I placed an order for a plant of lemon grass on 16th April 2021 with order Id NLV[protected] and Today's date is 24 June...my order has not been delivered yet. I have sent numerous emails to the customer care id but received the same response everytime that my order is processing. Does it take 2 months to process an order of one plant!!!???Feels like a Total scam ... will I receive my order at all or not?

    Hi, I have ordered few plants from Nursery live website. but yet to get my plants. Poor customer care response. I have emailed them many many times but not even a single response. I also messged them in Instagram platform but no response.

      I ordered some products on 8th June 2021 yet I haven't had exact information except order no. Then when I e-mailed my enwuiey about order, they told they have not dipatched yet die ti covid logistic problem. it's been almost 20 days yet nothing informed about dispatch status regarding my prepaid order.

        I had placed two orders NLV[protected] ( Amount1415) & NLV[protected] ( Amount 460.65)with Nursery Live on 19th May 2021

        Out of the two orders only NLV[protected] order was partially delivered with products of cost 677 out of 1415 amount paid for the order on 6th June 2021.Rest of Items in the orders aren’t delivered and no refund is being generated by Nurserylive. Also mails and live chat aren’t replied . I have been following up with them since more than a month there is no answer .
        Other order NLV[protected] isn’t delivered .
        I have tried them reaching by all means but no answer other than some mails sent in 15 days asking that items will be shipped but no actual shipments taking place

            Hello,
            I have ordered using the cupoun which I got after sharing it with 10 people. It's been 5 days and I still haven't got any communications from them. The website really feels like they are genuine. But then they do not give proper timespan or do not reply to any emails, just promise for replying in 2 days.

            I really should have read the reviews before wasting my 299Rs.

              NLV[protected] - order number

              I placed above order for air purifier plants to nursery live on 25 April, 2021

              I have not received delivery till date, nor I have heard from them. I had sent them mails so many times to [protected]@nurserylive.com, but I just receive an automated response that we are working with 50% capacity.

              Lockdown in Delhi is opened, all the other e-commerce sites are delivering within a weeks time. But nursery live is not able to deliver order even after 2 months.

              Nor they are responding to my mails or refunding the amount. It’s shocking how nursery live is defrauding people.

                I placed my order No NLV [protected] on 01/06/2021. But order is not delivered yet. I have sent so many mails but no result. What is this nonsense ? The most irresponsible online site and it's staff. I want my money back. Never order with NLV in future. I want my money back. You people gulped my money. No customer care no nothing. Making fool of public. Customer is helpless after placing order. Nobody replies on chat service. They are looting the public in the name of pandemic. All other sites are delivering online. But they are making lame excuses in the name of pandemic and 50% attendance.

                  I have placed the order on 11-June-2021 but I have not received anything till now
                  The order numbers is NLV[protected] and its a prepaid order .
                  Neither I am receiving any response nor money refund, the contact number given is not working at all.

                  Please look into this as it is becoming a big scam sort of thing here as I could see many people has the same concern

                  So far I am just waiting for response, please help me to get my money refunded from theae fraud company . why GOvt is not taking any action on such a cheater.

                      I am highly disappointed by your services. I have placed an order on 30th May 2021 and I have not received delivery till now. Though I have mailed you many at times that if you are unable to deliver please cancel the same and refund my money.

                      But unfortunately nobody is responding.

                      Now i do not want any delivery from you.

                      Kindly cancel my order and refund my money.

                      Don't push me to take legal action against you.

                        I have ordered nurserylive a months back order was 1000/- order number NLV[protected], after ordering there is no response. I requested many times for cancellation and refund, but I have not received any response back.

                        It looks e-commerces scam so highlighting here. I[censored]nable to deliver they shouldn't accept order or at least they should accept cancellation and refund money back.

                            The below mentioned message received on 9th JUne 2021. After this message I did not get any information from the supplier.

                              My order number is NLV[protected] and was placed on 24/5/21 and I made an online payment of ₹777/-. In spite of repeated emails I’ve not received any response from them. They are a just evading my emails.
                              You’re a fraud company and you cheat people of their hard earned money.

                                  Ordered 8 plants from @nurserylive, prepaid but received only one plant. Emailed them about the same, no reply. No contact number is available on their website. Dmed then on insta, nobody bothering to reply anymore. Also, there is no option to cancel either on the website or the app. Also, they've switched off comments on all their posts where I found lots of similar complaints.

                                    I had placed an order on 9th May from their website, but haven't received it yet. When contacted, the customer service representative didn't give me the accurate information, canceled my order and didn't give me any refund. He stopped receiving my phone calls and blocked my number. Tried to contact him from other phone numbers but he hung up. I had a horrible experience.

                                      I have order some indoor plant on 15 June. Just got only the order number. Still don't know the status of my order. These people are not responding properly.                                         Hi sir,
                                        I have purchased plants of ₹478/- from nurserylive.com website, order number -NLV[protected]. It has been 20 days since i ordered those. But still i did not get any response from them. I tried to contact with them through mail for many times but they are not giving replies. I even tried to knock them on their instagram page but even there they are not giving any reply. If they are unable to send the items they should refund my hard earn money. It seems to me that this website is fraud. They are luring people by decorating their website and and everybody falls in their trap. I want you to inform them so that i may get my refund. Strict legal action should be taken against them.

                                        finally i got a portal to raise my complaint against nursery live.
                                        I have placed my order on 29th of may and i am yet to receive 3/4th of my order.
                                        no phone number to contact and no response via e mail.
                                        seems like a fraud company .
                                        no scope of cancellation of order also.
                                        it would be great if you could resolve my issue.
                                        I am anyway in the process of necessary action against the nursery live soon.
