Hi, this is related to my recent order from nursery live order number NLV[protected]. I ordered 13 plants from this store online billing amount 5575/- but i havent received any revert from them since my order which is dated 20th May 2021. I want a full refund of the amount I paid. it was paid vie payumoney. transaction was made vie [protected]

      I ordered 20 seed packets and a lemon plant on July 1 2021 . Today is 15 July 2021 and yet no response from the company. I paid the full amount also . The customer care service also doesn't reply at all. I have sent so many messages to them but still no response or any update from them...

        Order NLV[protected] with Nursery live. It's been more than 10 days and no response to emails, chat, fb msgs. This odr with full advance payment and there is not a single response. Pathetic service.

          I have order plants and paid Rs.1986/- through online on 29 May 2021. They sent message that your plant will deliver next week. But till date no plant received. Now, no reply from their sides. They also not respond of my email.

              Order Placed but not delivered

              Hi, I had placed an order from nursery live on June 1st. I got an update that it got shipped through XpressBee on June 3rd. There is no update thereafter. I contacted via web chat and emails. None of the executives bothered to respond and resolve the issue. Neither they delivered nor they refunded the amount. I don't know how to solve this since there is no proper customer care number to directly talk to the agents....

              I have placed order "Order NLV[protected]" and "NLV[protected]" on 1st of Jun, 2021. Even after multiple reminders there is no update on delivery, i have also requested for refund which was not done. I saw many complains regarding this site. Requesting you to kindly help with this.

                I dont know where my order is . I ordered myplants on 12th june 2021 worth 2000 rupees but till now no order confirmation/intimation of delivery estimate time. Had tried contacting the customer care number no response from them. Had tried chating with bot no response. I reallyy should have read about them before ordering. They are luting peoples money this way then its worse.

                  I had placed my order on May 13th my order no. Is NLV[protected]
                  Rs.1404 and it's been one month still not received my order. They just sent a mail saying they'll deliver after lockdown but still no contact. Their number is always switched off. I might have to take legal Action if the order isn't fulfilled within this week or so!!

                    I had placed an order with nurserylive for 2 plants and a plant booster, Order number is NLV[protected]. I enquired about the delay in delivery on 17th May, and it was said that my order is ready and it will be dispatched after the lockdown. Even after so many days of lifting of lockdown, they have not dispatched the order. I asked them to refund my money if they are not able to fulfill the order, to which they responded by saying they cannot cancel the order as per their policy.

                          My order number is NLV[protected] I purchased three plants worth ₹729/- from nurserylive.com on 19th May 2021. Its been almost a month I have been following up with them but they are constantly giving lame excuse of covid for delay in delivery. There is no proper response from them. If they are unable to send the items they should refund the money but they are not canceling my order as well. The website seems is fraud. They are luring customers by giving offers not a single word is mentioned for delaybin deliveries. Once you order you fall in the trap! I regret ordering from them and I am pretty sure even if they deliver the plants those will be dead plants delivered!
                          Strict legal action should be taken against them.

                            I had placed an order for live plants and seeds worth Rs.1070 on Nurserylive.com on 4th of June 2021 .

                            Till date I haven't received the products. There is no phone number to contact them either. When we try to contact them through e-mail, we just receive the auto-generated replies.
                            Is there any way to get the money back.
                            The company does not seem to be legitimate.

                              Got my order today at 11 am. I unbox the plant and what I saw.. there is no plant in it.. one dried and died branch was in it and broked empty pot. Nursery live cheated with us. I want to return this product and want to get my money back. You said that you will deliver plant in healthy condition.. but very sorry to say that there is not plant in box. Refund me as soon as possible and want to return it.

                                I ordered pack of 5 succulent of amount Rs 999/- from NURSERYLIVE website vide order ID NLV[protected] on dated 30.5.2021. Even after 15 days they haven't processed my order neither they are replying to my emails not I am able to talk to any of their customer care because they haven't provided their customer care number. It is a serious issue because more people like me are getting the same response that this company is cheating everyone. I want my money back..please help me.

                                  Hello,

                                  I have received died rose plant on 09 June 2021 and try to contact them from same day, however no one come on live chat. Also there is no valid contact number of Nursery Live to talk to them. they always away from live chat. tried to call at [protected] (found on google search) however never connected.

                                  I want my money back because its totally waste of money. They have no customer care team to resolve the matter.
