            Sir, mai katihar district se hun. Salmari se. Yahan light 24 hours me maximum 6 or 7 hours hi rehti hai. Kabhi kabhi to full day gaayb rehti hai. Aur ye 7 ghnte jo light rehti hai wo bi bht km voltage itna ki indicator bi off hi rehta hai. Pta ni aap ye massage padhenge ya ni pr pls agr padhenge to kuchh solution nukaaliye. Hme bht pareshani ho rai hai. Jb se light aai h yahan tb se yai haal hai. Mai village area se belong krti hun. Pls sir do something better for us. Pls.

                I am sunil roy from uttarbai tol, naruar village, jhanjharpur electricity block, district madhubani. Our village people has been doing a lots of complain regarding new connection as it needs few pole on main road from where lots of our houses can get electricity but no one hearing our voice. They are asking to give 40, 000rs to provide electricity.

                I request to you to please do inquiry and provide electricity else we have to go to senior level of minister or news channel to fight for electricity.

                  I am a consumer (Sr156213) from last 2 years of your department. I head pay my electric bill on time up to oct-2017. Last electricity bill was pay by me on dated[protected] amount rs 2765. After that my electric bill was zero up to oct - 2017. On 1st november, when i was see on line my electric bill amount shows suddenly about 60000 (Sixty thousand). Which indicates something wrong in my bill? Suppose my electric bill is right, then you are not give time to pay my bill and remove my electric connection on dated[protected] without any information.

                  The electric bill is very high as compare of my budget. So i was decided to pay bill every month rs 10000 such as my budget will not disturbed. For removing electric connection my work is totally disturbed. Due to this my customers are braking. I have a mineral water plant and supply drinking water door to door.in this situation how can pay el bill and staff payment also. Due to this region my firm will be closed.

                  One side our prime minister’s motive make in india to created a job. Without your cop ration how can generate job? Suddenly my electric bill comes about 60000. It is your fault, not my fault.
                  There for i request to you please look into my problem, check my electric bill, if it is ok then give some time for paying bill and connect my electric connection as early as possible. Such as to prevent for closing the firm.

                        Hi sir,

                        I am writing this mail to express my concern over the irregular and un-ethical behavior imposed upon us by nbpdcl bettiah.

                        Sir, we have paid our bill till the month of october 2016 (Ca number[protected] and suddenly for a duration of roughly 6 months nbpdcl has stopped sending us the bills. When i went to enquire about the reason fro the same, they (Nbpdcl bettiah) said that there was a system problem due to which the bills were not generated.

                        After this a person from the nbpdcl bettiah came to our home and said that he will be generating all the bills in back-date as ours is a 3-phase connection and the bills which were generated were for 1-phase. Now suddenly we got a bill of 60, 000 rs and when i went and inquired, the actual bill for the period of 6-7 months for which the bills were not sent to out home was around 13, 000 rs.

                        Sir, as a customer i have few question to ask and i think that we deserve answers for them being a loyal customer:

                        1. Why did nbpdcl went back and generated the bills in back-date?
                        2. Every month till october 2016 an employee of nbpdcl used to visit out home and give us the bill, why did he not pointed out this 3-phase and 1-phase issue? Are we as customer at fault or nbpdcl as an organization is at fault?
                        3. When we have a valid bill payment receipt will october 2016, how does it makes sense to again pay the bills?
                        4. Is it ethical to suddenly impose a back-date bill of 60, 000 rs against and original 13, 000 rs for which the bills were not paid?

                        We have sent a legal notice to nbpdcl bettiah to explain this irregularities, but instead of giving us a valid explanation (Which we deserve as we have always paid our bills till october 2016), the rowdy employees of nbpdcl bettaih has cut-down our electricity supply. Is this behavior explainable?

                        I request you to please look into this matter and make sure that nbpdcl is not harassing a customer just to hide its deficiencies.

                        Also, i request you to please restore our electricity supply.

                                    Sir mera consumer no :- st307822 hai. Sir mai 19 march 2015 ko nds 1 ka connection liya but after some month mera bill nds 2 ka bill aya. Abhi tak ka reading only 827 hai but bill 14981 ka aya hai. 05 october 2017 ko office ka clerck aya aur connection ko disconnect kar diya. Mane je ke pas verbally complain kiya tha to bola gaya ki sudhar ho jayega. Abhi tak problem same to same hai.

                                    So please kindely help me...

                                      I am getting wrong bill since jan 2017.
                                      I already complaint to my mru mr randhir singh & jee mr javed
                                      Regarding bill & meter
                                      Meter number show in my bill is 869809 but still meter not install in my home.
                                      My last bill no:[protected]
                                      I dont know how your company charge without meter i only use 3 cfl & 1 fan.
                                      I requested to you please look the matter & resolve my issue.

                                      Sir, I am trying to pay my electricity bill online but everytime I am giving my consumer id it says that consumer id is wrong. But I am copying the same consumer ID that is printed in the bill. I havr tried many times but in vain.

                                        Complain for meter

                                        As per my complain No. [protected], dt. 15 Sept., 2017. meter was not installed. & When I check the status online it shows that it was resolved so, on dt. 22 Sep., 2017 I have reopened the case, but still my problem is not solved & again on dt. 28 Sept., 2017 the status shows that it is solved & same happened on 03 Sept., 2017.
                                        My problem still exists.
