim the phone panel, I highlighted the same to the store people and they later said that they will place an order for it, I took the phone from them under good faith that it would work fine, After taking it home I had to charge the phone for few hours as the phone was not functional for almost more then a week, I then started using the phone, however when tried making a call, to my surprise I could see that that person on the other end could not hear me and neither I was audible, the loudspeaker was also not functioning . I was almost disheartened . I could not visit them immediately as i was out of office hours now, The other day that is 11 Feb was a Sunday and they were officially closed, I took the phone to the Reliance store then . The rep out there advised me to get the phone rebooked in for further assessment . I visited the same Nokia Care in Hadapsar and spoke to the technician, I gave him the info about the issue, he also got the same checked in front of me and mentioned that he would need some time to look into the same, I have now kept the phone with them for repair .
    I AM NOW A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER, HAVE LOST FAITH IN THE BRAND ( NOKIA 6 ), JUST IMAGINE, THE PHONE "BRAND NEW PHONE " HARDLY USED HAS STARTED TROUBLES . I DO NOT EXPECT TO KEEP THE PHONE ANYMORE WITH ME, THE PHONE HAS LOST ITS ORIGINALITY AND CHARM AFTER GETTING IN BOOKED FOR REPAIR TWICE . PLEASE GET THIS LOOKED INTO AND GET ME A JUSTIFICATION EITHER WITH THE VALUE OF THE PHONE OR A BRAND NEW PHONE OF SAME MAKE OR MODEL OR OF THAT VALUE A DIFFERENT BRAND

      I purchased the model Nokia 6 on 12th December and submitted my phone forreplacement on 29th December as a small mark appeared on the display which grew to an inch long mark and the device wasworking extremely slow and keept hanging.havent received myphone back yet
      I brought this set on 25 nov 2017. Till today i visited nokia center 4 to 5 times with the issue of software and battery, automatic poweroff poweron. In just 2 month software issue this is annoying.

        I have bought a nokia 5 of 2 gb of ram from a store in jaipur rajasthan india but soon after your company had launched a new nokia 5 of ram 3 gb. And when i went any nokia shop for exchange my older one of 2 gb ram to a new one of 3 gb of ram all said that there is no exchange offer on nokia 5 so i want your company to please exchange my older nokia 5 of 2 gb of ram to a new one of 3gb of ram.

          This is krishnan. R from madurai tamil nadu. My daughter phone touch was struck suddenly i visit nokia service center in good standing, madurai. The servicer name was mr. Hari who behaved so rude and irresponsible and behaved do worng and used bad words.
          Take action on him based on this issue.
          Now the service center having my phone and telling more complicated about my phone. That my phone can't repair in warranty period because it was fell in water and am dam sure my phone didn't fell into water and i didn't fall down. While speaking with my dad suddenly display got stuck. This nokia service center didn't have any compliant registration form or book asking money from everyone nokia phone users.

              Mobile automatically heat in 10to15min when i charging the phone or use the phone. Mostly phone heat when i use 3rd party applications.                 I bought a nokia 6 and using for a month issues found
                1- speaker got damage
                2-touch screen detach from the device three time
                I have contacted the authorised service center and repaired all the issue. The same issue happen again now the touch don't work sometime fingerprint sensor also not working when i contacted the customer toll free number they asked me to go to the service center.
                I have done this several time and i spend long time for this phone i am no longer interested in this phone kindly take necessary step as early as possible

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    On 19th Jan, 2018, at 8:30 PM, I bought a NOKIA 3 from JMD Communication, Sahibabad, GZB. I have discovered that the Mobile Phone has the following damages on 14th day of purchase:
                    (i) The Loudspeakers, which have issue of sound which is not working properly.(Hardware Issue)
                    (ii) Hanging Problem.

                    The Dealer/Seller were not intimate me about the policy of replacement at the time of purchasing and it also has not been given at any document or website of NOKIA. I also had talk with the NOKIA customer care they also refer me to visit NOKIA CENTRE. As directed by NOKIA care and Dealer/Seller, I visited to NOKIA CENTRE i.e., NOKIA CARE, RDC Rajnagar, Ghaziabad, U.P., on 03/02/2018 but they said that this is the replacement policy which is concerned with NOKIA company which is about of 14 days and it is not their fault that the company and dealer have not mentioned it.

                    The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that the product which a consumer receive must be of satisfactory quality and as the reasons stated above they are not. Hence, I am entitled to a refund/ item replaced with new one, as I don't want to continue with existing/old one.

                    I look forward to hearing from you in this serious case.

                      Bought nokia6 - invoice number - maa[protected]Date 20/09/2017) via amazon. Right from the beginning i've had issues with the new handset, the touch wasnt very resposive, i went to nokia care centre to the below address:

                      On the14/12/17 or 15/12/17 i went to the above centre and gave phone to be checked, it was repaired and was given back to me agter 1 day.

