Kindly inform you to my name is parshuram raut, c no-drr6438500. I was complaining 13 july 2017 by application through jalley fidder (Jee) and also showing meter reading recording. Jee told nbpdcl replace the meter or bill reading also wrong. And second complain through online 30th july 2017. Online complain no is [protected]. Third complain no. -02 august 2017- [protected]. Sir my meter reading not showing 2549 unit why coming 2549 unit bill...

I would like to bring to your kind attention that my bill not came since 25.04.2017. As i have paid up to 18.03.2017. Rs-662 on 19.03.2017 my meter reading was 6138 kwh. Again i paid rs-1000 on 28.03.2017 as advance without issued bill. Now my meter reading is 6994 kwh. Therefore, i am requesting you & your good office to arrange my current bill, so that i can pay my bill early. Thanking you in advance.

very low voltage

I am satyam jain from jai prakash nagar, siwan. I want to tell you that there is very big problem in our area with the transformer due to which we are not getting the electricity properly and there is a lot of voltage fluctuation. We are not able to sleep in the night and we are also not able to run our electrical appliances. So kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible so that we could get a good sleep. Thank you....

Dear Concerned,

I have paid Rs, 1312/- on 19th june 2017 through paytm portal(Transuction No-[protected]).Now i am getting online bill, but there is no any paid amount mention in the month june 2017 bill.

One thing also, We do not live at my village there is no any electricity consumption.But Rs.281.75 enery charges has been charged in the month of june 2017.Kindly look this issue and resolve it.

1) Electricity Bill was generated for the month of Dec 2016 for an amount of 3367 which was fully paid and settled on[protected].

2) Electricity Bill generated for the month of Jan 2017 shows arrear of 3658.43 and billed for 843 units for 6965.72. I paid for the 843 units an amount of 6900 on 28/02/2017. Arrear was not paid.

3) No bill were generated for Feb, Mar, Apr 2017br...
