I am complaining for last one month for electricity failure in my house. No power is coming to the pole which is at my house. I have complained about this so many times but they are not helping me even i called customer care but no any help i have got. They always disconnect the call. I have paid my bills. From january 2017 electric meter reading has problem but your staff not taken any action meter reading showing high but consumption has not required. I will concern to sune electric sse. Or je. He is suggest to concern to nbpd company through complaint. He is taken quick action to change your electric meter or correct your bill from january 2017 to till date. At baurhar po jiraul beni patti. Dist. Madhubani. Pin. 847230. I do not some bill also. Due to heavy amounts.

        Kindly inform you to my name is parshuram raut, c no-drr6438500. I was complaining 13 july 2017 by application through jalley fidder (Jee) and also showing meter reading recording. Jee told nbpdcl replace the meter or bill reading also wrong. And second complain through online 30th july 2017. Online complain no is [protected]. Third complain no. -02 august 2017- [protected]. Sir my meter reading not showing 2549 unit why coming 2549 unit bill so please see and checked my meter reading then send bill. Sir this is not good sending the wrong bill. My bill paid up to 325 unit 10/2016 and my bill pending only 9 months up to july 2017. Total 9 month bill almost come below 2000/ (Two thousand) and my home stay only 1 person (Only mother) so how sending to much bill. My bills own the reading fully wrong. So please solve and correction my bill. Nbpdcl is bill showing june[protected]/- and july[protected]/-something.
        Sir i requested you to solve the problem and correction my bill and replace meter also fully wrong. So please solve and correction my bill.

Again i paid rs-1000 on 28.03.2017 as advance without issued bill. Now my meter reading is 6994 kwh.                       I am satyam jain from jai prakash nagar, siwan. I want to tell you that there is very big problem in our area with the transformer due to which we are not getting the electricity properly and there is a lot of voltage fluctuation. We are not able to sleep in the night and we are also not able to run our electrical appliances. So kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible so that we could get a good sleep. Thank you.

                        Hi respected authority,
                        I am totally disappointed with follow-up and not getting any solutions from electricity department. Please note, i have closed my connection (Consumer no:[protected] on 28/8/2015 but after several compliant and request still it’s showing live (www.nbpdcl.co.in) and bill is showing dues (May 2017 bill amount: inr 9908).
                        Kindly also note, consumer no:[protected] was taken for company (Atm) purpose and by mistake multiple times amount was deposited. For refund the access amount application (Complaint no: 5073) was submitted to office on 4 dec 2015. Apart from this i have already filled a online compliant (Compliant no : [protected]) for returning money on dated 13 oct 2015. But money was not refunded yet and status was showing it’s settled/problem has been resolved.
                        So i also requested via compliant no: [protected] (Online) for closing the connection online (Consumer no:[protected] and refund my access amount (Inr 24077.41) which is deposited. But only status was showing problem resolved but no solution received yet.
                        Details of closing for connection (Consumer no:[protected]
                        1. Application for issue last bill submitted on 28/8/2015, complaint no: 5021
                        2. July month bill (Inr 24095) paid bill on 27/8/15 through cash receipt no: nb/p 958247 form no: nb-68
                        3. Meter (Meter no: 451720, last reading; 1644) deposited on 28/8/2015 to line man (Santosh kumar) and application (Compliant no: 6025, dated 10/12/2015) submitted to office to close the connection.
                        4. Access amount deposited that should be returned and that was reflected on august month bill (Inr 24077.41)
                        Looking forward to have my refund of excess amount and closure of my connection (Online) asap.

                          Dear sir/madam

                          We, the residents of basoli are writing you to bring your kind attention to the serious electricity problems in our area.

                          The problem we are the victims of, is explained below in short.
                          1. Extreme low voltage.
                          2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.
                          3.in the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often no power or too low voltage to operate fan, tv or some-times even cfl bulbs.
                          4. The problem may be due to the use of welding machine run by a shop beside our lane.
                          Given the steep fluctuations in power supply on use of welding machine it has deleterious effect on electric and electronic goods, several consumers have in the past contacted the electricity department and complained about the voltage but no action has been taken as on date.

                          Eagerly waiting to see quick and concrete action on this from you.

                              अप्रैल 2017 तक का रीडिंग 237 यूनिट
                              मई महीना का रीडिंग 976 यूनिट दर्शाया गया है 749 यूनिट बिजली का उपयोग बताया गया है
                              मेरे पास एक पुराना बिल है उसमें सिर्फ 5 यूनिट और एवरेज बिलिंग 40 यूनिट का बिल दिया गया है
                              इसलिए कभी 749 और जून महीने में भी 976 यूनिट जो 0 यूनिट बिजली खपत को दर्शाता है परंतु उपयोग यूनिट 262 यूनिट का बिल हमारा नाम से बनाया है और बिजली बिल हमारे घर तक नहीं पहुंचा है इस तरह कभी 749 यूनिट तो कभी 0 यूनिट इस तरह से 3496/- का बिल एक छोटा सा घर में कैसे

                                  I have paid Rs, 1312/- on 19th june 2017 through paytm portal(Transuction No-[protected]).Now i am getting online bill, but there is no any paid amount mention in the month june 2017 bill.

                                  One thing also, We do not live at my village there is no any electricity consumption.But Rs.281.75 enery charges has been charged in the month of june 2017.Kindly look this issue and resolve it.

                                    मैं नारायण प्रसाद साह, Division-Electric Supply division Purnea, Sub division- purnea (rural), customer id-PU075947, का विद्युत उपभोक्ता हूं, अक्टूबर 2016 के बाद मुझे बिल नहीं भेजा गया है। दिनांक 5 जुलाई 2017 को पूर्णिया (rural) इलेक्ट्रिक डिपार्टमेंट से एक ऑपरेटर आए और वह मुझे बताने लगे कि आपका इलेक्ट्रिक बिल 16000 है और आप अभी बिल जमा नहीं करेंगे तो आपका कनेक्शन काट दिया जाएगा।हम लोग ग्रामीण विद्युत उपभोक्ता हैं हम लोगों का विद्युत खपत बहुत ही कम मात्रा में है। और 16000 का बिल उचित नहीं है।मैंने उनसे पूछा कि आप मुझे हर महीने का बिल दिखाइए लेकिन उन्होंने कुछ नहीं दिखाया और मेरा विनोद कनेक्शन काट दिया।
