Hi, I am Saurabh Kumar from Delhi. I had ordered Head & Shoulder shampoo(2 qty) on 27th July 2015. As per the order terms, I was supposed to get 2 Head & Shoulders Conditioners and 1 Dove Conditioner complimentary along with my order. Further, the entire order was supposed to be delivered within 4 business days i.e. latest by 31st July 2015. I had received the courier details and the AWB number on 29th July morning, then I waited for 2 days and called up the customer care on 31st July 2015 regarding the delay. However, I was really surprised to know that the customer care representative was hardly concerned about the delay and responded very calmly that'sir wait for 1 more day' as if this is very regular complaint from all the customers. I said that I made 2 more orders on 27th July from Big basket and Purplle and have received both the deliveries on 29th July, so why is your delayed. He provided a careless replay that'their warehouses are in Delhi, whereas ours is in Mumbai' hence the delay. After following up with courier partner multiple times, finally I received my product on 1st August, however I was again surprised to see that 2 Head & Shoulder conditioners were missing. I called up immediately to their customer care and once again another calm reply(with ZERO concern for my problem) was given that'sir you have to follow a process. please take pictures of the product received and send it to us as [protected]@nykaa.com and we will come up with the resolution. Don't worry we have very effective and prompt customer care service'. I called their customer care guys on 2nd August in the noon to check the resolution status and was told that 1st Aug & 2nd Aug being non working days nothing has been done till now. We need 48 business hours to respond to your complaint. I was amazed at their so called effective and prompt customer care service. Now, I have no clarity regarding their resolution(whether they will send me the conditioners or they will refund the amount paid by me). I cannot use this shampoo, because they may ask me to return the same anytime at their sweet will. Guys please avoid this website. They have pathetic customer care service and quality check mechanism.

    I had ordered a L'Oreal Paris L'Or Lumiere Cannes Collection Box - Spring Radiance combo box from Nykaa.com on 20th April 2015. On 23rd April, I received the delivery, but unfortunately the product packed date was April 2014 and best use within one year. That means it was an expired product. I complained to the site and the response was "We would like to inform you that we have stock up this product "L'Oreal Paris L'Or Lumiere Cannes Collection Box - Spring Radiance" in our inventory from our supplier with latest manufacturing dates. We assure you if you will order this product from us we will be sending you the product with latest manufacturing dates." They resent the product and I received it on 6th May. But again the same problem. The products received were past the best before date. I complained again to the site, but they want the products returned for a full refund. If I send the products back, they will resend the same to other innocent customers who may even use the expired products. Pls take appropriate action against this fraud site. I have the product and the requisite images to support this.

    Kindly share the invoice or order number so we can locate the order. There are no orders in our systems with the customers name as "Aratib" as of now and no orders placed on the dates (20th - 23rd April 2015) you have mentioned with this product.

    A snapshot of the invoice with these dates would be great. We look forward to your response to have any issues with our service resolved at the earliest.

      i have ordered a whey protein on 25th june - stil not recd the order nor any response everytime i call up the customer care they say within 2 days it will be delivered but again no response i suggest they should be more responsible towards customer service
      Very poor delivery.. no information provided and bad customer care service.

            i placed an ORDER #[protected] dated 4.06.15 for multiple items totaling rs. 486/- out of which one item, the costliest one Rs. 206 ( Lotus Herbals Tea Tree Clarifying Face Pack ) I have not received any update since long. the website has collected all money and now reverting anything. Pl. look into it. it seems nykaa is fraud. collects money and forgets to deliver the product that to after 25 days. even there is no courtesy to take care of online clients to keep them informed about approx when the product will be delivered.

              i had ordered fro NYKAA 10 days back (07-Jun-2015); Order ID #[protected], I have not yet received my order when they said it would be shipped in maximum 4 days; I received a message stating a few items have been dispatched but courier could not be tracked; even the customer care could not provide correct information. There is no tracking, no further information available on the status, very unhappy with the whole experience.

                I ordered a series of products from the site and when it was delivered, I found two of the products missing from the packing.the box was too small to even carry all the items and the invoice showed all the items to be there in the packing.inspite of writing again and again to the website along with photos of the packing, I have no response from the website.what's the point of assuring the customers that their complaints will be redressed within 24 hours when its just a plain fraud

                  I placed an order with nyka[protected], firstly you sent me three mails with separate product dispatches and when i tracked them one of them was untrackable.I had to call up the customer care and inform it was untrackable and then you did the courtesy of looking and finding out that it wasnt dispatched there was error.Ok fine.Then when i open the ticket once again saying its still not dispatched someone (I know the name) talks to me as if its entirely my fault that the order was not dispatched, let me very clear people will not sit and track orders to find and follow up whether something is left in warehouse and theres a mistake in your processing.A customer has a job too, so whenever you make answer a call atleast be sorry that it was a mistake on your side.If i had not tarcked and followed up my order would have never been looked up.Is it your customers duty to look up and find out what happened to the order when you have already sent a email mentioning it is shipped????/?

