I order 2 plants of cost 1500 but there is no sign on any dispatch and I order another one later I want this to cancel this order but there is no any option on site to cancel not any customer service available. No one reply I got exhausted please help

    There are so many people who get fraud by this company .. I order 3 plant cost of 2000 and nothing get after so many days .. there is no any cancel option on site . No one in contact who reply . Only bot reply . There no any person of this company are available for help . Nothing just a huge scam is going on please do something about this scam

      I have placed 2 orders online for Plants on 18th June which still yet to delivered. Tried to reach them on mail or chat but getting no response. They have even dispatched the plants yet and it’s been 11 days since the order was placed.

          I have done 2 orders online for Plants on 15th & 16th June which still yet to delivered. From 1st order they have delivered only partial products & after that nothing delivered. Tried to reach them on mail or chat but getting no response. Its a fraud.

            I have placed an order online on 19.06.2021 with 100% advance payment of Rs. 1901.00 which was promptly acknowledged on my email ID and above order no. was given.

            But thereafter there is no response at all.

            To my surprise I found no contact no given online by nursery live .

            So I had sent Numerous chat messages to them since this is the only method provided both in their website as well as their App.

            But no response till date and my order is being shown as pending.

            Today after lot of research on Google I was able to reach one of their contact no .[protected] where one gentlemen first tried to convince me that. Above order no is not an order no but tracking no only but later on confirmed that our order is showing as pending .Then I asked him as to when it is being dispatched .He mentioned that when it is showing pending that means it is pending and payment refund has been done that is why it is showing as pending.

            At this point I strongly contended that no such refund is received at my end .Then he enquired about mode of my payment which I told him is Paytm .He then immediately mentioned that they r operating only Google pay or phonepe.

            Then again when I expressed my shock, he mentioned that he will check whether he can transfer the payment through Paytm and after confirmation he will call back but I insisted that I am holding the line but he immediately disconnected.

            Thereafter I tried to call the same no.so many times but every time either my phone is being disconnected or no response or it is busy.

            I suspect a fraud has been committed by them.

            Another reason to belive so is that the automatic voice message when I am calling the no and it is busy, is in Bangla language.

                I ordered 27 types of seeds for an offer of buy one get one free.
                They shipped only ones I paid for. When I tried to connect yo customer service, they came back with arroyo after 2 weeks, saying I have to choose 2 at the time of order. If I choose two I’ll be charged for two/ nowhere it says choose 2 to get free ones/ they never came back nor gave me my free packets.

                There is no update on website to choose 2 while ordering . How can you select 2 when you want to buy 1 .

                After my complaint they have updated their website. In the email the rep says we have updated the info. That means it wasn’t done before, they updated after getting complaints from customers.

                  I placed the order on 9th june : NLV[protected]. Since then they keep sending emails of order will soon be processed and nothing after it.It was a prepaid order and whenever I ask for a status they keep creating tickets for resolution when no1 looks into it. False promises all this while where no1 is bothered to escalate the issue though I have clearly called out about the time frame. I am quite concern since I paid INR 2012 for the entire order. I want to know if they are ever going to send my order or scam me big time

                    I order a alocasia plant and waterlily buds in 6th Jun. Got last update on 16 th jun saying I will get my order in a week's time. But nothing as of now and no updates as well.
                    It's a fraud company with no contact details and even they done revert back on mail.
                    No traction of my order.

                      ये एक धोखाधड़ी वाली साइट है मैंने 18 जून 2021 को एक प्लांट आर्डर किया था उसका अभी तक कोई अपडेट नही ओर गूगल पर कस्टमर केअर नंबर भी गलत है मेल का भी कोई rply नही आता है। मेरा ऑर्डर नंबर NLV[protected]
                      कोई भी ट्रैकिंग नंबर भी नही जिससे आर्डर ट्रैक कर लो।
                      प्लीज साइट से कुछ भी मत खरीदना

                      This is a fraud site i had ordered a plant on 18th June 2021 its no update yet and the customer care number on google is also wrong no rply of mail also comes. My order number NLV[protected]

                        Initially they said they cannot process my order because of lockdown but now the lockdown is lifted from quite some time but yet they did not process my order.
                        On top of it, they don’t even bother to respond to the emails.
                        I want my money back because company is clearly a BIG FRAUD.

                          I have order on this website 26th May, order number - Order NLV*********5. On 9th June 2021, I received an email
                          We wish to inform you that your order is processed and ready for dispatch at garden house.

                          We are extremely sorry for the delay.

                          Due to covid-19 related restriction across country, the logistics partners were on standby. We see an easing of restriction in some part of country now.

                          We will update you again shortly once order is handed over to logistics partner”

                          Till date I haven’t received my products, no refund and no intimation of any kind.

                          even after multiple follow up in chat there is no concrete dispatch details . There is no communication on the same at all.

                          Based on ratings and feedback I opted to go online with this shop, but it seems they are fraud.
                          I want either my money back or want this products to be delivered within a week. Please help

                            I placed an order with NurseryLive on 11th June 2021. Order NLV[protected].
                            They have not bothered yet to process and deliver the order. The customer support is bad. Not order status has been given yet other than standard copy-paste bot chat answers.
                            I want my amount to be refunded immediately. Contact us when you are in the position to actually deliver orders. Why ask Customers to pay in full when you can not fulfill the orders?
                            This is not fair. Cheating customers is not done.

                                    Fraud live should be the name of the company, as it has been more than 20 days after placing my order and I still haven't received my complete ordered items, and for the last 10 days I have been writing them mails and chats on the portal I just receive mail that my order will be dispatched shortly, the delay is bcoz of covid curbs, but let me just say this if you people (nursurylive.com) can't deliver products bcoz of covid curbs than why are still taking orders online.

                                      On placing order was given to understand delivery would take place with 3 days. However Inspite of order given on 6 June the repeated excuse to my mails is that due to covid delivery is delayed. Surprising that all other e-commerce deliveries continued to provide services but the lackadaisical attitude towards resolving complaints of customers by nursery live is pathetic. It is almost a month after having ordered and paid for the products in full but haven't rec'd anything till now. Never again ordering anything through this company for sure.

                                        Hello,

                                        I ordered plants from NurseryLive on 27th May, however its been more than a month I have not got the order yet.
                                        I have tried to contact them through the chat support, but get a standard reply that its been processed or shipped .
                                        I got tracking number on the 16th June, but it shows the same status since the last 10 days . Please help to either get the order delivered or I need a refund .
