For the month of nov 18 rs 1340/- (One thousand three hundred forty only) has been charged by the electricity authority, whereas previous month bill average amount seems to be quite low in range of rs150-200.
Since no one is living there as of now bill amount seems to be quite suspicious.
I request you to kindly check in this matter and let us know for the discrepancies occurred at your end.

Attached is the nov -18 electricity bill showing the incorrect amount.

      I have leave from my house for approx 6 months out side. So, i want to disconnect my power supply on that duration. Because i leave for all india tour with my whole family. So i want to plz disconnect my connection on that duration. If you not disconnect the power we have fault on bill. After resolving my problem i have not get burden of extra payment. So plz help us for this situation.

        I am the consumer of nbpdcl. My consumer id is [protected] & the name of consumer is ramkumar jha. Due to any reason my electric meter is damaged and couldn't read the electric usage unit. Due to damage meter nbpdcl sent average bills that is very high according to my usage. I, requested to nbpdcl please take immediate steps in this regard and immediately change my meter as soon is possible. Thanking you

            The meter is defected and showing wrong units. However complaint has been made at power house regarding this long ago but still it has not been corrected. Today after 3-4 months again some electricity bill provider came and thretened about over charging but i am paying the bill online each month regularly whatever the bill is being provided by the company online. I tried complaining through official website but that's also not working as when i tried to submit it appears i choosed the wrong section however that is correct. Kindly do the needful.

              Sir, i have taken connection of electricity before more than 2 year ago, but still i am not receiving my electricity bill yet. I also not given my consumer number yet, so i can't find my bill online also. I met many times the local employee of electricity board and they always assured me that my bill will be come from next month. But there is no action have been taken and still i am waiting for that. It is hurtly requested to look into my matter and kindly resolve it at earliest, so that i will be able to pay electricity bill on time.

I complaim 2 time with written application and personally met with assistant electrical engineer 5 times but he each and every time not given the full details of my bill and payment and her behaviour is very bad. I am very much dissatisfied with your company behaviour towards custiomer grivances problem.

                      Bill of rs 290 was generated on september month, i have already paid that bill but bill generated in october month is 583 which is two times of previous month bill. I have raised this complaint but they simply closing this ticket.
                      Kindly help in escalating at higher level and resolving this issue.
                      These companies are pathetic and i do not have any other alternative currently in my state.

                                मैं बिहार के सीतामढ़ी जिले के सिराही पंचायत के सिंघोरवा गाँव से हूँ और मैं एक विद्यार्थी हूँ।
                                यहाँ बिजली की स्थिति इतनी खराब है कि महीने भर में सिर्फ 5 से 6 दिनों तक ही अच्छी बिजली रहती और बाकी सभी दिन तो कभी voltage की समस्या या कभी बिजली ही नही आ रही होती है।बिजली बनाने वाले लोग तो रंगदारी करते है।बिजली शिकायत कार्यालय में अगर शिकायत दर्ज कराये तो निम्न समस्याए होती है:-

                                1.सबसे बड़ी समस्या जो उत्पन्न होती है वो है वो बहुत ही देर बाद call receive करते है।
                                2.वो लोग ये सांत्वना देकर call disconnect कर देते है कि बिजली आधे घंटे में आ जायेगी।**

                                **और यही समस्या अभी भी चल रही है कि उन्होनो कहा कि आधे घंटे में बिजली आने वाली है परंतु 36 घंटो से बिजली आने को नहीं।

                                        My name is vaidyanath sah from mirzapur chowk station road near v2 mall, my problem is the amount of energy bill is very high or unexpected.when the old meter was applied then the amount of bill is approx 1000 or 1200 then some accident was happened and i change the meter then new meter is applied from that days the energy bill is to high ...before new meter the amount of bill was approx 1000 to 1300 nd after change the meter the amount of bill is approx 5000 ...i m unsatisafied from my energy bill, so kindly check my energy meter or bill..22
