What a pathetic service for my order NYK[protected] which was placed on 14th Aug. This order was not dispatched till 30th Aug even after continuous follow ups with your support executives on chat. Complaint ticket number [protected]
on 30th Aug, i received an email from your support executive, saying the order is lost by your courier partner and my refund will be initiated in 24-48hours. It has been more than 72 hours and no update on when the refund will be initiated
your support executives are always saying that refund will be initiated as soon as possible. I am ###g tired of hearing this same thing from all your executives. Now please tell me what is going on?
When is the order status going to change to cancelled?
The order amount was of Rs5433. A part of this order containing 2 products was delivered already. And remaining products worth 4200 are lost by your courier partner. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS? CHANGE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER TO CANCELLED AND REFUND MY MONEY

    I ordered a product more than 2 weeks back. It is not yet delivered and status is showing as 'shipped' always. I called customer care 3 times to cancel. No action yet. I cannot cancel form my end without receiving the item.

      “ Nykaa SKINRX Vitamin C Illuminate + Day Moisturizer with SPF 15 for Normal to Dry Skin “ has not been delivered, instead “ Nykaa black magic liquid liner- Super Black 01 “ has been delivered.

        I bought this MAC liquid eyeliner from Nykaa n got the delivery on 5 july 2022, it got dried up within less than a month..i got in touch with Nykaa executive person on 6th August 2022...he told me it's already a month we can't do anything for you...I mean seriously dude...i paid 2500 bucks for these MAC dried product... atleast MAC should revive it's brand image

          I placed an order on 25 th Aug . With out a proper reasoning the ETA changed from 2 days to 2 weeks. Now I am middle of nowhere while asking for refund Nykaa needs5- 7 days:( .. 4 times I called customer support but no luck they are saying the recorded words:(can some one support..

          I think Nykaa is not understanding the meaning of ETA given to the user

            I order products from nykaa worth rs 1927 and from that 2 products worth rs 1525 and 399 are missing. I also created a refund request and they rejected the same saying that as per them the products are delivered from their side. I lost my money. Please help me get my hard earned money back. Iam a loyal customer to nykaa never expected such cheating from them.

              since then getting the same reply that we are looking into your problem we will get back to you
              now i cant even cancel the product
              because its written that once order is placed cant be cancelled.
              no body picks up the call center number
              no one call back
              bad customer experience

                Nykaa have not sent the product according to the item details mentioned in the invoice which is
                SG-EyebrowT - Signaxo Portable
                Eyebrow Trimmer & Facial
                Remover All In One For Women
                With USB Charging(1 pieces)
                The product they have sent is not a Signaxo brand and they have sent some cheap no name brand which is clearly visible in the photo I had attached to them. I did not know that Nykaa is a fake unreliable website selling cheap stuff and misleading the customers. They have not refunded my amount of Rs. 950 and are telling that the no name product is Signaxo and this is the reply:

                Please note, as per our return policy, all electronic items that are available on our website are non-returnable.
                Electronic products comer under brand warranty hence can only be replaced or repaired by the brand itself.
                Also, the product delivered to you is not wrong.
                The brand name does not come on the brand box or the physical product.
                If your product is defective it will be inspected by the brand and in turn if eligible brand will provide a replacement or repair.
                I wouls like to file a formal complaint against them to take back the cheap product and return my Rs.950

                  I placed the order on 17th august. It was supposed to be delivered by 21st august. The order has come to Hyderabad. But, it is stuck somewhere in Hyderabad. It keeps on showing "On hold. Destination unable to receive Hyderabad_Shamshbd_H (Telangana)" message. Please look into and deliver the order as soon as possible.

