I cancelled my order because of the wrong address I have provided, the item reached at nykka warehouse within 4days. However I have not received my refund yet.
The customer service is worst of its kind don't know how to communicate at all. They are saying constantly it's stuck in our end please wait for 2, 3 days. I did. But no i didn't recieve my refund.

You can't grow nykka with this kind of service.

    I’ve made payment debit card n the payment has done n the amount is debit from my account. Also got transaction ref. Number but still order has not been placed. No order no number, no email, no order details are appearing in nykaa account. They haven’t send any msg or email that order has placed. All the items still in my cart. Plz place my order or refund my amount..

      I ordered products worth around 2700 Indian rupees on the 12th of July. The stuff reached the nearest hub on the 13th and was displayed as out of delivery on the 15th. I waited all day and nobody showed up. The crux of this complain is the delivery partner called ASNM/AMAZE delivery. They never actually attempt to delivery any order and mark it as “refused by customer.” These lies have been extremely difficult to deal with. I’ve been calling customer care every day who tell me that my ticket is already generated and that they’re doing their best. I’ve made 7 calls so far and have found no resolution from Nykaa. If you google ASNM you will find many such bad reviews posted in the span of the last week. All their numbers are fake and if you call them on just dial someone else who has no idea what ASNM picks up the call. The real issue is Nykaas choice to pick such a terrible delivery service which shows serious signs of perhaps indulging in illegal practices.

        It's been 10 days since I have placed the order but still it' s undelivered and when I check the order tracking on nykaa app... I saw " customer refused to accept, customer didn't pick the call, customer asked for future delivery or not at home" I mean wow! It's already paid why would I do so. I have already complained 4 times this to team nykaa and have also called ecom express helpline number for the same issue. But everytime team nykaa say that issue is being considered and they are trying their best to resolve this. Today when my package arrived delivery agent asked for otp for which I have already talked to nykaa support to update my new number as old one is not in use but still they didn't update my number. I called the support helpline to complaint this and she put me on hold for so many times, I spent 19 minutes in phone call with her and still the answer was " will be received in 24-48 hours" i'm getting same response from 5 days!

          I have ordered around 16 thing from nykaa suddenly today i got message they can't deliver here previously all products used to get delivered but now no response to it and all of sudden showing undelivered no calls nothing to me
          I request to get my refund as soon as possible and Also i want compensation Plus full refund of mine cuz it's not my fault

            I had ordered 4 products worth 482 rupees from Nykaa on 7th July. The products were shipped through Amaze/ASNM Care courier on 8th July. One weird fact was that whenever I was inserting the AWB Number provided on Nykaa mobile app on ASNM courier website, a message was appearing - No data found. However, tracking details were visible when opened on Nykaa app. The estimated delivery date was of 11th July. However, the last tracking update from ASNM was on 10th July- Bag Verified at Hub Pune1- Hub. On 10th July evening, I received a message from Nykaa saying there's a delay in delivery and the products will be delivered on 18th July. I've been calling Nykaa Customer Care from 15th July onwards till today. Every time, executives told me that the products will be delivered as soon as possible. But, since there was no tracking update by ASNM on Nykaa app after 10th July, my guess was either the package was misplaced or stolen. On 17th July, I called Nykaa support team and asked to cancel my order and provide me with refund. Though the cancellation request was escalated by the executive right then, I didn't receive any notification of the same. Upon mailing, one of the executives wrote that cancellation request was escalated and I will get refund once the package arrives at Nykaa warehouse safely.
            Today, I again received a message from Nykaa saying that my parcel will be delivered by 23rd July. The company is simply trying to provide random dates just to make its customers think that the products will be delivered. I checked Nykaa app Order page and saw that 18th July was automatically changed to 23th July. I immediately called the support team and asked the executive what is the status of cancellation. He said that the cancellation request was escalated on 17th July and that I will get my refund once the package reaches Nykaa facility. I said what if the courier partner has misplaced or stolen the package, does that mean I won't get a refund? How am I responsible for that? I have paid in advance so I must receive a refund if the products are not delivered to me. However, the executive simply went on speaking the same sentence like a tape recorder without paying heed. I mailed again, but got yesterday's mail body in response, only the executive was different.
            I need my hard earned money back. It's not my fault that the courier partner has issues with the package. Nykaa is neither delivering my products nor providing refund. The support team is of no help at all. If it's the courier's issue, then does that mean I won't get refund until the package reaches their warehouse? And what if it never does? Why am I set to suffer? Please check and provide me with refund.

            Nykaa has updated order status as 'undelivered' yesterday after calling the customer care multiple times and talking to the senior manager. Hopefully, I will get my refund soon.

              Prior to this experience Nykaa used to be one my most trusted e-commerce stores online. Lately though, their customer services have been pretty sub-standard. Canceling orders without any intimation, not being available over telephone, etc.

              It has been 20 days since the order was placed. The said shipment reached my delivery pincode by 28th June. Since then the shipment has been lying there unaddressed.

