I am regular customer of Nykaa I placed my order bearing no. NYK[protected] on 22 Sep. 2022 delivery time was 26th Sep. 2022 but they shows delay in delivery and set my order delivery date for 1st Oct. 2022 but now again the changed delivery date in 6th Oct. 2022 my prepaid order delayed again and again and there is no upsate in status after 25th Sep. 2022.I need my order urgently. Very disappointed with Nykaa. Please provide me my order fast.

Noida_Temp_H (Uttar Pradesh) on 2nd October 2022 at 2:59 PM. But after that no update till now as on 04th October 2022.

Again they delayed my prepaid order from nykaa. They updated the delivery date for 11th October 2022 and parcel is still showing in Noida. I think they don't want to deliver my order.

    Hello,

    Today, i.e. October 1st, 22, I received calls saying that they are calling from Sales and Promotions Division of Nykka.com and that based on previous online shopping on the platform my number is one of five selected winners in a lucky draw/event run internally by Nykka.com. They told me that I can choose from any of the five items (heavily priced) and that will be delivered at my address.

    Getting spam or fraud calls is not new but it was scary that the caller knew the details of my previous purchases and residential address!

    The number is a personal number and not toll free. I immediately blocked it and informed about it on Nykka customer care. But I received the call again from another number just now for the same thing.

    I urge Nykka team to look into this lag in privacy policies! This is extremely scary!

      I had placed an order with Nykaa on the 11th of September. It was a prepaid order. I didn't like the product and i immediately asked them for a return and refund of my money to my UPI ID. They picked up the given product from my place on the 18th of September and have falsely put on their website that refund has been initiated from their side. Whereas the truth is nothing has been done from their side! They are an absolute bunch of frauds! The worst being their customer support team. They have been harassing me for my own money for the past 8/9 days. They are repeatedly asking me to contact with the bank and as many times I have contacted with my bank they have completely provided me the proof that no transaction has been done from Nykaa.

        Delivery person is Jaydeep Vaghela - [protected].

        All at my house are working. So inspite to telling availability he keeps on coming at wrong time. And talking on call very rudely as if we are at fault while not being at home. He keeps on saying that I get 10rs per parcel. Utterly unprofessional person. Have also had word with his senior Mr. Naimish - [protected]. He initially understood and told to pickup next day morning. But on next day he too turned rude and said your pickup is cancelled.

        I do not understand why Naykaa being such big brand hire/appoint as agent for totally unprofessional, rude delivery team.

        I request for taking actions against this bunch o[censored]nprofessionals. And will be wanting to know what actions have been taken from Naykaa for my complaint.

              Regarding cancellation, return and refund

              I have ordered products from nyka worth rs. 1537. In order ID NYK[protected] on 5th September 2022. (The amount was pre-paid) And due to some reasons I have to cancel the items. I cancelled whole items on 5th of September itself, but due to some server issues i connected to customer care on 5th itself one Mr. Hariram sardar attended the call and he said he initiated the cancellation and the refund will be initiated in next 24 to 48...

                  Sir i ordered Minimalist SPF 50 PA ++++ Sunscreen With Multi-Vitamin For Reducing Photoaging & No White Cast for nykaa app on 24th july and immediately cancelled the order and expected refund date is 29th july. It's been one month and i haven't received my money. I did my payment through phonepe from my SBI account. It's 399 rupees. I contacted the company but there are telling to contact the bank.Please help me

                    I got a call from Nykaa. Asking to first pay 5, 526 and then pay gst charges of 11999 which would be refunded as soon as I sent it. I lost 5, 526 plus 12004 rupees. The number is +91 [protected].

                        I placed a return request for order ID NYK[protected].

                        The request was denied without a satisfactory response. I shared the images which clearly show that the product was received in damaged condition. I also attached pictures of the box, seal and invoice.

                        The return is for Miss Clair Aqua Rouge Lipstick 306 which is damaged and Biotique Pretty Poison Lipstick which is entirely different in reality from the colour it was advertised.

                        Both products are unused and kept safely in the package. The return request was rejected without anyone coming to see the package or product for verification. I contacted the customer service number but they were unable to provide any clarity as to why the return request was rejected.

                        I expect a satisfactory response for why my request was denied despite images showing that products are not up to mark. I want the return to be initiated immediately and for the refund to be processed.

                          What a pathetic service for my order NYK[protected] which was placed on 14th Aug. This order was not dispatched till 30th Aug even after continuous follow ups with your support executives on chat. Complaint ticket number [protected]
                          on 30th Aug, i received an email from your support executive, saying the order is lost by your courier partner and my refund will be initiated in 24-48hours. It has been more than 72 hours and no update on when the refund will be initiated
                          your support executives are always saying that refund will be initiated as soon as possible. I am ###g tired of hearing this same thing from all your executives. Now please tell me what is going on?
                          When is the order status going to change to cancelled?
                          The order amount was of Rs5433. A part of this order containing 2 products was delivered already. And remaining products worth 4200 are lost by your courier partner. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS? CHANGE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER TO CANCELLED AND REFUND MY MONEY

                                I bought this MAC liquid eyeliner from Nykaa n got the delivery on 5 july 2022, it got dried up within less than a month..i got in touch with Nykaa executive person on 6th August 2022...he told me it's already a month we can't do anything for you...I mean seriously dude...i paid 2500 bucks for these MAC dried product... atleast MAC should revive it's brand image

                                  I placed an order on 25 th Aug . With out a proper reasoning the ETA changed from 2 days to 2 weeks. Now I am middle of nowhere while asking for refund Nykaa needs5- 7 days:( .. 4 times I called customer support but no luck they are saying the recorded words:(can some one support..

                                    I order products from nykaa worth rs 1927 and from that 2 products worth rs 1525 and 399 are missing. I also created a refund request and they rejected the same saying that as per them the products are delivered from their side. I lost my money. Please help me get my hard earned money back. Iam a loyal customer to nykaa never expected such cheating from them.