                    I have ordered a foundation from nykaa on 27 july it was supposed to delivered by 28 july but I didn’t receive anything from nykaa .and in website it was showing as product delivered.i contacted nykaa customer support and they investigated thus from their end then they get to know that the product was delivered to someone else . AMAN from nykaa team was asking me to receive the product in open condition, I denied and asked him to provide me another product with packaging as it is skin care product. Then ravi called me up and i told him everything what aman was saying.ravi said do not accept it and he will see what he can do then it’s been 20 days no one contacted me regarding product delivery and when i am asking them to refund my money they are bot agree for this also . Nykaa is such a pathetic brand and their customer support is filled with useless people. AMAN has confirmed that he delivered the product to someone else still nykaa team tell me every time that their team is doing reinvestigation and I should wait for 2 to 3 working days but now its been 20 days .i don’t want anything i just want my money back .

                      I had placed an order at nykaa.com on 8th August, 2022 bearing the order number: NYK[protected]. At the time of putting this order, the delivery date was scheduled on 10th August, 2022. I purchased the order as a prepaid one. The occasion was very important to me as 12th August, 2022 was the birthday of my girlfriend. Till date the order has not been delivered. Not only nykaa.com failed to fulfill the expectation of a of a first timer on the site but also destroyed a special moment of my life which I will never get back. The product was priced INR 5000+ and as the order was prepaid, neither I have money to buy something for her nor the time.
                      I have written multiple e-mails to them but all they have to offer in reply was "apology for the delay"! I trusted them and they have let me down like none other.

                      I want a compensation of 50, 000 rupees from them for ruining a special day of my life, for the embarrassment they have caused by not delivering the product within the stipulated date and for breaking the trust of a first time purchaser on their site.

                            Return request rejected - Defective product

                            Extremely disappointed with the service. You guys are basically scamming people with your return policies.

                            I've already submitted a return request and it got rejected. I would like to know on what terms it got rejected. What do you expect me to do with a damaged product?

                            Desite multiple requests the return request is not being processed. I had placed a return request for both items on the shipment days after delivery, within the stipulated time period. For the Aarke Ritu Kumar Skirt - I see it shows return request cancelled on Thursday 23rd Jun- not sure why since this has not been cancelled from my end. I had also raised this point on Chat on 16th June where it was told to me that this would be expedited, however no action seems to have been taken. The item is lying in the location it was delivered. Please have this processed. Incase you are facing issues with reverse logistics please issue the refund atleast since it has been more than TWO months that this order was placed.#NYK[protected].                                 Order id is NYK[protected]. The order was of Rs. 5080/-. I have ordered 02 belts and 01 shoes on 2.7.2022. I have received one belt and one pair of shoes on 7.7.2022 and one belt was never delivered but on the app it is showing 02 belts delivered and one pair of shoes undelivered . it was a technical glitch in their app. I talked to their customer care executive on 26.7.2022, she told me that the complaint is registered and wait for 03 days. I haven't got any reply or mail till the end of those 3 days. On 29.7.2022 I called again their customer care they told me to send the pictures of the delieverd products and their internal team is checking the problem. on 01.8.2022 i send the pictures of delieverd items and again requested them to solve the issue. they told me their internal is working and to wait for another 24 hours now same thing happened on 02.08.2022 and on 05.08.2022. Now they are saying we are too late to contact them.

                                  I ordered for a thebalm travel pouch filled with 5 different products. It was paid via UPI (COD). I received just the plastic travel pouch and no products at all. This got delivered on August 1, 2022. I have been on mail and customer care, Twitter, everywhere and the issue hasn't resolved at all. All they do is convey their sincere apologies and to treat the issue in isolation. They also rejected the return request saying their team sent the products which I clearly didn't receive.

                                  I want a complete refund of 2486/- INR.

                                    I ordered 5 product on July 25, 2022 of which 1 product worth Rs 3000/- was not delivered and is missing from the delivery. The Order ID: NYK[protected]. I raised issue Ticket No:[protected] with customer care of Nykaa and Bluedart. Have not got any reply from both of them about product update. I have shared all the images and invoice with both Nykaa and Bluedart.

                                    I have ordered MAC eyeshadow palette... But the delivery which I got is only of the outer box of the eyeshadow... I uploaded all the pictures of everything needed immediately after receiving the delivery and opening the parcel... But they rejected my refund request saying that all was okay in a mail... Please help me as the product was worth around 5k... More than that not less...