              I've been in constant touch over email with Nykaa's customer support team, 4 staff members have exchanged emails with me.
              And all they do is, express their profound apologies since the past 16 days.

              I've been asking for an alternative shipment initially, but now I'm going for cancellation and refund.
              And they've been ingnoring both my requests.

              Desirable resolution: full refund.

              I don't know whether Nykaa actually saw this complaint or not. However the delivery got done out of nowhere. So yeah, I' okay to give some benefit of doubt.

                Dear Nykaa,

                I have ordered 2 products on 9th July 2022. Order No - NYK[protected]. From 2 products one product is delivered on 10th July 2022.

                The other Product Raaga Professional Pro 10 Express Cream Developer - 500ml is not delivered. Suppose to receive on 11th June 2022. But later in evening I am receiving the update that the product could not deliver as "Our delivery executive could not reach you. We will reattempt your delivery. Please select your preferred delivery time slot.

                After that I have been waiting for another 2 days to get the product delivered. But I dint receive the product and neither I can cancel the product from the site as that cancellation tab is not enabling.

                After that I called to Nykaa on 13th July, they said that it will get delivered by today. But same thing I dint get the product.

                I had to call again on 14th July 2022 for the status, but again the same thing that it will get delivered. But this time I asked the executive to help to talk to their senior. On speaking with the supervisor I came to that I could not receive the order as it is out of the service area of the courier delivery partner.

                Why should a customer get harass for this act. If it is not possible to get deliver than the order should not get placed. I should get this information on the first day itself that my area pin code is outside the courier delivery area while ordering.

                Now when on 14th July 2022 I called I have asked get the order cancel and asked for the refund now I came to know that I will get once the product reaches the warehouse.

                Where is the logic behind as a customer I dint receive the product and still I am harassed to get the product receive the warehouse and after receiving I will get the refund in next 5 business days.

                Today is 16th and I am still getting the same response that the product has not reached the warehouse once it reaches we will initiate the refund. On asking no one has the answer when the product will reach the warehouse.

                  I purchased a gift card for a friend for her birthday and i made the payment online and received a message just after that which says that the gift card has be sent to my friend on 4th june 2022. i recently asked her for the card and she said that she has not received and message or anything.
                  after calling nykaa customer care, they are saying that have sent it and check it again or your phone has issue thats why yopu are not getting the message and being very rude that hy you waited for so long to raise the complaine and this is not our problem now and your friend must have used it and things like that. is this the way to talk

                    I received an empty box which had no product in it. I have been calling the customer service since 26th July and till date this people have not resolved the issue! And instead of solving it all they respond is we have dispatched the product from our end we can do nothing about it! Look at their arrogance! I don’t understand that this people dispatched it but what needs to be done if we have not received it????? Where should we go??? Nykaa only knows to take orders and your money rest if you receive it don’t receive it it’s your luck! Shame on you guys. This is the third time happening with me where the product is missing! And now i will definitely talk about it everywhere!

                      I have ordered one product that was expected to be delivered on 8th July 2022. After multiple follow ups it was not delivered and customer care kept on fooling that it will be delivered tomorrow and when on 11th I requested to cancel the product and refund the amount they assured that within 48 hours product will be cancelled and amount will be returned back to source. 48 hours are done and now Akash Mishra is the representative with whom I connected and he mentioned that they can not assure for any date and they have policies that it will be processed once product reached back from courier partner and they do not have any way to connect with courier partner. The say they have a team who work on this and when I asked for details they deny on that and tell they can not provided any information to customer.

                      Kindly look into this matter on priority as this is a serious concern and Nykaa is trying to fool it’s customers.

                      This is something that even I was doing. What happened with your forwarding nothing right? They are still on same process which they were telling me. Is this called a forum for consumer help?

                      I raised this complain so that an action should be taken not to just forward my message to Nykaa. That I can do as well.

                        I have ordered a product on 17th June 2022 and expected delivery mentioned as 22nd June 2022. But till now product hasn't been delivered and when tried contacting the customer support they are replying "we need 48-72hrs to look into the issue and will get back to you after this". But nothing has been progressed. It's been almost a month closely since I ordered the product . I also raised a complaint for atleast cancellation of the product and asked for refund of my amount. But there's no response from the team and nothing is being implemented. Price of the product is 2500/- and all my money got in vein and they don't bother at all .

                          I made an order of a hair curler order number NYK[protected]. I have received the product but due to its cheap quality want to return it. But it is showing that the product is not returnable but it was not mentioned at the time of purchase I have also seen the nykaa policy and in there as such nothing is written about returning the electronic product.Kindly check the matter and do the needful, the product is a waste to me it is being delivered today itself.

