Complaint against delivery boy

Address: 104, VASAN UDYOG BHAVAN, S BAPAT ROAD, LOWER PAREL MUMBAI Mumbai City MH 400013 IN.

I want to register complaint against delivery boy . i dont know his name but his number is [protected] . he is harrasing to my knowing . as delivery partners stay outside the university . whenever he sees her he uses to pass comments. please help me to get rid of him. he also rung her on whatsapp. as delivery partners are not allowed to call on whatsapp.

his delivery area is RIMT UNIVERSITY Mandi Gobindgarh 147301...

I had ordered Nutribullet Blender combo 1200w series from the Nykaa Fashion App. I placed the order on March 11, and i received the product on March 18. When the product arrived, it was damaged, hence immediately customer care was contacted and asked for return and refund as replacement wasn't available. The delivery partner was Delhivery. pickup was promised within 24-48 hours, initial few days, 1-2 delhivery person came but refused pickup citing that they will come next day. But no one has arrived till now. It's almost 4 weeks since ive raised the complaint. It hasn't been resolved yet. Pls refund the amount soon

    I am not getting my refund for my order no . NYK[protected]. The parcel has been picked by the delivery agent on 2nd April and they are just saying that return pickup has been cancelled . Neither I am having a product nor refund this is not fair .

      I ordered Clinique eye cream instead of that I got Clinique moisture surge. Raised a return for the same but the return got rejected saying that they have shipped right product.
      I didn’t know what incorrect happened before the order was delivered when the packet was delivered there was no eye cream in it.
      Also this is not happened with me for the first time before also I got wrong product delivered.

        Hello everyone,
        Just wanted to share a recent incident that happened with me on Nykaa Falguni Nayar
        Recently i had ordered a Gorgio Professional hair dryer on
        23rd March 2022 and there was no nozzle/attachment inside the box.
        When I complained about this to the Nykaa customer care on
        25th March 2022 after recieving the parcel they took 10 days to reply me on the mail and after 10 days they said that sorry we can’t help you with this as we get the product from the company and sell it.
        We are not responsible for anything and that is why we are closing your complain.
        So even after paying the full amount for the product I didn’t get the complete product.
        And Nykaa doesn’t give a damn about customer satisfaction.
        Please think before ordering from Nykaa as they don’t really care about us, all they want is to steal our hard earned money.

          My order# NYK[protected]. I raised a return request for all the items in the order and they were approved on 31-Mar-22. They have not been picked up till date! I informed the customer care team earlier order that I will be travelling and unavailable from 8-Apr onwards and requested for the items to be return picked up on priority and provide a refund!! They haven’t been picked up till date and I see now on the app, that the return requests have all been cancelled conveniently without even contacting me!! THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY and HARASSMENT!! Kindly pick up the products on priority today and refund my money!! I WANT TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE!!

            I ordered 5 items on 27th Mar 2022 and of which 2 items were delivered to me in one package on 29th Mar 2022. The remaining 3 items have not been delivered till date for unknown reasons. The site shows that delivery was attempted but customer (me) got it rescheduled to 30th Mar 2022, which is a blatant lie. Obviously, no delivery attempts were made till date for the 3 pending items and incorrect information has been updated on order history page.

            Their service agent make up reasons on the call. I have spoken with customer care and was told it was a case of misrouted package. The are was not serviceable. My address for the 3 items is the same as that of the other package delivered on 29th. The customer servicing division is functioning without any ownership and care. When they run out of reasons and are not able to reason it out they try and escape by saying that we will get a call back from another team to whom they are forwarding my details.

