I had purchased 2 hair oils of same brand and one came with a clear tape attached on its pump and one without... So the one with tape leaked on to the rest of the products. Its very evident that they have sent a damaged bottle.
As i have to travel back to uae the day i saw this I did not have time to return the product.. when i raised the complaint they said they can only help if i return this product. Otherwise consider my money...

Actually I order 2 nykaa foot cream and 1 faces concealer but I got only one nykaa foot cream though I paid for 2 creams...
How can I get another one?? Because I paid for two creams...

The money has already been deducted from my account as from your side have approved and received the money. My bank has requested to deal with nykaa for refund. On 6th Feb I have purchased a gift card voucher worth Rs 1000 which was deducted money from GPAY but I didn't receive any confirmation messages from NYKAA and the recipient has not received a gift voucher too.

Last two days I doing followup calls to support team and have explained them again & again for the same issues

Ordered the product on 20th Jan 2022, received an unauthentic product which is green in color and smells like bubblegum instead of the original grape flavor which should've been purple.
