My order Number is NLV[protected]. I had ordered one cactus plant on 26th may, 2021. After 3-4 follow-up emails I received an email today (18th June, 2021) that my order has been successfully delivered. But, when I checked, it wasn't there. Nurserylive didn't even share any contact details of delivery boy.
I want my refund if delivery is not possible....

Order NLV [protected] dtd 23.05.21 not received yet.
If it is not possible to deliver, please refund the amount....

I ordered the product on 4th June and since then there is no tracking update neither i get any response on daily follow up.
I asked for refund as well but they didn't response through email through Webchat.

Please take a strict action against them. No customer service no acknowledgement....

I had placed an order with nursery live for air purifyng plants and they havent turned in the order yet. Everytime i enquire they ask me to wait more. Even the lockdown has been eased up now. All you have is excuses. I am losing all my patience I want full refund of my order right now...

Placed order no. NLV[protected] and paid for it, however not received the product as yet nor has the money been refunded . Have complained via email and sent reminders twice. Despite follow ups there has been no response nor update from the company to date. The company seems to be not only unprofessional but also unethical....

I have ordered plants from nursery live for approx 1300 Rs on June 01, 2021. I didn't get my plants or any update about it yet. I've tried to reach them on their official email address however, they only reply with automated emails, nothing else.

On May 23, 2021 I purchased an order from Nurserylive for the amount of Rs 2797.00 ( I know, pretty big amount). I was convinced with their site that they were a reliable website and had a lot of purchases made by people I know. When I received an email stating that my order would be delayed because of the lockdown, I didn't think much of it as it was understandable. Fast forward to today, my order NLV[protected] still hasn't come through...

No reply in customer chat...

It's been more than 16 days and order is still not delivered. Last update I received was on June 7 that your order is ready and till now further update.
I have sent multiple emails, tried to chat on there system but all I get is automated response.
It's a prepaid order. Why are accepting orders on there site if they can't fulfil it ?
It seems I have been cheated and I need refund of my money....

Please cancel my order as I have not received the order till date..Also I have not received any update on the same....

Just attractive website to place order, order placed on 8th June, 2021, but there is tracking update or planning....

Order Number NLV[protected] place on 31st may 2021 has not yet been shipped yet despite numerous efforts to contact the customer service. Ship the product or refund....

Hi, this is related to my recent order from nursery live order number NLV[protected]. I ordered 13 plants from this store online billing amount 5575/- but i havent received any revert from them since my order which is dated 20th May 2021. I want a full refund of the amount I paid. it was paid vie payumoney. transaction was made vie [protected]...

On 06/062021, I have ordered 5 inch
Plastic pot 20 no. and 7.5 inch plastic pot 20 nos. And payment was made by card for Rs. 697/=.
Till today NO RESPONSE.

I ordered 20 seed packets and a lemon plant on July 1 2021 . Today is 15 July 2021 and yet no response from the company. I paid the full amount also . The customer care service also doesn't reply at all. I have sent so many messages to them but still no response or any update from them......

Order NLV[protected] with Nursery live. It's been more than 10 days and no response to emails, chat, fb msgs. This odr with full advance payment and there is not a single response. Pathetic service....
