I ordered online wall cloack. which was delivered to me 30th November 2022. When i opened immediately, it was in damaged conditon. I immediately asked for return of the item. Person came and said that damaged products can not be returned

    I placed an order from Nykaa on 21 nov, , 2022, i received it on 25 Nov, 2022, but when i received it the main product was missing and they only sent the free kit, i paid for 8000 for serum which was missing, nykaa took my money and didnt replace or refunded the product, please help as i am very disappointed and stressed.

      I am receiving spam messages from nykaa daily. I have not registered for this. I even blocked it but still getting this kind of message from another number. Kindly resolve this.

        I placed 2 orders as pink Friday sell is going on. Both of my orders got canceled and returned to the warehouse. If those orders were not deliverable to particular address then Insted canceling the order customer should get some notification
        This is really very disappointing and irritating thing
        I also made an contact with customer support and got response that something issue is with courier partners and they returned the products to warehouse.

          Dear sir/madam

          I have booked on ladies watch thru nykaa app on 09/11 as per their tracking it was showing loast by the delivery company in their bhiwandi godown
          I have send emails and then they tried to delivery me a wrong parcel
          No one tried to reply and and I feel as if I am cheated by them

            I had returned my product nd it's been 27 days still the refund amount has not been creditted in my voucher. I have raised the complain multipek times and their customer care do not care to resolve the issue. Everytime they come up with some diff excuse .

                I am receiving a call since last 2 days saying that I got selected as a lucky winner and will receive product such as iPhone 12, Sony TV, Dell laptop etc. etc. They are asking to shop something of 5000 from nykaa website to availed the free gift. They are mentioning themselves as nykaa customer support team. They also have idea that recently what i have bought from nykaa. I know these re fraud calls and hence i dint responded to them but how my information such as address and last shopping details are leaked with them?

                  I ordered a pair of shoes (worth rs, 900) from Nykaa before Diwali (Order id NYK[protected]. They were delivered to be in good shape. But when worn on Diwali, the shoe broke within 10 minutes of wearing. I raised my concern to Nykaa. They responded with “As per our internal investigation, we have dispatched the products accurately. Thus, we will be unable to authorize any resolution with regard to this concern.” Please assist to get me refund or replacement.

                      I ordered 12 items from the Nykaa and only 2 were delivered from the second shipment. This is the Order ID NYK[protected] My order was worth Rs. 3420. Order Placed on Saturday, 15th Oct 2022, and Received on Saturday, 22nd Oct 2022. by Delivery Partner EcomExpress with AWB Number [protected].

                      When I asked customer care they said ma'am we dispatched everything we don't know where your items went. I mean what the hell guys??? If you guys sent them why didn't I receive them? Ask your delivery partner, why all the products were not delivered. it feels like it is my fault that I paid for my products but didn't receive them??. Someone has tampered with the order and nobody is ready to take responsibility. Give me my products or my money back.

                        I placed an order on 28 October and received it on 29th October. Order no : NYK[protected] in which I ordered a pac x jovita brush set. But I didn't recieved it. It was missing in the parcel. The parcel was tampered on the outside the sealed tape was broken. It was literally deformed. When I asked the delivery boy why is it in this state he said ma'am it happened in shipments I don't know about it. I didn't recieved two items I only got the freebies. When I asked them they said that we dispatched them completely we don't know what happened between the dispatch and delivery time. Like is it my fault that I paid for my products bur didn't recieved them?? Ask your delivery boy what he did with the packaging why was it tampered? The sealed tape was broken and then it was sealed again. Where are my products? Where is my money? I didn't expected this from you Nykaa such a fraud company. The customer care is useless. I will never buy anything from this app and tell my friends to do the same. Its very disappointing!!!
                        There are another products too that I didn't received. Innisfree lip sleeping mask and plum. Vitamin C. The parcel only has freebies in it the main products were already taken out before I received the parcel. My order was worth Rs. 4994. When I asked the customer care they said that ma'am we dispatched everything we don't know where your items went. I mean what the hell? If you guys sent them why didn't I received them? Give me my products or my money back.

                          I have ordered a purple color suit. I want to return it due to the cloth quality I have received and the fit of the suit not matching as per the catalog. Sad to see how different the color of the dress is as well wrt the pictures uploaded on the Nykaa app. Customer support team is unable to resolve the issue. This is a horrible experience with Nykaa fashion. This was my first order with your online shopping app. The order amount is also significant. Worst customer service.                             Failed returns and refunds of ordered item

                            Nyka delivered an item sized too big.i requested for a return and a refund(17 Oct, '22) however they have ignored the return pickup and refund even after I submitted pictures/images of the item despite several requests through web chats, grievance calls on 1800 number and e-mails. I've been asked to wait for 72 hours time and again everytime I enquired.

                            I placed an order on 6th Oct 2022 which was supposed to reach me on 13th Oct, but i still have not received my Package on top of it i even contacted their support team to update me about the location of package or to cancel my order and refund my money to which they never replied, last update i got about my package was on 8th Oct. I also raised a Ticket on 17th which was closed on the same day all they did was send me the tracking it and website link of their delivery partner as if i didn't knew how to track it. They just keep increasing the estimated delivery date every day now i have lost my patience i hope the concerned to resolve my issue which is to either refund my money or to deliver the product.

                              My order worth 3k+ remains undelivered for over 3 weeks.
                              When I placed order delivery was promised in a week.
                              The item is stuck in the same city.

                              Nykaa won't refund my money neither deliver the products. They are scamming people

                                I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter on nykaafashion on 20th September, they were supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days . We waited until 29th Sep but items weren’t delivered. So we canceled the order by calling customer care and asked for refund . It’s been 15 days they haven’t canceled the order and not processed the refund . Even customer care doesn’t have any information where the parcel is ? They are unable to track .

                                    My order no. is NYK[protected]. Payment have been done through Paytm. My items of awb #PP00373545 have been shipped through Dependo on 3rd October. It has been shown as delivery attempted however, no attempts were made. They did not come to my address and would just mark it as "failed delivery" as pleased. The delivery agency did not make a phone call either. And when I schedule for a delivery date, no attempts of delivery would occur. No such delay has ever occured when parcels were shipped through Delhivery, Bluedart, e-kart, etc. at the same address, hence, their excuse of incorrect address is untrue. I have opted for delivery cancellation, however, no refund have been processed. I want this problem to be resolved as soon as possible.

                                      I have been using Nykaa for the last many years and have always been delighted by both the products and the delivery. But on 29th Sep I had placed an order for 3 products Order ID NYK[protected] which was shipped the next day through ExpressBees and I could see in the tracking status that the package was not moving. Finally, without even trying to contact me they notified that I refused delivery and that the products were going back ( However, products not yet returned to warehouse and refund not initiated yet). But as I wanted the products, I placed a fresh oder for the same products Order ID NYK[protected] on 5th Oct which was shipped on 7th Oct through ExpressBees. The package is showing the same tracking status since 7th Oct and I think they will again not deliver it. Very unprofessional and unacceptable service from your delivery partner.
                                      I am facing the same issue with my orders. I am supposed on receive my order today 24th June 2023 but my order has not been moving. My delivery address is in Ahmedabad and the products are still in Hyderabad. Nykaa should not tie up with this third class courier partners. Customers have to face issue because of their poor and pathetic service.
