The lame excuse of Covid doesn’t work as many courier companies are delivering the products...

I had placed the order on 30-May-2021. There is no update on my order since then.

They only have a 'chat' option in the customer care and there is no one to reply. it just says that they will mail back. There is only one mail received from them after regular followups. They have mentioned that the order is ready...

I placed an order for a pack of 5 plants on Nurserylive’s website on the 4th of May. Since they do not have a COD option, I did an online payment of 1028/- to book the order.

I did not receive an update for 2 weeks and then was informed that the plants would be shipped after lockdown which is understandable. On 17th May, I got an email stating that my plants were shipped. It’s 9th June today and I still...

Hi, I have placed an order on 30th May, considering delivery time showing within a week. I haven't received any update yet. They do not have any proper channel to track order. No email received for dispatch and their customer support do not respond. Now, I want to cancel this order but there is no way I can cancel it from website. Customer care is not responding. I want my refund since I have purchased it from somewhere else. Highly disappointed...

I ordered from nurserylive on 7thMay, 2021 but it's been a month and they haven't responded to any of my emails and there customer care number is also not working . Cost of seeds was around 1200 Rs. It seems I have been cheated by them and don't know how to get refund from this fraudulent website....

Hi! Order was placed over a week b ago & no response from the company, no delivery of the plants ordered only automatic reply. There's no way to track status for delivery & no one calls back or emails back it's all system generated. This is a fraud company I have not received my order sheet mashing full payment....

My nursery live order NLV[protected] was placed on 27th April 2021
1 item In the order( money plant) is not delivered till date as of June 9 2021.
The blow horn delivery person Manikandan called Me and said that he cannot locate my address to deliver the item and that it would be returned back to nursery live.

Nursery live doesn't claim responsibility for my Undelivered order and says that they have asked the courier...
