I have ordered a bunch of plants for my mother in law expecting them to deliver atleast within 10 days as there was no such intimation provided by the website I made the payment immediately.
1. Your website should inform that our order would be delivered late due to covid as you haven't mentioned I assumed you to deliver on time n made the payment orelse I wouldn't opt for your website
2. Please provide toll free number we can't be waiting for you to respond as per your convenience

    Order No. NLV[protected] placed on May 14th 2021, it was promised to be delivered in 10 days, inspite of many follow ups on Twitter/Instagram/whatsapp haven’t received the tracking details of the order or any response whatsoever from their end yet.

      This is unethical and company is fraud.

        I haven't received any updates about the order.
        I asked for the order cancellation but they are not responding. If they are not delivering during lockdown then why are they accepting the orders? I wanted the plant because it was urgent. But there is no point of receiving it so late. I need a refund asap.

                I ordered 5 plants worth 1013 on May 8, 2021. Order ID NLV[protected]. Not received the plants. No updates about order from nurserylive. Their contact number is always switched off. There is no way to track. They are not responding to mails. This is big cheating. Haven't seen any such irresponsible online service

                            Sir, i have purchased some flower seeds of ₹299/- from nurserylive.com website, order number - nlv[protected]. It has been 5 days since i ordered those. But still i did not get any response from them. I tried to contact with them through mail for many times but they are not giving replies. I even tried to knock them on their facebook page but even there they are not giving any reply. If they are unable to send the items they should refund my hard earn money. It seems to me that this website is fraud. They are luring people by decorating their website and and everybody falls in their trap. I want you to inform them so that i may get my refund. Strict legal action should be taken against them.

                            I ordered a plant 2 weeks ago. The delivery should take bout 5-8 days. I still haven't received my plant. The customer care service doesn't pick up the call nor reply to the chat. After my research on this company... Many ppl claim this website to be a scam.
                            I have placed an order consisting of 3 items worth Rs. 833 on 28th of may from nurserylive. After that there is no update on my order, I have sent many messages on their chatbox, but to no help. I even emailed on their customer service address but in vain. Now I want to cancel my order but there is no link. Please look into the matter ASAP

                              , I placed an order for 5 plants. Prepayment done on 1may 2021 but still awaiting order to get delivered. I followed up on email and customer care number but no response. I was about to recommend few of my friends but now unless I receive my orders, I won't do that.
                              Pls let me know when will I receive my order that too in good condition. I am still awaiting. My order I'd is NLV[protected]. Also pls let me know in advance if I receive damaged plant, where should I post the pictures.

                                An order was placed on 16th May 21 with nurserylive for flower plants under order NO NLV[protected] the said order was canceled with hours after placing it due to reason that the plants gets damaged in transit in this heat.
                                Neither I got the refund nor its status.
                                Sent more than a dozen of mails and messages but no response for the reasons known to them.

                                  I placed a prepaid order on May 1st but it is not delivered till date and there is not update from support team. There is no reply from them about the order. There is no option to cancel the order either.
                                  Customers support chat is always away and it says you'll get a reply via mail but I never did.
                                  Please help in getting my money refunded it was an order of 5 plants so significant money is involved.
                                  Very disappointed, should have never placed a prepaid order.

                                      I placed an order on May 7 for 5 plants for 1000 Rs..I subsequently placed a cancelation request on email on May 8.Other than getting an auto response I have no confirmation on cancelation and refund.Their whatsapp number is switched off.The website chatbot keeps showing status as away.I have written multiple emails but no response at all.What kind of customer service is this?This is my first experience with Nurserylive and is terrible .Will never shop again with them

                                      Nurserylive still has done nothing on the complaint. They asked me to bear with them on the delay in delivery because of lockdown. It was an auto generated messaged .They were completely ignoring the fact that I never even complained about delay in delivery and I had canceled my order within 24 hours of purchase...After repeated follow up, they offered me free points on their website which I can redeem on future purchases..This is laughable as I don't intend to ever purchase from them and secondly this is not mentioned as the compensation for cancellation as per their own policy..2 days back, they have sent me a mail saying your order is ready for dispatch " as soon as lockdown is lifted".They are completely ignoring my cancellation and refund request

                                        I placed order on May 1st. After a few days I checked my tracking I. Their website and I cudnt get any response from customer care. Also in their site there is no customer care number provided. Finally I received a plant which is very bad quality. Also out of five plants, I received only one plant. They are blaming the covid restrictions. Why they are taking order of they cannot deliver. On facebook also so many complaint s are their.
                                        No customer care response is there to soo many mails which I have send. They have standard reply that in 48 hours someone will resolve the issue, but no body does.