                  Kindly look into the matter as it has been already raised at the company Nykaa, Ticket No.: [protected]. Still remains unsolved.
                  I purchased the product from Nykaa store, Chandigarh, Sec-17 E on 22 Feb.2022 (Invoice attached). On using the product new launch (HUDA Mascara transparent Top coat), it turned my eyelashes grey, was so strongly stick to my eyelashes that it did not remove with face wash, cleanser etc. Finally after so many struggles, my husband removed it with lukewarm water wet cotton. My eyes became itchy, red had to use drops, MOXOFT-LP for subsiding the allergy caused due to Mascara.
                  Presently I’m staying in Khanna, Punjab. I visited the store personally on 11th March 2022 to report the issue, submit the product to the company. Received the call from Nykaa’s Authenticity Team, Ms. Ruksana Ansari. She investigated the matter from me and realized that the staff has not properly demonstrated the usage of the product that it should have been removed with waterproof cleanser. However, she ensured to get back with resolution and send the product for retesting as it may have harmful effects on other’s eye too.
                  But unfortunately, the company has started playing blame game, which is visible in the mail correspondence (mail screenshot as attached)
                  Kindly resolve the matter for the betterment of the customers who might get infected & get me my compensation.

                    Ordered on 13th March, till now item not received but Nykaa showing item delivered on 18th March. Neither got response from support team nor from customer service. Poor service from delivery team.

                      Unauthentic / Fake product received

                      Very Disappointing experience with NYKAA

                      Recently I had ordered a few products om Nykaa Man, with order id: NYK[protected] dated 5'th March 2022. The order was delivered by Delhivery partner on 7'th March 2022. The delivery timeline is commendable.

                      This order has an item Bugatti Patterned Formal Shoe, within 1 day o[censored]se the Leather started getting peeling off & color also started changing. Probably...

                      Nykaa had a offer going where in when you buy a lipstick of PAC Cosmetics you get another of your choice free, but that offer wasn't getting applied on the cart and hence on my order. I did mail the company regarding the same and also called it's executives who first denied the existence of the offer. Later on when I sent them screen recording of their app, for a length of 3 days (period the offer was visible on their app), they went down the route to offer ₹200 for a ₹550 loss after dragging the matter for more than a week and lots of denial. Now I seek a fell ₹1100 refund to make up for the mental agony, time loss, and lies spoken by the company at each step.

                        I had purchased 2 hair oils of same brand and one came with a clear tape attached on its pump and one without... So the one with tape leaked on to the rest of the products. Its very evident that they have sent a damaged bottle.
                        As i have to travel back to uae the day i saw this I did not have time to return the product.. when i raised the complaint they said they can only help if i return this product. Otherwise consider my money gone. Its their qc teams fault and now im at loss. My money is wasted on this damaged product. ojao

                          Actually I order 2 nykaa foot cream and 1 faces concealer but I got only one nykaa foot cream though I paid for 2 creams...
                          How can I get another one?? Because I paid for two creams

                              Ordered bowl set and the option for payment is only through online no offline.

                              As I tried multiple time to call and reach them, the phone number not working.

                              It's totally fraud and I want my money return and this website need to block or banned .

                              Need a proper justice for all these fake websites and Google should verify these before posting an advertisement.

                                  I had ordered a blouse from Nykaa, and received a lehanga set delivered. Immediately I sent photographs to nykaa customer care email and on help chat. They replied the that they will revert and resolve the query in 24-48 hours. Its been 10 days now I had sent so many emails, tried talking to customer service but no response. Then I tried to return the product stating wrong product is delivered, but they cancelled the return. Then I again tried contacting so they are saying we had sent the right product only, can't help you.
                                  I am helpless, they are not at all responding or helping.
                                  It is so unprofessional that they haven't responded even sending so many emails. It is frustating.

                                    Nykaa sent me a damaged rayban sunglass of value ₹8631. It’s been 10 days since I am contacting their customer support and I have contacted for 100 times now and they are just rejecting my return request again and again saying that all the products has been dispatched correctly. I have received a sunglass which is damaged from the left side even the over box and inner box was damaged. I created return request twice and 1st they said that it got rejected due to sharing of wrong images then I created another request and I checked the pictures 10times with the customer support and they said that it was correct this time and you don’t need to worry your return request is gonna get accpeted this time. But it got rejected again. They are saying that they have dispatched all the items correctly and disconnecting my calls and chats again and again. They promised me twice about arranging a call back with their senior executives but they are not even arranging a cal back. Please help me since it’s a damaged and high value product. I have been worried since 10days now.
