Nykaa refund status

I had ordered a product in nykaa, I had returned it on 2nd Oct, nykaa had initiated refund and sent a bank UTR:[protected] ON 4 OCT .I didn't get any refund money, . I don't have any clarification ....

product : Narciso Rodriguez For Her Eau De Parfum.

I received a duplicate product
The serial number on the CAP and the bottle are different and I reached out to Nykaa multiple times but they were not ready to take the product back.
The serial number on bottle is 3 an on cap its 7(that too vary hardly visible)
Now I am stuck with duplicate product.
The order is worth 6396/-
I really don't want to keep the product that is duplicate for this amount.

    Nykaa delivered an expired product on 4 October, 2021. The product’s expiry date was July, 2021. This means that the product had been expired more than 2 months before the delivery date. I called the customer care and asked for a refund, but the executive said that because the return date of the order had passed, they will do nothing about it.

    As a customer, when you order from a company as big as Nykaa, you assume that you would not be given expired products. Nobody checks the manufacturing date when ordering products in bulk. It’s a reasonable assumption that Nykaa will not deliver expired products. Nykaa boasts about being a platform for luxurious authentic products but is committing fraud.

    Because of a mere technicality, you cannot shy away from your liabilities. Your refund/return policy should be modified for certain extraordinary circumstances. Nykaa is definitely losing its credibility.

      Order not being delivered

      My awb is [protected]
      I placed order on the Nykaa app for 3 products on 11th October, 2021.
      I received only 1 item till date. The others were delayed due to Durga Puja. But after the puja it's been 5 days that I'm being harrased by the customer support of Nykaa and the Ecom Delivery service. I get messages everyday that the product is out for delivery but no one calls me or shows up to my residence. The customer support has...

      I order idee irus goggles, after seeing Kartik aryan post on instagram .But I received product like Babu Bhaiyya ka Chasmaa from Hera pheri movie.
      Bhot ganda experience yaar .I wanted to surprise someone after gifting this but after opening the parcel, I got Shocked surprise...I dont know what's happening with some reputated online shopping sites . now a days its became worst ...
      Its better to shop by physically # Face to face in market.

      I dont know I will receive my money or not but very very very bad experience from nykaa.
      Please look into it.

        I habe purchased 5 underwear and only received 1 piece. The photo on the product shows 5 pieces. It is totally scam. I want to return the product. Fooling the customer by showing 5 pieces and sending 1 piece. I want my refund.

          I’m keep getting this message.
          Dear XYZ, our courier partner informs that your Nykaa order NYK[protected] with 7 item(s) could not be delivered. To report any issue or provide missing/ additional details against your order, please visit nyka.page.link/xXNED
          I didn’t got any call or any delivery attempt to my order.
          I’ve made an order NYK[protected] on 29th September which I didn’t received yet.
          And another order which is mentioned above was placed on 11th October is still showing delivery attempt was unsuccessful.

          I thought nykaa is genuine and reliable but it’s totally disappointing.
          I don’t like such unprofessionalism.

            I placed an order on Nykaa for the product on 04 Oct 2021during navaratri sale, and prepaid the order.
            Even after 10 days I did not get any updates on the product and so I reached out to customer care.
            They informed me the product is out of stock. And they did not give me any info on when the product will be delivered or whether it will not be.
            Even now when I check nykaa the product is listed as in stock.
            They are keeping my money and not giving me the product.

              Claims to be authentic. I always received original products but was duped once. I thought it was the fault with the product and left it at that. Recently, my cousin ordered an expensive eyeshadow palette and it is 100% fake. She is returning it. Previously, they did not have return option which is why I couldn't return my fake product which I never used.

                I'm prepaid shopping from Nykaa on October 2nd.Your delivery partner ECOM EXPRESS didn't call me. They're not going to be tracked. Delivery last day 2 days alrdy passed.
                I have been constantly calling nykaa support team but no response received. I asked for a refund money & canceling it they said it would not happen. Order ID NYK[protected]. Please help me.

                  A white green fungus started growing on my Nykaa Sundown Stunner eye shadow palette.
                  I bought it in January and now we are getting fungus free with nykaa products, interestingly it's expiry date is July 2023.
                  Please provide a solution to this. I would be glad if you take actions asap.
                  Surely I am going to give negative reviews to everyone because this has happened with a lot of people and that's pathetic.
                  Moreover, When i am uploading picture of "Nykaa fungus" it shows file should be within 32 MB while my image is only of 4 MB. I will try to post again, till then please contact me if you need proof and pictures.

                    I had purchase 2 dresses from Nyka, 1 was returned due to size. The company claims they have already refunded on the 20 days back but my bank does not have any kind of intimation or reversal received. I have asked them numerous times to provide me the ARN number which is very common as it instantly generated once money is refunded. After asking them to atleast call me they promise they will but they dont, they are just taking customers for granted and behave indifferent if there is an issue. This is the worst experience I had to face running after my own money.

                      Hello,
                      In December 2020 I ordered 2 eye palettes -Eyes on me 10-in-1 eyeshadow palette (Sundowner Stunner).I used it only for like 3-4 occasions. A layer of white green fungus has occured on the eye shadow palette and now it is of no use .Since it's expiry date is 07/23 I want it replaced or I want refund of my money because Rs.1200 is not a small amount. I tried to contact nykaa on Instagram but they clearly said they can't help by anyway .Thankyou.

                        I placed an order on 15aug from nykaa app... It was a prepaid order... On 16aug it is deivered but all lipsticks are damaged and leaked as delhivery courier boy has kept the packet outside in sun . I did complain to nykka and placed return request . Nykka approved but pick up doesnot happen in last 15 days . Last 15 days nykka supervisors are saying that for sure I will get my refund as return is approved by nykka . But today on 2nd September they said it will not be done . This is creating mockery of customer and cheating customer and giving fake commitments to customers is crime by nykka . Nykka is fraud . When i called customer executive ppls, dey didn't responding properly nd i heard them laughing for nothing... Dey r so unprofessional... I paid already for d order and without any information they are cancelling my return .When i asked for the refund they said we will see. But i didn't get refund.. I called them again but of no use... Dey r not responding properly.. Till now i didn't get my money back... Kindly take strict action against nykaa and help me in getting d refund back from them. Thanx

                        Now even no communication nykaa is doing . They are silent. They are fraud . Have eaten my money . For 15 days they committed that refund will be given for sure . After 15 days they are silent . Pls help me getting my refund . Nykaa has already approved my return then why no refund . Nykka is cheat

                                I just placed an order for a dress costing Rs. 12, 500. By mistake I put the size as XS whereas it should be Medium, Kindly change the size to medium. Also it is showing the delivery date as September 15. Had I known it will be delivered on Sep 15 I would not have placed the order. Please arrange to ship it by September 4 as I am flying out of the county on September 5.

                                    Never has any e-commerce company been so cheap so as to first deliver a broken product, be absolutely unapologetic about it, pick it up from my address, and never give me a replaced product.
                                    Having spoken to 7 of your executives individually, and been promised a replacement at the earliest, now the story you are cooking is that the person who picked up the product was not associated with Nykaa.
                                    I ordered 13 items a month back, one of which was defected and broken. Requested a replacement, your company picked up the product, and even after 7 calls, I never got a replaced product. And now, I get an email saying that the person who picked up the product was not associated with Nykaa.
                                    You have multiple customers from my home including Shubhangi Maheshwari, Suruchi Maheshwari, Prachi Maheshwari, Charu Mahesheshwari, and Diksha Maheshwari.

                                    Thank you Nykaa for a glorious experience
