I ordered an item after paying in full on 1st June 2021. The order number is NLV[protected].

Till date on 12th June 2021 they have not shipped the order. I repeatedly wrote their customer care that if you cannot ship the order, refund the money. They don't bother to answer any form of communication. Either they should ship the product or refund the money immediately.

    Dear nurserylive
    With full of disappointment I am writing this, hoping I will get my refund.
    1. I ordered from nurserylive on 22 May 2021 – Order No - NLV[protected] – Worth of Rs 1, 062.
    2. I dint see any communication on when product will be delivered, so I approached after 2 days, I got mail saying due to Covid, so and so reason, there will be delay, I relaxed understanding the situation.
    3. I approached them again after a week then 2nd week and so on, but then no communication at all.
    4. My query or post are getting deleted from linkedin, Instagram, even they have blocked me, but they don’t respond to my query. They respond to people chat for new buyer but not handling my query where payment is already done.
    5. nurserylive cameback saying its high priority issue, 4-5 days they will come back, its been 10 days, they never came back.
    6. I am asking simple thing which is refund and cancel my order, but they are not responding. If Covid is challenge, they why cant they refund, I don’t want the order.
    7. I even raised consumer complain and found out there are so many like me.

        My order number: NLV[protected]. I had order on may, still no update on product. Not even refunding my amount of rs800. Nursery live people are total fraud. I dont recommend any buying from here. No product no money.

          I had ordered 4 plants vide Order number NLV[protected] dated 19.5.21 and had paid the amount in advance but despite repeated reminders, I have still not received the plants, neither have they initiated refund. The lame excuse of Covid doesn’t work as many courier companies are delivering the products

              I ordered two set of three layer lucky bamboo plant in a bowl with pebbles on 03/06/2021. I had to pay Rs 677 including Rs 79 delivery charge. Delivery time shown during purchase was 10/06/2021. They wrote I will receive my tracking id via email and facebook messenger. Till now I have got neither any tracking id nor the product itself. When contacted via email or chat box, they don’t even bother to reply properly. Instead they are replying using bot. I think they are running a huge scam. Most interesting fact is that I can not even cancel my order since there is no cancel button. Please do something, so that I get my justice. Please impose huge amount of fine on this company for neglecting e-commerce rule 2020 and take necessary step so that I get refund of my money along with compensation for harassment.

                Hi,
                I have placed order of 4 plants worth Rs.886/- on NurseryLive - https://nurserylive.com/

                I had placed the order on 30-May-2021. There is no update on my order since then.

                They only have a 'chat' option in the customer care and there is no one to reply. it just says that they will mail back. There is only one mail received from them after regular followups. They have mentioned that the order is ready and they don't have any logistics partner to deliver it.

                They have no estimated time to deliver the order.
                This site is fake and cheating people around by taking online payments.

                      I have reached to Nursery live pertaining the delivery of my order through emails and live chat but up until now there is no response or date of shipment
                      Only one order delivered partially
                      Invite of reaching multiple times there is no response

                      Koi fayda nahi h. Order mil bhi gya to bhi.. mujhe aaj delivery mili 15 days baad. Lekin usme kuchh nhi tha. Empty and broken pot with no plant. Very bad experience.

                          I had placed an order with NurseryLive on 24-Apr and fully paid for the order. It has been almost 7 weeks now, and my order has still not been dispatched or delivered.
                          There is no customer care number available for NurseryLive anywhere on their website. I haven't gotten any intimation or reply over tickets raised by me through email complaint. A month ago, when they had still not delivered my order, I had requested them to cancel the order and refund the amount. But even then I got no response.
                          The entire order amount has been collected from me since 7 weeks, and I am neither getting the product delivered, or money refunded nor any sort of contact from the company.

                            I ordered 3 plants from Nurserylive's official website on 24th May 2021, till now there has been no response from their side even after I made the payment via debit card. According to their delivery policy, the order should be delivered within 5 days but even after 18 days, there has been no delivery. I have tried to contact them multiple times via live chat, email and even Instagram. but again there was no response. They even deleted my comments when I sought help from their side. I would be attaching all the emails, comments and receipt for your convenience, please resolve this matter.

                              I have ordered on 07 may 21 and yet the shipment has not initiated. I tried to reach out live chat, emails, social media's to understand the issue but no response.

                              I would request for a revert on this complaint.

                              I have always been happy and patient with the service of NurseryLive but this order is like a harassment.

                                    Hi,

                                    I placed an order for a pack of 5 plants on Nurserylive’s website on the 4th of May. Since they do not have a COD option, I did an online payment of 1028/- to book the order.

                                    I did not receive an update for 2 weeks and then was informed that the plants would be shipped after lockdown which is understandable. On 17th May, I got an email stating that my plants were shipped. It’s 9th June today and I still haven’t received my plants.

                                    I’ve contacted them multiple times and at the beginning they said that they can’t cancel the order because it was in transit and that they would give me a refund if my plants arrived in poor condition. Once I told them that my DTDC tracking website said that all packages had been delivered to a different city, they stopped responding. I’ve emailed them, DM’ed them and even commented on their posts on Instagram. They deleting everyone’s negative comments on insta. Please look into this. There are other people which the same experience.

                                      Hi, I have placed an order on 30th May, considering delivery time showing within a week. I haven't received any update yet. They do not have any proper channel to track order. No email received for dispatch and their customer support do not respond. Now, I want to cancel this order but there is no way I can cancel it from website. Customer care is not responding. I want my refund since I have purchased it from somewhere else. Highly disappointed from NurseryLive service.

                                        I ordered from nurserylive on 7thMay, 2021 but it's been a month and they haven't responded to any of my emails and there customer care number is also not working . Cost of seeds was around 1200 Rs. It seems I have been cheated by them and don't know how to get refund from this fraudulent website.