                    Sir, I received a damaged product from you side. After that I have written a complaint mail in your website around 10 times, because you didn't provide any number and I didn't get any response. After that I got a call from your side and received a coupon code instead of my product. But, when I tried that coupon. It shows coupon is not valid. After that again the process start, I write 15 mails now and didn't get any response. Pls refund my money.
                    Nyka is totally fake I purchased products worth 13K from Nyka, I received half of the products in damaged condition I wrote many mails to them but they are making me fools now. Pls don't buy anything from Nyka
                    They are giving nearly expiry date products not fresh one...please don't buy from here

                        sir, my nykaa order number is - i order some product from nykaa on cod. i pay the amount and recieve the parcel. when i open parcel there is one product is absent . when i call nykaa customer care nobody pick up phone. i did call many times then somebody pickup phone and said wrong number. i did many email to nykaa but thr did not respond to my email

                          I ordered product on Nykaa 16 days before but didn't deliver till date. There is no reply for multiple tickets raised. They are pure cheaters. This was a prepaid order but still product is not delivered and no refund is made. I am planning to sue Nykaa for this fraud. Pls don't buy any product from Nykaa.                             I bought a Schwarzkopf hair straightening cream from Nykaa.com for 1700 INR. I used it and it spoilt my hair and the straighting cream did not give any result! My hair has not change and my hair has started to fall like never before. Cheats.. its not about the money but it simply spoilt my hair and damaged it so badly. How am i supposed to take this. I want a valid answer from these swindlers who lie that their product is 100% genuine.
                            I ordered an hd foundation that I have been using already but it was the first time I ordered it online, since I was getting no time to go out. The moment it came and I used it, it was so obvious that it's not the same product...The packaging was same but the content inside seemed to be of some cheap brand. What a waste! The whole bottle is kept aside now of no use to me. This is a fraud!

                              This company Nyka online cosmetics (http://www.nykaa.com/) is really disgusting and they are frauds, you buy something from them they will not deliver it to you for 20 days and keep on giving lame excuses then after that they will blame the courier company and later on they will vanish. Don't ever buy anything from them, never, simply go for better sites like goodlife.com or violetbag is still good.

                              I ordered a lakme kajal and got the delivery after 15 days, 10 days the product was with the delhivery courier service in the same city, but they didnt gave any valid reason for the late delivery.Coming to the discounted product, the brand name what they promised was lakme but what i got is a replica of it, i got to know with many reasons and conformed with lakme as well.these guys are sucha pain and cheaters as well.i wasted 525 rs with my product and i would suggest that noone should buy by checking their lubracative offers.its all fake.

                              Nykaa.com is the worst website for online shopping of cosmetics I have ever came across.
                              I have purchased a set of few products from this website out of which one of the product was missing from my package received and one of the product was damaged in my received products.Again this was a prepaid order.
                              I have tried contacting the support team as well as customer care via email and phone call but any response from their side is still awaited.
                              Will suggest everybody else to don't shop from this website ever.
                              I have read all the comments related delay in delivery, but i had really nice experience. i got the products same day but i felt that the products are not genuine. i have used the same products but when i got them from nykaa the products felt different, though the packaging is same but iside them was not same.. specially shampoo and conditioner of schwarzkopf... and all the reviews and comments are also paid and fake..

                              I received 2 damaged items from Nykaa in a row. First, I received a hair spray (images attached) that had leaked half its product inside the packaging itself. After dealing with their brain-dead customer service over email (fun fact - they called me Akansha in their emails, when my name doesn't even start with the letter A and they have it on record) they gave me a store credit for 725 rupees. I used it against my next order and ordered a NICKAK NY eyebrow gel mascara (images attached) among other things. This fake piece had never seen a drop of mascara gel in it - I rubbed the wand against cloth to check if it had dried up, but no - it was a fake product with which Nykaa had cheated me. You can see how the bottom of the mascara barrel can be seen - not a drop pf mascara here. I lost 495 rupees, and I am so disgusted with this website that I will never place an order here again ( I must have given them thousands of rupees of business - never again) I don't even want a refund now - I just want to make sure everyone else out there who might be tempted to shop with Nykaa knows the truth about this website.
