I have complained several time but no response is taken. My meter is not working and i am getting average bill from last 3 months. And the bill amount is increasing day by day. My complaint no is [protected], second complain no is.[protected]. Without resolving the complain the complain status turns to "problem resolved" on site. I always have to re open my complain.

Complaint marked as Resolved Aug 8, 2018 Great... The very next day after i complaint here my meter got changed. The technician came and without asking anything extra he said where is your defective meter... And ...
