Placed an order on 27th April & made full payment too.
Order page showed "confirmed" however did not receive any email or text confirmation of the same.
Now I'm unable to log in to my account as well.
I Haven't received any updates on either of my communication channels.
They're not responding to my mails or calls either.

Request you to either deliver my order soon (as told before) or fully refund my payment amount
And keep me in loop about the same.

Been 15 days since I posted the complaint. Haven't received any communication yet.
This is very irresponsible on your side.
Really disappointed.

    I placed order on 28th apr ..paid online - but no communication about delivery - no response to mails and whatsapo ..no contact number provided ..very unprofessional and ridiculus ..i don't know when anc whether i will receive the items i ordered ..

      I placed my order on 26th April and they haven't Shipped that yet and when ever I tried reaching them sometime they responded and sometimes they didn't and there wasn't one satisfactory answer. They just reply they'll send Shipping details in 24-48 hrs or 2-3 days .and after waiting for those hrs there's no mail and text from them . They are just processing my order from the past 8 days .

        I had ordered plants and it wa a prepaid order... They have not even moved a step towards fulfilling my order... No proper timely responses to my mails... I want to cancel my order bt there is no option... They have not even dispatched my order still not allowing me to cancel it... They r cheaters... Took my money n not showing ny commitment towards customer s... I wnat to cancel it pls n refund

            Never buy anything from nusurylive as they only cheat you they did not ship my product from 1 month and tell me rgat due to covid unable to dispatch but after few days they generated a tracking number(fake) and marked the product shipped but id did not received the product yet

              I bought 3 specific colours some time ago and they have just flowered. None of them are the colours I asked for. absolute cheats. Im a person how spends a lot o plants but never never ever again will i buy from you and I will also tell everyone i know what big cheats you are

                I ordered 3 live plants from Nursery live. I prepaid my order. Today I received 2 live plants and 1 dead plants with all leaves fallen and the plants is completely dead.
                I immediately reported to their customer care but they have not responded. I want replacement of my plant. I am attaching photo of the plant .

                          I placed my order on 29/03/2021. Today's date is 9/04/21. Since then i haven't received any mail or dispatch details.

                          And moreover they are not even replying to the mail sent. Fraud Company, just a site with people stealing your money

                              I have placed order on Mar 02 and received a package on Mar 10 with one item missing.# NLV[protected] shipping ID. First of all, there is no direct customer care number and I have immediately written a mail to their support team. But i didn't get any response from them after that. Not even acknowledgment. It is completely waste of time and money and i am psychologically impacted by this. please resolve it ASAP.

                                This is a fraud site, please don't buy from this. I made an order for pack of 3 plants on 26th March and also completed the payment. Since then there is no update. I tried to reach out to customer care but no response from them. My emails are not responded. There is no option to cancel the order. This is day light robbery.

                                  I ordered the plants on March 7, which I have not received yet, I emailed many times, also messaged on Instagram and also tweeted. But every time he says that your order will be dispatched in 24 hours but I have not received my order yet.

                                    Placed an order on 24th March, 2021 with NURSERY LIVE after frequently seeing their Instagram ads (and so started following their page.) posts and stories seemed genuine so placed an order but until now I have not received any email confirmation from their end. i don't know how to track my order or whom to speak to.

                                    the day i was about about to place the order i had reached the last step and realised my account was short of the amount so i waited till my husband transferred the required money. pronto i got a call from nursery live sales agent on my phone asking me why i am not closing the deal and i said i was waiting for cash transfer. i should have considered that call as a red flag but i was so convinced with their online page and i feel cheated now. I'm unable to retrieve that number it seems to have mysteriously disappeared from my log.

                                    i tried chatting on 29th with their online sales agent and he told me they will look into it. response received on Instagram was better comparatively initially but now they read my messages but no reply. it has been nine days now and I'm really disappointed in their behavior. i paid Rs. 829 for 5 indoor plants and i have received nothing but disappointment from their end. Plz look into this matter.

                                        This is a very bed experience from nursery live.
                                        I did order on 13th May but didn't get any notification about my order till next 5-6 days.
                                        So I das taken follow up in live chat window. On that day someone from their team has replied. After that whenever I asked about my order no one available there to reply me. their team member has viewed my mssage but not given reply.
                                        And still I didn't get any update regarding my order.
                                        It's been 18days.
