This is to present my dismay and disappointment with the services offered by the representatives. I am a loyal customer of the brand. I hereby share my experience.
I had placed an order on 27th December for a combo of body shop shower gel and body yogurt. I checked the delivery time for the product and nowhere did I find the time of 7-8 days.
It was supposed to be a gift for my mum for her birthday on 6th December. I expected the order to reach by 3rd, latest by 5th December. A customer service executive by the name of Tanisha Shahu, kept my call on hold for longer durations and kept on repeating the same thing again and again. I spoke to her supervisor, Ms Simran Kumari, who did not resolve my issue. They offered me a refund of Rs 197 plus a Rs 50 coupon on cancellation. I requested a refund of the original price of Rs224, which was indeed less than what they were already offering as a whole that was Rs 247 (the refund Rs197 + Rs50 coupon).
I kept on insisting for an extra amount of Rs 27 as a refund, but was left disappointed.
In conclusion I just want to mention that its not about the amount, but about the rapport that Nykaa builds with its customers that gets shaken.
I am hereby attaching the image of the description of the brand, where supposedly it was mentioned that it takes 7-8 business days.
I am also attaching a screenshot of the picture where I have mentioned my pincode to check the date and time of delivery of the product.
It is therefore, my humble request to look into this matter urgently.