                      Again after few days i had other issues, unable to delete photos, i went again to the centre on 18/12/17 and this time the phone was again checked and repaired and was handed back to me after 2 days.

                      On the 20/01/2018, now a new problem with phone, all my contacts were getting deleted on its own, and some contact numbers were repeating 3-4 times, so i went again to the centre, this time they didnt even help me and send me back saying that i must have done something to the phone and didnt even look at the issue.

                      On the 28/01/2018, i was out in the evening and was late coming to home and had to book a cab around 10:30pm, as again as before, the touch screen was not responsive and i couldnt use my phone and couldnt book the cab, so i went to show it the 4th time to their centre on the 30/12/2018, this time i was really furious as this is a new phone and i just wanted a replacement of the phone instead of any more repairs.

                      The staff behaved very rudely on this occasion when asked for a replacement, i asked to see the manager, so i was asked to wait as she was busy. I told them that i will wait until i see the manager and report this complaint, after a while i was told to wait more as manager was still busy.

                      Afterwards they just fixed the phone again and i was told by manager that this will not be replaced and they would only fix it. They were not even talking politely to me, i then asked them to give me records of all my visits to their centre and the repair works they have done to my phone, i do have right to information, i was told no, i was not provided and they refused to give me any information, and told me to do whatever i can and they will not replace the phone under any circumstances.

                      I have also lodged a complaint to consumer court - complaint no. 590370

                      I would really like this issue to get resolved asap by getting a new replacement phone from nokia, i dont want this faulty handset which has been repaired like 4 times already.

                        I bought nokia 3 handset 4mnts ago the phone turned off and not turning on so i hv gone to service center they give me another handset of nokia 3 and now the same problem happening.. Plzz help me as soon as possible. I really fedd off.. Nokia is such a big brand and hv a such goodwill plz dont do this..                           I have purchased the mobile on 21/12/17 and after one week problem stared mobile become slow then given mobile in service center, then the same thing continue like hanging, booting, heating and battery problem 5 times till now.
                          Last on 31/1/18 service center replace main board but till now my problem is same as before kindly replaced the mobile as soon as possible.

                            Nokia5 hangs a lot. The mobile works slow if not hangs. It shows that app is not responding again and again. It gets too much hot due to extra heating effect. The battery also drained much faster than any mobile. I expected that this time nokia would bring its best mobile but it is more worst than a china phone. I love nokia but it failed to perform good in android. I suggest to everyone that don't buy nokia phones at all. Its simply waste of money. Its better to buy a micromax mobile. I hope that in future a good mobile would b announced by hmd global.

                                I have recently parched nokia 5 but i didn't meet my exception, even oppo and vivo is much better then this, it all timer hang. When i try to make a call then it takes almost 15 min. When in went to service center she said that software problem and she update it and said that now it will work with this issue and just after 10 days it started again. Now i want replacement. That it.

                                  I purchased nokia 6 on 17th nov last year. After using the for 7days, i found multiple problems including camera and heating issue. Then it's fixed by the tech support team of amazon from wherele i bought that phone.
                                  Again a new problem finds me afterwards. This time it's speaker. Whenever it's turned on, the voice is not hearable further. I admitted that phone in my native service center regarding replacement this time. They assured me about fixing the phone but this time i'm determined. I won't receive that defective phone for any more complications in future. Being tired and frustrated about the hopeless service of nokia executives, i'm bound to submit this complaint on this forum.
                                  Hope nokia still have some awareness about their customer feedback.

                                      Nokia 3 android, its started lags after opening just 3 apps... Pooor performance at all.. Never recommend to anyone.. Battery is too cheap.. Even it will switched off when u left it on 10 ℅ and if it is on sleep mode... Disgusting experience.. Wifi connection have big problem.. My pc catches all nearby wifis but cant discover nokia 3. Rubissh phone at all.. Nokia broke heart of its customers.. We faith on nokia and we even fight with the cons in society but now i can conclude the haters of nokia are right. We are wrong.

                                        This is madhu form bangalore, recently i have purchased nokia 3 in amazon.
                                        We except nokia brand is maintain good quality and promise, but the time o[censored]sing mobile seriously its waste of money, mobile having lots of problem some time mobile screen not working, some time its showing blank, i don't know what to do.

                                        I would like to inform Nokia team, kindly change the software or give good product to society, please don't do this kind of promise, and this is my personal request, this is my 4 th Nokia mobile ...you people broke my heart and my believe potions. kindly support me to change my mobile or give me my money back.

                                        I Bought A NOKIA SMART PHONE N3 on[protected] from QRS MG ROAD TRIVANDRUM, after three months mobile stopped working and went to the service centre and repaired it.again on[protected] mobile stopped working and I serviced it again.I dont know how long it will work.its creating A lots of mental agony. I hope you will take A favourable decision.
