    Hi! Order was placed over a week b ago & no response from the company, no delivery of the plants ordered only automatic reply. There's no way to track status for delivery & no one calls back or emails back it's all system generated. This is a fraud company I have not received my order sheet mashing full payment.

      My nursery live order NLV[protected] was placed on 27th April 2021
      1 item In the order( money plant) is not delivered till date as of June 9 2021.
      The blow horn delivery person Manikandan called Me and said that he cannot locate my address to deliver the item and that it would be returned back to nursery live.

      Nursery live doesn't claim responsibility for my Undelivered order and says that they have asked the courier partner Blow horn to deliver as soon as possible. Which till today ( June 9 2021) is still Undelivered.

      As I have waited for more than 50 days, I need Nursery live to claim responsibility for their delivery partner and refund me the due amount asap and follow ethical business practices.

        I had ordered some plants from nurserylive. But they have sent completely dead plants. They have not mentioned any contact number in their website. Only an email id was there. Repeatedly I have written to them through email. But they are not responding at all. No reply, no response

          I purchased around 11 items on 11th May'21 (Product Values Rs. 1499) but I received only 4 products (value: Rs. 300). I tried to enquire multiple times. Every time they say that product will be shipped within 3-4 days and now they have stopped responding. I am worried about my money. If they can not deliver then they should refund the money. How can they hold customer's money for indefinite time and on top of that, they do not respond to customer. I want all the pending items as soon as possible or they can refund the money back to the source.

            My order number is NLV[protected]
            I had placed an order on 19th May, since then I have been following up regarding my order. There is no update regarding the status nor anyone replies properly if mail is sent. The order is not even dispatched, I have been pinging them/mailing them to cancel my order. There is no reply! The last mail from their end said they have escalated this and will dispatch in 3 days and update me that has been 5 days now. Dont take customers for granted.. This was the first time I was ordering plants online and such a bad experience!

                I have recently ordered on 28th of may have emailed and send messages but to no help...so I asked to cancel my order. They don't respond or help anyway. I want it cancel it now they don't have any link for it either.

                  Hi,

                  I had placed two separate orders with nursery live but there has been no communication from the company's end regarding the order neither has it been delivered. There is no response upon reaching out to customer support. I either want my order delivered or a complete refund against the order. Just a disappointing experience and they should not cheat their customers like this.

                        I have ordered the plants on 7 May but they haven't dispatched my products yet.
                        Due to this delay I already bought the plants from somewhere else and asked nurserylive to cancel my orders and refund my money but they refused.

                          Hi,

                          I have ordered 3 plant set from nurserylive on 24th May 2021, it is a prepaid order where I paid 509 for 3 plant set.

                          Till date I haven't got any delivery date. The customer care have stop responding on mail's.
                          The Nursey is about 2.5 km from my home also asking for self pickup they stop replying.

                          I have seen the Facebook blogs they have cheated so many customers. Such companies should be banned to maintain the trust of online buyers and e-commerce.

                              I have placed multiple orders in May’21.
                              All are in Unfulfilled status. I can understand there is Covid restrictions
                              and order was supposed to dispatch after 31-May.
                              It’s been 7 days I don’t see any update on my orders and it is still under
                              Unfulfilled status.
                              All the times I connect on chat there is same status that it will be
                              dispatched in next 3-4 days.
                              I asked to cancel all my below listed orders and process the refund. I don’t want these products anymore. Had a very bad and pathetic experience. But there is no response from the nursery live and also the customer care numbers are not working. Team is only available on chat.

                                Hi, I ordered plants from NurseryLive on May 11, 2021. The item was not shipped. On May 15, I requested for cancellation. There has been no response from NurseryLive if the order is canceled. I have only received automated responses.

                                The bill was Rs 1329.
                                Please help me in canceling this order and help me get my refund back.
                                Request to kindly confirm the order cancellation and my refund.

                                    I have ordered fertilizer from nurserylive and after 14 days it is still not recieved. They are not even replying to mails.                                         I ordered two plants on Nurserylive online which was part of their promotion. As per that I paid 99 plus 99 for delivery charges as they claim. After payment order number was generated and since one week no any updates are there. Neither they response to the queries about my orders.