                            I placed this order on 22nd of June. I ordered a compact powder and a sketch pen eyeliner. The eyeliner was fine (as it's in the form of a sketch pen) but the compact powder was completely broken. It was powdered. I requested for replacement the first time on June 25th. The return was approved by nykaa but their courier partner DELHIVERY cancelled my return on June 30th. I reached out to nykaa and they told me to do the whole process again! I had to upload pictures again, they again took their own sweet time to approve the order. I was promised by their customer care that the courier partner will not cancel the return this time and that they would definitely come to pick up the order. And of course. DELHIVERY cancelled my return on 7th July.
                            After having to go through the cancellation of my return twice, i reached out to nykaa again. They asked me to upload photos of the powder yet again!! This is sooo frustrating. Again nykaa customer care tells me that they will come pick up the order. And that the refund is only possible after picking up. They won't! Why am I having to go through all of this because of an incompetent courier partner that has clearly found a loophole. I mean how convenient right? Don't pick up the order so they don't have to give the refund. Bravo. Im sooo frustrated. This is mental harrasment! Im having to go through all this because someone delivered me a defective product and because of nykaa's ridiculous policies. I want my refund!!! Why do i have to go through all this because their delivery partner is not picking up the return item? How is that my fault?? I not going to wait again for some to cancel the return again. It's not my fault! I will never be purchasing from nykaa again. I just want my refund.

                              I had purchased tummy tucker pant bt nykaa sent me nightwear. Pls send me the right item or refund me .take this wrong item which is delivered to me .no one is responding neither nykaa customer care or mail services.

                                Bought 2 Mac products worth more than 3k, with which i was supposed to get a free gift( lipstick rs 1850/-) neither was i able to add the gift nor was it added on its own in my cart . I hv been calling and writing for a resolve but with no conducive help yet. Got one email suggesting I tk one coupon of ₹300. After putting in requests for more than 3 days, i hv not received a single call from them. Mac products are costly and I bought the second item for the lipstick only

                                  Nykaa is cancelling orders when and as they like without initimating the customer. Also even if it’s cancelled on their end the refund takes 7-9 days which is pathetic. bad excuse saying pin isn’t serviceable which is not correct as I am staying in a metro and just few days back received courier from them . At least when it’s issue from their end customer should be intimated on call and there should be instant refund. This is third time with me so raising this complaint.

                                    Nykka has come with very good experiences previously but these past few times it’s service is degrading first of all the delivery executives are very rude and they never come for doorstep delivery it’s either I go down to take the delivery or they inform directly that I can cancel my order as he will not come for the doorstep delivery also this is my third worst experience with nykka whenever my orders are out for delivery most of the time contact numbers are not shared but when it was shared on my recent order the delivery executive never answered my calls and furthermore he added comments saying I had asked for delivery which I never did I have screenshot of the my call logs where I tried calling numerous times but failed to get in touch with the executive and I wrote mail to nykka out of frustration as this is the third time they promised to revert me within 24 hours but I never got a call nor any kind o[censored]pdates on my delivery and whenever I’m opening the app it is asking me to select my preferences on date for the delivery when I have already selected yesterday for the next day delivery but no one came for delivery and nykka is taking all these things very lightly considering the replies that I got so far

                                      I have been shopping from nykaa from few years but never had any issue with any order so never had to contact customer care.

                                      Honestly it has been my goto website. I was kind of addicted to this website always used to go through offers and used to suggest also go buy from here when people dint know much about nykaa.

                                      But my previous order, I have placed bobbi brown lip tint when there was buy one pick one offer

                                      Initially it got cancelled on its own twice and returned for no reason when I asked customer care that person said due to some technical issues its getting cancelled try after few days. When I asked approximately from when can I order again he said again in few days when felt rude. I thought may be its just that person

                                      As the offer was nice I placed the order again this time it got delivered.but I got delivered only one item. So I have contacted customer care.

                                      Trust me i spoke with 4 people 4 told 4 different reasons

                                      First one said there are some technical issues contact after an hour

                                      Second one took so long, more than 15min, check that it got hand up

                                      Third one said that the offer was like free full size lipstick on order over 4000 or something. Which was currently showing where as I clearly told him, when i ordered it was showing, 1+1 lip tint and also 3 free minis one order over 3500.
                                      Anyways my order wasn't over 3500.

                                      Frustrated I kept it for return and I get a mail with “ We regret to inform you that the offer was "BobbiBrown Free Lipstick - Get 1 Mini Lipstick on any 2 Minis. If total quantity equals or greater than 2". However as checked the you added 1 quantity”

                                      I dont know where the mins topic came from

                                      If the website is not properly refreshed with any current deals its not customers problem. Website should take care of every word written on the website

                                      Honestly Few people where nice while taking but couldn't resolve the issue

                                      Even my luck was bad offer changed exactly on the day its delivered. If it had delivered a day before I could have shown them.

                                        Nykaa is claiming that refund is initiated from their end but the amount is not reflected in my account. It's been almost one month now.
                                        They have provided me with the UTR details, which are of no use to me. My bank is saying if Nykaa has initiated the refund why isn't the amount is reflecting?
                                        Where is my money Nykaa? What is this behaviour? You are making a simple refund such a hectic process. Upgrade your outdated system and refund my money ASAP.
