            I have ordered a set of 5 succulents plants from your website. when I unpacked one of the plants, my hands got pricked by the cactus spines.Also 2 plants are died among those 5 plants.I am unsatisfied with your order.

                      I ordered for rosemary plant worth 299 and they send me dead plant. After complaining they said they will send replacement item along with my next order (added the chat history below). But they didn't send me the replacement and when I chatted they are claiming that they sent the item, initially they said it will be in separate shipment, but later on they said it was in the same box.

                      I have placed order it has been more then 22 days but order is still not delivered by nurserylive and no response from customer service. Worst customer service ever.

                        Nursery live has no customer care number. They don’t respond over mail. I have made payment for prepaid order worth almost 6000 INR. but i am yet to receive any of the products. Kindly sue this company for fraud.
                        NurseryLive customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        I placed an order with Nursery Live 21 days ago, it was an order of total of Rs. 1675. I only partially received the order which was the seaweed granules worth Rs. 216.

                        The rest of the plants order NLV[protected], the plants worth Rs. 1459, is still pending. There has been no update on mail or even on their online chat. They have no phone number to call and escalate this to and even when I ask for update on chat I am just told to wait 24-48 hours.The same message every time.

                        I also took to Twitter and found they have been scamming lot of customers and people even have orders pending since April. I really would like to request you to help me out.

                        They are neither cancelling the order nor sending me the order, these guys are fraudulent?

                        If I can't receive the order, atleast send me my money back.

                              On 25th January 2021 I placed an order of 12 items from the nursery live website, during payment the 1st transaction failed so I did repayment and in this 2nd transaction 1103 rs payment was made sucessful, I neither received order confirmation mail nor order no. I also received call from nursery live call centre who asked me to write an email to customer care. Despite continues mail and reminders till date no response is there from nursery live customer service.

                              I have lost 1103 Rs without any reason and this company is horrible at its customer care service they are not responding atall

                                Got these tulsi seeds from u after paying Rs 1500.00. tried endlessly to germinate seeds. Seeds could not germinate at all. Sent a mail complaining about this no response was received..Tulsi seeds which was received was not in closed pack ..it was sent in white polythene cover..complained this too...Is their any different method of germinating seeds. Pls get back to me. Thks.

                                They are not responding to emails and their phones and switched off. Even i had purchased tulsi seed balls, which failed to germinate for more than 2 months now. Seems like they have shut their business leaving the customer at lurch.
