Hello, I had placed order on 3rd of July of Rs 695 and payment was done online. I had just got a order confirmation email frpm them but no communication on when the order will be delivered. I have tried to reach out to them on email, Chat support, youtube as well as on insta. However till now I have not received any reply. I tried calling the phone number [protected] but it's switched off. Please refund my money or deliver the items 🙏...

My 2 orders are pending since a month now. No one is replying to my emails or chats.

Order numbers are: NLV[protected] and NLV[protected].

Either deliver the plants or refund my money....

Hi, i had ordered some items from Nurserlyliive.com (my order no is #NLV[protected], it is more than two weeks, i have not received the product, there is way of reaching this company or there was no response to my emails. Amount paid was 900+.

the day of ordering there was one free product and chargeable. the free order reached me without any issue, but for the order which i order, iam getting that message address is not correct,...

I Have order on 19th June and payment already done but still not response and order not delivered...

I have ordered some plants on 11 th June and also paid the amount. But still there is no progress in my order status. They have not delivered any product. their customer service is worst .They have not sent me any mail or message regarding my order.. my order I'd id NLV[protected]....

Basically, seems to be a fraudulent operation....

I placed an order with Nurserylive on 13th may 2021 with order Id NLV[protected]. Still the order is not delivered. They do not have customers care number. What they have is a bot which gives systematic response. They is no process to refund order. All over there is place to raise customers query....

This is regarding the order which I had placed with Nurserylive on 6th June with order no. NLV[protected] and worth approximately 3000 Rs. Till now the products are not delivered and they doesn't respond to any mails you send. They keep on sending automated messages about their offers, but no response to the multiple mails you send asking them the status of delivery. Their contact no. Says switched off whenever you try to call. It's been 1...

I have ordered multiple items from nurserylive on 1+1 free offer. And they delivered each one item. When I questioned them in a customer support char they are saying, while ordering I have to select 2 items, for each 1+1 free item, on selecting two, it is doubling the price, to my understanding that means I am purchasing two of such 1+1 free item, which means I should get 4 in that case as I am paying for two. Even I have shared the evidences...

communicated through chat / email but no fruitful result.
I have already paid the price of seeds alongwith delevery charge. Now they are not responding for refund also.

This company is a big fraud. I ordered plants on 17th June 2021. Order number NLV[protected], NLV[protected]. They are neither responding to any chat nor delivering my order. Not even refunding. I wonder how this fraud e-commerce channel surviving. My request to everyone to ban them and protect people from getting cheated by them....

We placed our order on 11th June 2021, but we are disappointed to know that we can’t even track our own order. On 25th june 2021 we received an email saying our order will be delivered within a week and still no response. Whenever I put my order for tracking it shows “order not found!” And today, i.e 2 July, I received a text that my order has been shipped and gave me the tracking ID, and I tried that ID and again it showed order not...

With great enthusiasm, I placed an order on nursery live ( the mistake I made was to order without checking reviews). Much to my horror, it has been over 2 weeks, but I haven't heard back. their customer service is horrible - first you get canned responses and finally if you get through to someone, they stop responding if they do not have an answer. They have refused a refund, and nor are they dispatching the plants....

I had ordered 3 plants and 2 pots worth RS 2458. ORDER NLV[protected]. I have tried contacting them via multiple ways, including their site, email, IG, WhatsApp and received absolutely no response from them. I had placed the order on 23rd June, and all I got was they have confirmed the order and said I will receive an email when they ship it, but I haven't received any such emails after that. Kindly take strict action against them for this...

I have placed an order #NLV[protected] on May28, 2021. Its been more than a month. They haven't shipped the plants yet. It is for ₹ 2, 087. All I see from their website is it is still under processing. No response from email as well. It is a big scam and they are looting people's hard-earned money. Please ban the business to avoid future victims....
