This is regarding the order which I had placed with Nurserylive on 6th June with order no. NLV[protected] and worth approximately 3000 Rs. Till now the products are not delivered and they doesn't respond to any mails you send. They keep on sending automated messages about their offers, but no response to the multiple mails you send asking them the status of delivery. Their contact no. Says switched off whenever you try to call. It's been 1 month and no updates no response. This company is a fraud. Will never recommend to anyone as I have list my hard earned money

Complaint marked as Resolved After the complaint was lodged, I didn't get any response from the company. I tried on their no. but it always remained switched off. Then I went to live chat option where the bot was giving me automated replies. No executive responded even after waiting for long time. Finally I had to threaten them saying I am going to report this to the cyber police and suddenly an executive responded and promised he will do it on priority. I gave him one day timeline, but nothing happened. Again with all the frustration I gave them the final warning. No one responded, but next day I got the tracking no. Of courier through which they have shipped my products. On 16th July I received my order, well packed well preserved and all plants in good shape. I actually wanted to thank them for the condition in which plants arrived, but didn't do so because of all these things I had to go through. I think if a person doesn't follow up so much, they might just let that be. So please be pushy for your hard earned money.
