Dear nurserylive,
With full of disappointment I am writing this, hoping I will get my refund.
1. I ordered from nurserylive on 22 May 2021 – Order No - NLV[protected] – Worth of Rs 1, 062.
2. I dint see any communication on when product will be delivered, so I approached after 2 days, I got mail saying due to Covid, so and so reason, there will be delay, I relaxed understanding the situation.
3. I approached them again after a week then 2nd week and so on, but then no communication at all.
4. My query or post are getting deleted from linkedin, Instagram, even they have blocked me, but they don’t respond to my query. They respond to people chat for new buyer but not handling my query where payment is already done.
5. nurserylive cameback saying its high priority issue, 4-5 days they will come back, its been 10 days, they never came back.
6. I am asking simple thing which is refund and cancel my order, but they are not responding. If Covid is challenge, they why cant they refund, I don’t want the order.
**** Please help me, worst thing there is no customer care number********

Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted the employees from Nurserylive in LinkedIn, finally cofounder responded and helped me then n there.
